The fear of Enlightenment

Updated June 5, 2022

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

VERSION 1:
Jesus said that going to heaven – assuming this meant going into the Enlightenment of that which is One – is more complicated than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. Yet it seems a person momentarily can forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the Enlightenment of that which is One.

However, since going somewhere requires someone specific, a bit of the belief in being definitive gets through the needle. And this little piece fears being annihilated by the Enlightenment of that which is One, which seems to be more powerful than thousands of atomic bombs.

To defend itself, the leftover identity of you looks for something to define. So, for example, even though the speed of Enlightenment is so fast that there is no separation, it imagines seeing different shapes of light, so it can get back to a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, everything happens so slowly that there is plenty of time to realise there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive because then there is nobody to annihilate.

Maybe that was why Alexius returned from the Enlightenment of that which is One. He wanted to escape what was perceived as a relentless power taking his freedom away and wiping out his identity, which is what happens seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. So he is probably both a non-teacher and non-student of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to unlearn this belief, thus preventing the fear reflexes from fighting the Enlightenment of that which is One.

That said, of course, there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness. It has never been left since that calls for more than one.

You cannot bring something into that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

VERSION 2:
When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes move as if they have a nightmare – at least, this is what he concludes. The oneness of life may draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from those imagining to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can oneness see the imaginations of those who believe that life can be divided into more than one.

Even if life could sense this fantasy in which you are someone who needs to take something from someone else to survive, it would not stop the imagination because it could be too scary to suddenly see that what and where you believe in being is an illusion. Thus life tries to comfort you in your dream world while it sweetly whispers: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. Read more about that in Life has no secrets. If the humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light that is much more potent than anything in the dream. The force of an atomic bomb is nothing compared to the strength of this light. It does not illuminate something and is neither opaque nor transparent but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The Enlightenment of that which is One sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain, making up the experience of being someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is One. This seems very frightening if you want to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. No worries, you take back the thought construction left at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the black hole to something. In this way, the Enlightenment of that which is One becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, it is over, and you appear as someone in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, the light relentlessly and most powerfully wipe out every definable feature that makes up your identity in the dream of a world where life seems to be divided into more than one. This is done so fast and efficient that there is nobody to know you once was somebody, thus nobody to fear obliteration and the free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

But suppose you are attached to being someone definitive. In that case, you fear becoming formless. Thus you fight it by, first, objectifying the fear as something caused by a ruthless force that is determined to destroy you. Second, you perceive the fear you embodied to be powerful enough to smash the Enlightenment of that which is One into more than one, wherefore you, as someone definitive, are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That said, you do not have the power to smash the Enlightenment of that which is One, and it does it have the ability to destroy you. It does not have the power to do anything since that requires more than one. And you do not have any power because you do not exist. This is why nothing is terminated in the Enlightenment of that which is One. Instead, you forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive.

In other words, there is nothing to fear in oneness because it takes more than one to worry about something. However, imagining being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. Because to appear as someone definitive, you must permanently exclude what is judged not to be you. And since you do that by projecting your shit onto others, you fear their retaliation.

Fortunately, when not caring about your image, there is nothing to lose from being nobody in a free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

Since there is no more than that which is One, and it requires more than one to wake up, it is impossible. The same applies to reading this article and Alexius having written it. That which we are is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. One could say we are dreaming about it. However, this is a metaphor because, in reality, it takes more than one to dream about something.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

Nothing can stop you on Highway One except the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
Since the Enlightenment of that which is One is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of something unseparated. It may seem unclear if you have to be nobody to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or that it is something it takes care of.

Unfortunately, Alexius cannot clarify that. There is no transition from a world where there seems to be more than one to the Enlightenment of that which is One, so he does not know when it sets in. There are vague memories, though, about total chaos inside him just before it sets in. But no chaos, peace or anything else in the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one. For the same reason, nothing is taken away but the illusion of more than one.

‘The perfect moment’ does not require learning – only honesty

Updated May 28, 2022

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If there is somebody you dislike, you do not need to change that because if you do not disassociate yourself from your disgust by justifying it with the world, the moment is perfect as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – with who Alexius shares a home have a deep territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up, they got upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When Guinevere later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him.

Once again, she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still agitated. To prove that it was justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. And every time she found one, she screamed to show Wincent and Alexius how much the stranger had hurt her.

The anger Guinevere held onto was supposed to make the unfamiliar cat feel bad and thus leave her world. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea that he had made her angry and therefore should suffer. Actually, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. However, there was another one who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. The fury was eating her up from inside.

The above is not meant to be about anger, but that to justify enhance the feeling of separation. In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by a stranger made her believe she was superior to him, regardless that her justification on a psychological level turned her into a victim of him. However, that is not important. The crucial thing is that there appears to be more than one. But if the experience of anger is not turned into a story of why and wherefore, the experience quickly dissolves because without a cause, there is no effect. Read more about that here. So if Guinevere had not justified her experience of distress with the visiting cat, it would simply have passed by.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no need to to disguise, transcend or transform anything.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To include a feeling as it is, you do not justify it. In this way, somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you become nobody being in a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As a kitten, Guinevere had been left behind twice by people before she found Alexius when she was around five months old. Hence she freaks out every time something in the present triggers old feelings of betrayal. Alexius grew up in a home that was like a war zone to him (read more about that here), so he tends to justify his insecurity with the need to protect himself from a devastating power seen outside of him.

However, feelings from the past do not have to be an ongoing problem. Whenever they pop up, you accept them as yours instead of blaming others for having caused them. Consequently, they do not prevent you from having a perfect moment. In other words, in a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling you try to push away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light. This is not done by going back into the past to fix it, nor by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present moment.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. But you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you. Read more about that in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Inclusion frees you from your story of a world made of past memories. Therefore, since those memories are used to keep the belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly fall apart. Of course, this does not mean that you get rid of your conditioning. But it means you do not consider them real – just like when you play along with the rules of a game, you know they are not real.

Being inclusive is a perfect moment. Should you forget that, it remains perfect if forgetfulness is included. Therefore, no need to worry about getting it right. All that is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive. And you are automatically inclusive when not excluding something.

If a feeling from the past seems challenging to include because it is so diffuse, it can be included by merely including how your body feels in this moment. Most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored in the stomach, for example, until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules that you must learn and strictly follow. If you, for example, do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. It does not matter, as long as you include your unwillingness to include. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, since your body and those closest to you most likely are the most significant symbols of exclusion, you go straight into a perfect moment by including them. This is not the same as loving them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived as being separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude them. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

Do not worry if you are not willing to include everything. Unwillingness does not matter if not justified by others but included as yours. No need to worry either if you justify unwillingness. The same that applies to unwillingness, applies to justification. It makes no difference when included as yours. See also the end of the article How to not be fearful but blissful.

The idea ofliving in the now is, like most so-called spiritual ideas, based on exclusion. Hence the belief in separation is enhanced. In this case, the past and future are excluded to highlight a separate point in between them called now. On the other hand, a perfect moment is not based on separation. It includes any memory of the past and expectations of the future. It has no rules but to be inclusive, which you automatically are when not exclusive.

A perfect moment can last from a split second to several years. It may seem as if you forever are in a perfect moment while dreaming about nothing. It lasts as long as you have no concern for a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
It is not complicated to include everything perceived in the present moment. For example, if the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not noticed by the guy having dinner in a Chinese restaurant, it is not part of the moment.

And maybe he did not look at the food when the photo was shot but indulged in childhood of being photographed. If so, including everything as it is experienced at the moment is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not what he notices. He is dreaming of the past, and when he embraces that, the moment is perfect.

CANCELLEX How to uncover the formlessness of that which is one

√ What is unreal is right in front of you

Updated August 7, 2022

A world of duality can be compared to what comes out of the box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it, an app changes the hand on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it happens to you.

PART 1:
Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, there is nothing material in the tale. Everything is a simulation fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They cannot leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing is real and never will be, whether you believe in living in the now, coming from the heart or whatnot. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators illustrates this through interactive art.

In the Augmented Hand Series you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

In the Augmented Hand Series, you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

When you stick your hand in a small box – see the above animation – you see it moving on a screen beyond your control. Instead, the hand is controlled by a preprogrammed app to change the length of your fingers.

The small box and the screen on top create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some even look into the box to check if what they see on the screen happens to their hand because, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them, the brain tells them to believe it is.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel it is happening to your hand – like you feel duality is happening, although it is impossible because non-duality is formless, thus endless.

Likewise, a world of duality is a simulation. Nothing happens in it. But it feels so because you, metaphorically speaking, have put non-duality in a small box, where an app called the brain twists it into a world of duality. Since it is an illusion, it is only the belief that it is real that needs to stop. You can do this by interpreting every experience of duality as a symbol of non-duality. Therefore, since your apparent different experiences do not seem to make a difference, there is no separation, thus no duality to distract you from non-duality.

PART 2:
Believing in being an individual in charge of its life can be compared to a machine that thinks it has a self, deciding what to do. There is no ‘I’, self, or soul in a machine. It is all mechanics, and even though the device may have been built with AI (artificial intelligence), it cannot think itself. All thoughts are preprogrammed possibilities. Nobody makes them, and nobody sees what the machine claims to see.

If you are visual-minded, you may have an Aha! moment seeing the below screen dumps from an article in Wired. They illustrate how a machine with AI ‘sees’ the world. It simply registers data or frequencies by how it is programmed. The captions are not from that article but from Alexius.

The machine has been programmed to perceive this point of frequency as cute, so it searches its database for an image to illustrate this.

The machine translates this point of frequency as eyes and concludes it sees the cute image that has been fabricated based on the info from its database.

Founded on past decisions, the machine reckons the cute image consists of a dog.

But it also seems to see a female. Thus it has to search its database to know if it is the female or the dog that is cute so that the appropriate feeling can be fabricated.

NOTES:

Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality

Updated August 6, 2022

That you see a waitress here is not real. It is a simulation – a symbol of her and the beach café, where she works.

Seeing something in this photo is a fantasy because oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. However, since the adventure of more than one only is possible due to oneness, the fantasy is a positive confirmation of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since oneness is formless, thus endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. But if you choose to believe it is real, you better give it your best shot to appear as someone there because it acknowledges the choice is yours. Hence you can decide to have it undone, for example, by perceiving every experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Oneness does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one. Fortunately, you can undo this belief by not imagining being linked with anything but that which makes it possible to believe there is more than that which is One. Therefore, since your fantasy of more than one becomes a symbol of oneness, every part of a world where there seems to be more than one reminds you that there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A computer is not part of the world you see on its screen. But it is the reason for the simulated world. So although the computer is not in the virtual world, it is a symbol of the computer. Likewise, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is a symbol of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Symbols have nothing to do with what they symbolise. So acknowledging everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is One will not make you realise oneness. Besides, it takes more than one to recognise something, so you can only be conscious of something that is not one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No reason to control, stop or deny the thoughts popping up. Since they can only be experienced because of oneness, they confirm that which is one, whereas their refusal is a rejection of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This pic is manipulated. It is fragments of three pics added together. The dolphin is a separate pic, my son another and the background a third one. It was possible to do this fabrication, because of the power I have as a person in the world. You can say, that the pic symbolizes this power of mine, which again is a symbol of the life, that makes it possible for me to appear, as if I have any power.

This image is compiled of fragments from three different pictures. The dolphin is from one photo, the person from another and the background from a third one. It was possible to fabricate this illusion because of Alexius’s ability to manipulate the pixels that make up a photo. Hene the image symbolises his power, which again symbolises that which makes it possible for him to appear as if he has any power, namely that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot perceive something as a symbol of that which is One if you suppress what it makes you feel. In other words, seeing a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is One is not a method to deny unpleasant feelings. Nor do you need to do that because when you perceive unpleasantness as a symbol of oneness, it feels just as marvellous as pleasantness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The appearances in a dream are often experienced as physical, although there is nothing in it. Likewise, it may appear as if life is in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though it is nothing but empty space.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not try to escape the world’s emptiness by filling it with something that seems to make you fulfilled, the void you experience reveals you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one – like you are not in the story these words seem to produce. And there is not anything in between them that combines them into something real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When blaming your parents, society or something else for having conditioned you, you become a victim of others. Therefore, since you can justify anything you believe in thinking, feeling or doing with the world, you can behave in ways that otherwise would be unacceptable.

But you are not a victim of your parents, the deep state, digital tracing, climate changes, capitalism, radiation from 5G or whatnot. On the contrary, it is you who have chosen to be conditioned by the world, probably to appear innocent and live a comfortable life as a consumer who only has to ratify the decisions of others.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no food in the menu card on the table, but there are symbols of it – and so the card is pointing towards food in the same way, as my non teachings are pointing towards life. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no food in the menu card. Yet there are symbols of it. Thus the card points toward food in the same way as Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings point toward oneness – or rather that there is no oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The four letters added together into the word wine are not drinkable. There is no wine in that combination of letters, nor any other. It is impossible. Words are symbols. Yet, the word wine may remind you of its taste if you have tried what it symbolises. Likewise, if you know that which is One, every experience of a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises that.

However, oneness can only be known if you do not believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. And not being that there is nobody to know it. No worries. There is nothing to understand because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Good health is great to have while appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one. But better than that is to know that good and evil are the same. Both conditions are symbols of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Listening to music, you probably go for the beats if you want to dance and the flute if you wish to feel relaxed. But if you are into what makes it possible to listen to it, both ways produce the same mood because they are heard as a symbol of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Appearing in a world defined by time and space is comparable to a game where your role is to be someone definitive, somewhere specific. This continues until you do not use thoughts and feelings to establish you as someone definitive but instead as symbols of that which makes it possible to play the game, namely the formlessness of oneness. Hereafter, you are not perceived to be someone definitive. Thus you are free.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When everything experienced is perceived as a symbol of that which cannot be recognised, namely that which is One, there is no need to understand anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The smartphone is a symbol of being connected and have access to everthing.

What you can access from the smartphone is not in the phone. Nothing in the smartphone is real. It is a symbol of being connected and having access to everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Things and services you can access via a smartphone are not in it – just like a world where there seems to be more than one is not in the experiences we access via the brain. Within the context of the experiences of such a world, somebody has invented the smartphone. But nobody knows who has created the humans that access experiences from their brain where they appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. The reason is simple. Humans have never been developed because reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to create something.

Hence the experience of being someone is an illusion. No worries. There is no illusion without reality. So if you perceive your experiences as symbols of oneness, you can have fun appearing to be someone with access to more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot remember that which is you because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be conscious of something. But while you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you can remember it is impossible.

This is easy when everything is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them, namely that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality is the reason that an illusion can be perceived as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The experience of being someone in a dream is usually perceived as real, although you are not in it but in your bed. Likewise, the formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space, even though you appear to be there.

So where is the formlessness of that which is you? Everywhere because formlessness is without beginning and end.

But while the formlessness of that which is you appears to be limited to someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, this dream state seems to hide that which is you is not conclusive but formless. However, the belief in being someone definitive is quietly undone when it is seen as a symbol of that which makes it possible to believe this, namely the formlessness of that which is you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A body used to make you appear real is not happy because you will cry when the body stops functioning. But if the body is used to symbolise the formlessness oneness, it is pleased because formlessness is endless, so when the body ends, what it symbolises goes on forever. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not have to believe in non-duality because it is the reality. But you have to believe in duality. That is the only way to make something unreal, like Santa Claus, appear real.

As long as Santa Claus delivers as promised, you are willing to believe he exists. But you dismiss him as a fantasy if he does not provide anything. Likewise, when you realise the world of duality does not make you feel fulfilled.

But although you have realised you do not get what you expect, you probably assume it is your fault and that if you look hard and long, it will get it. However, a world of duality can never fulfil you because it is a fantasy, and there is nothing to achieve in an illusion.

For the same reason, there is nothing to leave but the belief that you exist in a world of duality. One way to undo this belief is to perceive duality as a symbol of non-duality. The more you do that, the less the differences making up duality seem to make a difference. Thus, eventually, separation does not appear to hide, that there never was or will be anything but non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If it seems complicated to correct your experiences so they do not confirm a world of duality is real but a symbol of non-duality, you are unwilling to do this, even though you edit your experiences all the time. Remodelling is the very reason you seem to experience a world of duality. It is the foundation of duality because it is a twisted image of non-duality.

But the original modification of non-duality into a world of duality has its faults, so more adjustments are needed. For example, when you are born, the world you see is upside down, and if it were not because you constantly correct this image into the way you have learned the world must appear, you would still experience it as upside down. Read more about this here.

Suffice to say, you are used to editing your experiences, so nothing but yourself stops you from correcting your experience of a world of duality into symbols of non-duality. The way to change that is to acknowledge you feel alienated because you have chosen to believe in duality. By doing that, you automatically make a choice that makes you feel integrated: to perceive duality as a symbol of non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot get anything in oneness because to get something requires more than one. Thus you start to wonder if oneness is all there is. Next, you look outside of it to see if there could be more than one. Looking for more is an illusion, regardless of whether you look inside or outside of that which is One, because it is formless, thus without inside and outside. Nevertheless, you imagine a world outside of it, where there is more than one.

But just like a dreamer remains the same in the same place while having a dream with different appearances in different places, that which is you remains the formlessness of oneness while appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, even in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is a well-known secret that such a world is an illusion. According to scientific research, it is nothing but empty space. Thus what you see and feel as tangible is make-believe. Fortunately, perceiving everything in this fiction as a symbol of what makes it possible to experience a made-up world, namely the formlessness of oneness, all its definite appearances, eventually becomes indefinite. Thus there is no separation to support the belief that there is more than that which is one.

CANCELLEX Pretending to be someone is selfless

Updated July 26, 2022
