Far from Home

Updated November 23, 2022

This is a pic from the late evening on the island, where I stay nowadays. It would be plain stupid to wear a warm sweater, as I would do in my native country in the evening. Everything differs from the memory of life, that I have from my home.

This is an image from a late evening on the island, where Alexius stays for part of the year. Everything there differs from his life in his native country, where he definitely would have to wear a warm sweater on an evening this time of the year. However, it would be plain stupid to do that on an evening like in the picture. This illustrates that when you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you forget about oneness, so you can play the game of more than one. One way to do that is to pretend to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE IS ENTERTAINING:
Alexius’ native country is Denmark, but nowadays, he also spends time on a Spanish island close to Africa. So when he is there, he has to forget about the minimalistic ways of Denmark and instead convert to the more maximalistic way of Spain. He also has to adapt to a new language, change to a new currency and many other things. Even though he seems to be good at it and having fun doing it, deep inside, he is still Danish and feels like he is far from home when spending time on the Spanish island.

This is not to say that one place is better than the other. The above is a metaphor to illustrate that if you are reading this, you are not in a spiritual but a physical world, thus, the currency of spirituality is useless. You need tangible food, clothes and friends to survive in a material world.

You can, of course, choose not to do that and return to the formlessness of spirituality. But as long as you appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space, by all means, go for it. There is nothing to lose. That which is you is still the formlessness of spirituality and will always be, even though it seems to be a substantial being far from home in the physical world for some time.

When the apparent difference between what you like and dislike does not make a difference, the belief in being someone definitive is being undone.

Besides, you do not need to return home. You have never left it. That is impossible because oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than that which is One. Hence it is only the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One you need to undo.

Metaphorically, it is as if you, from oneness, stream a fictional video of more than one in which you pretend to be someone that is felt real due to artificial sensors. See, A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of oneness played in slow motion.

If what and where you experiece to be is something you pretend, each moment is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not fulfil your dreams. On the contrary. All dreams must be called. This happens automatically if you pretend to be someone because then there is noone to dream about a better future.

When the fictional video is finished, you play it repeatedly until you are pleased with what you pretend to be. Then, you forget all about streaming and that there ever was a video. And there never was because the video and the world of duality it seems to reflect is make-believe.

Playing the video repeatedly, hoping it gets better, is as harmless as believing Santa Claus will bring you a present. So there is no reason not to enjoy the excitement while it lasts. Especially when you start to grasp that it is a deception.

That sets you free to enjoy it as a magic show in which you respond with love and compassion, cry in desperation or whatever instinctively pops up at the moment, just like you instinctively react to a ball coming to you by returning it.

To conclude: As long as you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, give it your best shot. If you skip doing something, you may want to keep playing the game until you get it right. It is over when everything seems enjoyable in a world where there seems to be more than one when everything is enjoyable.

You cannot prove a world where there seems to be more than one is unreal because nothing unreal can be by that which is real, namely that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE IS FREEDOM:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. For example, when Alexius was a child, he spent years learning how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays, he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm environment when spends time there.

Thus Alexius is learning how to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11 AM, thinks 8 PM is too early for dinner and does not say ‘thank you.’ He is also learning to pretend to be someone who greets a woman by kissing her on both cheeks. Besides, he tries to learn not to be politically correct but says nigger and mixes things in non-established ways.

These things seem to define a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned to only be Danish.

Suffice to say, every country defines how to be someone in their part of the world. And if you want to be acknowledged as somebody there, you must pretend to be someone who lives by the local rules.

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even a love relationship, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

It is impossible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is not different from that which is One. However, imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it it seems possible to feel happy and sad.

Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other contrasting feelings does not make a difference, when tyou pretend to feel them. Thus they do not appear to to establish a world where there seems to be more than one as real.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing it does not mean everything will work out how you expect. But it means that when something does not work out as planned and a feeling of sadness pops by, it feels OK because it is something you pretend to feel. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is One, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Life is neither a cause nor an effect. There is no karma!

Updated November 12, 2022

If the car in this image seems to make you feel something specific, you are constructing this effect yourself. The picture has no power to cause you to feel anything at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You get an immediate physical effect when you hit a nail on the wall. That is not caused by the past but by the present. Should you bang your finger while hammering the nail and remember you once hit somebody else, it has nothing to do with that. Slamming the finger is an accident. Nothing in your past caused it, nor is there anything set in motion for the future apart from going to the doctor if the finger is severely damaged.

If you want causal connections to imply, what and where you believe to be has a special meaning, you must invent them.

However, to suffer from bodily pain because you accidentally hit your finger does not sound adventurous. But if you can connect the suffering with something from your childhood, you have a basis for a story of cause and effect in which you seem to be part of something greater, thus having a special purpose.

Since life is oneness which is formless, thus endless, it cannot have been caused by something or cause anything. Consequently, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is lifeless, hence meaningless.

Whenever you look for something that seems to justify your current state of mind, you fabricate cause and effect – also called karma. As it is all an imagination, you feel its impact the moment you imagine this connection. There is no other karma than this imagined connection. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

On top of that, this construction of cause and effect makes it possible to justify any thought, emotion or action as ‘caused’ by something in the past. Therefore, the concept of karma can be used to legitimise everything you think, feel and do so you always look innocent. On the other hand, if you do not construct this connection, there is neither a special cause nor effect. Therefore, since you appear as nothing, you are not an effect of something. Hence you are like life because it is formless, thus endless, so it is not caused by something.

You cannot know why this picture is here. Therefore, since any reason is made up, the cause is fictional, thus the effect. In other words, what you see is make-believe – likewise, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one. Nobody knows the cause of it. There is a theory about a big bang which created something out of nothing. But there is neither nothing nor something because it requires more than one to be anything, and there is no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The foundation of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that the world is unreal. And since you are real, you are not there. One way to know this is to look at the actions of others. You cannot see what has caused them. Hence the cause is thought up. And since only what is unreal needs to be imagined, the cause is fake. Consequently, the effect it seems to cause is an illusion.

You could also say that since these effects do not seem to have a cause and there is no effect without a course, what appears to be an effect of something is an illusion. And since nobody knows the cause of the world – apart from the weird claim that an explosion of nothing, called the big bang, created a universe of something – the experience of being in it is an illusion. It is something you pretend. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation

NOTES:

  • The above article is written within a world where there seems to be more than one. Karma, therefore, is discussed in that context. However, ultimately, there is no sense in discussing karma because there is no more than that which is One, and it takes more than one to have karma.

Alexius, Gu∂ruång, and the Duality Hacks

Updated November 12, 2022

Alexius did not care about his appearance in this selfie, so there was no need to use thoughts to construct a specific look of a non-teacher. That does not mean that there were no thoughts at all. There probably was. Yet, there was no ‘I’ needing to use them to construct a particular image. And though the picture may seem special due to its manipulation in Photoshop, there was no other intention behind doing it than to have fun. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is actually Alexius who, in the third person, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Both he and I are grateful that you read them because even though you appear different from us, we do not perceive the difference to make a difference. That is not to say that we are one in spirit. There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one. Spirituality is formless, thus endless, so we and everything else conceivable is an illusion.

However, that means we are one in being fictitious. And since there is no fiction without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense that we all are a symbol of spirituality no matter what and where we appear to be. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness if you want to read more about perceiving all experiences as a symbol of spirituality.

In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, since he realised it could not be shared, he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gu∂ruång that told him to tell the world his story about the Enlightenment of that which is One when he was rescued from a trip deep into the primordial forest in 2010.

GU∂RUÅNG DIRECTS ALEXIUS
Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are ethereal harmonies. They are wordless until Alexius hums along with them, and words about hacking the belief in duality rapidly and unorganised float into his computer via his hands.

That which is One has only one word. But it can neither be said nor heard because that requires more than One.

When Alexius asks Gu∂ruång if a specific hack is finished, there is no answer. That could be because it takes more than one to reply, and there is no more than that which is One, so any statement is fake. Indeed, that is why the words making Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are meaningless. However, if you get that, they have fulfilled their purpose: to expose there is nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Alexius every now and then forgets to remember to exist as someone. Thus nothing bids welcome ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One.’ However, since he returns from it as something he is not ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ but one who is to be compared to it.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius has not realised oneness, neither has anybody else because it takes more than one to accomplish something. For the same reason, although he has bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* he is not enlightened.

Nevertheless, he has vague memories of forgetting what and where he appears to be, so nothing prevents a light brighter than anything to undo the experience of ever having appeared as someone. Hence he is not aware the light is absorbed by a black hole with no beginning and end, and, therefore, no definitive shape to hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. Here you can read about the ins and out of a black hole.

Consequentlyy, he is neither in the formlessness of oneness nor anywhere else. Yet he appears to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one who is compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.*

When the special self sees similarities between new age teaching and Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it is wishful thinking. New Age philosophy is based on the idea that what you believe in being can be improved. In contrast, the foundation for Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that whatever you believe in being is an illusion. Consequently, there is nothing to transform. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Many people try to put words together about a world where there seems to be more than one versus that which is One. But since most of them have not bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* they imagine oneness can be realised in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, this is a denial of oneness because it is formless, thus endless, so there is no world with more than one.

That also applies if they have had glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One because glimpses, just like movie trailers, are samples of the whole but nothing like it. See Notes on the Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it.

Nevertheless, they seem to believe that a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One* and their interpretation of it combined with secondhand knowledge from ancient scriptures will put oneness into effect in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, since it takes more than one to manifest something, what they get is not oneness but more than One. Furthermore, since it also takes more than one to understand something and their teaching is based on realisation, they enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Since it takes more than one to be conscious of something, everything you experience is make-believe. This includes the idea that the brain or something else makes this illusion and someone is aware of it. Nevertheless, if you go with the duality flow, this illusion ends while you enjoy experiencing it. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Fortunately, the application of Alexius’ Duality Hacks requires no understanding or effort. On the contrary, they apply themselves the more you read about them without trying to understand them. In other words, the less you know, the more the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

Years ago, Alexius and his sons had much fun playing different board games. Following the flow of the games, they naturally came to an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ALEXIUS BECOMES AN ENLIGHTENED NON-TEACHER:
Following the present stream of thoughts to its end, what you appear to be is going to finish, to make place for something new. It may be a significant change, maybe the end of the body, but often it is a minor modification. Alexius was remodelled when he followed the stream of thoughts down the mountain deep into an ancient forest, where he was stuck without food and water for two days. After being wired up by a helicopter and spending more than a month in hospitals, he stopped hiking anymore and started writing his duality hacks (read more about his trip in the rainforest here).

Some years later, the stream supporting writing new articles ended. Instead, a stream backing Alexius’ basic trait as a storeroom manager (read more about that here) appears to have taken over. Hence his writing creativity is replaced with the seemingly more tedious process of refining the articles already written. However, none of that changes, that he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that, which is One because that is not an appearance.

Nor does it change that the duality hacks are not his or anyone else’s. Their content can be compared to water running from a tap, which in this metaphor is his buddy Gu∂ruång. Alexius is the empty glass that picks it up and shapes it into what you read.

But no matter the shape, the flow remains unchanged. It cannot be altered, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One. For the same reason, it is a metaphor that Alexius is a medium for the flow shapedAlexius’exius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings that somebody else read. Nevertheless, as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, there seems to be more than one involved in undoing this belief.

Devotion makes the world fade away – or rather, your belief in it. What remains is that which is real. You do not need a guru or a mantra to be devoted. But you must follow your instinct of losing that which is not you. That automatically happens when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to – it might be a mundane thing like a person’s body, a specific computer game, a sunset or something less mundane like an angel. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NO BEGINNING OR END:
In a way, the kick starter to writing Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings was an attraction to the body of a young woman who was changing her clothes in front of Alexius on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of his physical attraction to the woman much younger than himself, he dived into it. Physically speaking, nothing happened between them, and he never saw her again. But later that day, still enchanted and walking in the woods, he, for the first time, heard Gu∂ruång, not physical but somewhat transparent.

Gu∂ruång can be compared to an ascended master, but not one of the ‘rosy’ who wants to improve you and the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in being someone.

But while we believe in being someone, Gu∂ruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances. Still, they do not exist as two, nor as one, because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which isAlexius’exius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not channelled from Gu∂ruång. It is rather that Gu∂ruång composes a melody, and Alexius add words that flow with it. However, sometimes Alexius cannot find the words that fit the theme but want to go on. So he used phrases coloured by his past conditioning to give the articles a happy ending instead of staying true to Gu∂ruångs melody without beginning an end.

For this reason, he is tidying up Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to ensure all the words match Gu∂ruångs melody. Therefore, what you read is the present versiAlexius’exius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But maybe there is no final one because it is a story without a beginning and end. Therefore, when you do not look for that, thus not seeing anythingAlexius’exius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, nothing definable seems to hide that which has no beginning and end, namely the formlessness of oneness.
