The formlessness of oneness has no size. Thus it may seem boring compared to the excitement of seeing something big. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.
Men are often physically attracted to woman’s breasts or asses. But no matter what part of the body seems attractive, it is basically about the same: they expect meddling with a particular dimension and size will give them an extraordinary experience of something substantial, more exciting than the unsubstantial peace of oneness.
However, if you settle for oneness, which is formless and thus endless, you have no reason to believe that dimension and size are real.
That does not necessarily mean you immediately stop appearing as someone in a world defined by time and space because everything in such a world takes time. It can be compared to watching a movie in a cinema. Even though the end is already made, you must wait to get there.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
First, you imagine it is possible to separate from oneness. Second, you observe it from different angles, so the changing aspects make it appear dimensional. And since the movements between the angles seem to take time, you conclude to see a world of linear time. Therefore, the more you observe, the more you appear encapsulated by time and space.
But when you stop observing, which is done by not focusing, the apparent difference between the observer and the observed disappears, wherefore there is no separation to hide the formlessness of oneness. That is why most people fight closeness by observing the world and its appearances to keep everything at a distance, thus upholding their appearance as separate beings.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
The New Age idea about observing the world to be detached from it does the exact opposite: imprison you.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
To observe is to exclude, which is impossible because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

Size is an optical illusion fabricated in the brain. But in an illusion, nothing works work out right. The strict law of perspective tells your brain that the blue line at the far back stretches longer than the green line at the front. However, if you remove the checkerboard, the two lines are the same length. In other words, the difference you see is not a fact but a make-believe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.
Someone believing to be definitive perceives everything by size. And since bigger is judged better, you may assume life is extra large. But life is formless, so it takes up no space. Consequently, everything that takes up space is lifeless.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Since oneness has no dimension, thus sizeless, it appears as nothing when you believe in experiencing a world defined by time and space.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
The world considers everything tangible as real, but it is the other way around: Everything that can be felt or experienced is unreal.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
The bigger something appears to be, and the more there seems to be, the more you forget that there is no more than the formlessness of life.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Many people like to feel tight, although it feels better to relax. Nevertheless, feeling stuck is cherished because it enhances the belief in being someone definitive in a world encapsulated by time and space. Furthermore, the imprisonment there implies there is something greater, wherefore you are more than a body. But there is neither something larger nor smaller than the body because there is no body. It is imagination – just like you imagine being someone in a dream, even though you are not there but in your bed.

Maybe you get excited by imagining a specific woman. The more you fantasise about her, the more she starts to take form. The woman in this image may even begin to move if you keep on observing her. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.
In a world defined by time and space, you seem able to manifest things. But that is not the way of life. It is formless, thus endless. Therefore, life must take it from itself if it wants to create something. But since it is shapeless, there is nothing to manifest. That is why everything manifested is lifeless.
No worries. Since you are not, what you pretend to be, you pretend to be manifested as someone in a world defined by time and space. See Duality Hack #2 Pretending to be twofold undoes duality.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
That which is you is no different from that which is One. But since it is formless and thus sizeless, it is invisible from a world defined by time and space. However, this does not mean you must stop the world to prevent oneness from being hidden – just like when you watch a movie, you do not need to stop it to escape its world. If you pretend to be there instead of believing it, there is nothing to escape.
Likewise, you escape a world defined by time and space by pretending to be there because where you pretend to be, you are not. That does not mean you see oneness because that requires more than one. But it means, eventually, you do not see more than one.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Different religions and new age movements have special versions of something greater that will manifest when your body becomes purer. But what they offer is just more for the body to be and have, thus more misery.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A world defined by time and space can be compared to a compressed version of oneness. Although it is formless, thus without dimension, the compressed version is defined by size, so it is possible to imagine being someone definitive. As it takes much focus to imagine this, the belief in being in a capsule of time and space can be undone by not focusing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.
MP3 is a compressed version of uncompressed music that has lost something. However, some think they can reverse a compact version of, for example, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles to its uncompressed state by hitting a button. But although this results in a new file, bigger than the old one, nothing has changed regarding the quality of the music.
In other words, when music is compressed into MP3, it has forever lost something, and there is no way of getting it back, regardless of how much bigger you make the MP3 file.
A person can be compared to an MP3 music file. No matter what you do, the data lost in the conversion to being someone definitive can never be regained. In other words, wholeness is not found in what you appear to be.
Actually, you cannot find it anywhere because wholeness is that which is One, and it takes more than one to find something. But, fortunately, oneness needs not to be found because there is nothing but that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Life is smaller than the smallest atom. It is so tiny that it cannot be defined. That is why it seems invisible when you believe in a world defined by time and space. Yet, it is due to the unseen that it seems possible to see something definite.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
All experiences are fabricated by the brain regardless of where you perceive them to come from. However, the brain can only process something definable, so it cannot display the formlessness of oneness.

Often the excitement of daily life in a world where there seems to be more than one does not seem enough. Hence it is enhanced with memorable holidays or remarkable peak experiences at courses and seminars – or perhaps totally replaced by computer games or virtual reality glasses. This replicates the making of a world where there seems to be more than one: the everlasting peace of oneness was judged as bland and replaced by a fantasy of excitement in a world where there seems to be more than one. When you are used to the taste of Thai sauces reinforced with a flavour enhancer like MSG (see Wikipedia about MSG), the natural sauces seem tasteless. For example, a reviewer of a Thai sauce without a flavour enhancer complained that it did not taste like the real thing.
But in reality, it is the other way around. The sauce with a flavour enhancement is fake, and the sauce without it is authentic. Likewise, the everlasting peace of oneness is true. And the exciting experiences of more than one are bogus because they never last.
But if you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one – and you do because otherwise, you would not be able to read this – you are more fascinated by the fleeting flavour of adventures than the constant taste of peace.
No worries. It is not a problem that you fancy the flavour enhancer, which seems to multiply oneness into a world where there seems to be more than one. See From non-duality to duality and back. However, unlike food, which you, in the context of such a world, can jazz up with flavour enhancers, you cannot alter oneness because it requires more than one to change. Thus experiencing more than one is a fantasy.
Therefore, no matter the number of appearances in such a fantasy, in reality, there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. That is why there is nothing to realise in a world where there seems to be more than one other than it is make-believe. That happens automatically because everything imagined has an end. But if you want to speed it up, apply one or more of Alexius´ Duality Hacks. They undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, while you have fun appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.
That is not to say Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are more genuine than anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, they are just as fake as everything else that calls for more than one. But since they do not claim to make a difference, they do not enhance the belief in separation. Thus, eventually, there does not appear to be more than that which is One.

You probably find familiar shapes in this image so that it seems meaningful to you. Yet, the image has no meaning. Like all images on electronic media, it consists of square pixels so small that you do not notice them. Instead, you see the picture your brain has processed, attributing different combinations of pixels with each their own particular meaning. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.
In Hindi, a rooster says Kuk-rook-koo. In German: Kikerikie. In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok In French: Cocoricooooo In Swedish: Kuckeliku In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See. And in Spanish: Kiri-kiri-ki. But since Alexius grew up in Denmark, he is conditioned to hear a rooster say Kykliky.
If we had not learned to see the combination of the letters in this article as English words meaning something specific, they would seem as meaningless as the sound of a rooster. But we cannot hear or see the language even though we have learned it. What we hear and see are meaningless frequencies until our brain translates them into something we have learned. See, Eyes do not see and Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

After studying The Tibetan Book of the Dead (Bardo Thodol) or other so-called spiritual teachings, you supposedly end up getting wiser and thus knowing how to become liberated. This is not the case with Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. On the contrary, you end up knowing nothing. Fortunately, because becoming wiser or liberated rests on the belief that there is more than One, and since oneness is formless, thus endless, there is no more than that which is One.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not have something to sell because they have nothing. That is why, if you keep reading them, there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of life, thus no questions.

Since it takes more than one to lose something, and reality is that which is One, you cannot lose something real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.
In old scriptures from India, which in many ways are the basis of the Western New Age philosophy, the world is called Maya. Since that is the Hindi word for illusion, you could say that the basis of both Eastern and Western alternative philosophies, including Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is that experiences are deceptive.
However, there is a crucial difference between Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings and most spiritual teachings. The latter promises you something, so you fantasise about getting more. In contrast, Alexius’ Duality Hacks offer you nothing, so you stop fantasising about more. Hence the hacks undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When you wear a virtual reality headset, you may see your legs covered by a red spacesuit. And above you, there is the ceiling of a spaceship you appear to be flying. The world you knew before you took on the glasses seems to have been replaced by a more exciting world. But what you believe in being and seeing in the headset is an illusion. Likewise, what you believe in being and seeing without the glasses because reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be or to see something.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Everything you see, hear, feel or taste as something substantial is a denial of life because it is formless. Since that means it is endless, nothing but life makes it possible to deny it. Consequently, your rejection of life confirms it.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life is formless, thus endless, so a world limited by time and space is lifeless. Consequently, asking about the meaning of life makes no sense. Besides, life is oneness, and you need more than one to be aware of it, so it cannot be known. That is why there is nothing to learn unless you believe in being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In that case, there are many practical things to know. However, you must unlearn all of it to undo the belief in being there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.
You are not reading this, and it has not been written. It is impossible because there is no more than that which is One. Yet, it seems possible to believe there is more than One. And since you appear to be reading and Alexius writing this, you and he are one in that belief. Thus believing there is more than that which is one is a positive confirmation of oneness.
So even though the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one appears to hide that which is One, it does not deny it because this belief would not be possible without it since there is no more than oneness.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are a fable. Nothing about oneness is true because describing something takes more than one. For the same reason, there is no world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, there is nothing but oneness since it is formless, thus endless. However, since formlessness cannot be described, this is also a fable.
Therefore, since Alexius’ Duality Hacks are nothing, applying them, the belief in being something is eventually washed out. Hence no appearances seem to hide, there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.
Alexius’ Duality Hacks apply themselves when you keep reading them.

The world wants happy endings. But there is no happy ending in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings because they are about that which has no end: the formlessness of oneness.
