When you strive for self-improvement but remember you already are good enough as you are, every experience you have is fulfilling. This does not mean you do not repair something you have broken. Since you do not view having broken something as a problem, fixing it is not about improvement. Hence, you feel good enough, regardless of whether you succeed by societal or spiritual standards.

When you do not feel good enough, your perception is out of sync with the brain’s design of you because, according to that, you are good enough as you are. It is a misconception if you believe you lost weight due to willpower. The brain was the architect of this change. However, your interpretation of your new slender look is in sync with the brain’s duality scheme if you perceive it as ‘it is what it is.’ This reveals that your judgment is twofold, so you are in sync with the brain’s duality world (see Duality Hack #6.5)

In the brain’s duality scheme, no one is unjustly treated. It is all about being entertained, which you are when perceiving your reaction to your experiences as ‘it is what it is.’ This perception reveals that your response is not static but a constant interplay of opposites. And since you are in a world of duality, you feel good enough when your response is twofold.

Even though the brain’s experiences enforce the illusion of duality, thus concealing that reality is non-duality, the brain is not your enemy. On the contrary, the duality adventures it crafts align with your desire for more than one. However, you do not feel satisfied if you disassociate yourself from the brain’s duality experiences by perceiving them as singular because duality is twofold.

Your ideas about wholeness do not make you feel good. On the contrary, they are based on a concept of singularity, and you are in a world of duality. In such a world, you feel good enough in the duality flow: the constant interaction of opposites. Read about that in Duality Hack #8.

In its quest for control, the special self is destined for disappointment as nothing goes as expected. Even if it does, the special self feels disappointed, always desiring more. Read about the basic and special self in Duality Hack #5.

Many articles point out that hardly any part of the earth is untouched by humanity’s damaging impacts. However, very few point out that physicists, psychologists, and new-age philosophers have dissected every nook and cranny of a human, so most think they must conform to their rigid layout to be accepted as humans.
But what if we go with the brain’s flow of thoughts, wavering dreamlike stories that naturally make us feel good enough? Then, loving ourselves, we can ignore the ideas established in us about balance, harmoni and coherence to enjoy the moments as they unfold.
