We cannot undo the belief in duality if we do not acknowledge it. Therefore, the key to uncovering non-duality is living per duality.

Picture a world where ugliness is a foreign concept. Would beauty still possess its enchanting allure? It is the contrast of beauty and ugliness that bestows beauty with its significance. This contrast is the key to experiencing a world of duality. Therefore, if you perceive beauty and ugliness as independent elements or as a unified whole, you are not living per the nature of duality. Thus, unable to undo it, its polarity seems to hide non-duality.

On the other hand, living per duality, in its constant interaction of opposites, makes you feel so good that you forget about more than one, hence unveiling non-duality. See also Duality Hack# 8.
