You do not return from a dream, as when you seemed to be in it, you were in your bed. Likewise, you never return to the formlessness of oneness but have the belief in a world with more than one undone.

From Duality Hack #10.3 in Alexius’ Duality Hacks.
The visual portal to the Enlightenment of that which is One is lucid light. So, it is not symbolic when Jesus said, »When your eyes become single, your whole body will be full of light.« Or when St. Paul was blinded by light daily. Or when Arjuna told Krishna, »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«
Since the translations of the scriptures vary, and the above quotes are from Alexius’ memory, they may differ from the exact words in your edition. No worries, all explanations about the Enlightenment of that which is One are off because it takes more than one to describe it. Therefore, the following are not ultimate statements but humble ways to explain something unexplainable.

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not do anything other than erase the belief in more than one. However, you do not realise your belief in more than one is gone.
Thankfully, you do not need to know because you never left oneness since it is formless, thus endless. It is like waking from a dream and recognising you were always in bed
Nobody experience it
After a long, intense night of taxi driving many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was. Hence, he could enter the Enlightenment of that which is One. It immediately erased his consciousness, so nobody experienced the Enlightenment of that which is One. That is why, if you return to the conscious experience of being someone in a world with more than one, you are neither enlightened nor somebody. The latter is something you simulate (see Duality Hack #2.1-5) but the former you cannot.
The formlessness of oneness cannot be seen
Alexius cannot see what his cats dream about when asleep. However, based on their sudden movements, Alexius reckons the dreams are unpleasant sometimes. If oneness could see the stress in those imagining a world with more than one, it would likely draw the same conclusion. But just like Alexius cannot see his cat’s dreams, the formlessness of oneness cannot see humans’ dreams about something shaped.
However, even if oneness could see the fantasy about something definitive, it would not undo it. Formlessness cannot be experienced, and most humans cherish experiencing something definitive, although it often stresses them. Fortunately, oneness has an outstanding solution. If you want to undo experiences, you can choose the Enlightenment of that which is One.
It is best to forget everything you have heard or read about the Enlightenment of that which is One. Even if you consider it intangible, as described in Alexius’ Duality Hacks, you are mistaken because that assumption requires more than one
In that case, the Enlightenment of that which is One uses the experience of more than one glimpse of Enlightenment to pull you in. Then, it extracts all your experiences so that which cannot be experienced – oneness – does not seem hidden. This Duality Hack (#10.3) is about the most common way to be pulled into the Enlightenment of that which is One, namely, through glimpses of lucid light. In Duality Hack #10.4, you can read about the other ways: glimpses of sublime intimacy, celestial music or immortal sweetness.
The Enlightenment of that which is One is scary if you want to be somebody

Falling into the formlessness of oneness
The light of the Enlightenment of that which is One is much more potent than an atomic bomb. Relentlessly, it wipes out every definable feature that makes up one’s identity in a fantasy world of more than one. If you do not fight it, nobody fears the free fall through a black gap into that which is One.
However, if you have been used to upholding an image of yourself as good by projecting your shit onto others, you constantly fear retaliation. Hence, you probably see the powerful light as an avenger and fight it by shaping your fear to appear robust enough to smash it into pieces. Immediately, you are back in the fantasy world of more than one.

That said, you cannot smash the light. And it does not destroy you because you do not exist. That is why nothing is terminated but the belief in being someone. In other words, there is nothing to fear and nothing to lose from being nobody in a free fall into the formlessness of oneness. Although that seems logical, we may fight our perceived destruction several times before we do not avoid falling into the formlessness of oneness.
