To include sets you free, but exclusiveness imprisons you

Some vegetarians may see themselves as morally superior to non-vegetarians. This, however, is not a fact but a construct, often rooted in the denial of their own imperfections, disguised by framing non-vegetarians as wrong. However, this exclusiveness reinforces separation, which breeds loneliness.

In contrast, inclusiveness undoes the sense of separation, freeing us from the burden of comparison. Consequently, since no one is better or worse, we don’t feel separated and, thus, not lonely.

The above is not meant to say that one shouldn’t be a vegetarian. For some people, this suits their biological system best.

Sending love or healing to someone assumes superiority. The sender believes they have more than the receiver, thus denigrating the receiver.

Assuming one needs to process what happens, most move forward with the brakes on. On the other hand, if one doesn’t slow down thoughts to process what happens, thoughts speed up until there’s no time to categorise them, leaving one in the bliss of nothing. Be aware that this is a metaphor for being nobody, so don’t apply it to driving a car. It needs somebody to use the brakes when needed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there’s no need to be seen as somebody, it makes no difference whether others seem to induce sadness or happiness, because nobody picks up those emotions.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling blissful doesn’t come from excluding what makes you sad, but from including it, because that brings about the bliss of nothing. In other words, inclusion – not exclusion -leads to bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Inclusiveness is not a complex concept that requires change or improvement. It’s a simple approach to the present. You can’t go wrong – and if you do, you include that you’re mistaken.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Fully including the moment’s feelings does not require understanding, deeper insight, or greater truthfulness. It’s simply about the unedited inclusion of thoughts and feelings.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A feeling must be contrasted with its opposite to be recognised as genuine. For instance, you can’t know happiness without sadness. Light requires darkness to be perceived. Peace needs war, and positivity is paired with negativity. So the more you include, the less distinct your experiences become. Eventually, there are no experiences, leaving nothing to hide what can’t be experienced: non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you use something external to justify your hatred, you disassociate yourself from hate. You also disassociate yourself from love because, without hatred as contrast, you can’t feel you’re full of love. However, since you exclude these emotions from your consciousness, they remain in your subconscious – often hidden behind the fear of emptiness that arises when you disassociate yourself from both hatred and love.

Emptiness also arises when you include your hatred, because it leaves nothing to contrast it, making it undefinable. Yet this emptiness is not based on exclusion but on inclusion, so it does not entail fear. Instead, it entails the bliss of nothing.

Willingness to include the moment unfiltered makes you present. Yet hardly anyone is willing to do that. Luckily, by admitting your unwillingness, you’re in the present moment as it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want to undo the belief in a world with more than one, don’t suppress feelings or slow down thoughts. Instead, follow their flow unedited. Take sex as an example: in its ecstasy, there’s no room for anything else. So, since there’s nothing to contrast ecstasy, for a split second, there’s no sense of separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Including everything doesn’t mean you must include what you don’t like. It means you include disliking it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Willingness to include the moment unfiltered undoes the belief in being someone
definitive. However, nobody has this willingness. Fortunately, by admitting that, you include the moment as it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Because the complementary sides of a contrast define each other, you can’t have one without the other. Ergo, no contrast = no definition = no experience = no duality = non-duality.

After reading Alexius’ Duality Hacks, you may conclude that you should avoid becoming or achieving more. However, there’s no need to avoid anything. Seeking more is natural in a world with more than one, as it stems from the desire for more. Fortunately, if you are not exclusive, thus inclusive, getting more makes no difference. Therefore, since separation fades, there’s nothing left to obscure the formlessness of Oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life is Oneness, and since it requires more than one to see it, life is invisible. Therefore, the more unseen you are, the more alive you are. And since the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are unseen when you don’t perceive the world’s apparent differences as making a difference.

Inclusion is comparable to a black hole that sucks everything in, leaving nothing to include, nor an ending, except the belief in being something. See Duality Hack #10.5.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Taking a step now, you put one foot forward into the future while the other remains in the past. Consequently, now includes both the past and the future. That’s why those who exclude the past and the future to live in the present, according to their concept of now, experience the frustration of separation. In contrast, those who include everything unedited experience the bliss of togetherness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A thought is like a cloud drifting by, briefly resembling a dog. But there’s no dog in the sky. It’s imagination – and so is the meaning you assign to thoughts to establish your existence.

The more meaning you assign to thoughts to highlight your existence, the more imprisoned you feel by the image you’ve conjured. Thankfully, if you don’t suppress feelings of confinement, you can include them to feel the bliss of nothing rather than the frustration of something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Anything devoid of what you define as meaningful leads to a state of not-knowing. However, this state is not a sensation like falling in love, but rather a blissful falling into nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you expect appearances to conform to your idea of perfection, you fence off a state of not-knowing. However, if you include the perceived imperfection of appearances unedited, you enter a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A state of not-knowing is not perfect in the sense that you never fail. However, nobody is bothered by it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about undoing our perceived mistakes in a world with more than one, but about undoing the belief in that world.
