The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them [draft]

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is One is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It comes from the edge of the universe, but since the inward-facing senses are not limited by time and space, using them, it takes no time to go there to hear or feel the echo of oneness coming out of a black hole. See Going back to the first moment of duality.

None of the facets of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be experienced because it requires more than one to be aware of something. Thus when you hear, feel, see or taste it, you do not experience the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. This article is about how to experience these glimpses with the inward-facing senses while still in the world of the outward-facing senses. Remember that as a movie trailer is not the movie, the glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One

And be aware that the ways described below to have glimpses of Enlightenment will not work if you look forward to being or having more, as their function is to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This does not mean you must restrain yourself from getting more but not care about it.

HEARING OR FEELING THE ECHO OF ONENESS
As already implied, oneness cannot be revealed because that calls for more than one. However, when you hear or feel it echoed from the edge of the universe, the belief in being and having more than One is, eventually, undone. Hereafter, it does not appear to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

In other words, the more you ignore the world defined by time and space, produced by the outward-facing senses, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. Without time and space, it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (read more about that here), where the echo of oneness has been used to create a fantasy world of time and space which seems genuine until you hear or feel this primordial vibration, often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of oneness is symbolised by the word ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ and in the New Testament by ‘The Word of God’: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One perceives ‘The Word’ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One are echoes of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. However, this is not far away when you ignore the outward-facing senses and their world defined by time and space and go with the inward-facing ones instead because they are not ruled by time and space. Thus you can see, hear, feel or taste the echo of oneness regardless of where you appear to be in the world of the outward-facing senses.

A way to ignore the outward-facing senses so you can hear or feel the echo of oneness with the inward-facing senses is not to be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or are willing to – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard by the inward-facing senses. It sounds or feels like a humming of nothing and everything simultaneously. And it feels like you are both in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses.

THE THIRD EYE
Seeing glimpses of oneness is done via the inward-facing sense called the third eye, a single ‘eye’ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this is meaningful to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. But he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – are unable to focus, the Enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome by completely ignoring the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to forget the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

Practically speaking you can turn off the visual outward-facing sense and open the third eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. You can do it anywhere in any position. However, it is best to do in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having a vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One.’ If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so nobody gracefully falls into the formlessness of oneness.

Since the eyes always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle at a light show exposed at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger on the outer corner of the eyeballs, while having the middle finger on the third eye.

However, this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures can open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses are reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. But deactivating the outward-facing senses can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems helpful regarding this by all means go for it. However, the fastest way to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to not know what and where you are.

A way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outward-facing sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards to merge with the third eye.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of Enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the Enlightenment of that which is One. It extracts all thoughts, that you have stored to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of oneness.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that may be felt as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland. It appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the Enlightenment of that which i One, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, nor consciousness, because to be awate of something requires more than one.

If you want to leave the Enlightenment of that which is One and be reshaped as someone definitive, you must pick up the thoughts, that was left at the edge of a black hole so you could enter it as nobody.

Returning from the Enlightenment of that which is One to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not Enlightened. Yet, due to vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, this. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But for sure you grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

When you thoroughly enjoy the music of the outward-facing, it reminds you of the airy music you can experience with the inward-facing senses. It is full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the world of the inward-facing senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense the first sentence of this quote refers to ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God,’ and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

Except for having scim read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita Alexius have not read religious scripts. Therefore, most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless to him. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick the essence of the quote, the bliss of listening to ethereal harmonies.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close off the outward-facing sense of hearing. Alexius prefers in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way to stop hearing the world of the outward-fencing senses and start listening to the music of the inward-fencing senses is to put both thumbs in your ears. But you can also use noise-cancelling headphones or in-ear headphones. Then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal music coming to you from what may seem far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations from the left ear. They often are the sounds of a busy mind. So instead, follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of the right ear. That said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies immediately but the humming symbolised by ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God.’ If so, go with this glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It could also be that you ‘hear’ thoughts. But they will not disturb you from hearing eternal harmonies if that is what you want – nor from having visions of light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy.

Tasting the sweetness of oneness helps you not to focus on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus glimpses of Enlightenment coming from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this, eventually, results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no separation to hide that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE TASTE OF ONENESS
Tasting the most exquisite food, one is reminded about the taste of oneness, if not entirely in the world of the outward-facing senses. It can be compared to the transparent taste of the foam in a milkshake with a few drops of honey and maybe with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint. It can also be compared to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of oneness, provided you already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted and most teas including liquorice.

But it is best not to compare the taste of oneness or other glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and, therefore, cancel out the ever-present glimpses of Enlightenment.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in some scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Getting more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is One.

One way of undoing this belief is not to focus because without it, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one become blurred. Thus different appearances do not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the side-effect of the technique for the taste of oneness is defocusing.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inward fasing sense of taste does not only diminish the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example sweets. The taste of oneness is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to have it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste of oneness. If you cannot get your tongue there, it is not a problem. Doing so is meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it. In other words, reaching the uvula with your tongue is good enough. Actually, when you hold the underneath of your tongue on the soft area beneath the uvula you feel the empty breath (see What does ‘the empty breath’ feel like?) and get the sweet taste of oneness. This is not a metaphor, nor second-hand knowledge but Alexius’ experience from tasting the subleness of oneness on both sides of the uvula. As a result of this technique, the empty breath is activated. It expands the breathing, which makes the the body feel glorious. And the soft taste of oneness prevents you from focusing on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus you feel absorded by the happiness of abstractness.

The taste of oneness unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there. Besides it cutbacks the need to focus on the world of the outward–facing senses and also the longing for more, especially the craving for sweets. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe for months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way. However, this may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

To taste the sweetness of oneness, called Khechari Mudray in the above quote, you do not have to literally replicate the ancient technique. Neither do you have to push the tongue behind the uvula as Alexius wrote above. Reaching the soft area underneath the front of the uvula with the backside of the tongue will do. THERE IS NO WAY TO THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE BUT A LOT TO GLIMPSES OF IT
The
way to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of its four facets is not to be pure. Neither is it about how you breathe, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Still, things like that may be helpful in deactivating the outward-facing senses.

But no technique can do that if it is not the intention of executing it. In other words, the first step is solely about purpose. If that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, many techniques may work. The second step is to devote yourself to the lucid journey in the world of the inward-facing senses.

These steps only apply to having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and not to welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry. It must be in focus to make the experience is definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Your experiences there are abstract. Hence mixing the two worlds does not work out.

DAILY LIFE WITH GLIMPSES OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
It is probably best not to be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. This is because the visual glimpses of Enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses is hardly sensed.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of oneness can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoying the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears. And it also applies to hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolise. See Life has no secrets.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you cannot move around but that you feel you are carried around.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, thus no longer appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor in oneness since that requires more than one. You are not someone at all, so there is no memory or consciousness of ever having believed to be that. Instead, there is what always has been and will be, namely that which is one.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally a symbol for one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

APPENDIX ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita – is unknown to Alexius. Thus he does not know the scriptures quoted in this article. He found the quotes by searching the internet.

When everything is included, there does not appear to be something outside you. Consequently, nor inside, as that requires there is something outside you. Hence there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions or new age philosophy. Generally, they exclude what they judged as wrong by projecting it onto non-believers to make them tainted and themselves pure. Yoga, for example, is often based on meditation, where you must exclude something deemed evil to become one. But oneness is formless, thus endless, so you can neither add nor subtract from it. If you try to do that, you enhance the belief that there is more than that which is One.

You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it [draft]

Anything perceived as good is just as bad because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. That is why you do not get the duality flow if you try to hold onto being hurt, for example, to prove you are a victim of somebody evil. Instead, you go with the interplay of feeling hurt and okay in which they define each other. Thus not tangible anymore but airy because that is the nature of the psychological sphere where they are identified. Consequently, they build up the duality flow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius’ Duality Hacks in a particular order. But in the case of this article, you may benefit from having read hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

You need to be true to the nature of dualism to undo the belief that you are someone in a world of duality. Hence you should not go for singularity but twofoldness. If you try to stay in an unparalleled state of mind, you are unaccompanied. And since you can only depart from non-duality by envisioning there is more than one, this is also the way you return. Therefore, if you insist on singularity, you remain in the simulated world of duality.

NO FEELINGS ARE SINGULAR:
In the duality flow, it is not about what you feel but the interaction of that and its opposing part. To be in that flow, you start by being aware of one of the singular feelings you experience. Thus it reveals it contains its counterpart. For example, inside of love, there is hate. They need each other to be defined, and they do that by constantly interacting. Any minute though, hatred may show that it can also be defined by kindness. Then this twofoldness replaces the former until kindness reveals it can also complement selfishness. And so it goes until you want to make a difference and leave the duality flow by having an inner dialogue about being something remarkable.

Being that continues till you are fed up with the hectic stream of thoughts required to establish yourself as special. Hence what you feel can be perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ revealing your emotion is not singular but twofold, wherefore you are back in the duality flow.

If something seems to have gone wrong, you may panic and think about how to make it better. But, like you must follow the Earth on its predestined ride around the sun, you are bound follow the brain’s script for what and where you appear to be. Hence there is nothing you can change. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happyTherefore, instead of judging yourself for having failed, thus feeling inferior, go with the duality flow. Doing that, you feel complete becuse failure interacts with success.

Please be aware it is a waste of time looking for your present emotion in the body. It is solely physical, thus without anything psychological. You could also say the body is visible, whereas psychological emotions are invisible, and visibility and invisibility do not blend.

Since connecting psychological issues with physical ones is a fantasy, you undo it by reversing it.

So if you have projected emotional issues onto the body with the assumption that you can hide them there, you better start correcting this fantasy by recognising them where they were conceived, namely in the non-physical psychological sphere. Facing them there, they gently open up and reveal they are not singular but twofold. Thus there is no specific psychological issue to bother you.

The first time this happened for Alexius was during a gentle massage. But it was not until much later he put words to it and realised perceiving your present feeling in the psychological sphere as ‘it is what it is’ reveals it is not singular but twofold. Thus being in sync with duality, you feel completely relaxed.

If you suffer from somebody dying, you believe in separation. You do not correct this by replacing suffering with something pleasant. On the contrary. You acknowledge the suffering so it can be perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ Since that reveals the feeling is not singular but twofold, you do not feel alone but together.

This is a picture of Alexius’ beloved cat Uma, who died only eight months old and left Alexius crying for ages. Lately, it happened when Alexius’ cat died. Since he could feel the loss in his body, he knew something was wrong. However, a dead cat does not have the power to create sensations in his body. Therefore, as it could only be something he unconsciously had projected onto his body, he consciously brought it back into the psychological sphere. There the feeling of loss was revealed to be coupled with birth.

So although he had lost his cat, physically speaking, she was delivered to him in the psychological zone. Actually, she had been in that airy sphere all the time because whether a cat is alive or dead, you have no physical connection. Therefore, since Alexius got into the interaction of life and death in the psychological area, he felt happy/sad with his cat.

In other words, the death of his beloved cat turned out to be a blessing because it made it impossible for him to project psychological issues on her physical being. Hence, he and she got back into the psychological sphere, where they had been all the time and will remain until the experience of duality is over. It is not about beating off the body. On the contrary, it frees the body from mental ideas about integration with non-physical issues. Thus the body can blossom physically.

Furthermore, this approach makes it easy to return to non-duality because when the time comes for leaving duality, you return to non-duality as you left it alone together. See hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home.

To resume, if you want to feel good in a world of duality, do not use the body as a means to feel that. Happiness is in the psychological sphere, in an ongoing interaction with sadness. When you join their interplay, the duality flow vitalises you.

Even though Alexius’ cat Uma is dead, Alexius connects with her through this picture or any other memory because everything he believes in being is in the airy psychological sphere. Although he cannot see Uma there, physically speaking, he can feel what he experienced they had together. It is like listening to the ocean’s waves without seeing them. But at first, it was not what Alexius assumed they had together he got in touch with, but the sorrow of having missed her. However, this was only until he realised his mourning for Uma contained her. A FEELING ALWAYS COMES WITH ITS COUNTERPART INSIDE IT:
Having the counterpart of a singular feeling revealed is not an intellectual process. First, you perceive the specific feeling as ‘it is what it is.’ Second, in a state of expectation, calling for nothing specific, you patiently wait a few seconds. Third, your singular feeling opens up, and its counterpart fills its space.

The transition is so gentle that you forget the initial feeling. But unlike that, the new one does not seem singular because it is defined by the first one. This change is as automatic as breathing in and out. One automatically leads to the other. However, you may forget the elements in a duality pair. But you do not forget how well-grounded and beloved you feel in the interplay of its opposites.

Every time you go with the interaction in a duality pair, breathing becomes so dynamic that more pairs shows up.

BEING VITALISED BY THE DUALITY FLOW:
At first, you may get to the duality flow through the perception, ‘it is what it is,’ but, after a while, you can recall it by memory. You choose to enjoy the interaction of the opposing element in a duality pair instead of dividing them into separate components assumed to be at odds. In other words, you choose to feel the abundance of the duality flow and not the scarcity of separation.

However, it took Alexius some time to not remain with one of the opposite sides in a duality pair but instead go with their interaction in which, like breathing in and out, they support each other. But unlike this duality pair, most are quickly replaced by another. Fortunately, that is not a problem. The duality flow comes from the constant movement between opposites in a duality pair regardless of the components. And this interaction always makes you feel complete.

The duality flow reminds Alexius of the physical sensation he remembers from childhood when he tried drinking coca-cola. It was like it turned his body into bubbles. His experience of the duality flow can also be described as his body being an ocean of waves gracefully going nowhere – or like drops of warm water gently touching the body. Sometimes it feels like a pendulum moves in different directions in a body with no definite border. Feelings, though, are personal, so your experience of the duality flow may differ from Alexius.’ Nevertheless, you know you are in the duality flow when you keep smiling for no particular reason.

That said, the duality flow is new to Alexius. It came to him late in writing Alexius’ Duality Hacks. He discovered it when he wrote a little article that slowly into the eleven pieces of hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

When you start perceiving your reaction to something as ‘it is what it is’, it is probably the revelation that it is not singular but twofold that blows your conditioned opinions away. But later on, it is the collaboration of opposites, resulting in the duality flow, that overflow every definitive statement.

In the beginning, he did not experience the duality flow. Instead, he remembered the hellish or heavenly feeling that comes from a single-minded perception. See Sadness is a close friend of gladness. But you probably surpass focussing on the individual components of the duality pairs much faster than Alexius did and quickly get the vitalisation of the duality flow because he has paved the way.

GOING WITH THE DUALITY:
None of the opposing elements in the duality flow remains for long. One can compare this to a seesaw on a playground, where one person goes up as the other goes down. If you try holding onto the top by avoiding going down, the feeling you get is fake because you need to go back and forth to define what is up and down – just like there is nothing to describe breathing in if you do not breathe out

Twofoldness is always the way in a world where there seems to be more than one. For example, walking requires two legs. And to take a step forward, you must include the past because it is the building stone for your future step. Therefore, if you exclude one of the legs, you cannot walk.

Likewise, if you exclude hate from love, you do not hit the road of duality. Hence you do not get the togetherness of twofoldness but the loneliness of singleness. This may feel like a non-concrete pain in the body, even though it does not come from there but from the psychological sphere. There you hold yourself spellbound by the idea that twofoldness can be separated into independent items, and hate, therefore, can be separated from love.

First, you imagine to dump your unwanted feelings in the body. Second, you tighten up the body to hide the feelings imagined you stored in it. Third, you interpret the tightened body as proof of having concealed your unwanted feelings there. Fourth, you forget all about it.

This you achieve by projecting your hatred onto a part of the body that you dislike. Then you lure yourself into believing you have gotten rid of hate by feeling it as a physical problem in the body. Finally, you render yourself unconscious of what you have done to see yourself as nothing but love. But emotions are abstract, and bodies are substantial, so assuming you can dump feelings in flesh and bones is absurd. In other words, since you cannot remove hatred from your awareness by dumping it in your body, what you assume to disturb you in the body is not there but in the psychological sphere.

Since the psychological area is abstract, you contact a repressed psychological emotion anywhere other than in something physical. There is no need to go down memory lane to find your forgotten feelings or understand why you attempted to hide them in the body. You simply perceive the disgust you repeatedly experience to something in the present as ‘it is what it is.’ Thus, as you know from reading the above, aversion is revealed to interact with sympathy, thus defining each other as your personal feelings.

Realising that all feelings are personal, everything happening is understood as impersonal. Therefore, suppressing specific feelings to hold onto a self-made version of the world defined by your views of right and wrong is over. Instead, you go with the duality flow.

In this article, we have talked about a common way to get rid of emotions judged as wrong by dumping them in the body. But emotions deemed good are also dropped in the body. In this case, the body is not used to hide them but make them appear more substantial and lasting. Read more about that in You must play the game of duality to have it undone.

However, as endlessly repeated in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, non-duality is formless, thus endless, so duality is a fantasy, the brain likes to spin to entertain you with the experiences of twofoldness. Since non-duality is timeless, it takes no time to live out this fantasy.

When you believe there is more than one, everything requires more than one

It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single, your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive and the negative pole is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see that the apparent differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one requires the involvement of at least two. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by something else, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than One, to come back to reality, you have to start as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so you pretend to be there to participate in it. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, you are not what and where you pretend to be.

In the same manner, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot make that which is you real because being there is something you pretend. And no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be, it is not real, including appearing to be spiritual.

No words that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others will make you anything other than what you already are in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses and whatnot. There can be many changes in a game, but it does not change that you are not there. You only appear to be there.

To bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is one, you must overlook the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone in particular, their apparent differences make no difference. Therefore, since they become the same, so do your eyes. Thus as one eye, they fill your whole body with light.

The Enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the outward-facing senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world you believe they see.

In the Enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded by the brightness of the Enlightenment of that which is one but fenced it off, so all you get are glimpses of it, which often is confused with the Enlightenment of that which is one.

So many search for their real self. But since it requires more than one to find something, and there is no more than that which is one, what you discover is unreal.

Nobody knows what the Enlightenment of that which is One is, nor Alexius. It cannot be experienced because that requires more than one. Nevertheless, most of those who talk about it show off as if they know what it is. They are just as eager as everybody else in the world to be acknowledged as someone definitive. In their case, they achieve it by explaining what Enlightenment is. Therefore, since the belief in being someone definitive is the cause of suffering, their teachings of light bring about darkness.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

The idea that Enlightenment results in a person who is peaceful, loving, compassionate, patient, humble, open-minded and at one with everything is an idle hope of becoming a superior being, thus more than that which is One.

But the Enlightenment of that which is one does not bring about anything. Results are of a world where there seems to be more than one, and the Enlightenment of that which is one does not know more than one. Therefore, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has not been changed or transformed. Everything is the same, except a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived as real.

If you need time to process this article, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because processing something, as well as taking your time, requires more than one.

APPENDIX:
The visual aspect of Enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer, including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of Enlightenment of that which is one that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this fake world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world. However, as long as you see or hear something, it is not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. See hack #6.2 Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the formlessness of oneness that was already there and forever will be.

After a long, intense night of driving a taxi many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was, so there was nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When he later read part of The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, some passages triggered memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The memories were vague, though, because Alexius did not experience the Enlightenment since it takes more than one. Nevertheless, the faint memories of something indefinable are enough to know that everything definable is an illusion. That is why he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is literally light, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single, your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world is real, it seems to cover that which is real.

However, Alexius would not put it like that. There is nobody in the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is not a body to be full of light nor a world to destroy. The world is not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been. It is like a dream that is gone when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differ from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not matter because regardless of how you speak about it, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius’ Duality Hacks should not be taken as the real thing, nor as pointers towards it, as that requires more than one.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. For example, you say its colour is like an orange sunset, it is round like a ball and tastes like sweetened water. Yet the person you have given this description will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is. However, in the context of the Enlightenment of that which is One, you will never know what it is because a person cannot be Enlightened. You as a person are erased in the Enlightenment of that which is One. Thus there is nobody to experience it.

In the Enlightenment of that which is One, the world is not anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but because it has never been – except as a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you return to a world where there seems to be more than one after the Enlightenment of that which is One, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life. You know there is no more than that which is One, so there is no life in a world where it seems to be more than one. Besides, searching for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you realise is unreal.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no need to be forgiven or loved because there is no ‘I’ deciding what to do, thus, nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ‘I’ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be someone. Therefore, in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

In short, there is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. The ‘I’ is a tool used like the legs, hands and eyes, for example.

Alexius, for example, has pretended to be a child, teenager, taxi driver, monk, husband, daddy, adult, businessman, millionaire, designer, teacher, photographer and recently non-teacher. See more of his appearances in Alexius, The Man.

Regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of how it looks is wrong. It has no shape. It is formless. Yet, if you look for something intangible, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there does not seem to be something hiding that which cannot be seen, heard, felt or tasted.

The fear of Enlightenment

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

VERSION 1:
Jesus said that going to heaven – assuming this meant going into the Enlightenment of that which is One – is more complicated than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. Yet it seems a person momentarily can forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the Enlightenment of that which is One.

However, since going somewhere requires someone specific, a bit of the belief in being definitive gets through the needle. And this little piece fears being annihilated by the Enlightenment of that which is One, which seems to be more powerful than thousands of atomic bombs.

To defend itself, the leftover identity of you looks for something to define. So, for example, even though the speed of Enlightenment is so fast that there is no separation, it imagines seeing different shapes of light, so it can get back to a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, everything happens so slowly that there is plenty of time to realise there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive because then there is nobody to annihilate.

Maybe that was why Alexius returned from the Enlightenment of that which is One. He wanted to escape what was perceived as a relentless power taking his freedom away and wiping out his identity, which is what happens seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. So he is probably both a non-teacher and non-student of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to unlearn this belief, thus preventing the fear reflexes from fighting the Enlightenment of that which is One.

That said, of course, there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness. It has never been left since that calls for more than one.

VERSION 2:
When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes move as if they have a nightmare – at least, this is what he concludes. The oneness of life may draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from those imagining to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can oneness see the imaginations of those who believe that life can be divided into more than one.

Even if life could sense this fantasy in which you are someone who needs to take something from someone else to survive, it would not stop the imagination because it could be too scary to suddenly see that what and where you believe in being is an illusion. Thus life tries to comfort you in your dream world while it sweetly whispers: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. Read more about that in Life has no secrets. If the humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light that is much more potent than anything in the dream. The force of an atomic bomb is nothing compared to the strength of this light. It does not illuminate something and is neither opaque nor transparent but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The Enlightenment of that which is One sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain, making up the experience of being someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is One. This seems very frightening if you want to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. No worries, you take back the thought construction left at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the black hole to something. In this way, the Enlightenment of that which is One becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, it is over, and you appear as someone in a world defined by time and space. Without further notice, the light relentlessly and most powerfully wipe out every definable feature that makes up your identity in the dream of a world where life seems to be divided into more than one. This is done so fast and efficient that there is nobody to know you once was somebody, thus nobody to fear obliteration and the free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

But suppose you are attached to being someone definitive. In that case, you fear becoming formless. Thus you fight it by, first, objectifying the fear as something caused by a ruthless force that is determined to destroy you. Second, you perceive the fear you embodied to be powerful enough to smash the Enlightenment of that which is One into more than one, wherefore you, as someone definitive, are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That said, you do not have the power to smash the Enlightenment of that which is One, and it does it have the ability to destroy you. It does not have the power to do anything since that requires more than one. And you do not have any power because you do not exist. This is why nothing is terminated in the Enlightenment of that which is One. Instead, you forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive.

In other words, there is nothing to fear in oneness because it takes more than one to worry about something. However, imagining being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. Because to appear as someone definitive, you must permanently exclude what is judged not to be you. And since you do that by projecting your shit onto others, you fear their retaliation.

Fortunately, when not caring about your image, there is nothing to lose from being nobody in a free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

Since there is no more than that which is One, and it requires more than one to wake up, it is impossible. The same applies to reading this article and Alexius having written it. That which we are is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. One could say we are dreaming about it. However, this is a metaphor because, in reality, it takes more than one to dream about something.

APPENDIX:
Since the Enlightenment of that which is One is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of something unseparated. It may seem unclear if you have to be nobody to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or that it is something it takes care of.

Unfortunately, Alexius cannot clarify that. There is no transition from a world where there seems to be more than one to the Enlightenment of that which is One, so he does not know when it sets in. There are vague memories, though, about total chaos inside him just before it sets in. But no chaos, peace or anything else in the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one. For the same reason, nothing is taken away but the illusion of more than one.

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not result in spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. On the contrary, it results in nothing because it takes more than one to cause something.

Since it also takes more than one to return to that which is One, you cannot do that. But since the same applies to departing oneness, you have never left it. That is why it does not know that you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the Enlightenment of that which is Oneare based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as dark evil become full of light. But to exclude is to separate, thus an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Consequently, since there is no separation to establish you as someone definitive, there is nobody to experience being brought back to what you never left, namely the formlessness of oneness. The Enlightenment of that which is One undoes this belief. Metaphorically speaking, it takes you on a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the brain gives up producing different images of it. Thus, eventually, everything is fused into one bright light. However, it is not a light that lightens up anything because that requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the experience of being someone definitive is wiped out by the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, when Alexius talks about the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is not based on the experience of it but on vague memories of something that cannot be experienced.

Reading his memories, you may get the impression that the Enlightenment of that which is One is a sequence of events happening in linear time. But everything ‘happens ‘simultaneously. However, that cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ‘happened’ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ‘happening.’ Hence his description might be a mix of several ‘excursions’ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, Alexius bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One after intensely having worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving back and forth the streets continually looking for customers turned into something less definable and more blurry. When he came home Alexius had no energy left to establish a focused image of himself in a world defined by time and space. Thus forgetting what and where he was, he was not aware of a transition to the spiralling show of psychedelic light that did not seem to come from anywhere and to suck him into nowhere.

Most, though, try to avoid loosing their identity by establishing the black gap as something know like a black hole. Thus they remain someone definitive and cannot be sucked through the gap in the light. The enlightenment of that which is One is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is One. They are merely ways to attract you so you do not resist, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by the enlightenment of that which is One, so nothing definable is sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius. The enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome in its most known aspect, namely light. Much later the other aspects – sound, emotion and taste – was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one.

Alexius assumes it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Suddenly a black gap with no fixed location nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo, showed up in the psychedelic light show. And then an utterly colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to form as a ring with no defined boundary inside the black area’s edges, which apparently was a hole because colourless light exploded out of it.

This light absorbed everything. It was everywhere and yet nowhere. Without any mention, it knocked out the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one, so the nothingness of him gracefully fell into the formlessness of oneness – or maybe it floated into oneness. Alexius cannot recall because the thought construction shaping him was left outside the black hole. Besides, everything happened simultaneously. Nevertheless, there is a sense of forever falling while swimming in a space that was not there – and then, in the exact moment as forever falling, it never happened because there was nothing but that which is one, and it takes more than one for something to happen.

That is all, folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the Enlightenment of that which is One is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary, it is not filled with anything since that requires more than one.

Thus oneness is neither peaceful nor stillness or anything else. Metaphorically speaking, its speed is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. Hence there is not something to see or anyone to realise that. Nor to hear the incredible noise of the speed. Especially because it is so loud that all sounds merge into one, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling, and tastes into one taste.

The above is not to be understood as the Enlightenment of that which is One is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. They are four aspects of it. But you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract to the extent that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts, making it appear as if you are someone definitive. And then leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of oneness.

The latter about leaving thoughts at the edge of a black hole may be a twisted memory. And it is, of course, a metaphor to say oneness is on the other side of a black hole because it is formless, thus without inside or outside.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. Alexius seems to remember a spiral around a black hole in the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, he does not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving extremely fast or he was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment, so short that it is not conceivable, white light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very colourful light around it – exploded into a bright light that erased everything definable. Thus he cannot report what ‘happened’ after being sucked by formless light through a shapeless black hole into that which is One. Nor can he find an image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of this. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE IS INEXPLAINABLE
When Alexius welcomed the Enlightenment of that which is One, he was not aware of doing that. Actually, he had never heard about it, nor seen a black hole. Fortunately, he did not define anything because otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus the description of a black hole leading into that which is One is made retrospectively.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were. But calling a black hole a path into oneness is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance nor an exit to that which is one. In other words, describing the Enlightenment of that which is One is impossible because even though so much goes on, nothing definable happens because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, you do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ’a deep sleep’ like Buddha supposedly talked about. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do regarding bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, meditation may not work. It is generally about concentrating and focusing on achieving something specific – and anything definable fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Help, I Need Somebody

If you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you need help. You cannot appear as someone definitive there unless somebody witnesses you being different from them.

According to an article, published in the journal ‘Nature Communications,’ a team split a single photon in half and transmitted them to separated labs. Thereafter the team discovered, the divided particle only existed when observed. If not being witnessed by somebody, it ceased to exist.

CAN I GET A WITNESS
Quantum Physics says the moon only exists when you look at it. In other words, it needs to be witnessed to appear there. The whole world is built upon this logic. Nothing in a lawsuit is true before it has been proved to be seen or heard by somebody. If something has not been witnessed, it has not happened.

Since the world according to science consist of nothing solid, the perception of it as tangible must constantly be acknowledged for it to be experienced as something instead of nothing.

So if those appearing to witness your existence do not exist except when you believe to see them, your appearance as someone definitive is make-believe.

This is why it is so important to socialise internal, external or on social media. By doing that, you confirm there are others who, in return, seem to bear witness to you being what you believe to be. This works terrific if you feel approved by a group – for example a country, a football team or a family – that you think is better than others. Hence you feel full of life.

But it only works when you follow the rules of the group. If not, the group punishes you by excluding you until you have learned to adjust. In a courtroom, this is called justice.

WASN’T BORN TO FOLLOW
Jesus denied following the group’s demand, which was to withdraw that he was a son of god and not the world. But he did agree to bear witness to their world. And since that always is seen as treason, he was judged to be excluded by crucifixion.

Even though upholding the appearance of being someone definitive is hard work and the price is suffering, most persons want to remain in the club of fellow believers and discard anything or anyone not bearing witness to the belief in being someone specific.

Hanging on the cross, he was not acknowledged anymore by his followers, and the one he seemed to follow left him. He was totally on his own, which would have been unbearable for anybody believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but necessary to have this belief undone because having followers or being a follower requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One.

This does not mean you feel alone. In the case of Jesus, everybody left him, but he did not leave them. Hence he was alone together. And since it is impossible to leave that which is One except in a fantasy of more than one, being alone together, thus more than one, is the obvious way to fantasise you go back to oneness. IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One says that what and where you appear to be is an illusion, which appears to cover the endlessness of that which is you. However, most prefer to ignore this so they can go on believing they are someone definitive, even though this means they are bound to end. But they softened the end with notions of heaven, where they forever will be something special.

Alcoholics like to follow a cure for hangovers, provided it does not involve eliminating the cause, which is alcohol. Likewise, those believing to be somebody definitive like to be cured for the suffering that the belief entails, if it does not involve eliminating the cause of their misery, namely the belief in being somebody definitive.

The unenlightened is worshipped for saying you are unique and part of something greater, whereas someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One is expelled for saying what you appear to be is nothing and not part of anything. It is impossible because there is no more than that which is One, and it requires more than one to be part of something.

Fortunately, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One sees no difference between being expelled or worshipped. Both ways attempt to witness that a world where there seems to be more than one is real, but there is no more than that which is One, so they are equally illusionary.
