COVID-19 and other symptoms of the belief in being someone definitive

Updated November 11, 2021

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not heal the body. Instead, they sync you with the moment as it is, so you feel happy and thus, in a relaxed way, can assist the body in the best possible way. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The purpose of Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This healing takes the edge off the fear that physical issues seem to cause because they undo the assumption that you are somebody. Hence there is nobody to panic. Nevertheless, you should still attend to COVID-19 and other physical problems materially. To make long short, get vaccinated for COVID-19. And apply Alexius’ Duality Hacks to heal the sich belief that you are someone in a capsule of time and space.

To have this belief undone, you do not have to hold back negative thoughts (see Positive thinking is bullshit) via meditation or any other means of controlling or restraining yourself. On the contrary, the uncontrolled speed of thoughts brings you into the bliss of nothing (hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). Here the slate is wiped clean for perceptions about how things should be. Hence you are restored with a perception in sync with the moment as it is (HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end). As nothing, therefore, is perceived to be missing or wrong, you feel complete.

Like a virus, a self in sync with the moment as it is does not have goals, needs or desires. Unlike a virus, however, it has a brain. But having no specific goal, there is no attempt to control the brain, which, therefore, is not hold back from injecting the self with shots of happiness. See also Happiness comes from not interfering with thoughts and emotions, whereas sadness comes from trying to do that.

Consequently, in an untroubled manner, you naturally assist your body and others in the best possible way (hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues). Regarding COVID-19, this, at the time being, is being vaccinated and keeping social distancing.

Pretending to be someone definitibe, no conditioned belief stands in the way of enjoying the moment as it is.

Continuously reading Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, one or more duality hacks apply themselves so you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. For example, it could be hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, which applies itself while reading so that you stop believing you are scared of a virus. Instead, it is something you pretend to be – like in a game. And since you are not what you pretend to be, nobody panics. Hence there is plenty of energy to assist the body in the best possible way.

Be aware though, you cannot pretend to be scared if you suppress it. You must feel it to pretend it, and thus not be it.

A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ and glimpses of it

Updated January 19, 2022

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the Enlightenment of that which is One is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

However, it is not exactly like this because the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be defintive, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

But bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. This is not the Enlightenment of that which is One, though, but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Having visual glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One way to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is One with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow of Enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the Enlightenment of that which is One is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone appearing to hide the enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is One is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is One.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is One as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is One, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the Enlightenment of that which is One. In other words, what you believe to be can never be Enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the Enlightenment of that which is One to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is One.

Therefore since what you believe in being has not been Enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is One, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is One is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the Enlightenment of that which is One has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you focus on seeing something recognisable to disguise empty space as something. The empty space is not the formlessness of oneness, but when you do not imagine it is a world defined by time and space, no substantial elements seem to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of Enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outward-facing senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is One in case you are emotional minded.

In the following article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of it, you can read how to activate the inward-facing senses so that you can see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is One.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is One – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the Enlightenment of that which is One, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the Enlightenment of that which is One. So although you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, you look like you used to.

But as soon as the Enlightenment of that which is One does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as bad are excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is One. Bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is One suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the Enlightenment of that which is One required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The Enlightenment of that which is One can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One undone. It can be achieved while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is One (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is One.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the Enlightenment of that which is One that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is One. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is One. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is One. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is One, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial regarding having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is One). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

So instead of using the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

Read about how to connect with the empty breath in the articles Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. For a general introduction to the empty breath, check the articles The ins and outs of the empty breath, The empty breath sets the body freeThe nature of the empty breath and The function of the empty breath. If you want to read Alexius experience of the empty breath, check out What does the empty breath feel like?

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is that which is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

Read more about alone together in the following article To be alone together is to undo the belief in separation or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is not to believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tense anymore. Actually, it is not there at all because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together is not a dilemma because it implies you have never been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is One. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

When senses are not used to experience something, ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ is bid welcome

There are no degrees of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It cannot be smaller or bigger because there is no more than that which is One. In other words, to talk about levels of Enlightenment is an illusion regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One.

You cannot become Enlightened, but you can undo the belief in being someone specific, so there is not someone definable hiding that which is One. It cannot be experienced, since it takes more than one to experience something.

However, in a world where there seems to be more than one, there appear to be degrees and levels of everything. In such a world, you can experience glimpses of Enlightenment on many levels depending on how much the outward-facing senses are turned off.

But no matter how high the level, no glimpse come close to the Enlightenment of that which is One because there are no levels in that which is One. Yet, you become less definable for each glimpse until there is not something to hide the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not know what it is, as that requires more than one. Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is there something to know, namely that such a world does not exist because there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since it takes more than one to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be Enlightened. Yet a person may momentarily forget what and where it is, so there is not somebody to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. Alexius is such a person and therefore to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One is happy to know nothing, as that means there is no ‘I’ taking part in the silliness of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Those considering themselves to be somebody always wants to become more, but the Enlightenment of the that which is One neither makes you more or less. It merely erases all memories of being someone at all, as there is no room for anybody – neither somebody appearing to be spiritual – in the formlessness of that which is One. In other words, the Enlightenment of the that which is One is not for you if you want to be someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be seen, so it appears to be hidden as long as you look for something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only someone who has bid the Enlightenment of that which is One welcome knows that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a hallucination. Everybody, who believe they live in such a world, has the choice of continuing to believe so or believe the message of the Enlightened, which is that there is no more than that which is one and that consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. Yet very few choose to believe the message of someone who has bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

In a world where there seems to be more than one it is a basic instinct to separate oneself from reality by fabricating a make-believe world –a child, for example, rather believes that Christmas presents are coming from Santa Claus than from its parents, although it does not seem very realistic.

The choice can be compared to a child deciding whether to believe if Santa Claus is real or not. Most want the excitement that comes from believing the merry-go-round story about Santa, so they discard the fact that the friction coming from the speed needed to bring out presents to all the good children in one night would kill him the exact moment he sets off.

It is a downer for children to have Santa exposed as an illusion – just like it is a downer for most persons to hear that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

Alexius has no answer to the question, who am I. An answer would be just as illusionary as the question, that implies there is more than that which is One although oneness is formless and therefore endless,.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not ask to be believed, but that you stop believing, a world where there seems to be more than one is real, because without hanging onto this belief, there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Gallery_Inner-Senses_1024x1024The only reason you demand being relaxed, free, excited, and whatnot is that you believe to be someone special in the world of the outward-facing senses. But if you do not give the outward-facing senses your full attention, the inward-facing senses will supply you with a perfect moment where nothing feels wrong or missing.

The way to not give the outward-facing senses your full attention is to not believe, the experiences they deliver are real. This is done by not giving a shit about upholding your image as someone significant in a world where there seems to be more than one. The more you do not give a shit, the more the inward-facing senses take over.

You can also choose not to choose and follow the guidance of the empty breath. Read the article Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath to learn to connect with the empty breath, or read What does the empty breath feel like? to get an idea about that, or The nature of the empty breath to learn about its guidance.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If somebody seems to cheat you, reject you or do something else that you judge to be unfair, you choose not to believe this to be real, and so you set yourself and others free from the world of the outward-facing senses. It is in your own best interest to set everybody free, even though you may think that not everybody deserves to this. But setting them free, the world of the outward-facing senses fades out so that you can connect with the empty breath, that opens the door to the world of the inward-facing senses, where the Enlightenment of that which is One is waiting for you to bid it welcome.

A way to undo the belief in the world of the outward-facing senses is to perceive everything there as not real but symbols of that which is – just like you, for example, perceive the written word milk not as real but a symbol of that which is.

When perceiving the whole world of the outward-facing senses as symbols, none of its apparent differences makes a difference because they are all symbols of the same – and so there is no foundation for separation. This perception opens the inward-facing senses from where you can experience glimpses of Enlightenment or bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

But as someone in the world of the outward-facing senses, you cannot perceive everything there as symbols because, to appear as someone significant there, you have excluded the parts of it that do not fit into the chosen image of yourself. That is unless you include this separation or accept the guidance of the empty breath, which you do by not accepting the apparent reality in the world of the outward-facing senses.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One is not something you find like you find other things in the world. Enlightenment is rather that you do not try to find anything so there is not something to hide, you are not someone definable but one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. In other words, no need to look for Enlightenment, but for what you use to hide it. You could also just accept the guidance of the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you get the impression from reading Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings that the inward-facing senses are less deceptive than the outer ones, you have chosen to be deceived into believing that you can become someone better, higher or wiser via the inward-facing senses. And if that is your purpose, they will cause you as much suffering as the outer ones.

But if your purpose is to not become anything at all, so that there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is you, the inward-facing senses will speed up the undoing of the belief in being someone at all.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Constantly trying to be somebody stresses you, because that turns you into a creature frozen into definable and dense appearances and that which is you is not definable, but extremely fast, formless and free flowing. The inner sense is constantly urging you to go with this flow of nothingness instead of believing it is possible to be somebody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you always need to be and have more so you can show off as someone more important than others.

If you want to be more famous than others you need lots of fans to prove your popularity. If you need to feel Enlightened, you want others to express how wise you are so that you can use their praise to deny your darker sides and show off as someone light and spiritual.

But you can never bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One if it is something you need because needing it implies you are without it – and how can you be without it when that which is you are no different from that which is One. Least of all, can you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, if you want to use it to make you appear as someone important because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One.

You will have no more than one glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One if you use your interpretation of this glimpse to promote yourself as someone with a vision for a better future full of love or whatever you imagine will turn you into the new messiah, which has been the case with most gurus impacting the public in the last century.

When there is no need to use glimpses of Enlightenment to save the world but rather to undo the belief in it, you are set free to be used by the glimpses, that will keep coming until you cannot tell them apart so that there is not something definable to experience and therefore not someone definitive to hide the formless Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, regardless perceived to be spiritual or whatnot, because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore without beginning and end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those who want to always be blissful in a merry-go-round world may at first like to read about the bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the previous article The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses). But when they realise that bliss comes from not believing to be someone definitive, they avoid a state of not knowing by making sure to perform as if they are somebody definitive – for example by saying, »I need time to open up.«

But only those who want to uphold the belief in being someone definitive needs time for something specific. Actually, they need to spend all their time with thoughts about something specific. If they do not keep the brain busy processing such thoughts for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls into a coma. In other words, unless you leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, what you believed to be is forever gone, and so is bliss. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding, there never was and never will be anything but the formlessness of oneness.

As this is the termination of what and where you believe to be, you only say you want it to enhance the image of being special. Hence you make sure that the groups you meet with about oneness, non-duality and Enlightenment are based on established rules coming from long-time dead persons that you can learn to use in a way that makes you appear to be right and therefore to be special.

Anyhow it does not make sense to meet in groups and talk about oneness as if that is something you want, as there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. So wanting it is just as stupid as wanting your body in the world where you believe in being. You already have it.

What makes sense, though, while appearing to be someone in a specific body, is to want not to be that. And since you are not someone definitive, it is just the belief that this is what you are, which needs to be undone.

Any of Alexius’ Duality Hacks, except the Enlightenment of that which is One, will do that if this is your purpose of using them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you defocus, forms lose their meaning – and so the way is paved for life, because it has no meaning, as that requires a past and a future and life is nothing but one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is easy to write Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings because they write themselves. Alexius just have to hit the right keys. Before doing that, however, he may have had a hard time coming to the point of, for example, being able to write about dying from the world as described in the below box:

If you perceive everything, that can be experienced, as symbols of that which is life, to focus on something becomes a symbol of life. Consequently to focus on what is not real in order to make it appear as if it is, leads to defocusing, because when everything is perceived as a symbol of the same, their apparent differences do not make a difference.

Without focus the world cannot be experienced, neither you as a person in it, and so there is nothing to see. No forms appears to hide the formlessness of that which is life.

The above box summarises a very long night a long time ago, where Alexius was on the edge of dying. The following days the feeling of the body was replaced by an electrified humming, often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. To make long short, as someone definable, you must always be willing to die so that there is not something definable appearing to hide the formlessness of that which is One.

This is not meant to be understood as the body must be terminated because that would imply it is real. It is the belief that you are someone definable that must be undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not illuminate anything. On the contrary, it is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides, it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, as it is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not exist, and you know it. That is why everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I? Searching for who you are, implies you are someone definitive.

It is the tension that comes from consistently doing something to be someone that makes you feel tangible. But the more you feel that, the more the Enlightenment of that which is One is fenced out.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One can write Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Not because such a person knows what to write but what not to write, so no personality interferes with the non-teachings being written by themselves.

‘The empty breath’ and the bliss of not believing to be someone [draft]

Reading this intro is probably beneficial if you want to swim in the bliss of the empty breath. But if you are tired of words and want to swim in bliss right now, go to Take-offs into the empty breath.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark, he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it. He had done as a medium for the projects to highlight their content.

To provide the students with design guidelines, he had to deduct ways of creating from his instinctive way of doing it. He wrote, by the way, two books with basic rules of how to do it and a book on colour theory.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us know why we appear to be substantial beings separated by time and space because this is impossible since oneness is formless and therefore endless. Yet, the empty breath is beneficial in exposing that a world defined by time and space is nothing but a fantasy made from nowhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

How to explain the empty breath?
He is in the same situation as when he started teaching design regarding passing on guidelines of connecting with the empty breath and drifting in its bliss of emptiness. He has no second-hand knowledge, which he can use as a reference to explain how to connect with the empty breath.

He neither knows how to explain that what and where we experience to be is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing that this experience is genuine and not fabricated by the brain from nothing.

But since he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he does not believe in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor does he believe to be someone in that which is One. On the contrary, he is nothing because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, what and where we appear to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing and experienced by nothing.

However, in this fantasy, he knows how to step away from it and be in the state of not-knowing* that the empty breath, like the other duality hacks, entails. Once, he watched a movie (You Disappear) in that state, which quoted the latest scientific explorations about the brain, which might help realise that everything appearing to be something is nothing.

Consciousness is a construction of thoughts comparable to the ones and zeros in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of a self that is aware of being someone definitive through the experiences, another small part of the brain continuously fabricate a tangible world as if it is outside of the self and as if it is the self that experiences this, and, therefore, believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Especially because this world seems to cause its thoughts and feelings.

These experiences of an external world the brain claim to process from the frequencies it receives via the sensory system, but this explanation, just like the experiences it fabricates, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it is all made up from nothing. A flower, therefore, is just as unreal as a plastic simulation of it.

Read more about the brain fabricating a world of something from out of nothing in the article Where to find the bliss of the empty breath. That everything experienced is an illusion you can read more about in the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also being empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you the most, are stored in the rest of the brain. And as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain. You and the brain are the same. Every bit of it – not only ten per cent – works to make it appear as if you are someone in a world of something and not just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

Whether an experience seems direct or comes from the heart, physical or spiritual, it has taken the brain a second to generate it. Hence what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago. And then again, it never happened because one second ago, there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe this to feel you exist.

The rest of the article is not based on the scientific discoveries revealed in the movie (You Disappear) nor on anything else formulated somewhere else. To the knowledge of Alexius, nobody has published anything about the empty breath. See also Where do the hacks of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of duality is cancelled out. Not in the sense that you do not register them anymore, but that you do not perceive them to make a difference. Thus there are no diversity to attest to you being someone in a world of duality. Consequently, you are in the bliss of nothing.*

The bliss of nothing
Though science seems to know that the experience of something is made from nothing and therefore is make-believe, they explore something as it is real. Here, however, we explore how to see, there is not something at all and, therefore, not someone seeing it.

The experiences the brain fabricates of a tangible world only seems real if the self that the brain also has created perceives them as something. If not, they are exposed as nothing, likewise the self. Thus, to perceive the present experience as nothing, you go back to the empty void from where the brain has twisted it into your everyday experience of something.

Since that is where the empty breath resides, and it took the brain one second to fabricate your current experience of something, it only takes one second to connect with the empty breath and be in a state of not-knowing and thus the bliss of nothing.* Doing that does not require you to meditate or something else in particular. All that is needed is the willingness to forget what and where you appear to be. Read more about that in the below paragraph The only requirement is willingness.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop, with thoughts that seems to confirm there is more than involved, for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into a coma. Thus you cannot be in the bliss of nothing* very long at a time, if you want to be able to return to a world of something as if you are someone there.  See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Not knowing what and where you are, the connection with the empty breath is automatically established because it is a state of not-knowing.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since you cannot appear to be somewhere, nor in a state of not-knowing,* without the experience of being someone, there is still someone to experience the world of something made up by the brain when in a state of not-knowing*. But your experience as someone is so vague that there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparently different experiences of something to make a difference. Consequently, there is no perception of separation to hide, that although the fantasy of something is a colourful experience, it is pale compared to the bliss of nothing.*

Although you probably forget the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outward-facing senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The inner and outward-facing senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath, and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the happiness of the basic self or the nervousness of the special self, the empty breath is still with us, provided we, just once, have connected with it, because it does not know of separation. Read about the basic and special self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus the empty breath always functions as an automatic gear change between the outer and inward-facing senses to make the abstractness in the world of the inward-facing senses the base from where the world of the outward-facing senses is perceived, so it does not appear to consist of something but nothing when in a state of not-knowing and not in that state the experiences of something are perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ Consequently, none of the experiences is something special, including you as someone, so you are not happy or sad but happy-sad. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

As any experience is an illusion, it includes the experience of the empty breath. But as this illusion unveils the bliss of nothing,* which, contrary to the experince of something, is not experinced to end, you eventually stop asking for more. Hence the belief, that it is possible to be an have more than that which is One is undone.

These experiences, of course, only makes sense as long as you believe you are someone definitive in the world of the outward-facing senses, but assuming that is like believing in Santa Claus.

Fortunately, the connectedness with the empty breath exposes this, so the bliss of not believing to be anything is the last thing you experience before the belief in being someone is undone and therefore does not seem to cover, there never was or will be more than that which is One, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

Going with the flow of the empty breath, you become indifferent to what you get, so if you want something specific, you must disconnect from it and accept the stress that comes from not being in the flow of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The synchronisation of the inner and outward-facing senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outward-facing senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world. Thus the speedy and restless energy that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses does not seem stressful.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow of nothing, but the desire to use them to accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want his synchronisation because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not help you to get what you have stressed to achieve. This is why most like to avoid the flow of the empty breath and endure the hassle of obtaining what they desire.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

However, if they get it, they do not feel satisfied but disappointed because more is still needed. This, they try to tone down through meditation, yoga or other techniques that seem to hide that all they care about is becoming and having more at the expense of anybody (see No manifestation is real).

You can read a more detailed explanation of the inner and outward-facing senses in the following article What and where are the inward and outward-facing senses or in hack #6.3 The inward-facing senses, the Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it.

The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of duality – for example happiness and sadness – the more you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be in a world of duality.

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is actually death because life is formless and thus without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last is lifeless. It is, however, the life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can imagine being someone you are not in the virtual world of a video game. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not connect with the empty breath at your own pace
While Alexius was writing about the empty breath, he deducted ways to ignite it from his instinctive way of doing it. For example, using the unedited energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive ignites a take-off into the empty breath. Read more about that in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

There is nothing to know, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seem to be lots to know, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.

That is why Alexius’ Enlightened NonTeachings is not about learning something new but to unlearn everything. This you can do by reading all of them – or flip through them – until they automatically apply one or more of Alexius’ Duality Hacks and brings you in a state of not-knowing, in which there is nobody to perceive the person fabricated by the brain as real. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to any kind of belief.

That being said, when it comes to the practical aspects of appearing to be someone definitive, you should not avoid learning and knowing something, or being and having more. It is self-evident, however, when connected with the empty breath. Its indifference to differences makes it impossible to choose anything yourself. Thus you just go with the flow of doing something exciting. In other words, you are are having the belief in being someone undone, while enjoing it to its fullest.

If this is what you want, it is not essential to read HACK #5 A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss from beginning to end or just browsing it. But it is crucial to not focus on anything in particular, nor spend time processing or integrating it, as that enhances the belief in being someone. Instead, unlearn everything, so you contain nothing and, as an empty vessel, can serve the empty breath. See Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru, for example, you do not look for that which is real because it is no different from that which is One, and it takes more than one to look for something. However, if you do not relate to something but nothing, there is no relation and therefore no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be. In other words, the less you seem to know anything, the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive to connect with the empty breath, but it is essential to be willing to have it undone.

The only requirement is a willingness to not be someone definitive
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are is not done by fighting or transforming your learned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned by something, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting that your appearance as someone definitive is not a matter of fact but make-believe. You accept this by acknowledging that you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive because the acknowledgement confirms that what you appear to be is make-believe.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to have fun.

Having the belief in being someone definitive undone does not mean that you seem to be gone, reborn or awakened. Like within the context of this belief, the appearance of Santa Claus does not stop when you grow up. It is the belief that he is real that stops. However, there is one difference between the undoing of the belief in Santa Claus and you being someone definitive. When the belief in the latter is undone, or in the process of being it, you are not disappointed because now you are free to enjoy being someone definitive in a fantasy about Santa Claus, having a family and whatnot.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer or balanced. Being anything is part of the experience of being someone, and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

The swing of an yin yang sign comes from the bliss of not believing to be someone

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness, that makes the body expand and contract and thereby supply it with oxygen. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness supplying the body with oxygen through expanding and contracting it. See the paragraph The swing of the empty breath in the article What does the empty breath feel like?

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath can be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does the empty breath feel like?, and To be nobody and yet somebody. But do not count on it. His experience of it is not static. And even if it were, you and Alexius may experience it in each your own way – just like when drinking the same cup of tea, for example. Besides, the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, which is hardly an experience.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath revealed through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Instead, maybe it is the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, the Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive – and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you believe in being does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is, within this experience, comparable to being in a dream. There is nobody in it. Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are many ways to appear definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Like within the context of such a world, a dreamer is not in its dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness when your apparent life in a world of something is finished because you never left it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But contrary to the illusions of the many belief systems in the world, Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not attempt to transform or make the world better but expose that everything experienced is made from nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe to be separated from others. Instead, it is something you pretend to be.

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end when the brain cannot produce the experience of you as someone anymore. Until then, it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not.

Pretending to be someone definitive undoes the belief in being it, because what you pretend to be you are not. Read about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

APPENDIX:
Since Alexius is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he perceives every experience as nothing. Thus the distinction he makes between a state of not knowing and the experience of being someone definitive can be shaped by that. In other words, there might be a slight mix up in the description of the bliss of nothing* and its after-effect, which comes from having had the slate wiped clean, so you return from a state of not-knowing in the default mode of the basic self, and, therefore, automatically is synced with the brain and thus in the happiness of something (read more about that here).

However, most of the explanations of connecting with the empty breath are not geared towards the basic but the special self, as that is the most common way of being in the world of the outward-facing senses. Fortunately, the stress that comes from keeping together the image of being special can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, provided you do not try to deal with the stress yourself.

On the other hand, the basic self does not need the unedited energy of stress to connect with the empty breath. It easily becomes so laid-back that it does not perceive feeling fulfilled as better than depressed, neither being right to be better than wrong. These or any other feelings are not perceived as something specific. Hence there is nothing to hide the bliss of emptiness.

This does not mean that feelings of anger or love, for example, does not pop up but that no feeling is perceived to make a difference. Thus they all reveal the bliss of nothing* when the basic self is so laid-back that its basic perception is ‘dunno what it is.’

Read about perceiving everything as ‘dunno what it is’ in ‘I know what it is’ versus ‘It is what it is’ versus ‘Dunno what it is’. Check out about the basic and special self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one, and the after-effect of a state of not-knowing in the article The bliss of nothing.

You must play the game of duality to have it undone [draft]

Updated November 27, 2021

It is not only Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings that talk about the body being used to hide repressed emotions. In Bioenergetics (see Wikipedia about that), it is the theory that you store negative experiences in the body, therefore, is altered. Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings says this may seem so. Still, physiology and psychology do not mix, so the connection is thought up (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues). The way to undo this imagination, and thus matters believed to be psychosomatic, is to follow the duality flow described in this article or elsewhere in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is still in the process of exploring how to communicate this hack. Hence, you might be better off reading another one. However, you are welcome to take your chances.

This article is a continiution of of The togetherness of twofoldness undoes the separateness of specialness. Thus it is about the perception ´it is what it is,´ that reveals the duality flow. It is so vitalising that you, eventually, forget to define yourself as someone in a world of duality.

As everything is twofold in a world of duality, a singular impression is fake, for example falling in love. Thus you feel disconnected when you hold onto a feeling of falling in love. No worries, this is easily corrected. First, you perceive your fixed impression as ‘it is what it is.’ Then, in a state of expectation calling for nothing specific, your special feeling turns inside out and unveils its counterpart inside it. In this case, love gently opens and out of it comes hatred. But just like breathing in and out does not happen simultaneously, love and hate are not felt at the same time.

Since the love you feel is defined by hate, and it is determined by love, you see there is no true love without hatred and vice versa. Should you, out of habit, suppress hate so you can hold onto a specific memory of love, you feel disconnected until you remember that to feel connected, love and hatred must be coupled.

If you physically and/or mentally have pumped up your appearance, the way to set yourself free from the stiffness in your body used to maintain your magnified image, is to perceive your reaction to your rigid body as ‘it is what it is.‘ This reveals your response is twofold. Hence there is not a particular response to uphold the inflexibility of the body. And since it also reveals that being special is coupled with a sense of nothingness, you cannot help but laugh.

You may not observe that love turns into its counterpart hate, just like you may not notice breathing in is repaced by breathing out. Yet it happens anyway. In other words, you probably need time to acknowledge the constant movement between the opposing poles of duality – in this case, love and hate. And you most likely need more time before you sense the duality flow that, like rolling waves without highs and lows, moves throughout your body (read more about that here). Nevertheless, since the perception ‘it is what it is’ syncs you with the duality, you immediately feel connected.

That something is ugly is not a fact but the way you have decided to perceive it. This singular Interpretation prevents you from seeing it as it is because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But this perception does not make you feel connected if you assume your response to an experience is the same as the experience. For example, when you see a picture of your hometown and mistake your nostalgic reaction to your past for the image, you will use the perception ‘it is what it is’ to hide this mix-up, so nostalgia is not your reaction but what the image is. In other words, you use the perception ‘it is what it is’ to suppress your sentimental response, so you can appear cool. But nothing is middle-of-road. Everything is two-fold in a world of duality. Therefore, since your perceived neutrality distorts duality, you feel incomplete.

To hide this, you always avoid situations that could initiate concealed emotions of shortcomings. If, despite that, a repressed sense of failing manages to enter your consciousness, you quickly rise above it by meditating, drinking, shopping, or working a lot. Another way is to blame somebody for making you feel imperfect or hide this feeling in a psychosomatic disorder like vertigo. Read about dizziness in ‘what if…?’ versus ‘it is what it is’

When you are willing to accept that everything is coupled with its counterpart in a world of duality, sadness is naturally complemented with gladness, whereafter it automatically is replaced by another polarity. This interplay of opposites is what makes you feel complete when you appear to be in a world of duality.

You are better off, though, if you do not prevent suppressed feelings from popping up. This is because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality, so if feeling sad is not covered up, it paves the way for gladness. And since you are in a world of duality, the experience of twofoldness makes you feel complete, whereas the experience of singularity makes you feel incomplete.

It is like taking a ride on a rollercoaster. If you only go up or down, the trip is disappointing, whereas going both ways is thrilling. In other words, when you accept the constant interaction between up and down, you laugh when you feel on top because you are not afraid of falling down. And you cry when you feel low without being fearful of being stuck there. Thus you have a splendid time in a world of duality regardless of feeling up or down.

Contrasts are the way of duality. So if something is interpreted as beautiful, you got to see the ugliness in it as well. Going with this polarity, you feel complete. But if you try to correct or remove the ugliness to uphold a particular view of beauty, you feel incomplete. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To resume, it is not your experience of something that you perceive as ‘it is what it is‘ to feel the completeness of twofoldness. Instead, it is the specific response you determine your experience entails. So if you decide your reaction to having been rejected is sadness, you perceive that as ‘it is what it is.This reveals your response is not one-sided but twofold. Thus sadness does not settle into definite grief but gently opens up and shows it has gladness inside it.

In other words, when the definitive meaning you have assigned to a response is perceived as ‘it is what it is,it is complemented by its opposite. Hence your reaction does not entail loneliness but togetherness. This twofoldness occurs as automatic as breathing in is followed by breathing out – and it feels as satisfying. Accepting this polarity, it is soon replaced by another. And since you, therefore, are in the duality flow, you feel satisfied.

The perception ‘it is what it is ‘does not set you free from sadness, for example, but free to experience it paired with gladness. In other words, this perception does not make you free from duality but free to enjoy it. Actually, so much that you forget to remember it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But if you did not perceive the definitive meaning you assigned to your response as ‘it is what it is,‘ you are not in the duality flow. Instead, you are in the story you have made to illustrate you feel sad in the way heartache is supposed to show. However, since that feeling is suppressed by your story, the sadness you put on view is fake.

Therefore, since you ignore the interaction of sadness and gladness, you do not get the satisfaction of the duality flow but the frustration of fabrication. Most tries to cut off this disappointment from their awareness by hiding it behind a physical problem in the chest, for example. So when a psychological problem in the future triggers this hidden frustration, the resulting feeling of unease in the chest is interpreted as a physical issue. Hence the past discontent remains hidden from the awareness. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

There are, of course, instances where you feel relieved when someone leaves you. To extend that specific feeling, you combine it with a sensitive body part, like the chest. Thereupon you assume any physical sensation in the chest is caused by a psychological feeling, namely the sense of relief. But since this feeling is defined by pain and it has been suppressed to feel specifically relieved, this is not what you sense.

If you have not judged something as inharmonious, you cannot know when you experience harmony. But as most people suppress the inharmonious, they have nothing to define a harmonious experience. Consequently, what they get is an intellectual idea about being in balance.

When you think about your friends’ opinions about what goes on, it seems like a specific emotion is established. Especially if you spin a story about the feeling that you tell in a severe tone of voice enhanced by body language illustrating this feeling. Women often use this trick to appear to feel something distinctive, although their emotions are suppressed. Most men, on the other hand, think it is great having their feelings cut off. Hence they are not distracted by them. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you believe in feeling is an intellectual construction that resembles being relieved, when you put on a sad face and tell others about something unpleasant, whereafter you smile to show you have been freed. Maybe you add a phrase from a song to strengthen the impression of relief. If this conjured image of relaxation convinces others that you are relieved, you believe in genuinely feeling that. However, what you feel is, just like the powers superheroes seem to have, make-believe.

To repeat, when your reaction to something is perceived as ‘it is what it is, it is not limited to a single-minded feeling like shyness. Instead, you also get its contrast, confidence, so those contrasting feelings can define each other and, therefore, be genuinely felt.

Being amused by this, you go with the duality flow. Hence the contrast of shyness and confidence soon is replaced by other polarities. You may not catch the names making up those polarities because their interaction makes you feel so complete that you do not care about such details.

What you believe to be, only exist in the impression you imagine to have on the world outside of you. And it only seems real because of what you imagine it does to you.

This, of course, only applies as long as you believe to be someone in a world of duality. In non-duality, it is impossible to be complete because it requires more than one to be something, and oneness is undivided.

bottle-up-emotionsHow to suppress feelings?
If you are not already aware, here are a few samples:

  • Talking about what others do or say instead of how that makes you feel.
  • Trying to help others to remove the attention from you and how you feel yuorself.
  • Falling in love hides the self-hatred inside.
  • Talking about metaphysically things instead of acknowledging, what you feel.
  • Being upset about something on behalf of others.
  • Meditating, chanting, praying or doing similar things to fend off what you feel.
  • Finding psychological, or any other kinds of explanation for what you feel.
  • Eating or drinking to suppress ones’ feelings.
  • Trying to prove a factual point to hide what you feel.
  • Following ideas for living in the now, or trying to live by any other totalirian concept.
  • Blaming others and justify your feelings by them.
  • Much planning and control.
  • Constantly looking for new things to buy or change.
  • Trying to always be in a good mood.
  • Working a lot and for instance clean your home, when you are upset.
  • Reading or playing computer games regularly.
  • Having revenge sex.
  • Staging yourself on Facebook – perhaps to get as many likes and followers as possible.
  • Publish photos of your happy and shiny life on Instagram.
  • Quoting others to prove you are right.
  • Keep imagining how to solve things or just making up stories.
  • Sitting with crossed legs, locking the knees by bending them backwards, raising one or both shoulders or pushing them forward.
  • Holding back the breath.
  • Assuming to know what is right and wrong.
  • Concluding this and that.

And how to not suppress your feelings?
In the duality flow feelings become very defined, but only in relation to their counterpart. Therefore, since they are not definitive but relative, you have no specific feelings to suppress.

*) This is not to say that you never need to think ahead to get something done. But that thoughts regarding that come to you automatically when you are in the duality flow.

CANCELLEX You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 3

Updated September 3, 2021

During childhood we learned to alter our emotions, so we could please our parents by expressing the specific feelings they expected us to have. Read more about pleasing your paretnts here. But everything comes in pairs in a world of duality. Hence feelings never manifests in a specific but a dualistic way. Not trying to change this twofoldness, you feel satisfied by the interaction of love and hate. But you feel depressed if you separate them from each other to get a singular expression of either love or hate. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This article is a continuation of You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 2. Hence it is about the perception ´it is what it is,´ which reveals every experience is dual. This is is so amusing that, eventuality, you forget about duality.

In other words, going with the duality flow, the belief in duality will be undone.

We learned to alter our emotions during childhood, so we seemed to feel them in the specific way others had defined them.

Alexius is still in the process of exploring how to communicate this hack. Hence, you might be better off reading about another one. But you are, of course, welcome to take your chances.

Nobody is perfect, so even if you generally speaking rest in the basic self, you may at times feel attracted to be something more unique. Being a special self, you appear to have so many exciting emotions that make you feel exceptional. However, feelings come in pairs, so you cannot feel extraordinary without feeling average as well unless you suppress this polarity by excluding feeling average. By doing that, you appear to have a single-minded feeling wherefore, you can state ´I know what it is,´* instead of ´it is what it is.´*

This would not be a problem if not changing the perception of the basic self. It perceives whatever you feel as ´it is what it is.´* Hence the apparently different ways of feeling yourself make no difference. But as the special self perceives everything as ´I know what it is,´* it is imperative to hide feelings of weakness and thus appearing to know it is perfect.

What a relief not having to achieve a specific mood to keep your suppressed in the dark.

What a relief not trying to achieve a mood that never remains long enough to escape the feeling of hell.

Unwanted psychological feelings have often been hidden in the experience of a wounded part of the body. Alexius, for example, has a basic design fault in his spine. While writing this hack, he realised lots of psychological stuff had been unloaded there. Ideally speaking, he should have separated the psychological feelings from the physical ones, but he could not do that. It felt like he would end in hell.

Fortunately, he could include the feeling of hell by perceiving it as ´it is what it is.´* Not just like that, though, but after days of trying to avoid it by looking for a setup that fitted into his conditioned image of perfection. What a relief when you do not need to hide your feeling of imperfection.

This does not mean hell has gone, but that you are not afraid of going there anymore because it is what it is.´* Thus, going down feels as entertaining as going up. In other words, one of the most frightening contrasts of duality, namely that of the darkness and light, has been cancelled out. Read more about the cancellation of contrasts here.

As already said, nobody is perfect, so you may go back and forth from the perception of the basic self to one of the special self several times a day. No problem. ´It is what it is.´*

PART 2
In the early childhood of Alexius, his father enjoyed playing games with him. But soon, his father lost interest in doing something together, so Alexius was left on his own. This, he assumed, was because he was not lovable. Thus his love for his father turned into hatred. To justify this change, he looked for something in his father he could judge as evil. Since this, psychological speaking, was an attack on his father, Alexius expected him to retaliate. Hence he looked for something that seemed to confirm this, which was easy because his father every now and then burst out in rage and hit him across the dinner table.

Since Alexius was a kid and unable to physically defend himself, and his father often got angry because of something he had said, Alexius started using silence as a defence from being attacked. The silence was loaded with aggressivity, but Alexius hid it from his awareness as an emotion coming from himself by projecting it onto his father. In that sense, they were the same. They both used each other as a scapegoat for their own aggressivity. But whereas Alexius´ father attacked him physically, Alexius attacked his father psychologically.

On top of that, Alexius tried to look like a victim by acting sad and getting sick to make his father feel guilty for the way he treated him (read more about making others feel guilty here). He failed in that but in hiding his wish for revenge from his consciousness by dumping it in the darkness of the stomach. And then he unconsciously tightened the shoulders to hinder the breath in fully extracting and contracting the body and thus stopping the free flow of physical info from the body to the brain, which he, therefore, could replace with mental ideas of his choice.

Let us return to nowadays to see what happens when you project something on the body. When Alexius´ cat, Guinevere, lies in his lap, he projects a good feeling on this part of his body because he loves Guinevere. Thus it is like the pressure of her body makes his body relax. But if a rat, for example, that he hates, lies in the same place on his lap, its pressure would not relax his body. On the contrary.

However, neither the good nor the bad feeling is in the body. It is in the mental sphere where it is conceived due to what we have conditioned ourselves to perceive as pleasing and horrible. So if you want to remove the awful feeling you have projected on the body treating it with something, regardless you perceive it to be mundane or spiritual, does not help because the problem is not there but in the combo of immaterial and material feelings, that needs to be untangled so they can be dealt with on each their own term.

Twofoldness undoes the separation of one-pointedness

Our present perception of the world is often based on one we made early in our life. Alexius, for example, was a sensitive child who quickly generated fear. To disassociate himself from his fear, he looked for flaws in others so he could justify perceiving them as horrible and, therefore, to be the ones making the fear.

Initially, it was his father he used as a means to separate himself from his own fear by perceiving everything his dad did as horrifying. Later on, Alexius used many others as a scapegoat to eliminate his fear from his awareness and thus feel free and in control. Especially because he also managed to hide his affectionate feelings from his consciousness by attributing them to something outside of himself, which he decided to see as wonderful.

Alexius grew up in a war zone, in the sense that his father would hit him suddenly. His mother did nothing to stop it, so he felt terrified and completely alone. In an attempt to disassociate himself from the feelings of horror, Alexius decided to see his father as evil. Doing that, he also separated himself from being lovely because that is defined by evil. Thus he looked for something beautiful outside of himself. Mainly, however, he judged what he saw as horrible. The reason for this, Alexius finally realised, was that something inside of himself he interpreted as evil. Fortunately, this revealed he was also lovely because, without it, there would be nothing to define something to be evil inside him. This polarity, and those that naturally followed, made him feel complete. Hence there was no fear of feeling evil and thus no need to hide it by making others look horrible. Consequently, the apparent difference between himself and the world he used to judge as either horrific or beautiful stopped making a difference. Maybe that is why he writes Alexius´ Duality Hacks. He does not know. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This seemed to work great, except when Alexius felt so bothered by something that his suppressed fear popped up, and, in desperation, he burst out in anger.

This seemed to work great, except when Alexius felt so bothered by something that his suppressed fear showed its face, and he exploded in verbal attacks on others. Although there was no physical violence, his outbursts seemed as wild as when his father lost his temper in Alexius´ childhood and hit him across the dinner table or whatnot. Feeling ashamed of being like his father, who Alexius perceived to be the devil responsible for the evil in him, Alexius right away hid feeling demonic from his awareness by projecting it onto vulnerable parts of his body.

aggression- darkness – hostility and hatred – his destructiveness – toxic – aggressive vicious – destructive – wicked – wicked

Since the description of Alexius childhood in this article is a rationalisation, and he is not a psychologist, it may not be entirely correct. Therefore, please look at it as samples of how we tend to lock away events in a box and imagine burying that in the body.

Alexius is not a physician but seen in retrospect, it seems he used the physical problems that arose from his birth defect in one of the vertebrae to disguise his aggression and events that appeared to have caused it in his childhood. As the malfunctioning vertebra pressed on a nerve going to the stomach, it was easy for him to use his bloated stomach as a hiding place for the shame he felt for being exploited by his mother. She used him as an object to give her the bodily affection his father could not provide her.

hiding grievances in the chest/stomach

to block the actual signals from the body so they can be interpreted by yourself as attacks on you and thus justify your grievances

Due to his bloated stomach, the diaphragm hardened. Since it is the primary mover of the breath, the area in his chest became blocked. Thus it seemed obvious to project his naivety and devotion onto it, so his generosity would seem to be boxed in there and, therefore, not cause him to be preyed on in the future. But since he was not as cherished when his compassion was locked down, he concluded he could only be loved if he gave others what they want. This seemed to be an unsolvable dilemma, so instead of saying stop to others, he walked away.          as he felt it was dangerous to be himself, he imagined to hid his naivety and devotion – compassion – in his blocked chest. Being preyed on, he felt justified in closing down his gifts, which probably was for the best at that time, as otherwise he would have been completely exploited.

That being said, when you feel there is not enough air to breathe, it is in most cases as imaginative as when you are diagnosed with vertigo and experience the world to be spinning around you. It is a fantasy, and ultimately speaking, so is everything else you experience because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But since you are reading this, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Fortunately, applying hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality, you have fun believing this while that belief is undone.

That being said, when you feel there is not enough air to breathe, it is in most cases as imaginative as when you are diagnosed with vertigo and experience the world to be spinning around you. Nothing is spinning around you, and there is sufficient air for breathing. Read more about dizziness in You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 2.

impulse to meet people´s needs were

But this also made him feel like he was not wanted, wherefore he concluded. Si

This created a dilemma.

the world was cruel, and it only wanted to exploit him

compassion,

The helplessness he felt from being continuously attacked by his father, he hid in the neck that had collapsed due to the malfunctioning vertebra. Since everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, the lack of energy in the neck was counteracted with intense but blocked energy in the hips, where he hid his aggression towards his father, so he could hold back the urge to kick him.

To make sure he would never be bothered by any of those feelings, he also moved up his shoulders in a tight position close to the head that blocked off any feelings from consciousness, so he instead could make a mental concept of the fear of them that did not scare him. The shoulders remained tight after he became someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. The fear of his own feelings is kept boxed in is released in the enlightenment of that which is one because there are no shoulders to prevent it from popping up. In the enlightenment of that which is one, this intense energy seems to be a supreme power that tries to annihilate him, so he chooses to keep up the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This is not to say that the body has the power to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one. But when your perception of it is believed to be real, it seems to have that power. Thus it is not when he relaxes in the shoulders that he does not return as someone but when he does not care about it because then there is nobody to annihilate. Please be aware, the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, but this explanation is. Thus it may be entirely off.

He repressed that he had chosen to imagine the body could be used as a means to hide his unwanted feelings from his consciousness. So when those emotions popped up again, he interpreted the disturbance as a physical problem from the part of the body where he initially imagined hiding his unwanted feelings. Hence the resulting psychosomatic disorders became a mystery impossible to heal. And the helpless little boy full of sorrow, rage and fear, therefore, could remain hidden in the dark inside Alexius. In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about using the body as a means to hide your feelings from your awareness.

Alexius did not want to realise that it was his own shit he saw in his father, so he shut off the communication between the body and the brain, so he would not receive bad signals from himself. He did not choose this because he was a child and therefore not able to embrace the darkness but because he thought he had to be good to get love from his parents / as if he was above it. Thus what he got was not to himself but an image he had made, wherefore he complained about not being seen. And, actually, that was what he was, if he had not excluded but included the darkness in himself … by seeking out thoughts that seemed wrong and as a defence against tighten the body, so it appeared to hide the darkness

is not to say that the suppressed little boy must be exposed, but that denial should be complemented with acceptance, just like the night must be supplemented by the day because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality. Going with this flow, duality sets you free from the night as well as the day. In other words, there is no need to go down memory lane to see what you have denied if your denial interacts with acceptance.

When you do not try to hide anger, for example, your response to it can be perceived as ´it is what it is.´ This reveals that your reaction is twofold. So if anger makes you feel guilty, you are relieved because it is complemented with feeling good.

All your suppressed grievances serve you well when exposed and perceived as ´it is what it is´ because that reveals they are not singular but twofold. Hence you have an amusing polarity of complaints and contentment, which sets off other gratifying pairs of duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

After Alexius, in his early 20s, became someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one), his two standard perceptions of something as definitely horrible or wonderful was no longer dismantled. Instead, they worked together as a team to define and pave the way for each other, like breathing out paves the way for breathing in and vice versa.

This interaction of horrible and wonderful made him feel good about both statements. So good, actually, that other pairs of duality naturally kept popping up. Hence Alexius felt completed and not fragmented like when he used to insist on dividing the pairs of duality into separated elements. Especially because going with the duality flow, he had no singular feelings to hide. Thus he did not appear to have psychological problems concealed in the body anymore.

Since his psychosomatic problems, therefore, were reduced to physical issues, they could be fixed physically. Maybe not entirely, but at least to the extent that the experience of being someone inside a body became more comfortable. Read more about that in You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 1.

However, out of habit, one of his old single-minded judgments/perceptions are often the first choice when confronted with something new or fearful. This is probably how his personality is set up to solve a problem. Trying to change that would be like attempting to stop the sunset. It is impossible.

But it is possible to remember that, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs of opposing elements that define each other, like two sides of a coin. Recalling that, as from an invisible crack in Alexius´ conditioned single-minded perception, the opposite unfolds. Hence twofoldness again makes him feel fulfilled as someone in the game of duality, contrary to the sense of incompleteness that comes from separating the pairs of duality.

He probably does not notice that the interaction of horrible and wonderful soon fades out because it sets off the experience of other pairs of duality. Maybe humility and boldness, serenity and lust, calmness and confusion, union and separation. This polarity flow is so satisfactory that he does not sense when one ends, and another starts. Beginning and end is just another pair of duality that makes him feel whole.

Not trying to control the future, thoughts become unimportant. Hence they turn into insignificant noise from somewhere unnamed.

The experience of being someone who is somewhere is enough to feel the completeness of twofoldness and thus forget what and where you are, which is the opening the enlightenment of that which is one waits for. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nor does he usually remember the names of the polarities that makes him feel complete. Being in the duality flow, it does not have to be ratified via an inner talk (read more about that here). Therefore, as thoughts are reduced to unimportant jabber in the background (read more about that here), he cannot find words to describe the duality pairs he experiences. Not a problem, though. One does not need to label the sides of a coin, for example, to sense it is twofold.

In a world of duality, a holistic experience is not singular but dualistic. In non-duality there are no experiences because it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum up, even though the experience of being someone in a world of duality is an illusion (read more about that here), having this experience, you feel frustrated if you separate the opposing elements in the pairs of opposing elements making up duality. And you feel satisfied when you join their interplay – just like you feel fulfilled from the interaction of breathing in and out if you do not try to fragment this pair of duality into specific segments to be relaxed, balanced, transformed and whatnot.

To feel fulfilled by the pairs of duality, you do not need to discover where you have stashed unwanted feelings in the body like described above. Nor do that have to become someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. And you do not have to get rid of single-minded perceptions or anything else through meditation and whatnot. All you need is to perceive your single-minded interpretation of the present moment as ´it is what it is.´ This reveals the other side of your postulate. Thus you get the interplay of polarity – for example unbelievable/plausible.

As the present moment is based on your past, this perception reveals your postulate’s other side. Thus you get the interplay of polarity – for example unbelievable/plausible.

Therefore, since opposing thoughts or feelings are not kept apart, there is no single-minded perception to project onto somebody else or your own body. Thus others, as well as yourself, are set free from your rigid opinions. Read more about that in You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 4.

This is a simulation of the moment where the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced to break through whereafter all experiences, including what you believed in being, is erased. Hence there is nobody to know that nothing falls through a black hole into everything. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is a bit like gettng to the point of orgasm. Nothing else matters. But whereas an orgasm is driven by the desire for something, the absence of it is the propellant of the enlightenment of that which is one.

This does not mean, you have to to become purer by avoiding sex or anything else, nor do you have to be harmonious, physically fit or breathe in a special way. All that is needed is to forget what and where you are because the enlightenment of that which is one does not know anything definable.

For the same reason, the enlightenment of that which is one has not changed what you appear to be, if you return to the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. In the case of Alexius, for example, his psychomatic disorders were unaltered.

But since he keeps getting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, he is always reminded, that he is not someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is like being in a roleplay, where one act out a role in a story governed by the gamemaster. However, in the case of a world where there seems to be more than one, the gamemaster is not somebody outsidebut inside of him, namely the brain.

Playing the brain´s game, the perception ´it is what it is´ comes naturally. As your interpretation of past events, therefore, lose their specific meaning, there is not something definitive to maintain psychomatic disorders – or to make you feel stuck in in the plot of the brain.

See hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one about the brain´s script. And check HACK #6, Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it about the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. The latter is experienced in a world of duality, whereas there is nobody to experience the former, since that requires more than one. That is why, although glimpses of enlightenment is a mystical experience, there is no magic to experience in the enlightenment of that which is one.

Last night I died from the world again

Updated January 6, 2022

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inward-facing senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening when you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is going to be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have the outward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste the physical world, we have inward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a non-physical world. However, to use the inward-facing senses, the outward-facing ones must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inward and outward-facing senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world that the outward-facing senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be entirely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outward-facing senses. This might be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outward-facing senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. So some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outward-facing senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking, it is said that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses. And instead, face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace it, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It might be easier said than done, and it probably takes a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

When one of my inward-facing senses opened at a very young age, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the Enlightenment of that which is One. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius, so that there was no belief in someone definitive to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation, the Enlightenment of that which is One wait for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
If either the inward or outward-facing senses are intensely used, the other seems to be in the background. For me, it was the most known aspect of the inward-facing senses that dominated when they opened up, namely the ability to ‘see’ light. Not a light, though, that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outward-facing senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say there is something to see that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after, I bid welcome the visual aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, the inward-facing ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the third eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight it. Speaking of the opening of the inward-facing ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ‘I,’ that experience something, is gone, so there is nobody to fight the flow. In such a profound sleep, my inward facing ear opened up. The focus and concentration needed to read books enhance the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is One makes you hang onto the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is =ne.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is One, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture that is called the nectar of life in some scriptures.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the Enlightenment as that which is One cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is One.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outward-facing senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inward-facing senses, and as it is only in the world of the outward-facing senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inward-facing senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is One, you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness. There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean that you are gone because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is One. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outward-facing sense of a tangible world
The inward-facing sense of feeling has not been easy to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – to mention a few of the disturbing things I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inward-facing sense.

Reading this article later I can tell all memories of discomfort is gone. So do not worry, choosing to go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, you are going to be fine.

But last night, in a very deep sleep, I got so close that I completely died from the outward-facing sense. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the Enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way, though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body being separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct because there is nobody to feel it – and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels very far away and yet right here.

I remember it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was, and is, no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but I know I am not there because there is no more than that which is One.

Until that night, I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is One, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola or sensing a cat’s purring. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the Enlightenment of that which is One and reappear as a person in the world of the outward-facing senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Of course, such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the Enlightenment of that which is One, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the Enlightenment of that which is One, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is One
The outer and inward-facing senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of Enlightenment that can be experienced via the inward-facing senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing to come back to. If there was a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world experienced in a set of virtual reality glasses is virtual. Yet that applies to everything experienced because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inward-facing senses with glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One shows us the same is true regarding the world experienced with the outward-facing senses because it fades out the more the outward-facing senses are turned inwards towards.

When the Enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outward-facing senses are entirely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of Enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Please do not take the expression in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inward and outward-facing senses too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you and another outside. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The world of the inward-facing senses refers to a world, not experienced to be outside of you.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is nothing in that which is One. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which One, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

Rebooted in a hospital where they spoke a language foreign to me except for the language of their laughter, I pretended to be someone having fun in their world, which is easy when you know that they are not me is make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
To die from the outward-facing senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one fully intact. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
When you open up to the inward-facing senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which might be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outward-facing senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outward-facing senses is needed when you sense the inward-facing senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem, though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outward-facing senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breathHow to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, and What does the empty breath feel like?.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones

Updated January 6, 2022

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away echoing that which is One cannot use to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is One. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist because they have never existed since there is no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window, and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving, and the air was so thin that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud that all I heard was the echo of that which is One.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is One was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is One was so intense, that even though people were moving on the road, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is One, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people, even after years of chanting or contemplating, do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is One
The word guitar is a symbol of something that can make amazing sounds. Yet, the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the phrase guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is slightly the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is One – and then again, it is not precisely the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot make anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises is an echo ‘hanging in the air,’ when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is One is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a prominent place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary, everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is One. In other words, there is peace because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the Enlightenment of that which is One. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience, and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outward-facing senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The other aspects are striking visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outward-facing senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inward-facing senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inward-facing senses, though, there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, wherefore they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the Enlightenment of that which is One in one of its aspects, you have glimpses of it. Still, if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, so there is no difference between them and you. That is the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Have fun exploring the world of the outward-facing senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal.
Compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outward-facing senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outward-facing senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe, so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outward-facing senses is an illusion, one may conclude that the world experienced through the inward-facing senses is real. But as what is real never ends, neither the inward nor outward-facing senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of Enlightenment.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is One
Metaphorically speaking, you can say that what you experience via the inward-facing senses is a wall surrounding that which is One. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted. Suppose you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it. In that case, the outward-facing senses have nothing to work with and a door that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is One – and there is no more than one.

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you have to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is One, so if they are picked up again to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is One, because this person was not there. Yet, there often are vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced because if you are dead, there is nobody to see it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect to see it, so instead, the brain makes something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is One and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is One, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is One. Due to these memories, it feels as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and returning to it again from that which is One is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

The first time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual, such as meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home around here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also, based on this experience, they seemed to be convinced that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is One, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is One. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is One, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is One, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is One.

Kind regards
Alexius

I am the Destroyer of Worlds!

Updated January 6, 2022

Painting with reflections of light on my iPhone

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings talks about two kinds of Enlightenment: the Enlightenment of that which is One, which cannot be experienced as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it experienced through the inward-facing senses when the outward ones are partly closed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

After a long, intense night of driving a taxi many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was, so there was nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When he later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, some passages triggered memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The memories were vague, though, because Alexius did not experience the Enlightenment since it takes more than one to do so. Nevertheless, the faint memories of something indefinable are enough to know that everything definable is an illusion. That is why he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is Enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

But Alexius would not put it like that. There is nobody in the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is not a body to be full of light, nor a world to destroy. The world is not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not matter because regardless of how you speak about it, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, nor as pointers towards it, as that requires more than one.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. For example, you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and tastes like sweetened water. Yet the person you have given this description will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is. But in the context of the Enlightenment of that which is One, you will never know what it is because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is erased by the Enlightenment of that which is One. Thus there is nobody there to experience it.

In the Enlightenment of that which is One, the world is not anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but because it has never been – except as a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Some think the Enlightenment of that which is One is to see god in everyone. This is delusional. There is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, think of electricity illuminating a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. But you cannot see electricity. It is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. In the context of god, however, god is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

If you return to a world where there seems to be more than one after the Enlightenment of that which is One, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life because you know there is no more than that which is One. Hence there is no life in a world where it seems to be more than one. Besides, searching for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you realise is not real.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no need to be forgiven or loved, as there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be anyone, so in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as a tool, just like you use your leg, hand, eyes, and so on.

Alexius, for example, has pretended to be a child, teenager, taxi driver, monk, husband, daddy, adult, business Man, millionaire, designer, teacher, photographer and recently non-teacher.

Regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form that you might think it has is wrong. It has no shape. It is formless. Yet, if you look for something intangible, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there does not seem to be something hiding that which cannot be seen, heard, felt or tasted.

What is not one is fake

Updated November 18, 2021

Seeing is believing, they say, but it is actually the other way around. What you believe, you see. Hence you do not see anything if you do not believe in something. And not seeing anything, that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of oneness, does not appear to be hidden by the awareness of something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1
The woman who you see is not here. She cannot be in the electronic media where you are seeing. Her appearance is a simulation made from zeros and ones in a combination that cannot be experienced as something until an app on your electronic media processes it into frequencies that trigger the brain to produce an experience of a woman who seems to be someone in the world where you believe to be.

That world, however, has never been created because there is no more than that which is One, and it requires more than one to create something. Thus the world you see is make-believe, and so is whatever you assume to make this belief because it takes more than one to make something.

The brain claims that the reason you experience to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than that one is that it receives signals from your sensory system that add up to you being someone in such a world. But it is just a story to cover up that you and the world where you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing with nothing in it.

You only see the world where you believe to be because the brain continually processes frequencies of nothing into something that mimics you as someone having a conscious experience of being amongst others, whether that seems to be in a physical or spiritual world. Read more about that in hack #5.3 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

It is not about enjoying but surviving when you start to believe you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of pretending to be there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But knowing that what and where you appear to be is make-believe, you feel happy to experience it, contrary to the feeling of doom that comes from believing the experience is real.

The AI that has proofread this article can only see what it has in its source code. And since there is nothing but numbers, it cannot realise who it is. The same applies to humans, except in their source code is a construction of thoughts which they can realise are nothing. This is very blissful because in the absence of something there are no problems.

The latter most try to solve by relying on the collectively agreed concept of being someone definitive and disown everything that appears to contradict it. Hence they distance themselves from the solution to not feeling bad, which is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, as that leaves nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

To make this leap into the unknown, you must forget what are where you believe to be. This can be accomplished by seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is One (read hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life). It can also be accomplished by pretending to be someone in such a world because what and where you pretend to be, you are not (read hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

Alternatively, you can choose to have the empty breath doing it for you (see hack #5.3 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone). Or you can be inclusive instead of exclusive, as that cancels out the apparent differences in your experiences, wherefore the basis for the belief in being someone definitive is gone (see hack #3.2 Life is inclusive and not exclusive).

You can also apply one or more of the other duality hacks, as they all cause a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to believe you are somebody (read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one).

As it requires more than one to have a problem, all problems are solved by taking a leap into that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain falls into a coma if you for more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at most, do not have an ongoing internal conversation with it, as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you cannot remain in a state of not-knowing. See hack #5.3 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

But the brain is not needed for the enlightenment of that which is OneOn the contrary, so when it falls into a coma, a light brighter than anything else very quickly and abruptly strips away everything left of what you believe to be and have. Hence, there is no awareness of ever having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Nor is there any awareness of being in that which is One, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless – see hack #6.1 The enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it.

If you do not want the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, to be put to an end so abruptly but would like to enjoy it while having it undone, you can choose to return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive. And then go back and forth between being conscious and in a state of not-knowing until you cannot help but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is One.

By sending love to somebody you insist, that the other one is a separated entity defined by time and space. To care for others is a disservice, as this confirms both them and you as separated. If you on the other hand shares, that which is common for everyone, namely that which is life, the difference you experience between you and the other does not make a difference.

PART 2
Direct experience seems to be popular among those who consider themselves to be spiritual. In the context of spirituality, it is a contradiction though. Spirit is one and it takes two to experience, no matter if you perceive the experience to be direct or not.

To judge one way of experiencing to be more direct than another is no different from the common search for more love, money, power, authenticity, spirituality and whatnot. The idea that there is more to have or be is the foundation of the world, and the reason you are separated from that which is spirit. You want more than that which is.

To perceive one experience as a more direct than another one is not to be closer to the experienced but to make a further separation. It is like everything else, an idea made up in the brain, and it implies something in the world is better than other things from a spiritual point of view. But spiritually speaking, there are no differences in the world. And the attempt to make something seem more spiritual than other things or some experiences more direct than others is nothing but an effort to emphasize yourself at the expense of others by having or being more than them.

The idea of being more spiritual is a way to distance yourself from others to be better than them, as you feel they separate you from them, because you are not good enough.

In other words, claiming to have a direct experience has nothing to do with being more spiritual. You are either spiritual or not. The need to be more spiritual has nothing to do with spirituality because it knows not of more. Such a need is only there if you are confused, and you are bound to be when you believe all of the gibberish mainstream concepts labelled as spirituality.

There is no way to go, but to go that way, you must drop all concepts so you are free to follow.

There is no way to go, but to go that way, you must drop all concepts so you are free to follow. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is a concept made of people, who are not afraid of dying but living and therefore space out in ideas of becoming more spiritual. But these people are not transcending anything. You can compare it to having a dream, where you appear to be transcended, but nothing has changed. You are still dreaming.

There is no way out of a dream because you are not there. And there is no way beyond or out of the world because you are not a person in a definable world. It is not possible. You are one, and there is no oneness in the world of time and space.

What you can do though, while you seem to be living in a capsule of time and space is to smile at the silly world, where only that which is definable is real contrary to the reality of oneness, where nothing that can be seen or imagined existWhat a foolish idea to try to be detached from something that does not exist. What a stupid idea to think, you can observe what is not there. What an absurd idea to believe, there is something to learn from an illusion.

And what a childish idea that you are on some kind of journey going home. You are at home and nowhere else. If you put your hands in front of your eyes, you cannot see this article, but it is still there. Nothing has happened except that you have blinded yourself.

To give or send love and compassion to somebody, you judge is in need of that, is not very lovingly or compassionate, because it implies, you have more than others – and that is not possible. Yet it seems possible to experience this difference in the world of duality, so by giving love or compassion you uphold the idea of duality.

In other words you enhance the prison, the world seems to be, instead of sharing the only thing every person has, namely that which makes it possible for them to appear, which would free them from the illusion, that something is missing, because that which is One is everything.

You have blinded yourself with experiences, and whether you consider them to be direct or whatnot is all the same. Any experience is deceitful. That which is you cannot be experienced or observed. You are one, and unless you imagine one to be separated in two, it cannot be experienced or observed. You have blinded yourself with ideas of separation. Yet nothing has changed. That which is One cannot be separated. You are still one, and if you forget about the eyes and what they seem to see, you will not be blinded. Thus you have no need to see because you are that which is One.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5.1 Eyes cannot see.

You are not here because what you believe to be is a ghostly image of nothing

Updated November 27, 2021

This image and this article may be fragments of a superhologram. If so they are basically not different from other fragments in the world.

What if this image and article are fragments of a superhologram? Wise people like to ask a question like that because it seems to imply they are part of something greater and not just a figment of nothingness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1
As that which is One is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it possible to be anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. In other words, what and where you believe to be is not there. However, according to the brain, it receives frequencies from a sensory system confirming us to be somebody substantial in a tangible world where there seems to be more than one.

But since there is no more than that which is One, this experience produced by the brain is a deception, including the big bang story. Also, the recent findings of science suggest that our visual system is sensitive to sound frequencies, and our sense of smell, in part, is dependent on what is called cosmic frequencies. The cells in our bodies are sensitive to a broad range of frequencies. We are a portion of a holographic domain of consciousness and thus part of something greater.

It is more to the point when aspects of Pribram’s holographic brain model are combined with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what seems to be ‘there’ actually is a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain also is a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, everything experienced is an illusion. We are ‘receivers’ that seem to float through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, that literally speaking is non-existing. Yet a physical world in 3D appears to be rendered from this nothingness that we as receivers choose to experience as real, and in doing so, we affirm ourselves to be authentic as well.

Yet, the experience of a physical world is only one out of many. It could also be an astral world that one seems to extract from the sea of nothingness and project ghostly images into it via its simulated superhologram, so nothing appears to be something.

To resume, the whole world – whether it seems physical or spiritual – is a fantasy made to fool you into believing you are a physical being with a sensory system that receives frequencies from a world outside of you and thus ratifies you to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

That somebody is making this fantasy is also a fantasy. It is wishful thinking by those who want to be ratified as conscious beings. Just like nobody makes a dream, nobody makes the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one – and nobody is in it.

INTERLUDE:
The so-called fact that the brain bases the experiences it produces on the info it receives from our sensory system is part of the story it composes to make us believe, we have these experiences that seem to confirm we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. For those who see through this, the brain has another story, namely that although any experience is made from out of nothing, someone is conscious about this illusion of something.

The brain likes are proud of this story because to be conscious of something, there must be more than one, and it is all about hiding, there is no more than that which is One. And also that consciousness is just another deception of the brain, meant to confirm itself and its creations as real.

Nor science, religions or anything else has been able to explain the existence of the universe. The reason for that is very simple, it does not exist.

This explanation is, of course, a load of guff because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, if our appearance as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one were explainable, the brain and its fantasy of the of us as separated beings in such a world would be real and oneness unreal.

Alexius’ cat appears to enjoy the moments of writing his non-teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2
In the dark of the night, it seems Alexius
catches a glimpse of one of his cats. He decides it must be his black cat, who can be a bit of a bully. But then its movement reminds him of another cat of his cats that is especially dear to him. And so, he changes the interpretation of what he ‘sees’ in the darkness. That is how we ‘see’ the world. It is a construction of thoughts.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialized photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colors, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

Every day there are millions of persons flying from one place to another on planet Earth. Tomorrow a friend of Alexius is flying from one place in the world to the spot where Alexius appears to be. It is a special moment for Alexius. His friend is going to visit him. But he does not think about all the other persons on the same flight. They mean nothing to him. This way, the personality is constructed.

If you really want to know that which is you, the fabrication of a personality is not a problem, though. You just devote yourself unconditionally to every building step of the personality. And in devotion, the steps and what they lead to, disappear as something to be defined by time and space.

The world of duality is an illusion, that can be compared to building a sandcastle on the beach. There is no real castle there. Nothing needs to be fixed or changed.

Everything is fine – at least as long as you do not believe, that you are in a real sandcastle! If that is your belief, there is a mistake to correct. The first step is to acknowledge, that to experience a world with you as a person in it is a misconception. In other words: You do not know what and where you are!

PART 3
When Alexius organized the files in folders on his first computer, he thought he would never run out of space. He also imagined his files were arranged in layers, with the ones in top folders on top of those in the bottom folder, which he imagined to be deep under.

Nowadays, he knows better. There is no hierarchy among the files. None of them is on the top or buried deep under others. It is make-believe because, on the hard disk of the computer, there are no levels. The hard disk is flat, and all the files and folders are non-dimensional. Actually, there are no files and folders.

The idea of a soulmate is a typical illusion of the world of duality, where the brain is tricked into believing, that everything is differentiated by time and space. In reality there is no distance to a soulmate. Well actually there is no soulmate, that is an idea founded on separation, and in reality nothing is separated. Reality is one

It is all code, and the code for one file might be spread all over the hard disk. None of the things I seem to experience on my screen is nothing but zeros and ones added together in an order that tricks my brain into thinking the simulated world of the computer is real.

You can compare the world of duality to a simulated world on a computer. Non-duality, which is formless, does not contain the world’s differences that everybody seems to experience. It is a trick. In reality, there is no time. Everything is happening simultaneously in one perpetual present – and everything is as close as possible because there is no space to define anything. In other words, there are no differences. There is only that which is.

As there is nothing else than that which is life, there is nothing outside, and as that which is life is one and one only there is nothing to experience – except if you go outside of that which is one, where there is nothing unless you imagine a world, where everything has a contrast. In other words. the word of duality.

As there is nothing else than that which is life, there is nothing outside, and as that which is life is one and one only there is nothing to experience – except if you go outside of that which is One, where there is nothing unless you imagine a world, where everything has a contrast. In other words, the world of duality.

PART 4
When people are talking about coming from the heart or feeling love, they are actually talking about a semi-euphoric, temporary chemical reaction that occurs when the brain receives specific signals from the body. The brain, which is nothing but a labyrinth of fat and synapses passing electrical signals from cell to cell, have processed everything you seem to experience – including meditative states, which are measurable electric impulses and nothing more.

In other words, the experience of higher states, love – pure or not – and that something is coming from the heart is fabricated by the brain and is in no way more magic than any other experience – unless you have conditioned the brain to tell you so.

An atom consists of 99.999999999999% empty space. It does not have enough molecules to hold this empty space together as something that appears as an opaque form, but because molecules are moving fast from atom to atom, they manage to appear as an opaque form, that you believe you cannot walk through. Yet it is still 99.999999999999% empty space … and out of that you imagine a world full of things that only appears to be real due to the way ´they´ are processed in the brain, which also is non existing – just like nothing in a dream is ´there´.

To feel the love inside is just another illusion fabricated by the brain. The feeling of love appears to be in the body, and as such, it is not inside. Everything in the world is composed of surfaces that can be defined by time and space, and what seems to be inside is part of a surface. Just like the inside of a house is part of the house and is composed of similar surfaces as the outside, which are made of atoms compiled in such a way, that you experience them as dimensional and therefore think they have another side, which you interpret as inside.

Ultimately speaking, there is nothing outside – no atoms or anything – and there is no inside without it. There is only that which is life, which is everything. Consequently, there cannot be anything outside. That which is life is non-duality, but as the world is dual, it can only appear outside of non-duality, where there is nothing, so to make a world, where there is nothing, you create ideas like inside and outside – any dualistic idea will do. And as long as you seem to be in the world of duality, you must use concepts of contrasts for the sake of communication.

You may say this article is outside of you coming from inside the electronic media, where you seem to see it. But it is bullshit. There is no reason to replace it with a new interpretation. It is just going to be another concept full of shit. No matter how you put it, it is made up. There is nothing outside of that which is life because there is nothing else than that.

NOTES:

  • The above consists of old and new notes that Alexius has compiled. Some of the sentences may partly be from articles written by others about holographic theories. He cannot remember what is what. No worries, it is all nothing appearing to be something explaining what cannot be understood, namely that there is nothing but that which is One!

‘Coming from the heart’ is a denial of oneness

Updated December 31, 2021

Someone in Spain recently had the heart replaced by the above heart made of plastic. In other words, a heart is not you, but solely a mechanic thing you have to pump the blood around. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is not you. That is why it is called your heart. It is a tool needed for pumping blood around the body to supply its cells with oxygen. In other words, coming from the heart merely means going with oxygen. Since this is a purely mechanical thing, the heart, nowadays, can be replaced with plastic like in the above image. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems to be a common belief that to be spiritual, you must come from the heart and manifest that as part of something bigger by joining a group of like-minded ones.

Unfortunately, most of these groups of supposedly warm-hearted people do not tolerate ways of expression that their guru does not endorse, so if you do not follow the dress code, for example, you are excluded. And you will probably also be excluded if you are very organised, have a clear head and tend to follow plans instead of spacing out and hugging everybody in the group.

However, not following plans does not seem to be a problem for most who believe in coming from the heart. They have such a need to be unique and independent that it is impossible to commit to a plan, least of all to the conventional rules of society.

Most who feel limited by the world are often restricted by their own rules of how to be in the now, come from the heart and whatnot. They deny this by projecting their control onto the world. Therefore, since the world seems to have caused their feeling of imprisonment, they conclude they will be  free when the rules of the world have been changed.

That is why rules must be changed into something that suits their needs. However, they hide this selfishness behind lots of hugs and talk about unity when they meet in chaotic events, often advertised very confusingly because they think clarity and direction restrict the heart.

All experiences are fabricated in the brain, regardless where they are perceived to come from or if they seem to be spiritual or mundane. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is a muscle from where blood transports oxygen to the cells of the body. If you also have an experience of something spiritual coming from it, you are deceiving yourself, because, as science discovered more than 200 years ago, all experiences comes from the brain, since they are fabricated there. See also the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Since intuition and spontaneity can be said to be part of non-duality, those claiming to come from the heart seem to be in touch with non-duality. But as being factual and planning has been excluded for them to appear intuitive and spontaneous, they do not come from the inclusiveness of non-duality but the exclusiveness of duality.

In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned. In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned. And since coming from the heart is based on excluding the latter, it has nothing to do with non-duality. Therefore, if you believe in coming from the heart, you are not more spiritual and full of compassion than others. Especially because your belief is based on separation. So is sending love, healing and whatnot to those interpreted as having less than you.

In a world of duality that which is you seems to be separated into two opposing parts, one as someone definitive and another one as multiple appearances outside of it.

But the concept of coming from the heart is misleading for both parts, because it implies there is a way to unite them, whereas it actually increases the belief in separation, since there would be no idea of union without this belief.

Hence your apparent good deeds and attempts to make a difference are just a disguise for using separation to make you appear better than others.

If you claim to come from the heart, it is difficult to have the belief in duality undone, because it must be undone where it is constructed, namely in the brain. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of a tangible and dimensional world is a fabrication carried out by the brain – including the experience of spirituality, coming from the heart, living in the now and whatnot.

It can be compared to the experience you have when using a virtual reality headset. It feels like being in a real world. Yet nothing is real and all choices are preprogrammed – except how to perceive it, which is what determines, whether you believe to be there or not.

If you really want to make a difference, stop perceiving the apparent difference between you and others to make a difference. You can do that by totally including one side of a contrast – for example, chaos or order. This inclusion cancels out the apparent discrepancy between the opposing sides. Since this momentarily rubs off on others contrasts, there is no separation to perceive. Therefore, since the foundation for the belief in being someone definitive falls apart, you are in a state of not-knowing.

It is not easy to undo a belief, that you are not aware of. So if you want to undo the belief in duality, do not try to escape it by following rosy ideas like coming from the heart. Instead, include the apparent ugliness of duality as well as its beauty. Hence there is no contrast to define a world of duality and therefore nothing to hide, there never was or will be anything but non-duality.

However, not excluding but including does not work if you believe in coming from the heart because this is not where exclusion is executed. Nevertheless, the idea of coming from the heart is not a hindrance when included where it is conceived, namely in the brain.

You neither come from the heart or the brain but nowhere. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
Those who want to come from the heart instead of the brain have a point because coming from the brain is confusing. But, unfortunately, so is coming from the heart.

It is impossible to come from anywhere at all since that which is you is no different from that which is One, and it requires more than one to come from somewhere – or to be someone. That is why insecurity is the price of believing to be someone at all.

Be aware that this is spoken from the perspective of that which is One, and since it requires more than one to read this, you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you better relate to where you believe to be if you want to have this belief undone. Since the experiences the brain processes is used to confirm this belief, it is in the brain a correction must be made.

You already correct lots of deceitful experiences made by the brain. For example, when the Earth is seen flat, you adjust this experience to reflect the Earth is round. But since the world, according to science, consists of empty space, the experience of a substantial world is fake. When this is corrected, there does not appear to be something definable hiding the formlessness of oneness. Read more about this in The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

Updated December 31, 2021

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside because, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. However, this does not mean that it is replaced by that which is One because there never was and never will be more than oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When we believe to be somebody definitive, we establish this constantly by telling stories where we are the main character making everything right. Or we refer to stories of others in which we appear to make a difference.

The complete inclusion of thoughts and feelings cancels out the idea of within and without. Thus there is no difference to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The conclusion is not that you must stop telling stories about your achievements if you want the bliss of being nobody. On the contrary, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about stopping or avoiding something, as that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or anything else into something higher but including everything as it appears to be because that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is like trying to be someone substantial in a dream. It is not possible because there is nothing in it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, in most cases, we are not willing to be nobody. Thus we persist in being somebody definitive by excluding from our personality whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, or work associates, for example. No worries. If you acknowledge that you are unwilling to include everything, you include the moment as it is, thus on the path of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

Although this is a path of peace, it may not seem so, at first, because when you include everything., there is nothing to hope for. It feels pretty depressing until you realise that without hope, there is nothing to fear – and without it, there is peace. Check out these articles about the freedom from hope: What and where you believe to be is non-existing, and When you know there is nothing to hope for, there is nothing to hide that which is One.

Be aware that this explanation and the others in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are inaccurate because it is not explainable why you believe to be someone definitive. It is impossible to be that because that which is One is formless and therefore endless. See also Nobody is loved in that which is One.

INTERLUDE:
Using Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not like using drugs to expand the consciousness with LSD, for example. They do not increase anything. Nor do they improve something. Instead, they undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

In other words, no reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor you do not have to think positive, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

Even though this pic is not the real thing but a simulation of people on the beach, and even though the simulation is twisted it is a confirmation of what is simulated, because without it the simulation would not be possible.

Even though this image is not the real thing but a twisted simulation of people on the beach, it confirms what it simulates because, without it, the twisted simulation would not be possible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality because it is defined by what you exclude. For example, if you do not like feeling inferior, you exclude it by justifying it with the world perceived outside of you. Hence the flaws of an external world seem to define you as superior.

If you lose your self-control and express the flaws, that are supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it. In this way your superiority is ensured.

However, since life is all-inclusive, you have excluded yourself from it. Hence everything excluded must be included if you want to undo that. Nevertheless, you are probably not willing to do this. No worries. Being willing to accept that, your unwillingness becomes a step towards willingness. But not even this step is necessary regarding the undoing of your exclusion of life. By acknowledging that you resist life, you establish a relation to it. And since life is inclusive, you are on the track of inclusiveness.

Rage is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

Though there is not a single red pigment in this photo, you will probably make an image of red strawberries inside of you because your relationship with them tells you they are red. Likewise, when you have a relationship with the formlessness of life, this is what you will remember every time you experience something in a world defined by time and space, regardless of how it appears to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even if you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it because, without it, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. So whether you seem to be happy or sad, calm or upset, well or sick, mundane or spiritual, it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life. This, you sense if not focusing on your appearance, because then it will not seem to hide what it confirms.

And so there is no reason to blame others for how they appear to be, but neither to stop blaming them or be guilty about judging them, because whatever you do, think or feel is a reminder of the formlessness of life. See also The YOU finger and the three me fingers.

Do you see two faces or a vase in this image? The answer seems important within the reality of a world defined by time and space, as without definitions, it does not appear to exist. In reality, though, it does not matter because your electronic media neither has the space for faces nor a vase. It is an illusion symbolising something that is not there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This does not mean that there is life in the world where you experience to be. Life is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to experience something, everything experienced is lifeless. But it means that even though the formlessness of life is not in what and where you appear to be, it is empowering your experience of it – just like electricity is not in the article you read, although it empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Therefore, as all your experiences symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding something. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Pain, frustration, jealousy, death, for example, confirms life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

PART 3:
Since it takes more than one to realise something, it is impossible to realise that what is you is no different from that which is One. Yet, it is possible to realise it is impossible to be and have more than oneness since it is formless, therefore endless.

No matter how much more you appear to become and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to lose it. Hence you actually have nothing but the fear of losing everything.

You have nothing to lose in the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear. This fearlessness is not accomplished by avoiding being or having more in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another way of being and having more.

But being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is nobody being or having something. Thus becoming and getting more in a world where there seems to be more than one can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not being exclusive and thus inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you as someone.

APPENDIX:
Oneness is formless and therefore endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy. It is founded on the wish to be and have more than that which is One, which is carried out by imagining it is possible to fragment oneness into opposites, for example, good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark.

So if you consider yourself and like-minded ones to be the good ones and others the bad ones, you are enhancing the belief that oneness can be divided, thus making it appear as life comes from separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged as good or bad, their apparent difference is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider good and bad to be equal, the two sides of this contrast cancel out each other, which means you, the like-minded ones and others are non-definable. Thus there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation. And without it, there is no foundation for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

CANCELLEX DEFOCUS Concentration is suppressing that which is you

Updated August 30, 2021

PART 1:
To fence off what you do not like, you need to continually separate your view of the world into fragments of good and bad. Lots of concentration is required to maintain the appearance of the world as divided into those categories and their subcategories of being more or less good and bad.

In movies, bank robbers, killers and worried people look quite concentrated, while the happy ones seems unconcentrated.

The more you concentrate, the more you will be able to control yourself and focus your energy towards doing something specific. For the bad ones, this can be very helpful for drilling a hole in a bank safe, for instance, and for the good ones it can be very helpful in preventing a bank robbery.

But it is not helpful in regard to enjoying the moment as it is. On the contrary. The more you concentrate, the less you are able to go with the flow and participate in spontaneous laughter. You are focused on attaining a specific goal in the future and cannot enjoy what is around you in the present if it does not seem to be part of the glorious story, you have made up and that you are concentrating on manifesting in the future.

To make long short, contrary to what you may have learned in the context of for example meditation, concentration is not beneficial in regard to not being blinded by the belief that there is more than the formlessness of oneness, as it appears to be hidden by what you focus on.

Defocus neutralise the apparent differences of the world so that the belief in separation cannot be upheld and therefore does not appear to hide that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But when you are not concentrated on achieving something imagined in the future, you are not focused – and being defocused the apparent differences of the world make no difference. As that means the belief in separation falls apart, there is nobody to know, what and where you are. In other words, there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Reading a book requires much focus, so often you will end up feeling quite paralysed, which is a state enhancing the belief a world defined by time and space. Television and cinemas are more beneficial in regard to undoing this belief, as they do not require the same amount of focus.

The same applies to reading on a digital media. After some hours of multitasking* on the web you probably are quite spaced out, which is terrific in regard to undoing the belief in being someone definitive.

Multitasking* is a great help to not focus. Doing several things at the same time, there is not much time to care about specifics or the labelling of this and that.

To focus leads to fixation and so it seems you are stuck, where as defocus if you defocus on the same, it ceases to appear. The image is grabbed from the web

Focusing leads to fixation, and so it seems you are stuck in a capsule of time and space. But if you do not focus at all, you are not fixed in time and space, and without it, you are not someone definitive. Thus there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you, namely that which is one. So if you have to pick up your kids from the kindergarten, you do not defocus but include the matter at hand. In this way, you are still on track in regard to undoing the belief in time and space because it is based on inclusion, so it cannot survive being included. The image is grabbed from the web.

When nothing is wrong or missing, you are not of the world, though you appear to be there
The only order is oneness, but this you cannot find in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it is based on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Relating to a world where there seems to be more than one implies that you believe it is real. This belief requires constant focus to maintain the apparent difference between you and others, good and bad and so on.

But defocusing neutralises all differences. If you continue to look at something without focusing on it, not only will it disappear but the whole experience of a world where there seems to be more than one and you as someone registering it. In linear time this requires about half an hour of constant defocus, but if you think you have unfinished business in the world, you will not be able to not focus on fixing this.

The concentration needed to focus on something and thereby exclude what is not focussed on tightens up the body, so that it feels more real. In other words, the more you include, the less there is to focus on, the less the body feels real and the more obvious it is that it is an illusion, since life includes everything as it is formless and therefore everything.

If so, you may be better off by focusing on your problems – not to exclude them though but to include them. When included they cannot be focussed on, so the more you include, the less a world where there seems to be more than one can be experienced as real. Yet you at the same time can have the excitement of appearing to be there.

That which is one has no centre, since it requires more than one to have one.

To be centered is a numb state of separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To be centred is a numb state of separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you do not want the belief in a world defined by time and space to hide the formlessness of oneness, it is not desirable to be centred, as that requires much control in order to continuously exclude what is not judged to be centred. And as to exclude is to separate, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced instead of undone.

Trying to be centred is often a way to fence off what you judge to be wrong in the world, so that it seems as it is a good and not a bad experience to appear there. But to experience goodness only is to separate, so it will not feel good. Unfortunately most try to solve this by becoming more centred in order to fence off more bad experiences.

That being said, if you have worked hard to separate specific parts of the world from the image you have made of yourself so that it appears to be a story of a good person in a bad world, you do not need to undo that. It happens all by itself if the need to separate is included.

Everything in a world defined by time and space needs contrast so it can be to be experienced as something definable. Thus you can only experience to be separated if you also – consciously or not – experience to be connected. And as the sum of the two opposite sides in a contrast always is a perfect moment, that is what you have if you do not keep the two sides apart. A perfect moment though is not a sensation like for example falling in love but rather the relief of not being exclusive, as that means problems vanishes. This is not limited to the period called now.

If you have an expectation of a perfect moment, it will not be perfect until the expectation and its opposite – desperation – is included exactly as they appear to you. And as said in the previous articles, inclusion is to not exclude, so when desperation is not excluded in an attempt to enjoy the thrill of expectation, it is included.

Moaning and whining sets the focus on problems and you need to stay focussed to appear as if you are someone in a world, where there seem to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Grievances keep you focused, and you need to stay focused in order to constantly be able to control thoughts so they can be used to keep together the imagination of a world defined by time and space.

Believing to see something is an illusion, as it takes more than one to see anything, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thoughts have no power
This is not to say that it is thoughts that make such a world appear to be real. If you, within the context of this world, is sitting in your bathtub and start to imagine a world in the steam from the hot water, it is not the steam, that makes the world. It has no such power. There only appear to be a hidden world in the steam, because you like to imagine it. Thoughts can be compared to the steam.

Even though the steam in your bathtub may seem to hide the bathroom, nothing in the bathroom is changed by the steam. Likewise, even though your belief in the thought construction of a world, where there seem to be more than one, appears to hide that which is one, nothing has changed. There is no more than that which is one.

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the context of the world, steam is not really something, so it only appears to be there for a short while. And in the context of the formlessness of oneness thoughts are gone the same moment they appear to be there.

As a story has a beginning and an end, so has the story of a world defined by time and space, and as oneness has no end, since it is formless and therefore endless, a world defined by time and space is not part of it.

That is unless you want to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and therefore hang onto them in order to fabricate a story of a world defined by time and space outside the formlessness of oneness. There is, however, nothing outside of it, since formlessness is endless. Hence the story of a world where there seems to be more than one is fabricated by empty space.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you want, that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness, forget about focusing on forms like for example in this image. Focusing will only enhance the appearance of form and therefore the belief, that separation is possible. Defocusing on the other hand will blur out everything until there are no forms to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The world is make-believe upheld by focusing on specific appearances
There is nothing in a world defined by time and space, so if you believe to be there, you cannot leave it, but the belief that you are there can be undone – and as focusing is what keeps the belief together defocusing will undo it.

Contrasting defocus with focus
It is through defocusing the words in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are exposed. So if you do not try to understand them, they will hack your focus, so you do not see anything specific. Be aware though, that it may seem to take time if you are attached to the perception of linear time, because like everything else in a world defined by time and space is based on contrasts – in this case, the contrast of past and future.

Not knowing what he writes is how Alexius types down his enlightened non-teachings.

So while in the process of undoing the belief in a world defined by time and space, you must operate within contrasts, which in regard to defocusing you do by alternating it with focusing. Just like Alexius is defocusing in order to write these non-teachings and focusing when proofreading and publishing them.

Or you are non-focused when reading the non-teachings, and focused when implementing them in a world defined by time and space. To read in a defocused way, however, is not to read between the lines. There is nothing in between the lines, so if you seem to experience something there, you have focused a lot to imagine this. So to read in a defocused way is rather to not know what you are reading.

Have your cake and eat it too
A terrific way to contrast focus with defocussing is to see everything in a world defined by time and space as symbols of that which makes it possible to focus on something specific, namely the formlessness of oneness.** Perceiving the world like that everything definable is a symbol of that which cannot be defined. Thus the apparent differences of the world do not make a difference, which means you are defocusing.

In this way, you can have your cake and eat it too. You get the excitement of appearing to be and/or have more than that which is one, while the belief that this is possible is being undone.

NOTES:

  • The above should not be understood as to concentrate is bad in a world defined by time and space. It is an excellent tool in such a world for establishing yourself. But it is not okay if you want to undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

‘Every moment is the perfect moment’ – also for dying in the rainforest [draft]

This article is about the rescue of Alexius from the rainforest, where he was about to die after two days without food and water. In television, they called him the hero who survived the wilderness. However, this is not about heroic stuff, but that every moment is the perfect moment.

In 2010 Alexius was stuck in a rainforest for two days without food and water. He followed a dried-out river down the mountain towards the sea, but the closer he came to the sea, the more impenetrable the rainforest became. At the end of the first day, Alexius gave up digging his way through the thorny lianas.

He hallucinated during the second day and prepared himself to die of cold and/or dehydration in the coming night. However, everything was so beautiful that it did not seem important to continue as a separated being. Besides, there was nothing unfulfilled in his personal life. Alexius’ mundane longings had all been met. But at the end of the second day, he was rescued by a helicopter.

The formlessness of life
Before the helicopter arrived, it was like the person inside the body of Alexius died per its script. It was replaced by an impersonal version of him having only one goal: giving back everything it received to where it came from. The brain heavily backed this replacement because it thinks a self is not meant to be definitive but relative. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

However, since giving everything back to its source is beyond the brain, Alexius did not know how to do that. The brain suggested he should do something great for all mankind? But he sensed it was not about greatness. Actually, it was not about doing but perceiving. Since life is formless, a world defined by time and space is lifeless and thus a fantasy. But there is no illusion without reality, so every part of the fantasy symbolises the formlessness of life.

When experiences are not perceived as personal but symbolise life’s formlessness, they do not establish us as separated beings. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, when a world defined by time and space is perceived as a symbol of life, it goes back to the formlessness of life. Hence our experiences do not seem to have any effect, nor do they establish us as somebody definitive. See also hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

The world is a construction of fragmented thoughts.
You can compare the formlessness of life to having just one thought. It is pure peace. But if that thought is divided into two, peace is over because they need to differ to appear divided. Therefore, one thought as a separate entity, called a Person, looks at the other as a World outside it. And to uphold the illusion that there is more than one, the division goes on. The thought called the World is divided into black and white thoughts. And the thought that watches a World in black and white outside it is also divided into two, namely a Judge and an Executioner.

Thus we have a Person who chooses between experiences divided into black and white. And then a Judge dividing thoughts into right and wrong so the black experiences can be punished for being wrong. When the Executioner has carried out the punishment, the Person feels good because now it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess that separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. However, since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

Although this happens as an inner dialogue inside a Person, it is often projected onto something seen as outside of it. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected onto something perceived as the evil in the World outside of a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

Nevertheless, this system never makes a Person feel good enough because it is the reason for feeling bad. Read more about that here. But let us return to Alexius in the rainforest to see how he dealt with it emotionally:

If I fear how the helicopter guys judge my tripin the rainforest, it´s actually my ownjudgment of the trip, that I fear.

If Alexius fear how the helicopter guys judge his trip in the rainforest, it is actually his own judgment of the journey he fears. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Enough is enough
Alexius had to make his way through lots of thorny lianas in the dried out river he followed down the mountain to get out of the rainforest. The thorny lianas came in bundles. Sometimes it took half an hour to pass a distance of them, that if not for the bushes of lianas tightly woven together could have walked in two minutes.

His feet were hurting because two nails had been ripped when he fell down the mountain several times due to branches being so dry that they broke when he tried to hold onto them. Moreover, due to the thorns in the bushes, his clothes were torn apart. Alexius’ hands were full of blood. And each time he came out on the other side of a bundle of thorny bushes, Alexius was so exhausted that he decided the immense beauty he saw was wrong.

Hence the Judge inside Alexius ruled that the experience of a World far away from the known one should be eliminated and the ones to blame for it should be punished. But, although the Executioner worked hard on doing that, the bad experience did not go away, and the guilty ones could not be found. This enhanced Alexius’ feeling of being wrongful treated. But when he was about to explode, he suddenly had enough of feeling entrapped by conditioned judgments and solutions.

So he stopped deciding between right and wrong. Hence there was no punishment to be ruled out by the Judge and, consequently, nothing for the Executioner to set right. But, of course, that did not mean the bad World disappeared. But that instead of trying to get rid of it, Alexius included it. Thus what he had perceived as bad did not seem to hide, everything was fine as it was. Nothing was wrong or missing. The moment was the perfect moment.

In the middle of nowhere, Alexius had no need to go anywhere. The moment was perfect as it was.

This was not an intellectual but an emotional change for Alexius. When he stopped trying to get rid of his frustrations of feeling stuck, he burst out in laughter because there was nothing he needed to escape. Thus the journey in the rainforest seemed to mirror running from the moment as it is until, suddenly, out of nowhere, Alexius did not look for anything to fix.

It looks like there is a unique bird is sitting on the tree. But it is a hallucination. The ‘bird’ is not a separate entity but part of the tree, which is part of the rainforest, which is … Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life sees no differences
The foursome of Person, World, Judge and Executioner consider themselves essential in making a world defined by time and space appear real. Yet, they cannot do that without breathing. But it does not seem to care about them because no matter what and where the foursome makes us appear to be, the breath steadily goes on.

In other words, just like electricity does not see what a bulb illuminates in a room due to the power of electricity, the force behind the breath, namely life’s formlessness, does not know what it empowers. Also, like nobody illuminated by electricity can see it, a Person empowered by life’s formlessness cannot realise it because it is not contained in what it empowers. That is why, like a movie or a book consists of nothing but symbols, the foursome and everything they seem to manifest is a symbol of life.

In the case of Alexius, he is aware of this because having vague memories of falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness, he knows there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness (see hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is One). However, that is beyond the subject of this article. So we round up by exploring the perfect moment Alexius discovered in the rain forest:

What a perfect moment hanging in the air.

Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing. This was crystal clear to Alexius, hanging in the air when he was wired up from the rainforest by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is all-inclusive
Life’s formlessness includes everything because formlessness is endless, so there is nothing but that. Since a perfect moment is inclusive, it confirms the formlessness of life, whereas living in the now denies it, as it excludes thoughts of the perceived future and past.

A perfect moment can last the whole hour you bravely make your way through bushes of thorny lianas, or the second you feel the horror of going through thorny bushes replaced with the relief of getting out, or the minutes you see a helicopter circling around to find you. Or a whole day where you forget everything about the perfect moment and hate the rainforest.

Any thought or feeling passing by is part of the totality that makes a perfect moment. It is not flawless like a music video, though. There are ups and downs, but they are comparable to the thrill of riding up and down on a roller coaster.

The idea of a perfect moment or giving symbols of life back to life´s formlessness only works within a world defined by time and space. Therefore, like anything else in such a world, they must be given up at some point. ´To give up´ must also go, as it is only in such a world there is something to give up.

In other words, the articles in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the illusion of a world defined by time and space. Otherwise, there would be nothing to write about!

APPENDIX
In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is One. However, after telling someone about it, he realised he could not share it. Hence he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gudruång on a trip to Crete in 2004. But it was not until after Alexius was rescued from the rainforest, that Gudruång told him to tell his story about the enlightenment of that which is One to the World.

It took a year before Alexius began writing and two more years before he started publishing it. And he had no idea that it would turn into eight duality hacks. Actually, he had never used the word duality before he started writing his enlightened non-teachings.

At first, he was blown out by his realisation in the rainforest that every moment is the perfect moment. But maybe this was more a personal thing. After all, not many can go on a similar trip into the rainforest. Besides, it is pretty dangerous. So maybe you are better off going with the duality flow, which is very much like a perfect moment. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

You could also take it a step further as we do in the nest hack, hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom, or in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

CANCELLEX How to find peace

Updated January 11, 2022

Experiences are deceptive. The two orange dots in this image are for example most likely experienced not to have the same size although there actually is no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Experiences are deceptive. The two orange dots in this image are most likely experienced to have different sizes. Yet, there is no difference in size if you measure them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»When the outer has become as the inner, and the lower as the upper, then will this world find peace.« Jesus, according to the Gospel of Thomas.

When the apparent difference between outer and inner, lower and upper, makes no difference, dimensions cease to appear. For something to be defined by time and space, it needs to be different from something else. If there is no difference experienced, there is no separation to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

In other words, what is dimensional does not exist. It only seems so as long as you insist on perceiving differences as if they make a difference. This illusion is the starting point of believing to be in a world defined by time and space. It is fabricated by imagining it is possible to observe the formlessness of oneness from different angles, making it appear as if different dimensional scenarios are occurring in linear time.

To make long short: By observing you repress that reality is the formlessness of oneness and not a world defined by time and space.

But you cannot choose to be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is One. You can, however, imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space, where everything appears to be in different sizes that you can choose from.

It can be fun pretending to be where you are not, but believing you are there feels like imprisonment you want to escape. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Unfortunately, all experiences are deceptive. Think, for example, about the Earth that is experienced to be flat even though it is round. Nothing in the world is what it seems to be. Actually, it is nothing but empty space. That is why happiness cannot be found ´there´ no matter how big your home is, your breast or penis is, or how small your ego appears to be.

But if you do not believe to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, you can have fun pretending to be ´there´. Just like – within the context of such a world – it can be fun pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game.

Yet believing to be in a world defined by time and space, you will be frustrated by what it delivers because nothing lasts no matter its size or apparent greatness, regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. So there will always be fear of loss, and as you still have vague memories of the formlessness of peace, it is a reminder that you have lost it. But this you cannot see until the feeling of loss is exposed instead of fenced off by the anger used to accuse something in a world defined by time and space for having caused it so that the formlessness of peace remains hidden,

In other words, although peace is always present since it is formless and therefore endless, it appears to be hidden when you hide your apparent loss of it behind anger. In contrast, the exposure of the essential sadness entailed by the loss of peace makes it possible to feel why you are sad, namely because you believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are not far from wanting to have this belief undone so that it does not hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One … and that is peace.

Suppose the unpleasant feeling of anger, just like any other feeling, is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, instead of being a denial of that which is One. In that case, it becomes a positive confirmation of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

One effortless way to take the edge off anger is to perceive it for what it is, namely a symbol of reality because it would not be possible to experience an illusion without that which is real. In other words, everything in a world defined by time and space is a symbol of the formlessness of that which is One – including anger, love, god, angels, soul and whatnot – and perceived like that, the sting is taken out of anger.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you are looking for new experiences, no matter how high or pure they may seem to be, you have turned yourself into a victim of the future.

If you are looking for new experiences, no matter how high or pure they may seem to be, you have become a victim of the future. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you want is what you do not have, so if you presume that peace is what you want, the first step is to realise that you are fooling yourself. You cannot want peace because, contrary to the excitement, it is that which is you.

But you can want not to hide peace with dreams of excitement.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is separation. First, that which is One seems to become two and then more and more – and this is what such a world is about. Yet to be or have more does not lead to more peace, but more separation and therefore a feeling of more loss, enhancing the hope for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing is exciting about peace. Nevertheless, it is that which is life – not the kind of life though that appears to have an end. It has no beginning or end and thus no size. And as excitement always is evoked by something definable that is expected to give you lasting happiness when it is achieved in the future, there is no excitement in peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As peace is that which is One, and as that which is you is no different from that which is One, it is found when nobody is looking for it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What is said in this article about excitement also applies to hope. Peace leaves you nothing to hope for.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When not rushing around to get excited about this and that, boredom will reveal the peace of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If not looking for excitement, you do not need to look for ways to relax.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Excitement is based on the idea that there must be more than that which is One. But no matter how excited or high you get, it is not enough. Any excitement or state of mind will enhance your motive of looking for excitement, namely to be or have more, so any achievement motivates you to look for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be connected is an imagination based on the belief in separation, as you imagine a connection to something separated from you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Most persons, who consider themselves spiritual, agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder. If so, it seems those persons are fucked up because they always complain about the world and say it is missing something or something should be changed so there can be peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Peace needs nothing because it is formless, thus endless, so it is everything. And so is that which is you, since there is no more than peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Peace has no privacy because it is without knowledge, consciousness and anything else that requires more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you believe to be someone definitive, you expect to be in a constant state of excitement. However, to feel excited, you must also be willing to feel bored because if excitement is not contrasted, you will not know when you feel it.

But as you always are on a quest for more excitement to hide, believing to be someone definitive is very dull, you do not have time to be bored. Hence no matter how much you look for something to give you a kick, you find nothing.

And yet you do. That is, if you recognise, you find nothing, as this cannot be sensed without sensing the contrast of it, namely everything.

And having everything, there is no more to look for. Neither is there someone definitive to do so, since everything is that which is One, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. And that is nothing but peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The excitement of, for example, a sunset will not enhance the belief in being someone definitive but undo it if excitement is perceived to symbolise the formlessness of that which is you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hack #2.2 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality is not meant to stop you from being excited, not even from desiring it. Nothing in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about controlling or avoiding anything to get better because nothing in it is about getting better, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive.

This happens if you look at the excitement and everything else as symbols of that, which makes it possible to experience something like that, namely that which is One because when everything is a symbol of the same, their apparent difference makes no difference.

Hence the basis for the belief in separation is gone, and without it, you cannot be someone definitive. So by applying this hack, you can feel excited without enhancing the belief in being someone definitive. Hence the suffering it entails.

In other words, you can have fun appearing as someone definitive while at the same time undoing the belief that you are someone at all so that it becomes exciting undoing the belief that there is anything to be excited about.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.3 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality.

CANCELLEX Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality

You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real

Updated January 6, 2022

You are a person in a dreamscape.

The photo you believe to see here is not the one Alexius has published. Ultimately he does not exist, nor you or the picture. But within the context where you, Alexius and his photo are experienced to be real, all experiences are fabricated by the brain. Thus you the picture you see is made by the brain. The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light projected from somewhere else onto a flat-screen. We do not see the frequencies, nor do we experience the world they simulate on the screen to be flat. Actually, we do not see anything. What we believe to see is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that in Eyes do not see. They translate.

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may not be correct to say that the world on the screen consists of nothing but frequencies. It is probably more correct to say, that the world we experience to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, it makes no sense to us before the brain has translated it.

Hence the world on the screen, where we experience people to be separated from each other in a world defined by time and space is a deception. Frequencies of light are all there is on the screen. The brain generates the world we see and feel there based on the frequencies the senses pick up from the screen. At least, this is what it claims. But that is just another one of the stories it makes up to make you believe you are real. It uses five per cent of its capacity to create stories about you as someone who experiences something specific.

All experiences, regardless of perceived by you as imaginary, real, mundane or spiritual, are made by the same organ in the brain and stored in the rest of it to define the brains creation of you as someone living in a world that is outside of you. In this case, so you experience watching a world in 3D on a screen in a cinema although there is nothing tangible on the screen. Read more about the setup of the brain in Where to find the bliss of ‘the empty breath’.

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ‘real’ sunset, memories of an evening, that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real, will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe is real. When you experience seeing and/or feeling the body, it is the same story as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie on a flat screen. The body is not substantial. Actually, it is not there at all.

Since a dream is made out of nothing, everything in it that seems to be something is make-believe. This applies also to the experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

There is nothing but frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation – and they are only experienced as tangible because the brain, like a magician, renders nothing into something, so the self it also has created from nothing can be entertained by experiencing to be in a glamorous show in which it seems to be a substantial being in a material world.*

Believing to be someone in this show is just as foolish as, within the context of it, to think you are someone in a dream. It is not possible. The dream is insubstantial, and you are substantial. Likewise, that which is you is not in a material world, nor in a spiritual for that matter. It is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One. But metaphorically speaking, you could say that it is dreaming about being someone in the magic show of the brain.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten to undo the belief that there is more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Ultimately speaking the frequencies, that the brain base its story upon, are also imagined, because nothing definable is real, as it takes more than one to define something and reality is that which is One.

For the same reason, there is no god, consciousness or spiritual beings behind the story about substantial beings in a material world. This is probably the reason science have concluded, the experience of world made by elements of matter is an illusion, because it consists of nothing but empty space.

Since Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are part of the experience created from out of empty space, they are, just like anything else experienced, a fantasy. So do not consider them to a manifestation of truth but visions exposing the tricks of the brain so the belief in them as real can be undone.

Within the context of this dream, it is a waste of time trying to make it better. You are not the director. The brain is in charge. And just like you need to follow the rules in a game like Monopoly to feel entertained, you must be in sync with the brain to feel amused by its tricks, when you appear to be someone in the world, it renders from out of nothing. Doing that is easy when you know that to appear in its world is like being in a dream. It is not real. You are not there. It is something you pretend to be. Here you can read more about not being in a game or anywhere.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair according to socialism or whatnot.

Alexius has fun pretending to salute a friend with a glass of Limoncello. At other times he has fun pretending to be an asshole bitching about his friends. That he has friends or anything else is, of course, also something he pretends. Thus nothing separates him from the empty space, where he pretends to be someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less there is an ‘I’ to perceive the differences in the brain’s rendering of a tangible world to make a difference, so nothing seems to be important.

There are so many personalities you can pretend to be. Here you can see some of those Alexius has pretended to be. Nowadays he mostly pretends to be a non-teacher but also a non-student. In other words, he has nothing to teach or learn.

If this emptiness seems too much, you can use it as a zero fill and imagine someone in it, that you pretend to be. This is, contrary to believing to be someone, much entertaining. So besides having fun from out of nothing, you also, in a laid-back and joyful way, have the belief in being someone undone because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

You can also use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive in combination with other duality hacks to tone down the hopelessness and desperation that may set in when they expose that what you believe to be is fictional and not factual.

Believing to be someone who is separated from others by time and space is not a problem if it is something you pretend to be, because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end is directed explicitly towards enjoying the belief in being someone while having it undone.

You could also connect with the empty breath. It automatically syncs the world of the inner and outward-facing senses (see hack #5.3 ‘The empty breath’ and the bliss of not believing to be someone), so that the abstractness of the inner ones becomes the basis for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Hence you become indifferent to the ups and downs in the world of the outward-facing senses.
