Since that which is you is that which is One, and since it is formless and thus endless, something perceived as big does not add to what you already have.

Men often expect that fiddling with a particular dimension and size, such as a woman’s breasts, will lead to an extraordinary experience. Some women, in turn, encourage this belief to feel appreciated. However, because any dimensional experience is bound by time and space, the excitement it evokes does not last. So, when one keeps chasing a specific shape, satisfaction never comes.
On the other hand, if one perceives everything with a shape as a symbol of the non-dimensional completeness of Oneness, no shape is more fascinating than another. See Duality Hack #3. This does not necessarily mean that our experience of a dimensional world abruptly ceases, because in a world governed by time and space, everything seems to take time.

Oneness has no dimension, thus no size, so it seems like nothing when you believe in a dimensional world.

First, the idea that Oneness, although formless, can be observed from an external viewpoint is conceived. Next, seeing it from different angles creates the illusion of changing views, giving rise to the perception of a dimensional world. Then, because moving between these points of view seems to take time, a sense of linear time arises. Finally, this dimensional world moving through time gives rise to the belief in separation.
However, if one does not observe, by not focusing, the apparent distinction between the viewer and the viewed disappears. This leaves no division to hide the formlessness of Oneness. That is why most people keep observing the world, keeping it at a distance and strengthening the belief that they are separate beings in a dimensional world moving forward in time.

Since imagining being someone in a world governed by time and space requires a great deal of focus, you undo the fantasy by not focusing. In Alexius’ Duality Hacks, this approach is presented in the context of undoing the belief in duality. Even so, you still concentrate on practical matters, like going down the stairs with your kids. Many teachings and movements promise a transformed self if you strictly follow their doctrines. However, what is offered remains dimensional and, therefore, unreal.

MP3, a compressed version of lossless music, loses some quality due to compression that cannot be restored.
Appearing as a substantial being is similar to being an MP3 file. Because the formlessness of Oneness has been compressed into an entity encapsulated by time and space, this entails a loss that can never be recovered. However, unlike an MP3 file, there’s no need to recover anything, as being dimensional is fictional. Oneness is formless and, thus, endless.
No worries. Just like you do not believe but pretend to be in the fake world of a game, you pretend to be in a dimensional world. And since you are not what you pretend to be, you are not in a lifeless world of shapes.

The goal of Alexius’ Duality Hacks is neither to prolong nor to improve life. That’s impossible. Life is formless, thus endless. So, the purpose is to undo the belief that you’re someone with a beginning and an end. [Photo: Alexius]
We may find natural sauces unsatisfying if we seek strong peak experiences, such as a Thai sauce enhanced with MSG (see Wikipedia about MSG). For instance, a reviewer of a Thai sauce without a flavour enhancer said it didn’t taste authentic.
But it’s the opposite. The artificially enhanced sauce delivers an immediate sensation, but it doesn’t last. It leaves us wanting more, so we never feel genuinely satisfied. By contrast, the unenhanced sauce offers subtle serenity that doesn’t leave us craving more. Similarly, the unprocessed, everlasting completeness of Oneness feels more than enough, while the heavily processed experiences of more than one always leave us craving more.
However, unlike food jazzed up with flavour enhancers, Oneness cannot be boosted because it calls for more than one. Because of this, and since the experience of more than one is make-believe, returning to Oneness isn’t about learning something – it’s about unlearning everything we believe we know. Applying one or more of Alexius’ Duality Hacks supports this unlearning while also letting us have fun with flavour-enhanced experiences of more than one.
This isn’t to say Alexius’ Duality Hacks are authentic. They’re as artificial as anything else that involves more than one. Still, since they don’t improve anything, they don’t fuel desire for more. That’s why, eventually, applying them shows that there’s no more than the formlessness of Oneness.

Many people prefer to feel tight rather than relaxed. They cherish feeling stuck because it reinforces the belief that they are dimensional, or limited by form. Furthermore, imprisonment implies there’s something else. Yet there’s neither something larger nor something smaller. Being dimensional is imagination. [Photo: Alexius]
In a world with more than one, we must always appear to have more. So we pump ourselves up with impressive clothes, friends, or ideas. But Oneness is formless and endless, so there is no more than that which is One. Ergo, having more is make-believe.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
By their very nature, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are nothing, consequently serving to undo the belief in something. Consequently, eventually, the belief in something no longer seems to obscure the formlessness of Oneness.
