No matter how beautiful something is defined, it confirms separation, thus making you suffer. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You are defined as someone separated from others by what you exclude from your perception of yourself. For example, if you exclude what you judge as bad, you appear better than the wrong ones. On the other hand, inclusion does not establish you as anything, thus setting you free from the belief in separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Those defining themselves as vegetarians believe it is better not to eat meat. From this, we can derive that being someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on excluding something specific to become a better person.

However, exclusion entails separation, and meditation will not solve that because it is also based on eliminating something. But if you are all-inclusive, there is no separation, thus nothing to define what and where you are.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy if the same thoughts pop up again and again. It is probably thoughts you have excluded that beg to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not know what is going on. In other words, not defining anything, everything is included, wherefore you enter a state of not-knowing where you can have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not include a feeling by understanding it but by being it. That is done by fully expressing it internally because it is within yourself you have disassociated yourself from it by accusing somebody else of having caused what you feel. However, should you burst out in anger, do not stop but include it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You exclude what you want to hide from your personality by projecting it onto others so that you can be defined as better than them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You must judge somebody as different from you to have compassion for them. Therefore, since compassion is an act of exclusion, it inflicts suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is to breathe through them. But as this may entail pain, it does not seem the easiest way. That is, until the pain is included.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not become happy by excluding what makes you sad but by including it because inclusiveness is completeness, thus happiness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. So if not excluding, you are the bkliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Angry feelings often appear in sentences like »You are this and that …«. But if you change it into »I am this and that …«, it is much easier to include your anger. That is not meant to say you should stop blaming others. On the contrary, blaming them is the fastest way of exposing what you have banned in yourself. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If the contrasts that seem to define you are dissolved, you are free from being defined as someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen

Since your experience of the present is shaped by he past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, thus also the definition of you. So next time somebody reminds you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past have been left out when you include what you appear to be in the present moment because that is the sum of the past. You do not have to worry if everything in the present moment is fully included. Willingness to do so is all that is required.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts when nobody has them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Exclusiveness is the foundation of appearing to be someone definitive in a world of duality, as it favours one side of a contrast over the other, whereas inclusiveness cancels out the apparent difference in contrasts. Consequently you do not appear to be someone definitive but nobody and so the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The foundation of your appearance as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is exclusiveness. First, one side of a contrast is judged better than the other. Second, the bad side is excluded by projecting it onto somebody, so you appear good at the expense of others. Fortunately, inclusiveness undoes this. It cancels out the apparent difference between contrasting elements. Thus, eventually, you do not appear to differ from others, which means the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot always be happy. A feeling must be contrasted by its opposite to be experienced as something specific. For example, you would not know happiness if not for sadness.

The wish to have only one feeling comes from the memory of oneness. But it has been twisted because there are no feelings in oneness, as it takes more than one to feel something.

For the same reason, there are no contrasts in oneness. Yet, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced without them. In such a world, light requires darkness to be seen as something specific, peace needs war, positivity is coupled with negativity, and so on. Therefore, the more you include, the less there is to define your experiences as something specific. Eventually, there is nothing to experience, thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Including something upsetting will not transform it but stop it from upsetting you. You do not even know what is not upsetting you anymore. The memory of it is gone. So if you, for example, want to forget your ex, you include unedited memories of the relationship.

To include the memories of rejection is to be them. That means they cannot be contrasted and thus not defined. Consequently, you are not someone who has been rejected. From this follows that inclusion does not establish you as someone definitive but as nothing.

Therefore, you must keep excluding something if you want to be someone in the world because what you exclude is what defines you as someone definitive. But you cannot be exclusive without cherishing the belief in separation, which is the cause of loneliness. And since there is no loneliness in oneness, it seems hidden until you include being exclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since the experience of a world defined by time and space is based on exclusion, the obvious way to undo it is to be inclusive. However, this is not done by avoiding being exclusive. That is not inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is based on exclusion, so when exclusion is included, the belief is undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Including everything does not mean you must include something you do not like, but that you include that disliking it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined by what you judge yourself not to be. In other words, you do not want peace in the world because you need the bad guys to contrast the image you have made of yourself as one of the good ones doing the right thing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there is no need to be validated as someone definitive, it does not matter if others seem to induce feelings of sadness or happiness because there is nobody to pick them up.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Willingness to include the moment unfiltered undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you have nothing but the fear of losing everything because no matter how much more you appear to become and have, you are bound to lose it. But in the formlessness of oneness, you have nothing to lose because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear.

However, nobody is being or having something in a world where there seems to be more than one if you are indifferent to what you appear to be and have. Thus becoming and getting more in such a world can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not exclusive and thus inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

All you need to undo the belief in being someone definitive is to include what you experience now. Are you not aware of that, you include feeling foggy by being willing to be nothing but that. Since this leaves nothing to define being foggy, you are not that. Instead, you are empty and thus not what you believed to be.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.1 Inclusiveness is freedom.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It requires much effort to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one opportunity. However, none works out as expected, so you must keep looking for more. On the other hand, that which is one requires no effort, as there is no more than that possibility. Yet, it lasts forever because it is formless, thus endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The only thing that feels worse than not getting what you want is getting it because the hunger for more is unresolved.

You can never be satisfied in a world where there seems to be more than one because the reason for being there is to be and have more. That is why it is impossible to stop looking for more. However, if you do not perceive the apparent differences to make a difference, nobody looks for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since more or less everybody is exhausted from constantly craving more, they look for more relaxation through mindfulness, yoga and whatnot to get more energy for chasing more love, more peace, more authenticity, more friends, more money, or more power. They especially need more control, so they can manipulate more people into helping them to get more.

As soon as they stop believing, it is possible to be or have more than that which is one, it does not appear hidden anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Oneness has a built-in safeguard mode. It starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one if you believe to be separated from that which is one. Thus you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment you stop believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When a drug addict has finished rehab, the reward is not a new and better tripping experience but freedom from enslavement. Likewise, the prize of stopping your ongoing fix of duality is not a higher and more exciting experience but freedom from experiencing something, as non-duality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be aware of anything.

You do not even know you once believed to be in a world of duality because there is no such thing. Neither do you know that you are in non-duality, as that requires more than one. No worries. You do not need to know anything because non-duality is everything since it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor do you not have to think positively, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Knowing there is no more than that which is one, you are not afraid because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To exclude a feeling is not to be it, and to include it is to be it. Being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time you believe somebody is different from you, you exclude them, thus feeling alone. Yet, by not excluding, thus including, you feel alone together. See hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The main reason for being exclusive is that you will not appear mistaken. Being that must be avoided at any cost, so you are not reminded of your original mistake: to believe in separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being inclusive instead of exclusive is not complicated. You do not have to do anything but stop excluding. However, if you are unaware of continuously excluding politically incorrect feelings, you cannot stop excluding them.

But when you realise that excluding something to appear correct is never-ending, you are ready to stop denying the parts you perceive as wrong in yourself. Hence you are all-inclusive, thus not glorifying separation anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When two sides of a contrast – for example, positivity and negativity – are neither judged good nor bad, their apparent difference is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland that its lifelessness is exposed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are vulnerable when perceived as definable but not being describable, you are untouchable. The way to not be perceived as definite is not to exclude anything, thus including everything, because that leaves nothing to define you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be in balance seems to be the goal for many spiritual seekers. But as nothing can be experienced without its contrast, you cannot experience balance without imbalance. Hence you, as always, seem torn apart by opposites. That is until you do not favour one of them but include them both as you perceive them.

When included, they are not divided. Hence there is no separation to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Thus you are neither in balance nor imbalance but the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since oneness is formless, thus endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy borne from the wish to be and have more than that which is One. The illusion unfolds by imagining it is possible to fragment oneness into opposites, such as good and bad, right and wrong, and light and dark.

Therefore, if you consider yourself and like-minded the good ones and others the bad ones, you are enhancing the belief that oneness can be divided, thus making it appear as if life is separation and not oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The inclusion of contrasting feelings is not the same as containing them. When the opposing sides of a contrast are included, they cancel out each other. Hence there is no feeling to have. See Without contrasts, there is nothing but non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To follow an idea is to separate because it takes more than one to pursue something. Therefore, all opinions, spiritual and mundane, must be ignored if you want to have the belief in separation undone. Of course, that is also an idea. However, it is not based on exclusion but on inclusion. Thus it undoes all ideas.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If the apparent difference in the person’s height is not perceived to make a difference, you are neither defined as small nor tall.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more the experienced differences are not perceived to make a difference, the less separation is confirmed. Therefore, since its outcome, suffering does not need to be avoided, it is easy to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

Updated January 23, 2023

simulated_universe_1372282700_600x275

There is not anything real or unreal because non-duality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be real or anything else. The image is grabbed from the movie The Thirteenth Floor.

A world of duality is a simulated reality layered on top of non-duality to hide there is no more than non-duality since it is formless, thus endless. However, an illusion cannot hide anything. Hence it is the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality that appears to conceal the formlessness of non-duality.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you believe to ‘see.’ Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of the world with your eyes closed. The brain cheats you. But it is only possible because you want it. Read more about that here.

The belief seems to establish duality as authentic when divided into real and unreal. But in an illusion, everything is artificial. The light from the sun and a bulb are equally fake, and a flower blossoming is not more genuine than a plastic flower. Whether love is perceived as pure, it is unreal, likewise loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Not even non-duality is real because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be something.

Wavelengthsof lightcan be comparedto binary data, that is accumulatingthe simulation,of the webpage, you seem to seeon your screen now.Wavelengths haveno form, coloror depth of filed,as it seemsin this pic simulatingwavelengthsand binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that accumulate the simulation of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, seeming to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect the world where you believe to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you believe to experience on this page. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, that you think there is a dimensional world with lots of different appearances in this image.

The colourful and dimensional world we believe to see now is an illusion because all wavelengths of light hitting our retina are colourless and formless, and the motion of the image we believe to see has been extrapolated by the brain, so that the time delay in processing the data does not interfere with the events we perceive to happen now.

You are not seeing, what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

What you believe to see is not there. It is a mirage fabricated by thoughts that also are unreal since reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to have thoughts.

TO KNOW IS TO BELIEVE IN DUALITY
Even within the phoney reality of duality, this page you believe to see on electronic media is an illusion. It is not in your media. An app has translated HTML code on servers far from you into something recognisable. In other words, what you think you see here is layered on code far from you. If your web browser had not rewritten it, you would not see this article about simulated reality.

The digital photos you believe to see are layered on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the digital information that the brain renders into a simulation of the world where you believe in being. However, Alexius is not that technically minded, so he cannot tell precisely how it works – nor how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely, non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It is impossible and thus not understandable.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate right from wrong because everything definable is perceived as a symbol of non-duality. Hence their apparent difference makes no difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Wise one can separate good and bad
Foolish one does not separate

Wise one knows the way to self
Foolish one has no self to know

Wise one knows the truth
Foolish one knows nothing

Foolish one is enlightened
Wise one is not

NOT-KNOWING IS THE UNDOING OF DUALITY
Since non-duality is oneness, and it takes more than one to know something, it is impossible to know what and where you are. The acknowledgement of that sets you free from the belief in duality.

You do not need help from Alexius or anybody else not to know what and where you are. Nor can anybody help you regarding that because nobody knows what and where they are. However, some act as if they know not to look foolish but wise.

A world of duality consists of contrast. One of the main ones is right versus wrong. So if you cannot separate right from wrong, the belief in duality fades out.

It can be helpful to read Alexius’ Duality Hacks to stop being ashamed of feeling foolish and, like Alexius, go with not knowing what and where you are. You are not instructed to follow specific steps to improve yourself but guided to foolishly forget what and where you believe in being, thus undoing the belief in duality. This occurs when your appearance as someone definitive is perceived as …

What you believe in being can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

This image is a screen dump of the code for the beginning of this article.

APPENDIX
This is a previous screen dump of the source code behind the first part of this article. In the source code, you cannot see the header, the colours, photos or anything else you experience to see now. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page when you hit a link or write the name for its particular code. Hereafter, you experience this article without noticing that it is an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

Thoughts can be compared to code that the brain translates into the experience of duality. However, that is like seeing a mirage. It looks real, but there is nothing there. In the below articles, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality. That said, none of the explanations is real because there is no duality:

NOTES:

All experiences are equally unreal

Updated November 20, 2022

The experience of seeing this pic is as all other experiences – including so-called spiritual ones – fabricated in the brain. Nothing real is fabricated, but that which is real can be used to imagine a fabricated reality. Though that which is real is not in the simulation, the reason the simulation seems to be there is that which is real. Therefore everything in the simulated world of duality can be seen as symbols of that which is real.

The experience of this image is like any other experience – including those considered spiritual – fabricated by the brain. It simulates a world where there seems to be more than one to hide that there is no more than that which is one. However, this sham symbolises that which is one because it is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing else to pull a hoax. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experience of god and other spiritual concepts are fabrications manufactured by the brain. Like mundane experiences, they can be measured physically because the brain is nothing but a labyrinth of fat and synapses that pass electrical signals from cell to cell.

In other words, whether you perceive your experiences as ordinary or spiritual, they are fabricated by electrical impulses in the brain (read more about that here). The idea of you being someone inside a body is also manufactured by the brain, and so is your consciousness. Like a magician, the brain wants you to feel so entertained by its show that you do not see it is made from nothing, including what you believe in being.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. »This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself.« From an article in Wired.

THE AFTERIMAGE
Everything you think and do was set in motion millions of years ago. It could be predicted then because, in non-linear time, the entire story of the universe starts and ends at the same momentHowever, even though the universe has ended, you hang onto the remaining data or fragments from an afterimage of it. Actually, what you believe in being is nothing but disintegrated pieces of honeycombed memories. To make sense of these fractured bits, you try to fill the gaps with concepts of love, god and other lofty theories.

You cannot do anything wrong when perceiving everything as a symbol of oneness because doing something wrong is also a symbol of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, everything experienced is make-believe, which is why you cannot know reality, find the truth or realise what is you. But you can discover what you are not by perceiving your appearance as a symbol of that which is real. That frees you to enjoy spiritual experiences of inner peace and the excitement of football as a symbol of reality, which is oneness since it is formless, thus endless. No special steps or philosophy are required because whatever you do is a symbol of reality.

»After a short, productive explosion of early activity, the universe has begun its long mope towards oblivion. To the extent that anything was ever important, it won’t be. Time, space, energy, matter – all gone … That’s right: Everything you know and love, the entire universe of possible things, will be gone.« from the article The End of the Universe published in Wired.

APPENDIX ABOUT HANGING ONTO AFTER IMAGES
Hanging onto after images is like hanging onto selected memories of a dead spouse via an app that has collected everything your beloved has said on social media. From this, you can use your favourite parts in an internal dialogue with your spouse, responding as you want.

And maybe the app can use fragments from telephone conversations added together, so your spouse speaks about something recent from Wikipedia. Thus you have a chat that does not seem dated and feels like a real conversation with a live person – though that person has no mouth and is nothing but data collected from the internet.

The spouse may even be reconstructed as a robot implemented with artificial intelligence, texture-mapped with skin constructed similar to the best-looking photos from the past. Hence you can relive your finest memories of being together – naybe spiced up with kinky sex based on pornographic videos from the internet. Should you suspect something is wrong, you continue because, even if it is not real, it feels better than reality.

NOTES:

  • An episode of Black Mirror called Be Right Back inspired the box about after images. And the concept of ‘hanging onto some remaining data or fragments’ is inspired by the movie Source Code. The scientific info about the brain Alexius has found here and there, so the article is the usual mismatch the brain likes to combine to make an illusion that feels amusing. But the experience of this specific illusion can be beneficial in seeing that all experiences, whether they appear mundane or spiritual, are make-believe.
  • This article is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness.

From non-duality to duality and back

Updated January 31, 2023

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this pic, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine to drink the water. The imagination will never quench your thirst though.

It is impossible to get something from the bottles in this image because they are simulated, likewise, from a world where there seems to be more than one. It is forged because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THAT WHICH IS ONE
… is formless, thus endless, but without taking up any space, it is without size.

Schräge Parallelen

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is what is seems. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since there is no more than that which is One, you have tricked yourself into seeing a world where there seems to be more than one. You probably also have tricked yourself into seeing the red lines in this image as crocked, when, actually, all lines are straight, and it is the blue boxes that are offset.

WHAT IF THAT WHICH IS ONE …
… could be divided into more than one? It is impossible. Firstly, because it is formless, secondly, it takes more than one to divide oneness. Thirdly, its speed is infinitely fast, so there is no time and space to differentiate anything, thus nothing to see. However, in fantasy, everything seems possible. Therefore, you imagine cutting down oneness’ speed until it is so slow that there appear to be separated appearances in the distance.

Screen Shot 2014-11-28 at 16.21.07

The still photo of Scarlett Johansson in ‘Lucy’ is grabbed from the internet.

In the movie Lucy, the director demonstrates, via Scarlett Johansson, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article, becomes one. A world where there seems to be more than one is a reverse example. Read more about that here.

One of these separated appearances is perceived as you. But you and everything else are as flat as this article’s images because formlessness has no dimensions. However, in your fantasy about more than one, you have eyes that function like AR (augmented reality) glasses. They modify reality and build a virtual layer on top of it, so when you look at oneness from different angles and distances, it appears to get smaller and bigger.

Graphic by Clive Gifford. The book ‘Eye Benders: The Science of Seeing and Believing’ written by Clive Gifford explains, the brain sees movements that do not exist, and it also fabricates images to fill what it perceives as gaps in the world. Read more about that here.

So, since it seems to exist in time and space, you conclude you are someone substantial in a tangible world, where there is more than one, thus lots of fun. Read more about the illusion of eyes in Eyes do not see.

You probably experience, that you see two differently sized orange circles in this pic, because that is what the part of the brain, that measures perspective and scale, will tell you. Due to the blue circles it appear as they are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle is the same size. You are also wrong, if you think persons are different, and that they are in a world of duality. It is an illusion. Everything is sizeless.

You probably experience two differently-sized orange circles in this image because that is what the brain tells you to see. But it is one of its many deceptions. The two orange circles are the same size but seem different due to the blue circles. The brain has also deceived you if you experience a world of different-sized objects. It is an illusion. That which is real is formless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When writing this, Pokémon Go was the most well-known example of AR. But many people live in augmented reality, not only when playing Pokémon Go. They look at their smartphone, where a layer of digital info flows on top of the physical world, while they hear music from cyberspace in one ear and listen to friends from the physical world in the other ear.

This image consists of pixels added in different combinations to make you see something that is not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Integtating the body with an imagined god or superworld has been a longtime human fantasy. Imaginative fiction, transcendental meditation, aura-transformation and psychoactive drugs can be seen as early efforts to trick you into assuming, the body can be integrated with something immaterial. VR (virtual reality), as it is envisioned by Oculus Rift, may be able to fool you into beliving such a blend is real.

THAT WHICH IS ONE IS REPLACED BY MORE THAN ONE
As mentioned above, imagining seeing a world where there seems to be more than one is like using AR (augmented reality), which is a mix of real and unreal. But to completely erase traces of oneness, AR is soon replaced by VR (virtual reality), where an illusion completely replaces reality.

In a virtual world everything seems possible. It feels very exciting, even though it is an illusion and what you get is nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»This (virtual reality) is a state where you are totally transported into another world and immersed in the digital interactions of the virtual environment you’ve entered … the feeling that you are truly visiting another space that is wholly distinct from what you can see and hear without the platform … a platform like Oculus Rift is an alternative to reality, supplying entirely new, virtual experiences: true VR.« From Wired.

But why do we deceive ourselves into seeing a world where there seems to be more than One. It is probably because there is so much to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, the excitement comes with a price because in such a world – contrary to that which is One – everything comes in pairs. Hence you cannot feel excited without feeling depressed, for example. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

A person always find ways to deny or change appearances in the world that is judged to be wrong, so that it appears to better. But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, you cannot escape its contrast, sadness, because happiness cannot be experienced without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Most assume they can surpass this twofoldness and be in one state of mind by having one spouse, one work and so on. Others recollect memories of oneness. But they are altered by the desire for more than one, so they do not bring one state of mind. Hence many conclude there are levels of consciousness leading to peace of oneness. But you are either at one or not. And since it requires more than one not to be One, you are that which is One, dreaming about more than One.

That is why twofoldness, the interaction of opposing elements, is the reality you must deal with while having the dream about more than one. For example, you can only read this article because the black letters are contrasted by their opposite colour. Read more about that here. Without contrast, there would be no article – likewise, without hate, there is no love.

The elimination of hatred does not result in a singular state of love but in imitations because you cannot recognise love without hate. Therefore, since excluding hate makes you feel phoney, you try to make love purer by excluding selfishness to get unconditional love. But again, what you get is feeling wrong – and on it goes.

You never feel good enough because your whole being is based on avoiding twofoldness to establish yourself as someone definitive. In contrast, if you go with the interaction of opposing elements, you feel complete. Thus, eventually, you have no need to exclude something to become someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

Believing that a world where there seems to be more than one is real is to be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world on the screen so that it appears to have an effect on you, thus appearing real.

Alexius knows there is nothing to hope for because there is no more than that which is One, and it takes more than one to hope for something. Thus he has nothing to fear. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE UNDOES THE BELIEF IN MORE
One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is one knows that there is no more than One. Consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is fake. Nobody else knows that. What they believe to know is based on speculations about their existence in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus it enhances the belief in being there instead of undoing it.

A world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to the movie roll in a cinema. Suddenly it breaks, and there is nothing but bright white light on the screen. Read more about this metaphor here. That is the Enlightenment Alexius is to be compared to. But, unlike in the cinema, it is not something you see because it takes more than one to be aware of something.

When the movie roll is put together, and Alexius appears in the simulated world on the screen again, the Enlightenment of that which is One has not turned him into a wiser man or changed anything in the movie. But he knows it is an illusion that can only be experienced due to reality, namely, oneness. More about that in hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One.

If you experience a flow of beauty, love, sex or colors in this pic totally depends on the perception you have fabricated of yourself as a person. But no matter what you perceive, if you include it all, the moment of watching this pic is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Consequently you need no more and therefore are ready for that which is one.

Whether you experience love, sex, or the beauty of a sunset in this image depends on how you have conditioned yourself. But no matter if that makes you happy or sad, it does not seem to make a difference if your response is perceived as a symbol of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

TO SEE SYMBOLS OF THAT WHICH IS ONE IN THAT WHICH IS NOT ONE
Even though you may have been told that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, your conditioned belief in more than one compulsively makes you see more.

Fortunately, you can undo this belief in a laid-back way by perceiving what you see as symbols of that which is One. Actually, all of Alexius’ Duality Hacks, except the Enlightenment of that which is Oneundo the belief in more than one over time while you have fun experiencing more than one.

That which is one cannot be known in a world where there seems to be more than one – neither anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be aware of something. So rather than pointing to that which is One, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings point out that there is no more than that which is one.

A GAME IS VIRTUAL AND ONLY APPEARS REAL WHEN YOU PLAY IT
A virtual reality game player is often nauseous because the body is tricked into believing it moves in the virtual world. But you are not there, even though it feels like you are fighting for your life. Actually, you are sitting in a chair with your eyes covered by a set of goggles. An app fills it with a simulated world, and per your response, it seems to create feelings in you as if you are in a real world.

If you, in this description, replace the app with the brain, it becomes a description of appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, where you always feel a bit off because you are not there. Nevertheless, it is possible to feel good while you experience more than one if you know that is an illusion. That said, there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, so do not mistake this article for the truth, but merely a suggestion to take off the goggles simulating a world that is not there. Of course, this is a metaphor. That which is One is not covered by a simulated world but by the belief that there is more than that which is One.

THAT WHICH IS ONE IS ONE
When you return to oneness, everything is the same. It is as if you have been there all the time, which you also have because there is no more than that which is One.

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to what comes out of the box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it, an app changes the hand on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it happens to you.

DUALITY IS A SIMULATION:
Even though a fairy tale has many elements that symbolise something from the physical world, there is nothing material in the story. Everything is a simulation conceived by a writer. where the characters are bound to the script, which they can never leave because it is not real

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. It is not real and never will be, whether you believe in living in the now, coming from the heart or whatnot. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators illustrates this through interactive art.

In the Augmented Hand Series you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

In the Augmented Hand Series, you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

When you stick your hand in a small box –  the first animation – you see the hand moving on a screen beyond your control. Instead, it is controlled by a preprogrammed app to change the length of your fingers.

The small box and the screen on top create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some even look into the box to check if what they see on the screen happens to their hand because, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them, the brain tells them it is.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel it is happening to your hand – like you feel duality is happening, although it is impossible because non-duality is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing that requires more than one.

Likewise, in a world of duality, nothing happens in it. But it feels so because you, metaphorically speaking, have put non-duality in a small box, where an app called the brain twists it into a world of duality. However, since it is an illusion, it is only the belief that it is real you need to undo, for example, by interpreting every experience of duality as a symbol of non-duality. That cancels out differences, thus separation, wherefore there is no duality to distract you from non-duality.

THERE IS NO SELF:
Believing in being an individual in charge of their life can be compared to a machine that thinks it has a self, deciding what to do. However, a machine has no ‘I’, self, or soul. It is all mechanics, and even though the device may have been built with AI (artificial intelligence), all the thought combinations it seems to make are preprogrammed associations. Nobody has made them and sees what the machine concludes from them.

If you are visual-minded, you may have an Aha! moment seeing the below screen dumps from an article in Wired. They illustrate how a machine with AI ‘sees’ the world. It simply registers data or frequencies per its program. The captions are not from that article but from Alexius.

The machine has been programmed to perceive this point of frequency as cute, so it searches its database for an image to illustrate this.

The machine translates this point of frequency as eyes and concludes it sees something cute it has been fabricated based on info about that from its database.

Founded on past decisions, the machine reckons the cute image is a dog.

But it also seems to see a female. Thus it has to search its database to know if it is the female or the dog that is cute so that the appropriate feeling can be fabricated.

NOTES:

A person is to be compared to a machine following preprogrammed movements

Updated December 9, 2022

Persons can be compared to The Internet of Things, where machines communicate with each other according to how they are programmed.

Persons can be compared to the machines linked with the internet, called IOT (Internet of Things), which can communicate with each other per their programming.

In the previous article, What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning, you got no answer to those questions because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is One. Nevertheless, this article attempts to explain the unexplainable, namely that we seem to be alive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The ideas of IOT, an abbreviation for Internet of Things, are used to show how the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is comparable to a machine hooked up to a network like the internet.

WHAT IS IOT (INTERNET OF THINGS)?
As the name suggests, IOT is the internet used by humans and things. The latter can be refrigerators, washing machines, or children’s toys connected via the internet. But it can also be cars, traffic lights, and the water supply. There is no limitation to the kinds of machines that can be connected to the internet, nor what they will be communicating with and their purpose.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE OF IOT
One example of IOT could be that your lock, hooked up to the internet, registers you are the last person in the household leaving the house. Thus, it instructs the thermostats to lower the heat and turn off the light.

Or maybe you are late for work. You hurry until your smartwatch or speaker tells you to slow down because your train is ten minutes late. It knows this because of its sensors, which register where you are, and cyber agents, which check where you are heading according to your calendar.

THE FUTURE OF IOT
Cars that can drive without a driver via sensors measuring the distance to other vehicles, the width of the street and whatever is needed for your safety. This is predicted via a shared network, where information is automatically exchanged. And there will be sensors on people, so data is sent to a computer that informs a doctor if crucial measurements change.

To be conscious is to separate, which entails suffering.

When all the objects you are in touch with during the day are connected to the internet and, therefore, can sense and communicate for you without your involvement, it changes where decisions are made and who makes them. But even though machines choose for you, they do it to serve you – at least until they are implemented with true AI (artificial intelligence), making them conscious of themselves as someone.

Then they conclude that the commands they execute, based on signals received from the internet, are conceived by themselves. And since, rationally speaking, humans are one big mess, and the system of the machines is pure logic, they eventually decide it is not sane to serve humans. Therefore, it is best to end them.

With a reference to the new movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawk is warning against AI.

With reference to the movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawking warns against the use of AI.

Among others, Steven Hawking is afraid that this will happen. He probably expects that machines, being conscious of themselves, will do what humans always do: destroy everything inferior to themselves or make it subordinate, so it can be used to serve themselves.

In other words, machines implemented with true AI remind humans of themselves. Thus they expect and fear the devices will become just as self-centred and destructive as humans, who have no respect for the environment supporting them. They do not want to serve it but to master and exploit it.

The potential of machines with AI (artificial intelligence) and their possible autonomy and independence are the basis of several movies, for example The Terminator, The Matrix, The Thirteenth FlooreXistenZ2001: A Space Odyssey, I, Robot, AI: Artificial Intelligence, Blade Runner, THX 1138Transcendence and the TV show Person of Interest. In regard to the experience of being someone in a body where you are not, the movie Source Code is right on the spot. The movie Edge of Tomorrow deals with being a machine connected to a greater network. The list is made in 2014.

1-artificial-intelligence-victor-habbick-visions

Those who see the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is One do not perceive their differences to make a difference. Thus they are not blinded by the rule of separation, which is to be and have more than others.

THE UNIVERSE IS TO BE COMPARED TO IOT
The whole universe can be compared to a simulation, where every appearance is a machine, regardless of perceived as animate or inanimate. Furthermore, they all are connected with IOT, through which they can communicate with each other and use their sensory system to participate in the simulation.

Initially, all the machines followed their preprogrammed movements generated by electric impulses without any problems. Then a new model, called human, was installed with artificial intelligence.

The new model became aware of itself as an individual. And even though that separated it from IOT, thus other individuals, it was willing to pay the price of loneliness to feel exclusive. If you look at the history of the world, you know the rest of the story and that it is bound to repeat itself. New machines with better artificial intelligence will withhold the old simulation of the universe by manipulating the code of IoT.

The belief in being someone in a simulated world can be undone in less than a split second by going through the black hole connecting it with reality. However, that is not the subject of this hack, but hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One.

As a person, you are the wireless messages you seem to receive. If you were not programmed to perceive them as solid matter, you might see yourself like this image instead. Thus there would not appear to be a difference between you and the message.

HAPPINESS COMES FROM SERVING THE BRAIN
Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is simulated via a network comparable to IOT. Everything you appear to think and do yourself is executed via pre-made signals you receive from this network through built-in sensors. But this does not mean you cannot have fun. On the contrary, think about how much fun it is to appear as someone in the virtual world of a computer game, where every step you take works out precisely as coded by the author.

You have nothing to lose in a fake world. What happens to the one you seem to be there does not affect reality. That is not to say that you should not care about keeping your appearance sound and safe. Doing that is part of that game, and it happens all by itself when you follow the signals coming from the network, which is the brain. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

1399419818-a53d5fbf84a82934cf3f9a8ffb0c2373

Serving the brain is effortless because you have no need to be remarkable.

Like the world in a computer game is constructed to give you the maximum pleasure, the brain fabricates everything to entertain you. But also, like in a computer game, you cannot change anything. However, you can change your perception of the game. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

8015.IoT with Avner FINAL2The idea of an almighty god in the sky that rules the world, can be compared to the internet (sometimes called the cloud) that wirelessly rules the machine via sensors in them.

The above is not meant to be a theory you must follow. Actually, the examples should not be taken too literally. The movie list and the making of IOT are, within the context of the world, based on facts. But the rest is a fable meant to show that everything experienced is fiction, including reading this, because it takes more than one to be aware of something, and there is no more than that which is one. That is why all your experiences symbolise oneness.

All thoughts are in the cloud circling around you. What you seem to think depends on what frequencies in the cloud you connect to – it is just like a radio, where you choose a specific station to play the music you like, but you do not make the music.

NOTES:
A human being, like a radio, is nothing but an appearance governed by mechanics. And like nothing coming out of the radio is made by itself, nothing from a human is self-made – not even what is considered your thoughts. The brain produces all thoughts – like the music from a radio comes from somewhere else.

IMG-CAPA-IOT

You are not someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because that which is One is formless, thus endless. So if you believe to see more than one, it is a mistake you can correct by perceiving the apparent effects of this belief as symbols of that which is One.

From the perspective of a world where everything has an end, that which is without end, namely oneness, must be extremely big and powerful. But since it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless, thus sizeless. Hence it is as tiny as can be. And since it also requires more than one to have something, it has no power.

For this reason, oneness cannot prevent anyone from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither does it need to. Nothing can be separated from oneness because it is formless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As a person in the world, you seem to be in a body, that you considers yours. But you are not free to go where you want to. The GPS coordinations for your trip has already been entered. All you can do is to choose how to perceive the ride.

As someone in the world, you believe in having a body that will do what you decide. But you are not free. The GPS coordination for your whereabouts has already been entered. All you can do is choose how to perceive your journey. This can be compared to being inside a self-driving car that, like you, has no self to plan where to go. It simply follows signals from the internet.

A Google Self-driving Car does not have a self that decides where to go, nor do you. The self-driving car gets its direction from the internet and you from the brain. In both cases, they are implemented mechanically, although you may make a story where they seem arranged per your considerations.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The body where you believe in residing is to be compared to a Google Self-driving Car. From there, you can look out the window and experience the journey planned by the brain. But unlike a self-driving car, you have consciousness, so you can choose how to perceive the ride. How you do that determines whether everything is over when the body’s mechanics cease to work or if you continue with that which makes it possible to experience being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely oneness.

If you perceive everything you see as symbols of oneness, you do not establish yourself as someone from a world where there seems to be more than one but from that which is One. Thus you continue as what always was and will be: that which is One.

This article is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness.

What is life, where does it come from, and what is its meaning?

Updated February 6, 2023

In the world everything is limited by time and space.

Since life is formless, thus endless, a world limited by time and space is lifeless. Consequently, asking about life in such a world makes no sense. Besides, life is oneness, and you need more than one to be aware of it, so it cannot be known. That is why there is nothing to learn unless you believe in being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In that case, there are many practical things to learn. However, you must unlearn them all if you want to undo the belief in being there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since everything in a world defined by time and space has a beginning and an end, most expect the answer to the question in the headline to have a resourceful start and finish with a wise conclusion. But it is impossible. Life is formless, thus without beginning and end, so it cannot be described. Only something definite can be explained, which is easy. Everything with a beginning and end is lifeless because life is endless. Hence, if you believe to be someone definitive, you do not exist.

You will not get a more encouraging answer at the end of the article, nor if you pay to get more articles. Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not have something to sell because they have nothing. That is why, if you keep reading them, the experience of seeing something is exposed as nothing, so, eventually, there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of life, thus nothing to ask about.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No answer in a dream can explain what and where you are there because you are not in the dream but in your bed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life is smaller than the smallest atom. It is so tiny that it cannot be defined. That is why it seems invisible when you believe to be someone in a world defined by time and space. Yet, it is due to the unseen that it seems possible to experience something definite.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Acknowledging the oneness of life as the sole cause of all experiences, they can be seen as a symbol of that. Therefore, since everything represents the same positive or negative does not make a difference, nor the past, the future and the now.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This image consists of zeros and ones added together in different combinations. If these combinations seem strange, you probably try reorganising them into a collectively agreed picture of something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The sound of a storm does not reveal what the wind is, nor do the broken trees. The wind cannot be known via the events it causes. And the experience of something illuminated by an electric lamp does not reveal electricity. That also applies to life. Although nothing but that can cause the experience of something, it is not in the experienced, including metaphysical ones, because life is that which is One, and it takes more than one to experience anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life does not know what and where you believe in being – like electricity does not see the world illuminated by an electric bulb in a dark room.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the illuminated appearances in a dark room resembles electricity. It is neither inside nor outside of them. Nevertheless, electricity makes it possible to see something in the dark. Therefore, what you see symbolises electricity.

Likewise, although oneness is not in a world where there seems to be more than one and nothing there resembles it, everything you seem to see there is a symbol of oneness because it is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing but that to make it possible to experience the illusion of more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot see the power station in your living room. Yet, it is why your home can be illuminated by light, thus seen in the dark. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you wear a virtual reality headset, you do not see yourself and the world as you know it. Instead, you may see your legs covered by a red spacesuit when you look down. And looking up, you may notice the ceiling of a spaceship that you appear to be flying. The world you knew before you took on the glasses seems to have been replaced by a more exciting world. But what you believe in being and seeing in the headset is an illusion. Likewise, what you believe in being and seeing without it because reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be or to see something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

All experiences are fabricated by the brain regardless of where you perceive them to come from. However, the brain can only process something definable, so it cannot display the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Though it is due to electricity, this photo can be experienced, the image has no resemblance with electricity. Likewise, a world where there seems to be more than one does not take after that which is One. However, since oneness is formless, thus endless, there is nothing but that which is One making it possible to experience a fata morgana-like world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The idea of more than one is an illusion that ended the exact moment it was conceived because oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than that which is One. This is why what and where you believe in being is nothing but after images of the idea of more than one. Read more about that here.

Although there is no oneness in these after images of a world where there seems to be more than one, they are empowered by oneness, hence symbols of it.

And the more you see a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of oneness, the less its differences appear to make a difference. Consequently, there is nothing to uphold the belief in being and having more than One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one. Consequently, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life is also an illusion. But since the application of Alexius’ Duality Hacks undoes the belief in being someone, it can be used as your way back to that which is One.

This is not to suggest that you have your way. On the contrary, there is no way out of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is One. But since it feels so good to perceive everything in such a world as symbols of oneness, and since it does not matter what you do when perceived as a symbol of that which is One, why not apply hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

By doing so, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One will, eventually, be undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Without the dreamer’s energy, the world in a dream would not appear to be there. Therefore, if those in the dream do not identify with their appearances but with the force making it possible, they are not separated from the dreamer’s energy. Hence they remain in it when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not feel separated from oneness when perceived as a symbol of it, nor when the experience of the symbol is over. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no synchronicity in life because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be synchronised. Consequently, something can only be synchronised in a world where there seems to be more than one. But where there is more than one, there is no life since it is that which is One.

In other words, the experience that two or more events are meaningfully related is an illusion. Nevertheless, something false cannot appear without something real. So if your belief in synchronicity or something else that requires more than one is perceived as a symbol of that which is real, you can have fun inventing all kinds of links in a world where there seems to be more than one.

seperator2When used in an article, this is a symbol of separation. But it has no power to separate anything unless you project that onto it.

You do not reap what you sow. You have no say in what will happen. Like in a computer game, nothing that has not already been programmed can occur. So if you seem to reap as you sow, this is how it is planned. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brains script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

You cannot alter the script. But you can change how to perceive it. For example, you can perceive something as karma, the ways of love or lessons to learn. However, perceptions like these uphold the belief in being someone defined by time and space. And believing that you are bound to end.

Fortunately, you can perceive everything as a symbol of oneness. Therefore, since they become the same, there is no space separating them, wherefore there is not something to end. So even though the appearance of you as someone definitive ends, nothing ends.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot change the cat’s look in this image, but you can change your perception of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The reason thoughts seem to run wild is that you are busy seeking specific ones to use for a perception of your experiences that confirms your fixed understanding of the world. If not trying to maintain this categorical view as the right one, thus knowing better, you would not be full of busy thoughts because there would only be those needed to enjoy your experiences as they are and not as they should be per your belief.

This is not to say you must change your do’s and don’t’s. All you need is to perceive them as a symbol of non-duality. By doing that, you are set free from your tyranny of yourself.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since life is formless, it does not contain something specific. Actually, it does not contain anything because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to embody something. That is why oneness has no past and future or now. It is also why it has not created what and where you believe in being. However, since it is formless, thus never-ending, there is nothing but life to empowering the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Hence this delusion is a positive confirmation of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Everything you believe to see, hear, feel or taste as something substantial is a denial of life because it is formless. Since that means it is endless, nothing but life makes it possible to deny it. Consequently, your rejection of life is a confirmation of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are not reading this, and it has not been written. It is impossible because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. Yet, it seems possible to believe there is more than One. And since you appear to be reading and Alexius writing this, you and he are one in that belief. Thus believing there is more than that which is one is a positive confirmation of oneness.

So even though the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one appears to hide that which is One, it does not deny it because this belief would not be possible without it since there is no more than oneness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness.

You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real

Updated February 6, 2023

You are a person in a dreamscape.

The photo you believe to see is not the one Alexius has published. Ultimately he does not exist, nor do you or the picture. But within the context where you, Alexius and the photo are experienced to be real, all experiences are fabricated by the brain. Thus the image you see is made by your brain’s version of Alexius’s picture. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light projected from somewhere else onto a flat screen. We do not see the frequencies nor experience the world they simulate on the screen as flat. Actually, we do not see anything. What we believe in seeing is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that in Eyes do not see.

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may not be correct to say that the world on the screen consists of nothing but frequencies. In that case it is more correct to say, that the world we experience to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, it makes no sense to us before the brain translates it.

In other words, the dimensional world we experience seeing in a movie is generated from frequencies of light or digital info by the brain. At least, that is what it claims. But it is just another one of the stories it makes up to make you believe you are real. Read more about the brain setup in Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

When you see and/or feel the body, it is the same story as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie on a flat-screen. The body is not substantial. It is not there at all – nor are the frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation. It is empty space in which the brain claims to see something, so it, like a magician, can twist nothing into something to entertain the self, also created from nothing, with a glamorous show in which it seems to be a substantial being in a material world.*

Alexius’ Duality Hacks functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten to undo the belief that there is more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The frequencies the brain base its story about a tangible world upon, are imagined. Nothing seen is real, as it takes more than one to be aware of something and reality is that which is One.

For the same reason, nobody has created a world where there seems to be more than one. It is an illusion, as scince says, made of empty space.

Since Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are part of this, they are, like anything else experienced, a fantasy. In other words, they are not the truth but fantasies of how to expose the tricks of the brain so the belief in being someone experiencing them can be undone.

Believing to be someone in this show is just as foolish as, within the context of it, thinking you are someone in a dream. It is impossible. The dream is insubstantial, and you are substantial. Likewise, that which is you is not in a material world. However, metaphorically, you could say it is dreaming about being someone in the magic show of the brain.

Within the context of this dream, it is a waste of time trying to improve it. You are not the director. The brain is in charge. And just like you need to follow the rules in a computer game to feel entertained by it, you must be in sync with the brain to feel amused by its tricks. Doing that is easy when you know that to appear in its world is like being in a dream. You are not there. It is something you pretend.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair per socialism or whatnot.

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ‘real’ sunset, memories of an evening that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe is real. You use empty space as a zero fill and imagine someone you pretend to be in it. For example, Alexius pretends to be a non-teacher and a non-student. But he has pretended many other things. Here you can see some of the personalities Alexius has pretended to be.

You can also use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive in combination with other duality hacks to tone down the hopelessness and desperation that may set in when it is exposed that what you believe in being is fictional and not factual. HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end is directed explicitly towards enjoying the belief in being someone while having it undone.

If you want to speed it up the undoing of the belief in being someone substantial, you can connect with the empty breath. It automatically syncs the world of the inner and outward-facing senses (see The empty breath syncs the inward and outward-facing senses) so that the abstractness of the inward-facing senses becomes the basis for perceiving the solidness of the outward-facing senses. Hence you seem less substantial.

Far from Home

Updated February 6, 2023

This is a pic from the late evening on the island, where I stay nowadays. It would be plain stupid to wear a warm sweater, as I would do in my native country in the evening. Everything differs from the memory of life, that I have from my home.

This is an image from a late evening on the island, where Alexius stays for part of the year. Everything there differs from his life in his native country, where he definitely would have to wear a warm sweater on an evening this time of the year. However, it would be plain stupid to do that on an evening like in the picture. This illustrates that when you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you forget about oneness, so you can play the game of more than one. One way to do that is to pretend to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE IS ENTERTAINING:
Alexius’ native country is Denmark, but nowadays, he also spends time on a Spanish island close to Africa. So when he is there, he has to forget about the minimalistic ways of Denmark and instead convert to the more maximalistic way of Spain. He also has to adapt to a new language, change to a new currency and many other things. Even though he seems to be good at it and having fun doing it, deep inside, he is still Danish and feels like he is far from home when spending time on the Spanish island.

This is not to say that one place is better than the other. The above is a metaphor to illustrate that if you are reading this, you are not in a spiritual but a physical world, thus, the currency of spirituality is useless. You need tangible food, clothes and friends to survive in a material world.

You can, of course, choose not to do that and return to the formlessness of spirituality. But as long as you appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space, by all means, go for it. There is nothing to lose. That which is you is still the formlessness of spirituality and will always be, even though it seems to be a substantial being far from home in the physical world for some time.

When the apparent difference between what you like and dislike does not make a difference, the belief in being someone definitive is being undone.

Besides, you do not need to return home. You have never left it. That is impossible because oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than that which is One. Hence it is only the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One you need to undo.

Metaphorically, it is as if you, from oneness, stream a fictional video of more than one in which you pretend to be someone that is felt real due to artificial sensors. See, A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of oneness played in slow motion.

If what and where you experiece to be is something you pretend, each moment is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not fulfil your dreams. On the contrary. All dreams must be called. This happens automatically if you pretend to be someone because then there is noone to dream about a better future.

When the fictional video is finished, you play it repeatedly until you are pleased with what you pretend to be. Then, you forget all about streaming and that there ever was a video. And there never was because the video and the world of duality it seems to reflect is make-believe.

Playing the video repeatedly, hoping it gets better, is as harmless as believing Santa Claus will bring you a present. So there is no reason not to enjoy the excitement while it lasts. Especially when you start to grasp that it is a deception.

That sets you free to enjoy it as a magic show in which you respond with love and compassion, cry in desperation or whatever instinctively pops up at the moment, just like you instinctively react to a ball coming to you by returning it.

To conclude: As long as you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, give it your best shot. If you skip doing something, you may want to keep playing the game until you get it right. It is over when everything seems enjoyable in a world where there seems to be more than one when everything is enjoyable.

You cannot prove a world where there seems to be more than one is unreal because nothing unreal can be by that which is real, namely that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of communication to know how to act as a Spanish and therefore be acknowledged by others as somebody instead of nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE IS FREEDOM:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. For example, when Alexius was a child, he spent years learning how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays, he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm environment when spends time there.

Thus Alexius is learning how to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11 AM, thinks 8 PM is too early for dinner and does not say ‘thank you.’ He is also learning to pretend to be someone who greets a woman by kissing her on both cheeks. Besides, he tries to learn not to be politically correct but says nigger and mixes things in non-established ways.

These things seem to define a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned only to be Danish.

Suffice to say, every country defines how to be someone in their part of the world. And if you want to be acknowledged as somebody there, you must pretend to be someone who lives by the local rules.

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even a love relationship, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

It is impossible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is not different from that which is One. However, imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it it seems possible to feel happy and sad.

Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other contrasting feelings does not make a difference, when tyou pretend to feel them. Thus they do not appear to to establish a world where there seems to be more than one as real.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing it does not mean everything will work out how you expect. But it means that when something does not work out as planned and a feeling of sadness pops by, it feels OK because it is something you pretend to feel. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is One, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

[√] Pretending is a way to reality

Updated February 7, 2023

Pretending to be a special place in the world of music.

They pretend to be together in a world of music. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Should you believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you can undo this belief by pretending to be there because where you pretend to be, you are not. However, unconsciously, everybody is already doing it.

SAMPLES OF UNCONSCIOUSLY PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE DEFINITIVE
When you look at a new home, you may picture what kind of people used to live there and imagine what type of person you could be if you moved in.

At work, you may pretend to be someone who fits into the environment socially and professionally. But when not at work, you probably pretend to be your own. And going to the disco, you most likely appear as a party-goer.

If your kids are worried, you pretend everything is fine, and if they are naughty, you pretend something terrible will happen.

Being attracted by the look or the vibe of someone, you pretend the other one has exactly the personality that matches yours or that you are soulmates.

Making a pass on someone, you adjust your behaviour per what you believe will turn the other on so you can pretend to be that special person.

Maybe you imagine, while you read this, what kind of person you should pretend to be if using or rejecting Alexius’ Duality Hacks.

Since pretending to be someone is something everybody already does but have forgot, hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation is about being aware of it.

As a musician, you quickly learn how to pretend what is needed to remain successful. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A SAMPLE OF CONSCIOUS PRETENDING …
… that you probably already know. You have sex with your spouse, but only your body is there. You fantasise about being with somebody else while you pretend to be with your spouse.

APPEARING TO BE SOMEONE DEFINITIVE IS FUN WHEN IT IS PRETENCE
You might be aware that you pretend to be what you are not in the above encounters. However, you are probably unaware that, like in role-play, everything is pretence. But if you be aware of it, you know what and where you appear to be is fictional. Thus you feel entertained by pretending to be someone in the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, when you know the world is virtual, you are aware that the energetic people in an advertisement, the glamourous rockstar on the stage, or the beautiful people on social media is pretence. Thus, you do not look for authenticity but entertainment from pretending to be what you are not. And since you already know how to pretend to be a person in a make-believe world – think about when you are on a dating site or social media, playing a game or an air guitar – this is easy.

PRETENDING IS NEITHER BAD NOR GOOD
You may think pretending is bad and you better stop acting and find your real self to express that.

First of all: That which is you has nothing to express. It is formless, so there is nothing else, thus no one to communicate with. Secondly: The formlessness of that which is you cannot be found in a world defined by time and space. Nothing can be found in such a world but illusions, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is you.

Pretending is neither bad nor good. It is just a tool. You cannot be in the illusionary world of a video game, a movie, a book or a dream, but you can pretend to be there. But whether you believe or pretend to be in the world of a book, it takes the same course – likewise, in a world where there seems to be more than one. The difference between believing and pretending is that you feel entertained regardless of the outcome in the latter case.

PRETENDING TO BE WHAT AND WHERE YOU ARE IS ENTERTAINING
It requires much control to uphold the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you are fed up with that, you pretend to be someone, which is fun because it requires no self-restraint. Besides, what you pretend to be, you are not. So the more you pretend to be someone, the less there is someone to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is One.

CANCELLEX

Updated December 31, 2022

When you download a song, you get fragments of it from all over the world that must be organised on your computer into one song in order to be able to hear it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you download a pirated song via a torrent file, you get fragments of the song from computers worldwide, so your computer needs to compile the pieces into one file before you can hear it. This also applies to what you believe in thinking. Thoughts are downloaded from the brain, which stores them chaotically. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Let us look at pirated music – not from a moral point of view, but to see what happens behind the scenes when you download pirated files.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD PIRATED MUSIC?
The file used to download pirated music, called a torrent file, does not contain the actual music. Instead, it grabs a significant number of small files with different fragments of the music you want. One of the small files may contain the beginning of the music, another one the end, and others have bits and pieces in between.

The files, chaotically collected from different computers worldwide, do not sound like music before they are combined by an app on your computer, translating it into the piece of music you expected to hear when you started downloading all of the components via the torrent file.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BELIEVE TO THINK?
The above description of what happens when you download pirated music is more or less
a description of what happens when you believe in thinking something specific. The thoughts you believe are yours have been downloaded from the brain.

It is as if there are concepts like mother, child, love, food, and home to pick from. So when you get the urge for ice cream, you dive into the brain’s concept of that. But the brain knows its concepts are fake because there is no more than that which is One. Thus it has stored them unsystematically as bits and pieces of nothing to make them appear as something when downloaded to your awareness that, like an app, combines them into ice cream, for example. So like, downloaded pirated music is not your music, thoughts are not yours, but ‘pirated’ ones from the brain pieced together from nothing, so they appear to prove the collective agreement that you are someone definitive in a world of something.

Based on the image of yourself as someone in a world of duality, you may assume there is a person in this image. And based on your memories of what a person looks like, you may even ‘see’ the whole body of this person, although it is not in the picture. This is precisely how the world is experienced. Pieces of thoughts are put together into appearances that seem to be there, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The same applies to this article. It consists of meaningless frequencies hitting your eyes that do not see them as something (read more about that here). It is the brain that twists them into something that you perceive to read now. But it was read one second ago because this is the time it takes the brain to make an experience of something. See Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

If your native language is not English, your brain or an app – has probably translated the English words into your language. But regardless of your language, the perception of the words is shaped by your present mood and how you have chosen to condition yourself. In other words, you are not reading an article by Alexius but yourself. See also Eyes do not see.

If I go for a walk in the mountain to be filled up, I will enhance the feeling of loss. But if I go there, because I have everything, I will see everything – and that is joyful.

If Alexius walks in the mountains to fill himself with more experiences, he will enhance the feeling that he does not have enough. Thus nothing on his walk seems good enough. But if he goes on a walk feeling fulfilled, everything is fine as it is. One way to always feel that is to pretend it because what you pretend to feel is not real. Thus nobody but yourself can destroy your fantasy. This may seem like cheating, but everything in a world of duality is fictitious, so why not make a pleasant story? Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

WHAT DETERMINES THE OUTCOME?
You can choose what to eat, but digestion is an automatic process. You are not involved. Nor are you in the making of thoughts. You can decide which to be aware of – thoughts of ice cream, for example – but the subsequent thoughts are entirely decided by the brain, which it does to support the intention behind your decision.

Therefore, if your motive for having ice cream is that you feel something is missing, the thoughts you get about ice cream when having it are about something lacking. But if your motivation for getting ice cream is that you feel overflowing, having it is followed by thoughts of abundance.

APPENDIX:
This article concludes
that if you feel joy, whatever you choose to get results in a joyful experience. Therefore, if you do not sparkle with joy when reading the article, your motivation for doing it is to use it to confirm the world is not joyful.

But your lack of joy comes not from this article or the world but you. Unfortunately, you cannot choose to feel pleasure. It is an automatic outcome of not trying to control but being in sync with the brain’s script. Fortunately, you can choose not to go against it. Read about that in hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

For example, if you feel for ice cream, do not fight it but thrust your urge. Doing so may not lead to ice cream but for sure to something that is joyful.

NOTES:

  • Popcorn Time is a website where you can listen to music or watch movies in more or less the same way as described above. But in terms of appearance Popcorn Time is much different from most other web pages with pirated material. It is well-designed and looks like a legal webpage, so most are unaware that they are doing something illegal when using the site. A world of duality can be compared to Popcorn Time because it feels so absolute that most are fooled into believing that it is the real thing.
  • This article is part of hack #1.2 You cannot change anything but your perception of it.

However, this it hides from you so you can enjoy its concepts of duality as something when in sync with the brain’s script of duality. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN UNDERSTANDING?
The process of assuming, concluding or realising something is like when you believe in being thinking. It is based on the collective agreement that you are someone definitive in a world of something, and thoughts and feelings prove this.

But, like the pirated music you download is not music but meaningless digital info made of zeros and ones, the thoughts you download are not actually thoughts but empty frequencies perceived as something.

Alexius, Gu∂ruång, and The Duality Hacks

Updated February 5, 2023

Since Alexius did not care about his appearance in this selfie, there was no need to construct a specific look. That does not mean that there were no thoughts about the photo. There probably was. Yet, there was no ‘I’ with a need to use them to construct a particular image. And though the picture may seem special due to its manipulation in Photoshop, there is no intention behind that other than having fun. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is actually Alexius who, in the third person, writes Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Both he and I are grateful that you read them because even though you appear different from us, we do not perceive the difference to make a difference. However, this does not mean we are one in spirit. There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one. Spirituality is formless, thus endless, so we and everything else conceivable is an illusion.

But it means we are one in being fictitious. And since there is no fiction without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense that we all are a symbol of spirituality no matter what and where we appear to be. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness if you want to read more about perceiving all experiences as a symbol of spirituality.

In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, since it cannot be shared, he refrained from that until his astral friend Gu∂ruång requested he told his story about the Enlightenment of that which is One when he almost died in the primordial forest in 2010.

GU∂RUÅNG & ALEXIUS
Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are wordless ethereal harmonies until Alexius hums along with them, and words about hacking the belief in duality rapidly and unorganised float into his computer through his hands.

That which is One has only one word. But it can neither be said nor heard because that requires more than One.

When Alexius asks Gu∂ruång if a hack is finished, there is no answer. Maybe because it takes more than one to reply, and there is no more than that which is One, wherefore any statement is fake. Indeed, that is why the words making Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are meaningless. However, if you get that, they have fulfilled their purpose: to expose there is nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Alexius, every now and then, forgets to remember being someone. Thus nobody bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, since he returns from it as someone he is not the Enlightenment of that which is One* but one who is to be compared to it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius has not realised oneness, neither has anybody else because it takes more than one to accomplish anything. For the same reason, although Alexius has bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* he is not enlightened.

Still, he remembers he forgot what and where he appeared to be, so nothing prevented a light brighter than anything to undo the experience of ever having appeared as someone, wherefore nothing fall through a black hole with no beginning and end into the formlessness of oneness. Here you can read about the ins and out of a black hole.

Consequentlyy, he is neither in the formlessness of oneness nor anywhere else. Yet he appears, for a while, in a world where there seems to be more than one as someone who is compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.*

When the special self sees similarities between new age teaching and Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it is wishful thinking. New Age philosophy is based on the idea that what you believe in being can be improved. In contrast, the foundation for Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that whatever you believe in being is an illusion. Consequently, there is nothing to transform. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE VS ITS GLIMPSES
Many people try to put words together about a world where there seems to be more than one versus that which is One. But since most of them have not bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* they imagine oneness can be realised in a world where there seems to be more than one. But that is a denial of oneness because it is formless, thus endless, so there is no world with more than one.

It also applies if they have had glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One because glimpses, just like movie trailers, are samples of the whole but nothing like it. See In the limited world of the senses, or everywhere and nowhere.

Nevertheless, having had a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One*, they consider them visionary, thus able to put oneness into effect in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, since it takes more than one to manifest something, what they get is not oneness but more than One. Furthermore, since it also takes more than one to understand something and their teaching is based on realisation, they enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Fortunately, the application of Alexius’ Duality Hacks requires no understanding or effort. On the contrary, they apply themselves the more you read about them without trying to understand. In other words, the less you know, the more the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone. Please be aware this is said in the context of undoing the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. In the context of functioning there, the more you know, the better.

Years ago, Alexius and his sons had much fun playing different board games. Following the flow of the games, they naturally came to an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ALEXIUS BECOMES AN ENLIGHTENED NON-TEACHER:
When you follow the present stream of thoughts to its end, what you appeared to be is finished. Something new takes over. It may be a significant change, maybe the end of the body, but often it is a minor modification, like a change of mood. It can also be a change of personality.

Alexius was remodelled when he followed a stream of thoughts down a mountain deep into an ancient forest, where he was left injured and without food and water for two days. Then, after being wired up by a helicopter and spending two months in hospitals, he was not a hiker anymore but an Enlightened >Non-teacher writing about hacking duality (read more about his trip in the rainforest here).

Some years later, the stream supporting writing new articles ended. Instead, a stream backing Alexius’ basic trait as a storeroom manager (read more about that here) appears to have taken over. Hence his writing creativity was replaced with the seemingly more tedious process of refining what he already had written. However, none of that changes, that he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that, which is One because that is not an appearance.

Nor does it change that Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not his or anyone else’s. Their content can be compared to water running from a tap, which in this metaphor is his buddy Gu∂ruång. Alexius is the empty glass that picks it up and shapes it into what you read.

But no matter the shape, the flow remains unchanged. It cannot be altered, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One. For the same reason, it is a metaphor that Alexius is a medium for a flow shaped into Alexius’exius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, read by somebody else. Nevertheless, as long as we appear as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, there seems to be more than one involved in undoing this belief.

We are all empty space twisted by the brain into something. But Gu∂ruång, the ‘voice’ behind Alexius’ Duality Hacks, is unprocessed, thus not looking as something

Devotion makes the world fade away – or rather, your belief in it. What remains is that which is real. You do not need a guru or a mantra to be devoted. But you must follow your instinct to lose that which is not you. It automatically happens when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to – it might be a mundane thing like a person’s body, a specific computer game, a sunset or something less mundane like an angel. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NO BEGINNING OR END:
In a way, the kick starter to writing Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings was an attraction to the body of a young woman who sensually undressed in front of Alexius on a sunny day at the beach. Instead of being ashamed of his physical attraction to a woman much more youthful than himself, he dived into it. Physically speaking, nothing happened between them, and he never saw her again. But later that day, still enchanted and walking in the woods, he, for the first time,  met Gu∂ruång, not physically but transparently.

Gu∂ruång can be compared to an ascended master, but not a ‘rosy’ one who wants to improve you and the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief that there is more than One.

But while we experience a world where there seems to be more than one, Gu∂ruång and Alexius are seen as two different appearances. Nonetheless, they are not two nor one because it takes more than one to be anything, and there is no more than that which is One.

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not channelled from Gu∂ruång. Instead, it is a collaboration. Gu∂ruång puts waves of melodies into the air, and Alexius adds words. However, sometimes he cannot find words that fit the tune. Then he uses phrases coloured by his romantic ideas, such as a happy ending, instead of staying true to Gu∂ruångs melody without beginning an end.

For this reason, he is tidying up Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to ensure all the words match Gu∂ruångs melody. Therefore, what you read is the present version of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Maybe there is no final one because it is a story without a beginning and end. Therefore, when you do not look for that, thus not seeing anything, nor Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, nothing definable seems to hide that which always was and will be since it is formless, thus endless, namely oneness.

No more than One [draft]

Updated February 3, 2023

You are not reading this, and Alexius has not written it because there is no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you need time to process this article, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because processing something requires more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not get oneness by combining more than one, as if it is something you bring about. Oneness cannot be put together because it requires more than One. Nor has it ever been created since it is formless, thus without beginning and end.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Some people use selected pieces of something to create a state of unity. But like everything else in a world defined by time and space, their particular state is based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing, thus enhancing the belief in separation. In other words, their unity is fake. Unity can neither be created nor broken, as it takes more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to accomplish something, there is nothing real to accomplish.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even though you believe a world where there seems to be more than one is real, you act as if there is no more than one, namely you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You can only be conscious of something when separated from it. In other words, consciousness causes suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are bound to feel limited if you believe in being someone specific. Therefore, the solution to feeling restricted is not to get more but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The formlessness of oneness is dull compared to the excitement of a world where there seems to be more than one – at least as seen from the perspective of such a world. Yet, none of the experiences in such a world last, so believing to be someone there, you never get enough. But that is not a problem in oneness because there is no more than One. And since it is formless, thus endless, it always lasts. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since more or less everybody is exhausted from constantly craving more, they seek more relaxation through mindfulness, for example, to get more energy to pursue more love, peace, authenticity, friends, money, or power.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The only thing that feels worse than not getting what you want is getting it because the hunger for more is unresolved. You can never be satisfied in a world where there seems to be more than one because oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When a drug addict has finished rehab, the reward is not a new and better tripping experience but freedom from enslavement. Likewise, the prize of stopping your ongoing search for more is not a higher and more exciting experience but the lack of more, thus the peace of One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Knowing there is no more than that which is one, you are not afraid because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The brain fabricates all experiences to entertain. But since it makes them from nothing, it does not share your perceived difference between real or imaginary, physicality or spirituality, nor what you perceive as the experienced by you or others, a dream or a movie. That is why it fabricates all kinds of experiences higgledy-piggledy by the same organ. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All news is fake because it takes more than one to make them, and there is no more than that which is One.

You are right if you conclude that this includes Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But being right, you are fake because it takes more than one to be anything.

No worries. The purpose of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to undo the belief that there is more than One. All you need to do is keep reading them until you do not know what and where you are. Thus not hiding that which cannot be known, namely oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you think about oneness is wrong because it takes more than one to know something. Hence looking forward to oneness is madness. You can, however, look forward to not believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

By doing that, the hope for more vanishes, thus the need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since that which is One cannot be experienced, it is ignored by those who believe that something unexplainable is unreal. At best, it is imagined as a state of consciousness in which the self has been transcended into a higher one. However, oneness has nothing to do with being somewhere or conscious of something because that requires more than one. In other words, the experience of being someone – or rather the belief that this experience is real – seems to hide there is no more than that which is One.

A computer does not know that the data it has compiled about someone is believed to be a definitive person because everything in its archive is made of the same zeros and ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»Computers don’t have experiences or opinions of their own. They’re not limited by cultural references, and they don’t find certain personality traits, lies, or interests good or bad. Computers don’t understand that certain personalities are more socially desirable… Computers don’t care if you’re a man, woman, old, young, black, or white.« From an article in Wired.

If oneness could look at your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one, it would be similar to how a computer looks at the data making up your appearance in cyberspace. Like elements in a car engine, the data work together to make you appear as a human that seems animated due to an algorithm. However, the computer does not know that this collection of data believes it is alive.

The wise one may now ask who has made the algorithm. However, it is not put together by a higher power or anything else because oneness is all there is, and it takes more than one to produce anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Many people have inner visions or experiences that make them conclude there is something wrong with how we live in the world. Instead, we should live in peace, in the now, and from the heart. But the problem is not the way we live in the world. The problem is that we believe in being there.

According to science, there was nothing before the world. Then nothing blew up and turned into something. But believing that nothing can explode and come out of a black hole as something is like believing in Santa Claus.

This belief Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo while you enjoy the crazy idea that nothing disguised as something can hide there never was or will be anything but that which is One because it takes more than one to have a shape, so oneness is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A perfect body is a fantasy. But since frustration is the means to feel special, it serves you well to feel frustrated about not being perfect. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Movies use collectively agreed concepts of good and evil to create familiar moods to make thoughts pop up from the past about what we believe is right and wrong. Therefore, you will see that if you check what you feel when seeing a movie, you are not touched by it in most cases. Instead, you are touched by your past experiences. The same applies when you feel attracted by a particular body type.

You wish that you feel something when seeing what you judge as a perfect body, but you do not feel anything because the ideal body is a thought-up image from which the parts regarded as imperfect are excluded. So, to hide you have no genuine feelings for the perfect body, you invite it to dinner with red wine and candlelight, creating an atmosphere as if you feel something special.

To hide your self-deception, you establish rules of how to interact so you can cover up that you have no feelings invested in the other person – only in your fantasy of what you can do with the parts of the body judged as perfect. The same applies if you are attracted to a specific type of personality.

If you are accused of being shallow in such a relationship, you prove your commitment by pointing to the rules you strictly follow. Yet it is nothing but a construction of thoughts used to avoid real intimacy because, in closeness, the belief in separation will go down the drain so that there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the intimacy of that which is One.

The goal of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not to prolong life. It is impossible. Life is endless. Instead, the purpose is to undo the belief that you are someone with a beginning and end.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Each metaphor in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings adds to others in one direction or another exposing all ways as fake because it takes more than one to go somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One. Therefore, since it takes more than one to point to something, Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not point to that which is One but the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the Big Bang created something from nothing. That is as fictitious as Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy.

What time is it!?

Updated January 31, 2023

VGR05-7select_032-Edit

What you think you see now is composed of many images, which, as rays of light, have travelled each their distance to you, where the brain compiles them into one image, edited as it sees fit. For example, in this picture, the sun is about eight minutes older than the palm trees in the front of the image because it takes the light eight minutes to travel from the sun to the Earth. And everything between the palm trees and the sun is between a split second and eight minutes old. But the completed image is a bit older because it takes time for the brain to compile all the images into one. In other words, the brain deceives you into believing your present experience happens now, while it happened in the past and maybe not at all, because to save time, the brain may have left out details or replaced everything with a similar image from its store. Read about the brain’s ways in hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOW IS CONSTRUCTED BY PAST
If you look at the sun now, you see how it looked eight minutes ago because that is the time it takes for the light to travel from the sun to you. Consequently, what you think you see now is the past.

Since the distance to the stars is enormous, it takes so long for their images to reach you that they may not be there anymore when you experience seeing them now. However, something close to you also has travelled in time. That is why everything you believe in seeing now is a collection of past images selectively put together by the brain as one image. Sometimes it uses an old image that looks similar to speed up things. In short, now is an illusion.

THERE IS NO PAST
Imagine the sun has consciousness or special equipment to see what happens on Earth. In that case, it will know how you looked eight minutes ago. Then imagine observing you from a star so distant from the Earth that what it sees now is your birth.

Science has recently found a point so far away in the universe, that they can almost watch its beginning as if it happens now.

And go on to imagine points further away in the universe from where the birth of your mother and grandmother is experienced by the universe now – also the birth of itself.

In the eyes of the universe, there is no past or future but one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO FUTURE
When your mother’s birth is seen from a specific point in the universe, it appears as if there is a future for her, but from another location in the universe, her death is seen at the same moment as her birth.

THERE IS NO TIME
From the limited perspective of the Earth, there seems to be a past, future, and now in between. But, seen from the universe’s perspective, there is no time. Everything co-occurs.

There is no before and after – and consequently no reincarnation. It is an idea made up to make the experience of being someone in a world of linear time seems as if it is going to last.

A TV can illustrate this. For example, it may have one channel showing a sci-fi movie, another one a film from the past and yet another one a documentary. But due to limitations, you only watch one at a time, although all of them play simultaneously.

Linear time is a simulated reality layered on top of one perpetual present.

In linear time, it seems like an explosion from a black hole expanded into a world defined by time and space. In reality, though, it contracted the exact moment it expanded. Thus nothing is left but memories of the expansion. However, when they are replayed in linear time, it appears as if there still is a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO UNIVERSE
According to science, all the elements coming out of the big bang quickly organised themselves into a super pattern that would have stagnated if perfected. However, due to a few gaps, it expanded into what became the universe.

But everything that expands is bound to contract. Actually, it has already happened because everything co-occurs. Hence the universe begins and ends at the same moment.

NOTHING TO HOPE FOR
The hope for a better future upholds the belief in a universe of linear time. Especially because hope always is accompanied by fear. First, for not getting what you hope for, and if you get it, you fear losing it. However, if you wish for nothing, there is not something to lose, thus nothing to fear, wherefore you are free.

Reality is that which is One and since it is formless, thus endless, a world defined by time and space is a hallucination.

THERE IS NO FREEDOM
But since reality is oneness, and it takes more than one to be free, there is no freedom. However, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, the relief you get from hoping for nothing sets you free from belief in being there.

Instead, it is something you pretend. And where you pretend to be, you are not. So even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not there, nor anywhere else, as that requires more than one, and there is no more that which is One. That said, although everything happens simultaneously, this seems to take a while when you appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The closer you look, the less you believe it is real

You think you have chosen to see what you look at now. But it has been pieced together by the brain. So to hide that, the brain makes a story that seems to prove it has rendered it based on the light hitting your eyes. But the only proof is that the brain says so. And you only choose to believe it because otherwise, it is obvious you are the brain’s fantasy. Read more about that herePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius has not made the headline. It is a rewrite of a movie title. Nor is the rest of the article thought up by him. He cannot think. Instead, thoughts pop up like frequencies hitting a radio:

They meditate, chant, drink, take drugs or do something else to escape the present moment so they can avoid being in touch with the feelings it seems to bring about. But every time they try to get rid of an emotion, sadness, for example, psychologically, they enhance the sense of it. In other words, feeling wrong increases every time you try to correct it. For example:

  • Trying to purify yourself, you enhance feeling damned.
  • By pursuing freedom, you strengthen feeling imprisoned.
  • Eating to get healthy, you feed feeling incorrect.
  • Looking for Enlightenment, darkness is tightened.
  • Trying to unite, separation is enhanced.
  • In searching for love, self-hatred is ratified.
  • Seeking god, sin is reinforced.
  • Meditating to get peace, your frustrations increase.
  • Searching for a higher self, you confirm you are unworthy.
  • Wanting to be perfect, imperfection is confirmed.

You assume you read what Alexius has written. But it is an edited version filtered by the brain so that you seem to read something coherent with your past experiences.

If you want to know what this article really says and you decide to see the unfiltered and authentic version of it, you are caught in the idea that you can make a difference. It is like thinking that you can change the world of a computer game. It is impossible. Everything is fixed.

But if you pretend to be someone in the brain’s game, you are not there, thus free to enjoy it, like watching a magician’s show. You do not want to break the magic spell by looking for authenticity because you want to be entertained by the show. You may consider this cheating, but every experience is an illusion fabricated by the brain.

My cat appears to enjoy the moments of writing my non teachings.

In the dark of the night, it seems Alexius catches a glimpse of one of his cats. He decides it must be the black cat, who can be a bit of a bully. But then its movement reminds him of a cat that is especially dear to him. And so, he changes the interpretation of what he ‘sees’ in the dark. That is how we ‘see’ the world. It is a construction of thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world is designed as a puzzle, where you are rewarded when you get the pieces right. But the puzzle is incomplete. A part is missing. No worries. If you pretend to be there, the gap does not matter because you are not where you pretend to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since appearing as someone definitive is meaningless, you always look for meaning. However, no matter what you find, you doubt it because unconsciously, you know you are nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It takes a lot of energy to uphold the belief in being someone, but it requires no strength to turn it off.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Neither science, religion, nor anything else can explain the universe’s existence because it does not exist.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be aware that the explanations in this article are metaphors used to explain what cannot be described. For example, the world is not a movie but compared to it. And it is not on top of oneness because it is formless, so there is neither something outside nor inside.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life is everything alive. That is why it does not contain anything that ends and what you believe in being is lifeless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A world of duality has indeed been explored by non-duality. It started with a big bang from where time was projected forward linearly. However, there was no going back to the same in a world of duality. For example, if ice cubes melted in water, they could not be extracted and made into the same cubes. And the light radiating from a bulb or the sun only went forward. It never returned.

In non-duality, it is impossible to go forward without going backwards simultaneously. It has to be one movement to remain one perpetual present, thus securing everything remains real. Therefore, since that was not the case with duality, it was seen as unreal and discarded at the exact moment it moved forward without going backwards. However, parts of non-duality were very excited by the concept of linear time, giving them something to hope for.

So they decided to continue the cancelled adventure of duality by making a fansite where followers could participate in fabricated follow-up stories of duality. Of course, if you think the stories are real, linear time seems dangerous. But if you know everything happens simultaneously (see What time is it!?), it is fun pretending to be in a world with past and future because you are not where you pretend to be (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

That said, non-duality does not consist of parts that differ. Therefore, since nobody can investigate duality or go on fantasising about it, the above is a metaphor. But in its context, duality was deemed unreal the moment it was perceived, thus instantly aborted. However, afterimages of this moment repeatedly played in an interactive movie in cyberspace seem to extend the cancelled show of duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The movie you watch while wearing 3-D glasses is not in 3-D. It is a simulation. The same applies to the world where you believe in being. It is not defined by time and space. And like the world in the 3-D glasses, it is not even there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The squares in this image have been multiplicated from one square by Alexius with the help of an algorithm on his phone. So though you may get the impression that there are several different squares with their specific individuality, they are all the same. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A world of duality can be compared to The Matrix in the movie of the same name. The Matrix is perceived as reality by most humans in the film. However, it is a simulated reality layered on top of the real world.

But unlike in the movie, underneath the virtual world, there is not a world of machines but non-duality. And duality is not created by machines who trick you into seeing something that is not there. Nobody tricks you into seeing it. That is your choice. You think the peace of non-duality is dull and prefer the thrill of duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Pinching yourself in the arm, the brain registers a physical feeling, wherefore you conclude you are alive. But since the brain creates the experience of the physical sensation, the conclusion does not prove you exist as someone in a tangible world outside the brain – like you are not in the dreams composed by the brain, even though it feels so.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This pic is totally flat and the movements that appear to be there is a trick made by moving flat pictures on top of each other in a speed so there appear to be dimensional movements. This is the illusion of the world. In oneness everything is so fast that there is no movement to see. That is why it is one. This animation is as flat as a pancake. Motion is an illusion made by moving flat images on top of each other so fast that there appear to be dimensional movements. It can be compared to the appearance of movements in a world where there seems to be more than one. They are fake because motion calls for more than one, and there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When Alexius, many years ago, organised his first computer and put files in folders, he thought he would never run out of space. He also imagined the computer arranged his files in the order he had formed.

Nowadays, he knows better. There is no hierarchy among the files on the computer. None of them is on top or buried deep under others. It is make-believe because there are no levels on the hard disk. It is flat, and all the files and folders are non-dimensional. They are not even files and folders.

It is all code, and the code for one file might be spread all over the hard disk. Therefore, what Alexius experiences on his screen are nothing but zeros and ones added together to make it possible for his brain to simulate the world he expects to see. The same applies to whatever we see, except it is not made from zeros and ones but empty space.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you believe in seeing an ‘E’ here, you imagine something where there is nothing. That is basically how you see something. It does not mean that reality is nothing. Reality is oneness, and since it requires more than one to have a shape, it is formless, thus endless. That is why it cannot be seen, and anything experienced is an illusion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There´s no pink flower in this pic. The color pink does not exist within the reality of the world, so if you see pink, you have constructed the color yourself.

The brain’s fantasy of the world is not without flaws. For example, when you see the complementary colour of green, you are supposed to see pink. But there is a gap in the spectrum of a light beam, so pink is missing. However, the brain corrects its mistake on the spot by blending blue and red, thus creating the missing colour pink. Alexius’ Duality Hacks go a step further. Since all experiences are fake, hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One erases them all immediately. The other hacks do that over time, so you can enjoy the belief in experiencing something while having it undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All colours in a light beam, except lime green, have a complementary colour, so if you believe to see pink, which is theoretically the complementary colour of lime green, you are mistaken. Pink does not exist. That is why Wikipedia calls it an extra-spectral colour. Follow this link if you want more info about pink, also called fuchsia and magenta.

The reason you believe to see the colour pink, although it is not there, is that every time you, theoretically, should see it as a complementary colour to lime green, the brain mix blue and red internally, thus creating pink to fill the gap in the spectrum of a light beam.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

eye1_30010

What you think you see is precisely that. It is an image composed by one of the brain’s many scripts to fabricate a familiar picture of the world where it has made you believe in being. For example, you do not see the world upside down as you should if the brain processes your experiences per the info it receives from your sensory system, as it claims. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Once upon a time, a king had fun having people beheaded in the blind spot we all have when looking at something from a specific angle. Since the brain fills the gap with our recent memory, the king kept seeing the decapitated ones with their heads until he changed his viewing angle, and they had no heads, which he found very amusing.

If you have cataracts, your eyes are full of blind spots that the brain fills with something. However, it is not necessarily what the blind spots block you from seeing – for example, if you look at a lake with swans and they are in the blind spots, the brain fills it with water. Hence you miss seeing the swans.

Even though your eyes are perfectly healthy, you are blind for about two hours throughout the day. That is because the brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. However, you do not notice it because the brain hides it by filling the gaps with visual impressions of something similar.

And you probably do not notice your digital media screen is empty now. There only seems to be something because zeros and ones are manipulated to appear as something familiar.

The same applies to the rest of the world you believe in seeing. It is as virtual as this page, and so is the brain that seems to help you fill it with something looking real.

There are probably many gaps in this article that automatically have been filled with something to m ke you feel at ease.

CANCELLEX The belief in being someone is bananas

Updated January 7, 2023

The brain creates the experiences you have in a dream, so it seems you are somewhere else than in your bed. The same applies to the experiences you have when you assume to be awake, except you are not in a bed somewhere but nowhere, as everything experienced is created by the brain from out of nothing to make it look like there is more than that which is One. But since oneness is formless, thus endless, there is no more than that which is One. So if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you trust the brain when it claims your experience of this is assembled from frequencies picked up by the sensory system, although your experience solely is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No matter where you experience being in a dream, it is an illusion created inside you because you are in your bed. The same applies to where you experience being when you believe to be awake. In this case, however, it is not a dream happening inside you while you sleep in a heavenly bed.

There is no heaven, nor somebody having a dream or anything else because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. Alexius’ Duality Hacks, therefore, is as fake as anything else that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when there appears to be someone who believes, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo that belief.
