Forgetting the world of the outward-facing senses

The total transmission from the outer to the inward-facing senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening when you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. As you know it, you and the world will be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have the outward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a tangible world, we have inward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste an abstract world. However, to use the inward-facing senses, the outward-facing ones must be more or less turned off. Read more about that here.

To be entirely cut off from the world of the outward-facing senses for a moment feels like dying. Thus most try to avoid the total transition from the outward-facing senses to the inward ones. They are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something in the world of the outward-facing senses, like vomiting, like they do to avoid facing suppressed feelings, according to psychologists.

However, it is best to avoid that in the phase of the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses. And instead, face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace it. Therefore, since you are what is in the moment and nothing else, it is gone in the next moment. It might be easier said than done and probably takes many moments of discomfort.

THE VISUAL ASPECT OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
If the inward-facing senses are intensely used, the outward-facing senses are in the background, and vice versa. When the inward-facing senses first time were intensely used, Alexius had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was so exhausted that he confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When he finally returned home from work, no energy was left to focus on the world of the outward-facking senses. Hence the most known aspect of the inward-facing senses was activated, namely the ability to ‘see’ light. However, it was not a light that could be compared to anything you could see with the two eyes of the outward-facing senses. It burned away everything establishing him as Alexius, so there was no belief in someone definitive to hide there was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not perceive differences to make a difference, which is the invitation, the Enlightenment of that which is One waits for. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE AUDIO ASPECT OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
Soon after, he had bid welcome the visual aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, the inward-facing ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells, much crisper and softer than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the third eye, he had no discomfort in the transition. Perhaps he was too exhausted to fight it.

Speaking of the opening of the inward-facing ear, it probably ‘happened’ in a deep sleep, where the concept of an ‘I’ is gone. Thus there is nobody to hold onto the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, there is nothing better than that which is you because it is formless, thus endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The desire to escape that which is One makes you hang onto the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is One.

THE TASTE ASPECT OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
The taste of oneness is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or strawberry. To start tasting it was not without discomfort for Alexius. His body reacted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when he did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture that some scriptures call the nectar of life. In Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it is called the taste of oneness. Read more about the sweetness of oneness here.

Since the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced, the following regarding the taste of oneness cannot be explained. But metaphorically, when the transparent sweet flavour is not defined as something familiar, it turns into the tastelessness of oneness. But it was not before Alexius had tasted this sweetness several tastes that he realised he must have bid welcome the taste of the Enlightenment of that which is One because memories start popping up of a shapeless taste.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outward-facing senses cannot be experienced. But for almost half an hour you remain in the world of the inward-facing senses, and as it is only in the world of the outward-facing senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody ssems to die. Read more about the process of dying here.

That is if you do not fight the world of the inward-facing senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of being someone in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is One, you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness or the bliss of nothing. There is not someone to realise what oneness is because that requires more than one. However, it does not mean you are gone because that which is you is no different from oneness which is formless, thus endless. What is gone is the belief in being someone substantial in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

FORGETTING THE OUTWARD-FACING SENSE OF FEELING THE WORLD
The inward-facing sense of feeling was not easy to reach for Alexius. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and sometimes losing the ability to balance – to mention a few disturbing things he encountered trying to get into feeling the world of the inward-facing senses. But, no worries, when Alexius much later updated this article, he had forgotten all about this.

However, he still remembers the breakthrough. One night, Alexius was in such deep sleep that he completely died from the outward-facing sense. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone so that the Enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way, though. First, there was a moment of discomfort from not sensing his body being separated from the bed. Then, it was as if everything was his body, which was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into a feeling with no shape, thus not tangible. Consequently, it did not establish Alexius as somebody, wherefore there was nobody to describe it. In other words, what is written here is based on vague memories that Alexius seems able to pick up from what feels very far away and yet right here.

Unlike in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time, there was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously. It was and is one perpetual present of bubbles moving so fast that there only was One. Although returning to a world defined by time and space, it seems to be a sequence of events over a long time ago.

To experience the Enlightenment of that which is One, there must be someone to experience it. However, that is impossible because it takes more than one to experience something. Thus Alexius’ Enlightened Non Teachings discerns between the Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it.

The former cannot be experienced and the latter is an experience of Enlightenment comparable to watching a movie trailer, which means it is not the Enlightenment of that which is One but a sample of it.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know that the world experienced in a set of virtual reality glasses is unreal. Yet that applies to everything experienced because it requires more than one to be aware of something, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE VERSUS GLIMPSES OF IT
The above is about how Alexius forgot the outward-facing senses, thus getting to four aspects of the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, this is not an everyday experience. Actually, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not an experience at all because it requires more than one to be aware of something. But you can experience glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One every day. For an in-depth explanation of glimpses, check out The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

We all know that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, so when you take off the glasses, the virtual world disappears. Thus there is not something to disturb you from seeing what is considered the real world. Likewise, the more the outward-facing senses are turned off, the less definable appearances prevent you from being in the abstract world of the inward-facing senses with glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

But the experience of this world full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or transparent bubbles disappears if the outward-facing senses are entirely turned off, as that leaves nothing to define the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. Hence there are no glimpses to experience nor somebody specific to experience them. Thus not something to hide there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Please do not take the expression in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the inward and outward-facing senses too literal. The world of the inward-facing senses refers to a world that is not experienced as outside of you, whereas the world of the outward-facing senses are experienced outside of you. However, all experiences are make-believe.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, that which is One is nothing. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a point of view – it is everything because it is formless, thus endless.

When you forget what and where you appear to be, ‘the Enlightenment of that which One’ sets in

Updated October 29, 2022

_IGP9809-Edit-5

Praying, meditating, fasting, dressing in exotic clothes or being with special people in unique places does not help you welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because doing something implies that you are somebody. But if you forget what and where you are, there is nobody to fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One waits for. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it takes more than one to be aware of something, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced. Consequently, nobody can tell you what it is or teach you how to welcome it. But over time, you can learn not to welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, thus paving the way for the Enlightenment of that which is One. That is the function of Alexius’ Duality Hacks except for the Enlightenment of that which is One. It terminates the experience of more than one without delay.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not use the word Enlightened to describe someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or loftier from the Enlightenment mentioned in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is the Enlightenment of that which is One, and it requires more than one to become something.

Since it also takes more than one to know something, it ends everything you are aware of. That takes a split second or maybe more. It cannot be known because, without consciousness, there is no time. Thus no experience of past and future to hide, there never was or will be anything but one perpetual present.

Most, however, return to the awareness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one before their consciousness is wholly gone. They avoid it by justifying their fear of destruction with that which is One. Thus they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Therefore, if you do not want to fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One, do not project your fear onto it but include the horror as it is. However, not by embracing it, since that establishes you as someone definitive, but by completely being frightened and nothing else. Then there is not something to define you as someone. Thus nobody to prevent the Enlightenment of that which is One from extracting what you believe in being, leaving it at the edge of a black hole, and consuming the emptiness of you, so nothing gracefully falls into that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The return to that which is One does not involve transformation but the destruction of you, so if you are into realising your self, awakening, living in the now, coming from the heart, and whatnot, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not for you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you are visually minded, you seem to return to that which is One as bright light. But if you are more into listening, feeling or tasting, you seem to return as sound, touch or taste. That said, you do not actually return to that which is One because you never left it. It is impossible since doing so requires more than one. But in the context where you believe there is more than that which is One, you seem to return to that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness applies to that which is One but a world where there seems to be more than one. However, nothing there is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Hardly anybody welcomes the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, they may like to have glimpses of it because, contrary to the Enlightenment of that which is One, they are experienced without having one’s consciousness erased. Thus you can make up a story to fool yourself into thinking they have awakened or transformed you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is not something to awaken from or return to, nor any awareness to achieve because there is no more than that which is One – and it takes more than one to do something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As already said, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced by somebody. Hence the description in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings comes from somebody having memories of being nobody, falling through a black hole until there was nothing to enter because that requires more than one. In other words, although the Enlightenment of that which is One is impersonal, Alexius’ description of it is personal. Thus he cannot promise his description of the Enlightenment of that which is One is correct.

But he can guarantee that the descriptions cannot be replicated either by you or him. First, it takes more than one to reproduce something, and secondly, there is nothing personal in the Enlightenment of that which is One. See also The ins and outs of a black hole.

Nevertheless, his descriptions of the Enlightenment of that which is One may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive. Part of that is to forget everything you have heard or read about Enlightenment – including what you believe to read here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No particular posture or surroundings are needed to avoid being affected by thoughts. All that is required is not to be concerned about the outcome of anything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A particular body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because it does not enter the body, aura, chakras or anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot – so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Suppose you do not believe thoughts are real. In that case, it is easy to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because all that is needed is not to be attentive to the apparent meaning of thoughts. However, that is not the same as stopping them because that enhances the belief that they are real.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the Enlightenment of that which is One instead of thoughts. It is impossible to be conscious of the Enlightenment of that which is One since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

For the same reason, you are not in the Enlightenment of that which is One anymore if you return to a world where there seems to be more than one and have not been changed or transformed. Yet, there are vague memories of not being anything, so you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When someone only partially bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, one will have glimpses of it. Maybe spaced-out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, and other exciting things. Still, it is something experienced, so it has nothing to do with the Enlightenment of that which is One. Neither if you hear, feel, nor taste it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody will know if you have bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Knowing it requires more than one, thus overlooking the Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of Enlightenment can, for example, reveal the birth of a universe. However, it will neither be experienced as if it is outside or inside but nowhere and everywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts that seem to have the power to hide that which is One when you perceive them to be something specific.

Hence you may conclude it is best to stop thoughts. But they are not what hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. Instead, it is a belief that they establish you as someone.

Correcting that is not about doing something but about not doing what you do to hide the bright, white light, namely taking thoughts seriously. By not doing that, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained. Therefore, since they cannot establish you as somebody the Enlightenment of that which is One set in. That said, if there is the slightest belief in being someone, you will not want to be sucked into a black hole and as nothing descend into that which is one. Chances are you right away return to the world constructed of thoughts because you still cherish one or more of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One is an invitation to pass through a hole so narrow that only nothing can pass into a void with no time and space. The spot seems black until a light brighter than anything else extracts all thoughts collected to fabricate an identity of someone and leave them at the edge of the black hole, so there is not something definable to gracefully float into the formlessness of oneness. In other words, nothing is joining that which is One. The reason for this is that you have never left it. That is impossible because there is nothing outside of oneness since it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Falling through a black hole into that which is one can be compared to falling in love in the sense that nobody is falling. It is as if you are without weight or substance and forever float through an empty void with no beginning and end. And yet it ends, but when it does, it starts because oneness is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you see all thoughts as a symbol of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space do not make a difference. Thus there is no separation to hide that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

The image is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that holds you together as if you are someone tangible is left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by a highly intense light into that which is One. That is, if you do not insist on seeing something definable in the light and are willing to be burned away by it. If so, the last thing you see is a black hole. Then you are no more and never were because it takes more than one to be someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, all you need is stop focusing on experiencing something specific. If you believe in seeing something definable, it seems to hide the formlessness of oneness.

It is neither light nor darkness or anything in between. Yet light is used to extract all the thoughts used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is One. However, there is no other side because there is no more than that which is One. Therefore, this explanation only makes sense as long as you believe in a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One and afterwards dismiss the vague memories as nothing because what is formless, thus not definable, cannot be remembered as something. In other words, since the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is often dismissed as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not bring you back to oneness. It is impossible. That which is you is no different from that which is One, and since it is formless, thus endless, there is nothing outside of it. Consequently, you have never been left oneness – only in fantasy.

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not change this imagination but heals the sick belief that it is real. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly because even though the memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is One.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural that will support you and help you to become more spiritual, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not for you. It does not have anything since it requires more than one to have something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you accept your life is not rational, you do not look for coherence. Thus it does not frighten you not to understand the Enlightenment of that which is One. Therefore, since you happily forget to make sense of it, no meaning hides that which is One.

NOTES:

All experiences are equally unreal

Updated November 20, 2022

The experience of seeing this pic is as all other experiences – including so-called spiritual ones – fabricated in the brain. Nothing real is fabricated, but that which is real can be used to imagine a fabricated reality. Though that which is real is not in the simulation, the reason the simulation seems to be there is that which is real. Therefore everything in the simulated world of duality can be seen as symbols of that which is real.

The experience of this image is like any other experience – including those considered spiritual – fabricated by the brain. It simulates a world where there seems to be more than one to hide that there is no more than that which is one. However, this sham symbolises that which is one because it is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing else to pull a hoax. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experience of god and other spiritual concepts are fabrications manufactured by the brain. Like mundane experiences, they can be measured physically because the brain is nothing but a labyrinth of fat and synapses that pass electrical signals from cell to cell.

In other words, whether you perceive your experiences as ordinary or spiritual, they are fabricated by electrical impulses in the brain (read more about that here). The idea of you being someone inside a body is also manufactured by the brain, and so is your consciousness. Like a magician, the brain wants you to feel so entertained by its show that you do not see it is made from nothing, including what you believe in being.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. »This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself.« From an article in Wired.

THE AFTERIMAGE
Everything you think and do was set in motion millions of years ago. It could be predicted then because, in non-linear time, the entire story of the universe starts and ends at the same momentHowever, even though the universe has ended, you hang onto the remaining data or fragments from an afterimage of it. Actually, what you believe in being is nothing but disintegrated pieces of honeycombed memories. To make sense of these fractured bits, you try to fill the gaps with concepts of love, god and other lofty theories.

You cannot do anything wrong when perceiving everything as a symbol of oneness because doing something wrong is also a symbol of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, everything experienced is make-believe, which is why you cannot know reality, find the truth or realise what is you. But you can discover what you are not by perceiving your appearance as a symbol of that which is real. That frees you to enjoy spiritual experiences of inner peace and the excitement of football as a symbol of reality, which is oneness since it is formless, thus endless. No special steps or philosophy are required because whatever you do is a symbol of reality.

»After a short, productive explosion of early activity, the universe has begun its long mope towards oblivion. To the extent that anything was ever important, it won’t be. Time, space, energy, matter – all gone … That’s right: Everything you know and love, the entire universe of possible things, will be gone.« from the article The End of the Universe published in Wired.

Trying to collect bits and pieces from n after image of a universe, that is no more.

APPENDIX ABOUT HANGING ONTO AFTER IMAGES
Hanging onto after images is like hanging onto selected memories of a dead spouse via an app that has collected everything your beloved has said on social media. From this, you can use your favourite parts in an internal dialogue with your spouse, responding as you want.

And maybe the app can use fragments from telephone conversations added together, so your spouse speaks about something recent from Wikipedia. Thus you have a chat that does not seem dated and feels like a real conversation with a live person – though that person has no mouth and is nothing but data collected from the internet.

The spouse may even be reconstructed as a robot implemented with artificial intelligence, texture-mapped with skin constructed similar to the best-looking photos from the past. Hence you can relive your finest memories of being together – naybe spiced up with kinky sex based on pornographic videos from the internet. Should you suspect something is wrong, you continue because, even if it is not real, it feels better than reality.

NOTES:

  • An episode of Black Mirror called Be Right Back inspired the box about after images. And the concept of ‘hanging onto some remaining data or fragments’ is inspired by the movie Source Code. The scientific info about the brain Alexius has found here and there, so the article is the usual mismatch the brain likes to combine to make an illusion that feels amusing. But the experience of this specific illusion can be beneficial in seeing that all experiences, whether they appear mundane or spiritual, are make-believe.

What time is it!?

Updated November 9, 2022

VGR05-7select_032-Edit

What you think you see now is composed of many images, which, as rays of light, have travelled each their distance in time before they are picked up by your eyes and transferred to the brain, which compiles them into one image that you think you see now. For example, in this picture, the sun is about eight minutes older than the palm trees in the front of the image because it takes the light eight minutes to travel from the sun to the Earth. And everything between the palm trees and the sun is between a split second and eight minutes old. But the completed image is even older because it takes time for the brain to compile all the past ones into one image. In other words, the brain deceives you into believing your present experience happens now, while it happened in the past and maybe not at all because the brain may have replaced it with something it considers more entertaining. Read about the brain’s ways in hack #4.2 The brain’s and how to perceive it to feel happy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOW IS CONSTRUCTED BY PAST
If you look at the sun now, you see how it looked eight minutes ago because this is the time it takes for the light to travel from the sun to your eyes. Therefore, what you think you see now is the past.

Since the distance to the stars is enormous, it takes so long for their images to reach you that they may not be there anymore when you experience seeing them now. But something close to you also has travelled in time. Hence everything you believe in seeing now is a collection of past images projected into the future as one image.

However, since the brain excludes unimportant images to produce this collage in about a second, or maybe even use an old image that looks similar, what you believe to experience now is a compilation of images selected from the past by the brain. In other words, now is an illusion.

THERE IS NO PAST
Imagine the sun has consciousness or special equipment to see what happens on Earth. In that case, it will know how you looked eight minutes ago. Then imagine observing you from a star so distant from the Earth that what it sees now is your birth.

Science has recently found a point so far away in the universe, that they can almost watch its beginning as if it happens now.

And go on to imagine points further away in the universe from where the birth of your mother and grandmother is experienced by the universe now – also the birth of itself.

In the eyes of the universe, there is no past or future but one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO FUTURE
When your mother’s birth is seen from a specific point in the universe, it appears as if there is a future for her, but from another location in the universe, her death is seen at the same moment as her birth.

THERE IS NO TIME
It is only from the limited perspective of the Earth that there seems to be a past, future, and now in between. But, seen from the universe’s perspective, there is no time. Everything co-occurs.

There is no before and after – and consequently no reincarnation. It is an idea made up to make the experience of being someone in a world of linear seems as if it is going to last.

A TV can illustrate this. For example, it may have one channel showing a sci-fi movie, another one a film from the past and yet another one a documentary. But due to limitations, you only watch one at a time, although all of them play simultaneously.

Linear time is a simulated reality layered on top of one perpetual present.

In linear time, it seems like an explosion from a black hole expanded into a world defined by time and space. In reality, though, it contracted the exact moment it expanded. Thus nothing is left but memories of the expansion. However, when they are replayed in linear time, it appears as if there still is a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO UNIVERSE
According to science, all the elements coming out of the big bang quickly organised themselves into a super pattern that would have stagnated if perfected. But due to a few gaps, it expanded into what became the universe. Read more about that here.

But everything that expands, for example, the breath, contacts when the expansion is over. Likewise, the universe. However, it already happened because all occur simultaneously. Hence the universe begins and ends at the same moment.

NOTHING TO HOPE FOR
The hope for a better future upholds the belief in a universe of linear time. Especially because hope always is accompanied by fear. First, for not getting what you hope for, and if you get it, you fear losing it. However, fear disappears if you hope for nothing because then there is not something to lose, thus nothing to fear, wherefore you are free.

Reality is that which is One and since it is formless, thus endless, a world defined by time and space is a hallucination.

THERE IS NO FREEDOM
But since reality is oneness, and it takes more than one to be free, there is no freedom. But while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, the relief you get from hoping for nothing sets you free from believing in more than one.

Instead, it is something you pretend. And what you pretend to be, you are not. So even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not there. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Thus there does not appear to be more than one hiding, there never was or will be anything but that which is One.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.
