Mental ideas of wellness destroy physical wellbeing

The digital and material worlds coexist but do not unite. Likewise, since psychological issues are abstract, they do not blend with the material world. Still, many believe in body-mind integration. This hack explores how to undo this mistake.

Psychological feelings remain in the psychological sphere regardless of where you believe they are. Hence, you must deal with them in the psychological zone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since connecting psychological issues with physical ones is a fantasy, you undo it where the imagined combination is made, namely in the mental zone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Most do not feel or see their bodies as they are. Instead, they envision how their bodies will look and feel when they successfully impose their mental ideas upon them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Many people conclude psychological and physical problems are connected because when they have a psychological problem, it is as it affects the body. But that is like assuming clothes are connected to the body because they make you feel warmer.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Although the clothes and the body wearing them seem closely related, the clothes have no love or anything else to give the body and vice versa. Likewise, immateriality and materiality complement each other but remain in their own reality. That is why mental ideas about attaining physical wellness do not work.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not try to combine psychological and physical issues, the body feels amused by your mental views as you psychologically feel good about the body.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks undoes the sick belief that you are the body, so it becomes like a coat you wear. It follows you, but you know it is not you.

When you experience a specific feeling continuously, it is simulated because genuine feelings are fleeting. You probably have combined a genuine one with a physical sensation in the body to fake it as a substantial and lasting feeling.

For example, if you want to hold onto an exceptional experience of love, you may combine it with a pleasant physical notion in the chest. Thus, you believe in experiencing it every time your chest feels pleasant. And if you wish to hold onto a hateful memory, you may link it with physical unpleasantness in the chest.

However, just as you cannot combine a wall with the wind, fusing a body with insubstantial feelings is impossible except in fantasy. Therefore, in both cases, it is a mental experience based on the wish to extend love or hate by imagining it linked with a physical experience.

You can undo this confusion by perceiving your reaction to the supposed manifestation of a psychological feeling in the body as ‘it is what it is.’ That renders your response indefinable as something specific. Therefore, since the feeling you projected onto the body vanishes, the body is set free from your thought-up blend with a psychological issue. Hence, it aligns with the biological system to outline the physical part of the combo, maybe tightened muscles in the chest and fixing them per physical laws.

Using fascia tools, for example, may assist the body in its healing process. If you have severe chest pain, consult a healthcare professional.

When we experience something as scary in a movie, we assume the film scares us. However, you do not feel scared because of the movie but because you interpret it as frightening. Then, you project your perception onto a body part that is already tense and seems tenser when you give it your attention. Thus, it feels like the movie, not your mental construe, makes you scared.

Sometimes, it is the other way around. For example, if you have a stomach ache that does not make sense, you explain it by imagining that a psychological issue from your past caused it.

Fortunately, all you have to do to set yourself free from the victimisation of yourself is to perceive your explanations as ‘it is what it is.’ Since that renders them twofold, your reasons have no specific effect, so you are not a victim.

Please do not interpret the above as meaning you should refrain from mistaking a movie for real or refrain from assuming something psychological causes something physical. If you suppress your reactions to appear perfect, you cannot revise your single-minded misconceptions by perceiving them as ‘it is what it is.’ Then, seeing they are dual, there is nothing specific to uphold the supposed connection.

Sometimes, we hold back our breath to prevent it from passing a problematic body area. However, that is neither healthy nor pushing the breath through it. Both approaches imply that you believe you are in control, even though you would quickly die if you should remember to breathe.

But the solution is not to let the breath be. This idea also implies that you are in charge. The key is to step back so your beliefs are out of the way. That is done by perceiving the fear the problem seems to cause as ‘it is what it is.’ It reveals that fear is not alone. It is complemented by confidence to define fear so it can outline confidence. You feel complete in this interplay, the duality flow, so you do not need to master the breath to feel good.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being in the duality flow does not mean everything is perfect. However, since your response to something is not singular but twofold, you feel complete regardless of appearance.

Some people dematerialise the genital zone via tantra sex (see Duality Hack #1.11) or the whole body via yoga or aura transformation. Then, they can mentally decide that the body’s signals are spiritual. However, you cannot transform materiality into spirituality. The body is substantial, and spirituality is formless. That is why the body turns itself into a weapon against you when you attempt to unite it with non-physical issues. See Duality Hack #7.3.

Even though that feels humiliating, most accept it because the body’s behaviour further disrupts the communication between the body and brain. Therefore, you can blame the brain for the body’s behaviour and take over with your mental ideas. But, as already said, the body sees anything non-physical as an attack on its physical integrity. So, its immune system keeps fighting you until you stop inflicting it with ideas of unity and whatnot.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks bring you into a state of not-knowing regardless of your body’s condition. In that state, the slate is wiped clean. So, when you return to the consciousness of being someone, the foolish idea of a body-mind integration is gone. Consequently, your body is happy, and so are you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not look for something to make you feel better, your reaction to your experiences automatically is perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ Therefore, since that makes you feel complete, you do not need to feel better.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whatever is perceived in the psyche to affect the body or in the body to affect the psyche is fantasy connections. Fortunately, these connections get undone when you perceive your reaction to the imagined effect as ‘it is what it is.’ However, you may feel empty when the idea of a body-mind integration goes down the drain. No worries. Soon, you realise how laid-back your day is without that fake unity.
