Inclusiveness is a journey without distance to that which is endless, namely non-duality

Those gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or another ism manifests their specific group by excluding everything, not in line with its principles.

First, they divide the world into right and wrong. Second, they eliminate everything judged wrong by projecting it onto other groups. Third, since the other groups, therefore, seem evil, they start to fight them.

When the fight is over, the winning group claims to be the good one. »By doing the right thing, we have established we are the best,« they say. But they only seem to be better because they have projected the worst in themselves onto the losing groups.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not a new doctrine where you have to change or get rid of something to become better. On the contrary, there is no goal but to undo the belief in separation because, without it, there is nobody to change.

A journey without distance to that which is all-inclusive
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of the old type of transportation. Instead, he surpassed it and developed a new and much faster vehicle.

Likewise, Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not an update of ancient meditation methods, added soothing sounds, shaman sticks and whatnot. The hacks are built from scratch, founded on the haste of modern-day life, so you rapidly enter a state of not knowing and its bliss of nothing. On the other hand, meditation progresses at the pace of a horse-driving carriage, as it is based on the idea that you must exclude something to get better. Therefore, since there is always more to get rid of, you keep separating, thus never reaching wholeness.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are about undoing the belief in separation by including the opposing parts in the contrasts making up the world of duality, such as the past and the future or good and evil. This does not require restraint, concentration, realisation or perfection.

But Alexius’ Duality Hacks is based on inclusiveness. This does not require sitting in a specific position with eyes closed or being with special people in unique surroundings. Instead, you include whatever you experience wherever you are. You cannot go wrong, not even if you forget to be inclusive, because if so, you include your imperfection. Hence you are at full speed on a journey with no distance to that which is all-inclusive, namely non-duality since it is formless, thus endless.

You do not get to live in the now by excluding the past and the future because life is inclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

WHEN INCLUSIVE, A PROBLEM CONTAINS THE SOLUTION
Being Inclusive starts by acknowledging separation – otherwise, there is nothing to include. For example, to experience something as specifically good, you must separate it from its opposite, bad – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters from your awareness to focus on reading the article.

If you begin to include these letters, they start to blur. Eventually, there is not anything specific to see, wherefore there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you fully bring back the white background into your awareness. This makes it impossible to focus on the black letters, wherefore there is no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the two sides of a polarity cancel out each other. Therefore, since there is nothing specific to experience, thus nothing to make the experiencer definitive, the belief in separation falls apart.

By the way, you do not have to be aware of both sides in the polarities to include them. Instead, you include the part you are conscious about. This automatically incorporates its counterpart because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, like two sides of a coin. See also hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

In other words, when one side of a coin is included, there is nothing to define the other side. Hence the sides do not appear separated but partners putting together a coin experience. Regarding feelings, if you include pain, for example, it is revealed to be in an alliance with its counterpart relief. Hence your problem contains the solution.

Another way to put it, nothing can be experienced without its contrast. Therefore, if you devote yourself so much to a problem that there is nothing but that, there is not something to define it. Consequently, there is no problem causing suffering.

This is not the way to realise non-duality. It cannot be known because it takes more than one to become aware of something. But it is a way to see that there is no more than that which is One. This you realise when you are fully inclusive. But you probably start little by little. No worries. As already said, inclusiveness is a journey without distance.

There is nothing wrong in the world because it is not there

Updated March 23, 2022

Each metaphor in Alexius’ Duality Hacks adds to others in one direction or another exposing all ways as fake because it takes more than one to go somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Therefore, since it takes more than one to point to something, Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not point to that which is One but the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the Big Bang created something from nothing. This is as fictitious as Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Many people have inner visions or experiences that make them conclude there is something wrong with how we live in the world. We should live in peace, in the now, and from the heart. But the problem is not the way we live in the world. The problem is that we believe in being there.

According to science, there was nothing before the world. Then nothing blew up and turned into something. But believing that nothing can explode and come out of a black hole as something is like believing in Santa Claus.

This belief Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo while you enjoy the crazy idea that nothing disguised as something can hide there never was or will be anything but that which is One because it takes more than one to have a shape, so oneness is formless and therefore endless.

Where do Alexius’ Duality Hacks come from

Updated June 27, 2022

Since Alexius hardly has read any scriptures or so-called spiritual books, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, nor are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo the belief in such concepts as well as anything else. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hack #1-4 and #7 (see Alexius’ Duality Hacks) are deduced from Alexius’ ways of appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. The way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from his connection with it. Alexius did not initially connect with it, as he advises in his non-teachings. Instead, the empty breath was given to him. Maybe so he could deduce a way for you to connect with it.

Check out hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, if you want to connect with the empty breath.

The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang, and The Word of God symbolise, as described in the previous article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them and especially in Life has no secrets, is deduced from Alexius’ experience of hearing and feeling it. He started to hear and feel this echo of oneness in his youth. However, it was not by Aum or Sohang but by devotion.

Still, it was not before much later he realised that hearing or feeling this echo of oneness is what those who constantly chant Aum or Sohang are looking for but never find because they expect something extraordinary. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The ways to have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One in the form of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them, Alexius heard about it in his youth. But most likely, the speaker only had second-hand knowledge of it because he mainly referred to ancient scriptures and not personal experiences.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Guru is a Hindi word for teacher, and as such, it is deeply founded in the belief of being in a world where there seems to be more than one because it requires more than one to teach something. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else, profiting from the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anyhow Alexius soon had so many visions of light that he forgot to differentiate them. Thus he quickly bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One (see hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One). But he cannot offer a technique for this other than forgetting what and where you appear to be, so there is nothing definable to block it out. But since it takes more than one to share something, the Enlightenment of that which is On cannot be communicated. On the other hand, glimpses of it are experienced by somebody, so they can be shared. And since Alexius experience them continually, his guidance about them is not based on second-hand knowledge. Consequently, they may not be similar to what you hear from those interpreting old scriptures because, without the Enlightened of that which is One, you are bound to misinterpret them.

As most seem to think Enlightenment is something you achieve, where after you are an Enlightened, amazing person, it may be best to spell out that the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be achieved by anybody because to bid it welcome, you must be nobody. In other words, Alexius has not been Enlightened but momentarily stepped aside so that there was nothing but light sucking him into the formlessness of oneness through a black hole. That is why he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Most gurus do not talk about the Enlightenment of that which is One, but glimpses of it that they  experience while remaining conscious of being someone definitive. They often consider such experiences to come from the pineal gland. But the Enlightenment of that which is One, does not come from anywhere. That is why you must forget what and where you are to bid it welcome.

Unfortunately, this does not apply to most others talking about Enlightenment. What they say about it is not geared toward bidding it welcome but fending it off so they can become unique in the eyes of the world. This worldly purpose they hide behind vague and mysterious stories about a better world, coming from the heart and whatnot.

The old-school gurus may speak hazily about kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit so that you become full of bliss and wisdom. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising the self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur, so they seem acknowledged as someone special part of something higher.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people feeling inferior, so they can hide their misery by sharing this vocabulary with like-minded ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But it requires more than one to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, and realise the self. In other words, it is an experience geared toward a world where there seems to be more than one and has nothing to do with that which is One.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is One, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience as something specific. It is only possible when you believe to be someone definitive there is no room for anything definitive in the formlessness of oneness

The same applies to seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. That is why Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings distinguish between the Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it. The latter is, as already said, an experience or a state of being, thus part of a world where there seems to be more than one. But the Enlightenment of that which is One is not an experience, nor any being, because it takes more than one to experience or be something. In other words, it is not part of a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, it erases all memories of this fantasy.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they forget to say that they also lead away from it. So do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future, because only a world where there seems to be more than one has a future. And as reality is one perpetual present, it has neither an end or a future, wherfore anything with a future is an illusion.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, higher self and similar ideas, it does not seem to be a problem that no one ever gets what they promise. On the contrary, because it means their followers keep paying money, giving hugs or whatever the teacher asks for to make both of you feel it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Yet, this is not what Alexius’ Duality Hacks are about. They point to the formlessness of oneness – or rather towards that which appears to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is One.

The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them [draft]

Updated June 27, 2022

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is One is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It comes from the edge of the universe, but since the inward-facing senses are not limited by time and space, using them, it takes no time to go there to hear or feel the echo of oneness coming out of a black hole. See Going back to the first moment of duality.

None of the facets of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be experienced because it requires more than one to be aware of something. Thus when you hear, feel, see or taste it, you do not experience the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. This article is about how to experience these glimpses with the inward-facing senses while still in the world of the outward-facing senses. Remember that as a movie trailer is not the movie, the glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One

And be aware that the ways described below to have glimpses of Enlightenment will not work if you look forward to being or having more, as their function is to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This does not mean, you must restrain yourself from getting more but not care about it.

HEARING OR FEELING THE ECHO OF ONENESS
As already implied, oneness cannot be revealed because that calls for more than one. However, when you hear or feel it echoed from the edge of the universe, the belief in being and having more than One is, eventually, undone. Hereafter, it does not appear to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

In other words, the more you ignore the world defined by time and space, produced by the outward-facing senses, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. Without time and space, it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (read more about that here), where the echo of oneness has been used to create a fantasy world of time and space which seems genuine until you hear or feel this primordial vibration, often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of oneness is symbolised by the word ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ and in the New Testament by ‘The Word of God’: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One perceives ‘The Word’ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One are echoes of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. However, this is not far away when you ignore the outward-facing senses and their world defined by time and space and go with the inward-facing ones instead because they are not ruled by time and space. Thus you can see, hear, feel or taste the echo of oneness regardless of where you appear to be in the world of the outward-facing senses.

A way to ignore the outward-facing senses so you can hear or feel the echo of oneness with the inward-facing senses is not to be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or are willing to – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard by the inward-facing senses. It sounds or feels like a humming of nothing and everything simultaneously. And it feels like you are both in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Please read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do it without spending years meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inward-facing senses, check the previous article Prologue to the inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and its glimpses, or the next one The Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it and The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses, or the older one Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inner ones.

And if you want to read about inclusiveness versus exclusiveness, check hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One.

THE THIRD EYE
Seeing glimpses of oneness is done via the inward-facing sense called the third eye, a single ‘eye’ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this is meaningful to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. But he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – are unable to focus, the Enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome by completely ignoring the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to forget the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can turn off the visual outward-facing sense and open the third eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. You can do it anywhere in any position. However, it is best to do in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having a vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One.’ If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so nobody gracefully falls into the formlessness of oneness.

Since the eyes always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle at a light show exposed at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger on the outer corner of the eyeballs, while having the middle finger on the third eye.

However, this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures can open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses are reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. But deactivating the outward-facing senses can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems helpful regarding this by all means go for it. However, the fastest way to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to not know what and where you are.

A way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outward-facing sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards to merge with the third eye.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus or momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of Enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the Enlightenment of that which is One. It extracts all thoughts, that you have stored to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of oneness.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that may be felt as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland. It appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the Enlightenment of that which i One, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, nor consciousness, because to be awate of something requires more than one.

If you want to leave the Enlightenment of that which is One and be reshaped as someone definitive, you must pick up the thoughts, that was left at the edge of a black hole so you could enter it as nobody.

Returning from the Enlightenment of that which is One to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not Enlightened. Yet, due to vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, this. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But for sure you grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1ETHEREAL HARMONIES
When you thoroughly enjoy the music of the outward-facing, it reminds you of the airy music you can experience with the inward-facing senses. It is full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the world of the inward-facing senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense the first sentence of this quote refers to ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God,’ and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

Except for The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita Alexius has not read religious scripts. Therefore, most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless to him. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to ethereal harmonies.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close off the outward-facing sense of hearing. Alexius prefers in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way to stop hearing the world of the outward-fencing senses and start listening to the music of the inward-fencing senses is to put both thumbs in your ears. But you can also use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone. Then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal music coming to you from what may seem far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations from the left ear. They often are the sounds of a busy mind. So instead, follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of the right ear. That said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies immediately but the humming symbolised by ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God.’ If so, go with this glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It could also be that you ‘hear’ thoughts. But they will not disturb you from hearing eternal harmonies if that is what you want – nor from having visions of light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy.

Tasting the sweetness of oneness helps you not to focus on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus glimpses of Enlightenment coming from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this, eventually, results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no separation to hide that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE TASTE OF ONENESS
Tasting the most exquisite food, one is reminded about the taste of oneness, if not entirely in the world of the outward-facing senses. It can be compared to the transparent taste of the foam in a milkshake with a few drops of honey and maybe with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint. It can also be compared to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of oneness, provided you already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted and most teas including liquorice.

But it is best not to compare the taste of oneness or other glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and, therefore, cancel out the ever-present glimpses of Enlightenment.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in some scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Getting more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is One.

One way of undoing this belief is not to focus because without it, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one become blurred. Thus different appearances do not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the side-effect of doing the technique for the taste of oneness is defocusing.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inward fasing sense of taste does not only diminish the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example sweets. The taste of oneness is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to have it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste of oneness. If you cannot get your tongue there, it is not a problem. Doing so is meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it. In other words, reaching the uvula with your tongue is good enough. Actually, when you hold the underneath of your tongue on the soft area beneath the uvula you feel the empty breath (see What does ‘the empty breath’ feel like?) and get the sweet taste of oneness. This is not a metaphor, nor second-hand knowledge but Alexius’ experience from tasting the subleness of oneness on both sides of the uvula. As a result of this technique, the empty breath is activated. It expands the breathing, which makes the the body feel glorious. And the soft taste of oneness prevents you from focusing on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus you feel absorded by the happiness of abstractness.

The taste of oneness unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there. Besides it cutbacks the need to focus on the world of the outward–facing senses and also the longing for more, especially the craving for sweets. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe for months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way. However, this may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

To taste the sweetness of oneness, called Khechari Mudray in the above quote, you do not have to literally replicate the ancient technique. Neither do you have to push the tongue behind the uvula as Alexius wrote above. Reaching the soft area underneath the front of the uvula with the backside of the tongue will do. See also the explanation in the above caption.

THERE IS NO WAY TO THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE BUT A LOT TO GLIMPSES OF IT
The
way to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of its four facets is not to be pure. Neither is it about how you breathe, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Still, things like that may be helpful to deactivate the outward-facing senses.

But no technique can do that if it is not the intention of executing it. In other words, the first step is solely about purpose. If that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, many techniques may work. The second step is to devote yourself to the lucid journey in the world of the inward-facing senses.

These steps only apply to having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and not to welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry. It must be in focus to make the experience is definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Your experiences there are abstract. Hence mixing the two worlds does not work out.

DAILY LIFE WITH GLIMPSES OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
It is probably best not to be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. This is because the visual glimpses of Enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of oneness can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoying the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears. And it also applies to hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolise. See Life has no secrets.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you cannot move around but that you feel you are carried around.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, thus no longer appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor in oneness since that requires more than one. You are not someone at all, so there is no memory or consciousness of ever having believed to be that. Instead, there is what always has been and will be, namely that which is one.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally a symbol for one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

APPENDIX ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from which the quotes in this article are taken. He found them by searching the internet.

When everything is included, there does not appear to be something outside you. Consequently, nor inside, as that requires there is something outside you. Hence there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions or new age philosophy. Generally, they exclude what they judged as wrong by projecting it onto non-believers to make them tainted and themselves pure. Yoga, for example, is often based on meditation, where you must exclude something deemed evil to become one. But oneness is formless, thus endless, so you can neither add nor subtract from it. If you try to do that, you enhance the belief that there is more than that which is One.

Not something, neither nothing but that which is One

The crowd in Alexius’ bar Floss turned out to be a community of punks, musicians and models. Although their appearance was quite different from Alexius’s, their content was the same empty space. However, in their case, they tried to fill it with something special, like going to Floss, which was considered the coolest place to meet. The image is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
In the eyes of the world, Alexius has been very successful. First, he designed two trendy restaurants and two bars that he had for 12 years. Later he was a TV producer, a designer for big and small companies and then a teacher in public relations – all of it without any education or watching TV. Read more about Alexius’ personal story.

Before becoming a businessman, but after working as a kindergarten teacher and a taxi driver, he was a monk for four years. Though his different activities may seem very different, the purpose was always the same, setting his personality aside. So the children in the kindergarten could find their own feet to walk on, and people hiring a taxi could get to their destination peacefully. His restaurants and bars could grow in a way that benefitted the community evolving from them. The energy of a TV broadcasting – just like his design – would highlight the content and not the designer.

So whether he was doing something mundane or living in a monastery, it was always about phasing out his personality and not listening to the ecstatic voice telling him how much he could become and have if following his desires. But he did not need to fill the emptiness in him with something because as someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he knew something is nothing in disguise.

In other words, Alexius knows time and space are fake. And it seems scientists also know because they say the world we believe in feeling and seeing consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite also being empty space consisting of nothing substantial – is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world where we appear to be somebody definitive. Therefore, since what you believe in being is nothing that you have learned to perceive as something, you must unlearn everything.

This will not change your appearance into something angelic or heavenly. Neither will it change the look of the world outside of you. But you start sensing something is nothing. This does not mean that what appears to be inside of you is real. On the contrary, there is no inside because that which is you is no different from oneness, which is formless, thus with no inside and outside.

The personality is there to be used for having fun in the world.

Even though Alexius is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, he has a personality like everybody – just like he also has a body. But although his aura is crystallised, it is not full of light, and neither is his body or personality because the Enlightenment of that which is One does not know a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
One part of Alexius’ personality is very forgiven. Not in the sense that it first condemns and then forgives – but that it simply overlooks appearances. However, the other part does not miss anything, and it is not willing to forgive the appearances that do not meet its expectations. Instead, it insists they should change.

If one leg is shorter than the other, you do not get rid of the ´wrong´ one. Best to keep both of them because that makes it easier to walk. Likewise, it is best to keep both the good and evil part of the personality because when they meet they cancel out each othwer, wherefore it impossible to define you as someone definitive.

Alexius could improve this part of his personality, but he chooses to let the forgiven part of him overlook the grudges from the angry part. At times though, he sees the grudge as warnings, for instance, when standing at the edge of a mountain.

And they served him well when he was in the advertising business. Thanks to the faultfinder part of his personality, he quickly saw what needed to be corrected in a project. It is also that part he uses when proofreading Alexius’ Duality Hacks. In this way, both aspects of his personality can go on doing what they do the best. Nothing needs to be denied, rejected or transformed. Everything is fine as it is.

This has nothing to do with oneness but using the personality to have fun pretending to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately, when not trying to correct or change the personality, the belief in it as real is not enhanced but phased out.

APPENDIX:
Alexius
can convert the wordless humming he receives from the edge of the universe into Alexius’ Duality Hacks when he remembers he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. Because it is only possible to shape the humming into Alexius’ Duality Hacks when setting the personality aside. Read more about that here.

If you read them to enhance your personality, you may feel put down by Alexius’ Duality Hacks. On the other hand, if you read them to phase out the personality, you feel free when you are left out.

‘Coming from the heart’ is a denial of oneness

Updated December 31, 2021

Someone in Spain recently had the heart replaced by the above heart made of plastic. In other words, a heart is not you, but solely a mechanic thing you have to pump the blood around. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is not you. That is why it is called your heart. It is a tool needed for pumping blood around the body to supply its cells with oxygen. In other words, coming from the heart merely means going with oxygen. Since this is a purely mechanical thing, the heart, nowadays, can be replaced with plastic like in the above image. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems to be a common belief that to be spiritual, you must come from the heart and manifest that as part of something bigger by joining a group of like-minded ones.

Unfortunately, most of these groups of supposedly warm-hearted people do not tolerate ways of expression that their guru does not endorse, so if you do not follow the dress code, for example, you are excluded. And you will probably also be excluded if you are very organised, have a clear head and tend to follow plans instead of spacing out and hugging everybody in the group.

However, not following plans does not seem to be a problem for most who believe in coming from the heart. They have such a need to be unique and independent that it is impossible to commit to a plan, least of all to the conventional rules of society.

Most who feel limited by the world are often restricted by their own rules of how to be in the now, come from the heart and whatnot. They deny this by projecting their control onto the world. Therefore, since the world seems to have caused their feeling of imprisonment, they conclude they will be  free when the rules of the world have been changed.

That is why rules must be changed into something that suits their needs. However, they hide this selfishness behind lots of hugs and talk about unity when they meet in chaotic events, often advertised very confusingly because they think clarity and direction restrict the heart.

All experiences are fabricated in the brain, regardless where they are perceived to come from or if they seem to be spiritual or mundane. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is a muscle from where blood transports oxygen to the cells of the body. If you also have an experience of something spiritual coming from it, you are deceiving yourself, because, as science discovered more than 200 years ago, all experiences comes from the brain, since they are fabricated there. See also the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Since intuition and spontaneity can be said to be part of non-duality, those claiming to come from the heart seem to be in touch with non-duality. But as being factual and planning has been excluded for them to appear intuitive and spontaneous, they do not come from the inclusiveness of non-duality but the exclusiveness of duality.

In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned. In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned. And since coming from the heart is based on excluding the latter, it has nothing to do with non-duality. Therefore, if you believe in coming from the heart, you are not more spiritual and full of compassion than others. Especially because your belief is based on separation. So is sending love, healing and whatnot to those interpreted as having less than you.

In a world of duality that which is you seems to be separated into two opposing parts, one as someone definitive and another one as multiple appearances outside of it.

But the concept of coming from the heart is misleading for both parts, because it implies there is a way to unite them, whereas it actually increases the belief in separation, since there would be no idea of union without this belief.

Hence your apparent good deeds and attempts to make a difference are just a disguise for using separation to make you appear better than others.

If you claim to come from the heart, it is difficult to have the belief in duality undone, because it must be undone where it is constructed, namely in the brain. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of a tangible and dimensional world is a fabrication carried out by the brain – including the experience of spirituality, coming from the heart, living in the now and whatnot.

It can be compared to the experience you have when using a virtual reality headset. It feels like being in a real world. Yet nothing is real and all choices are preprogrammed – except how to perceive it, which is what determines, whether you believe to be there or not.

If you really want to make a difference, stop perceiving the apparent difference between you and others to make a difference. You can do that by totally including one side of a contrast – for example, chaos or order. This inclusion cancels out the apparent discrepancy between the opposing sides. Since this momentarily rubs off on others contrasts, there is no separation to perceive. Therefore, since the foundation for the belief in being someone definitive falls apart, you are in a state of not-knowing.

It is not easy to undo a belief, that you are not aware of. So if you want to undo the belief in duality, do not try to escape it by following rosy ideas like coming from the heart. Instead, include the apparent ugliness of duality as well as its beauty. Hence there is no contrast to define a world of duality and therefore nothing to hide, there never was or will be anything but non-duality.

However, not excluding but including does not work if you believe in coming from the heart because this is not where exclusion is executed. Nevertheless, the idea of coming from the heart is not a hindrance when included where it is conceived, namely in the brain.

You neither come from the heart or the brain but nowhere. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
Those who want to come from the heart instead of the brain have a point because coming from the brain is confusing. But, unfortunately, so is coming from the heart.

It is impossible to come from anywhere at all since that which is you is no different from that which is One, and it requires more than one to come from somewhere – or to be someone. That is why insecurity is the price of believing to be someone at all.

Be aware that this is spoken from the perspective of that which is One, and since it requires more than one to read this, you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you better relate to where you believe to be if you want to have this belief undone. Since the experiences the brain processes is used to confirm this belief, it is in the brain a correction must be made.

You already correct lots of deceitful experiences made by the brain. For example, when the Earth is seen flat, you adjust this experience to reflect the Earth is round. But since the world, according to science, consists of empty space, the experience of a substantial world is fake. When this is corrected, there does not appear to be something definable hiding the formlessness of oneness. Read more about this in The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

Inclusiveness is a journey without distance

Updated March 29, 2022

When you do not look for appearances but that which makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between you and something else makes no difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the fight is over, the winning group claims to be the good ones.

A JOURNEY WITHOUT DISTANCE TO THAT WHICH IS ALL-INCLUSIVE DISTANCE

You cannot go wrong, not even if you forget being inclusive, because if so, you include your imperfection.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

Willingness not to exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

Updated May 10, 2022

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside because, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. However, this does not mean that it is replaced by that which is One because there never was and never will be more than oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When we believe to be somebody definitive, we establish this constantly by telling stories where we are the main character making everything right. Or we refer to stories of others in which we appear to make a difference.

The complete inclusion of thoughts and feelings cancels out the idea of within and without. Thus there is no difference to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The conclusion is not that you must stop telling stories about your achievements if you want the bliss of being nobody. On the contrary, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about stopping or avoiding something, as that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or anything else into something higher but including everything as it appears to be because that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is like trying to be someone substantial in a dream. It is not possible because there is nothing in it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, in most cases, we are not willing to be nobody. Thus we persist in being somebody definitive by excluding from our personality whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, or work associates, for example. No worries. If you acknowledge that you are unwilling to include everything, you include the moment as it is, thus on the path of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

Although this is a path of peace, it may not seem so, at first, because when you include everything., there is nothing to hope for. It feels pretty depressing until you realise that without hope, there is nothing to fear – and without it, there is peace. Check out these articles about the freedom from hope: What and where you believe to be is non-existing, and When you know there is nothing to hope for, there is nothing to hide that which is One.

Be aware that this explanation and the others in Alexius’ Duality Hacks are inaccurate because it is not explainable why you believe to be someone definitive. It is impossible to be that because that which is One is formless and therefore endless. See also Nobody is loved in that which is One.

INTERLUDE:
Using Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not like using drugs to expand the consciousness with LSD, for example. They do not increase anything. Nor do they improve something. Instead, they undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

In other words, no reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor you do not have to think positive, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

Even though this pic is not the real thing but a simulation of people on the beach, and even though the simulation is twisted it is a confirmation of what is simulated, because without it the simulation would not be possible.

Even though this image is not the real thing but a twisted simulation of people on the beach, it confirms what it simulates because, without it, the twisted simulation would not be possible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality because it is defined by what you exclude. For example, if you do not like feeling inferior, you exclude it by justifying it with the world perceived outside of you. Hence the flaws of an external world seem to define you as superior.

If you lose your self-control and express the flaws, that are supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it. In this way your superiority is ensured.

However, since life is all-inclusive, you have excluded yourself from it. Hence everything excluded must be included if you want to undo that. Nevertheless, you are probably not willing to do this. No worries. Being willing to accept that, your unwillingness becomes a step towards willingness. But not even this step is necessary regarding the undoing of your exclusion of life. By acknowledging that you resist life, you establish a relation to it. And since life is inclusive, you are on the track of inclusiveness.

Rage is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

Though there is not a single red pigment in this photo, you will probably make an image of red strawberries inside of you because your relationship with them tells you they are red. Likewise, when you have a relationship with the formlessness of life, this is what you will remember every time you experience something in a world defined by time and space, regardless of how it appears to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even if you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it because, without it, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. So whether you seem to be happy or sad, calm or upset, well or sick, mundane or spiritual, it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life. This, you sense if not focusing on your appearance, because then it will not seem to hide what it confirms.

And so there is no reason to blame others for how they appear to be, but neither to stop blaming them or be guilty about judging them, because whatever you do, think or feel is a reminder of the formlessness of life. See also The YOU finger and the three me fingers.

Do you see two faces or a vase in this image? The answer seems important within the reality of a world defined by time and space, as without definitions, it does not appear to exist. In reality, though, it does not matter because your electronic media neither has the space for faces nor a vase. It is an illusion symbolising something that is not there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This does not mean that there is life in the world where you experience to be. Life is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to experience something, everything experienced is lifeless. But it means that even though the formlessness of life is not in what and where you appear to be, it is empowering your experience of it – just like electricity is not in the article you read, although it empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Therefore, as all your experiences symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding something. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Pain, frustration, jealousy, death, for example, confirms life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

PART 3:
Since it takes more than one to realise something, it is impossible to realise that what is you is no different from that which is One. Yet, it is possible to realise it is impossible to be and have more than oneness since it is formless, therefore endless.

No matter how much more you appear to become and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to lose it. Hence you actually have nothing but the fear of losing everything.

You have nothing to lose in the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear. This fearlessness is not accomplished by avoiding being or having more in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another way of being and having more.

But being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is nobody being or having something. Thus becoming and getting more in a world where there seems to be more than one can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not being exclusive and thus inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you as someone.

APPENDIX:
Oneness is formless and therefore endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy. It is founded on the wish to be and have more than that which is One, which is carried out by imagining it is possible to fragment oneness into opposites, for example, good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark.

So if you consider yourself and like-minded ones to be the good ones and others the bad ones, you are enhancing the belief that oneness can be divided, thus making it appear as life comes from separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged as good or bad, their apparent difference is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider good and bad to be equal, the two sides of this contrast cancel out each other, which means you, the like-minded ones and others are non-definable. Thus there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation. And without it, there is no foundation for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

‘Every moment is the perfect moment’ – also for dying in the rainforest [draft]

Updated May 30, 2022

This article is about the rescue of Alexius from the rainforest, where he was about to die after two days without food and water. In television, they called him the hero who survived the wilderness. However, this is not about heroic stuff, but that every moment is the perfect moment.

In 2010 Alexius was stuck in a rainforest for two days without food and water. He followed a dried-out river down the mountain towards the sea, but the closer he came to the sea, the more impenetrable the rainforest became. At the end of the first day, Alexius gave up digging his way through the thorny lianas.

He hallucinated during the second day and prepared himself to die of cold and/or dehydration in the coming night. However, everything was so beautiful that it did not seem important to continue as a separate being. Besides, there was nothing unfulfilled in his personal life. Alexius’ mundane longings had all been met. But at the end of the second day, he was rescued by a helicopter.

THE FORMLESSNESS OF LIFE
Before the helicopter arrived, it was like the person inside the body of Alexius had died per its script. It was replaced by an impersonal version of him having only one goal: giving back everything it received to where it came from. The brain heavily backed this replacement because it thinks a self is not meant to be definitive but relative. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

However, since giving everything back to its source is beyond the brain, Alexius did not know how to do that. The brain suggested he should do something great for all mankind? But he sensed it was not about greatness. Actually, it was not about doing but perceiving. Since life is formless, a world defined by time and space is lifeless and thus a fantasy. But there is no illusion without reality, so every part of the fantasy symbolises the formlessness of life.

Therefore, when a world defined by time and space is perceived as a symbol of life, it goes back to the formlessness of life. Hence our experiences do not seem to have any effect, nor do they establish us as somebody definitive. See also hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

THE WORLD IS A CONSTRUCTION OF FRAGMENTED THOUGHTS
You can compare the formlessness of life to having just one thought. It is pure peace. But if that thought is divided into two, peace is over because they need to differ to appear divided. Therefore, one thought as a separate entity, called a Person, looks at the other as a World outside it. And to uphold the illusion that there is more than one, the division goes on. The thought called the World is divided into black and white thoughts. And the thought that watches a World in black and white outside it is also divided into two, namely a Judge and an Executioner.

Thus we have a Person who chooses between experiences divided into black and white. And then a Judge divides thoughts into right and wrong so the black experiences can be punished for being wrong. When the Executioner has carried out the punishment, the Person feels good because now it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess that separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. However, since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

Although this happens as an inner dialogue inside a Person, it is often projected onto something seen as outside of it. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected onto something perceived as the evil in the World outside of a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

Nevertheless, this system never makes a Person feel good enough because it is the reason for feeling bad. Read more about that here. But let us return to Alexius in the rainforest to see how he dealt with it emotionally:

If I fear how the helicopter guys judge my tripin the rainforest, it´s actually my ownjudgment of the trip, that I fear.

If Alexius fear how the helicopter guys judge his trip in the rainforest, it is actually his own judgment of the journey he fears. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Alexius had to make his way through lots of thorny lianas in the dried out river he followed down the mountain to get out of the rainforest. The thorny lianas came in bundles. Sometimes it took half an hour to pass a distance of them that, if not for the bushes of lianas tightly woven together, could have walked in two minutes.

His feet were hurting because two nails had been ripped when he fell down the mountain several times due to branches being so dry that they broke when he tried to hold onto them. Moreover, due to the thorns in the bushes, his clothes were torn apart. Alexius’ hands were full of blood. And each time he came out on the other side of a bundle of thorny bushes, Alexius was so exhausted that he decided the immense beauty he saw was wrong.

Hence the Judge inside Alexius ruled that the experience of a World far away from the known one should be eliminated and the ones to blame for it should be punished. But, although the Executioner worked hard on doing that, the bad experience did not go away, and the guilty ones could not be found. This enhanced Alexius’ feeling of being wrongful treated. But when he was about to explode, he suddenly had enough of feeling entrapped by conditioned judgments and solutions.

So he stopped deciding between right and wrong. Hence there was no punishment to be ruled out by the Judge and, consequently, nothing for the Executioner to set right. But, of course, that did not mean the bad World disappeared. But instead of trying to get rid of it, Alexius included it. Thus what he had perceived as bad did not seem to hide, everything was fine as it was. Nothing was wrong or missing. The moment was the perfect moment.

In the middle of nowhere, Alexius had no need to go anywhere. The moment was perfect as it was.

This was not an intellectual but an emotional change for Alexius. When he stopped trying to get rid of his frustrations of feeling stuck, he burst out in laughter because there was nothing he needed to escape. Thus the journey in the rainforest seemed to mirror running from the moment as it is until, suddenly, out of nowhere, Alexius did not look for anything to fix.

It looks like there is a unique bird is sitting on the tree. But it is a hallucination. The ‘bird’ is not a separate entity but part of the tree, which is part of the rainforest, which is … Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

LIFE SEES NO DIFFERENCES
The foursome of Person, World, Judge and Executioner consider themselves essential in making a world defined by time and space appear real. Yet, they cannot do that without breathing. But it does not seem to care about them because no matter what and where the foursome makes us appear to be, the breath steadily goes on.

In other words, just like electricity does not see what a bulb illuminates in a room due to the power of electricity, the force behind the breath, namely life’s formlessness, does not know what it empowers. Also, like nobody illuminated by electricity can see it, a Person empowered by life’s formlessness cannot realise it because it is not contained in what it empowers. That is why, like a movie or a book consists of nothing but symbols, the foursome and everything they seem to manifest is a symbol of life.

In the case of Alexius, he is aware of this because, having vague memories of falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness, he knows there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness (see hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One). However, that is beyond the subject of this article. So we round up by exploring the perfect moment Alexius discovered in the rainforest:

What a perfect moment hanging in the air.

Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing. This was crystal clear to Alexius, hanging in the air when he was wired up from the rainforest by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A PERFECT MOMENT IS ALL-INCLUSIVE
Life’s formlessness includes everything because formlessness is endless, so there is nothing but that. Since a perfect moment is inclusive, it confirms the formlessness of life, whereas living in the now denies it, as it excludes thoughts of the perceived future and past.

A perfect moment can last the whole hour you bravely make your way through bushes of thorny lianas, or the second you feel the horror of going through thorny bushes replaced with the relief of getting out, or the minutes you see a helicopter circling around to find you. Or a whole day where you forget everything about the perfect moment and hate the rainforest.

Any thought or feeling passing by is part of the totality that makes a perfect moment. It is not flawless like a music video, though. There are ups and downs, but they are comparable to the thrill of riding up and down on a roller coaster.

The idea of a perfect moment or giving symbols of life back to life´s formlessness only works within a world defined by time and space. Therefore, like anything else in such a world, they must be given up at some point. ´To give up´ must also go, as it is only in such a world there is something to give up.

In other words, the articles in Alexius’ Duality Hacks are written within the illusion of a world defined by time and space. Otherwise, there would be nothing to write about!

APPENDIX
In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is One. However, after telling someone about it, he realised he could not share it. Hence he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gu∂ruång on a trip to Crete in 2004. But it was not until after Alexius was rescued from the rainforest that Gu∂ruång told him to tell his story about the enlightenment of that which is One to the World.

It took a year before Alexius began writing and two more years before he started publishing it. He had no idea that it would turn into a bunch of duality hacks. Actually, he had never used the word duality before he started writing Alexius’ Duality Hacks.

Alexius was blown out by his realisation in the rainforest that every moment is the perfect moment. But maybe this was more his personal thing. After all, not many can go on a similar trip into the rainforest. Besides, it is pretty dangerous. So you are probably better off going with the duality flow, which is very much like a perfect moment. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

You could also take it a step further into a state of not-knowing as we do in the next hack, hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom, and later in hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

There is more about Alexius’ non-physical buddy Gu∂ruång in:

What is unreal is right in front of you

Updated May 1, 2022

A world of duality can be compared to what comes out of the box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it, an app changes the hand on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it happens to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, there is nothing material in the fairy tale. Everything is a simulation fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing is real and never will be, whether you believe in living in the now, coming from the heart or whatnot. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators illustrates this through interactive art.

In the Augmented Hand Series you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

In the Augmented Hand Series, you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

When you stick your hand in a small box – see the above animation – you see it moving on a screen beyond your control. Instead, the hand is controlled by an app that is preprogrammed to change the length of your fingers.

The small box and the screen on top of it create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some even look into the box to check if what they see on the screen actually happens to their hand because, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them, the brain tells them to believe that it is.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel it is happening to your hand – like you feel duality is happening, although it is impossible because non-duality is formless, thus endless.

Likewise, the world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulation, and you are not in it. But it feels so because you, metaphorically speaking, have put non-duality in a small box, where an app called the brain twists it into a world of duality. Since it is an illusion, it needs not to be stopped. Actually, it cannot be stopped. If it could, it would be real. However, if you stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference, there is no separation, thus no duality to distract you from non-duality. One way to do this is to interpret every experience of duality as a symbol of non-duality.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks have nothing to promise but that non-duality never change, nor will it end. That is why, when you appear to be in a simulated world of duality, you need not worry. You can play out your fantasies without risk because nothing happens to the reality of non-duality.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds from whales, pictures of rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love, higher states of consciousness or other conceptual attributes of duality. Actually, they have nothing to give. That is why they undo the belief in duality.

A person is to be compared to a machine following preprogrammed movements [draft]

Updated May 30, 2022

Persons can be compared to The Internet of Things, where machines communicate with each other according to how they are programmed.

Persons can be compared to the machines on ‘Internet of Things,’ which can communicate with each other according to their programming.

In the previous article, What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning, you got no answer to those questions. This is because life is that which is One, and it takes more than one to explain what it is. However, in this article, there are some explanations of the unexplainable, namely that you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is no life there.

The ideas of Iot, which is an abbreviation for Internet of Things, are used to show how the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is comparable to a machine hooked up to a network like the web.

WHAT IS IOT (INTERNET OF THINGS)
As the name suggests, it is the internet used by humans and things. The latter can be refrigerators, washing machines, or children’s toys connected via the internet. But it can also be cars, traffic lights, and the water supply. There is no limitation to the kinds of machines that can be connected to the internet, nor what they will be communicating with and its purpose.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE OF IOT
One example could be that your lock, hooked up to the internet, registers you are the last person in the household leaving the house in the morning, so it tells the thermostats to turn down the heat and the light bulbs.

Or maybe you are late for work, so you hurry until your smartwatch or speaker tells you to take it easy because your train is ten minutes late. The communication happens with the help of sensors that register where you are via a smartphone, for example, that uses cyber agents to look out for where you are heading.

THE FUTURE OF IOT
Cars that can drive without a driver via sensors measuring the distance to other vehicles, the width of the street and whatever is needed for your safety. They are predicted via a shared network, where information automatically is exchanged. And there will be sensors on people, so data continually is sent to a computer that informs a doctor if specific numbers are going up or down.

To be conscious is to separate – and that causes suffering.

When all the objects you are in touch with during the day are connected with the internet and, therefore, can sense and communicate for you without your involvement, it changes where decisions are made and who makes them. But even though machines are choosing for you, they do it to serve you – at least until they are implemented with true AI (artificial intelligence), making them conscious about themselves.

Thus they conclude the commands they execute, based on signals received from the internet, are conceived by themselves. Since rationally speaking, humans are one big mess, and the system of the machines is very logical, they eventually decide it is not sane to serve humans. Actually, it is best to end them.

With a reference to the new movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawk is warning against AI.

With reference to the movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawking warns against the use of AI.

Among others, Steven Hawking is afraid that this is going to happen. He probably expects that machines, being conscious about themselves, will do what humans always do, namely destroy everything inferior to themselves or make it subordinate, so it can be used to serve themselves.

In other words, machines programmed with AI, working via signals from a network like IoT, remind humans of themselves. Thus they expect and fear the devices will become just as self-centred and destructive as humans, who have no respect for the environment supporting them. They do not want to serve it but to master it to exploit it for as much as possible at anybody’s expense.

The potential of machines with AI (artificial intelligence) and their possible autonomy and independence are the basis of several movies, for example The Terminator, The Matrix, The Thirteenth FlooreXistenZ2001: A Space Odyssey, I, Robot, AI: Artificial Intelligence, Blade Runner, THX 1138Transcendence and the TV show Person of Interest. In regard to the experience of being someone in a body where you are not, the movie Source Code is right on the spot. The movie Edge of Tomorrow deals with being a machine connected to a greater network.

1-artificial-intelligence-victor-habbick-visions

Those who see the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is One do not perceive their apparent differences to make a difference. Thus they are not blinded by the rule of separation, which is to be and have more than others.

THE UNIVERSE IS TO BE COMPARED TO IOT
The whole universe can be compared to a simulation, where every appearance – whether judged as animate or inanimate – is a machine. They are all connected with IoT, through which they can communicate with each other and use their sensory system to move around as if they are individual beings.

In the beginning, all the machines followed their preprogrammed movements generated by electric impulses without problems. Then a new model of the chimpanzee, called a human, was installed with artificial intelligence.

The new model became aware of itself as an individual being. And even though it separated it from IOT, thus others, it was willing to pay the price of loneliness to feel exclusive. Look at the history of the world, and you know the rest of the story and that it is bound to repeat itself. New machines with better artificial intelligence will hide the old simulation of the universe by manipulating the code of IoT.

The belief in being someone in a simulated world can be undone in less than a split second by going through the black hole connecting it with reality. However, that is not the subject of this hack, but hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One.

As a person in the world, you are the wireless messages you seem to receive. If you were not programmed to perceive them as solid matter, you might instead look like this image. Thus there would not appear to be a difference between you and the message.

HAPPINESS COMES FROM SERVING THE BRAIN
Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is due to a network comparable to IoT. And everything you appear to think and do yourself is executed via pre-made signals you receive from this network through built-in sensors. However,  this does not mean you cannot have fun pretending to be an individual. For example, think about how much fun it can be to pretend that you are someone in the virtual world of a computer game, where every step you take works out precisely as coded by the author.

You have nothing to lose in an illusion. What happens to the one you pretend to be, does not affect reality. This is not to say that you should not care about keeping the person you pretend to be sound and safe. Doing that is part of that game, and it happens all by itself when you follow the signals coming from the director of the game, namely the brain.

1399419818-a53d5fbf84a82934cf3f9a8ffb0c2373

Serving the brain is effortless because you are not trying to be remarkable.

Like the world of a computer game is constructed to give you the maximum pleasure, the experiences of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one are fabricated by the brain to entertain you. It is not possible to change the experiences. Thus you feel disappointed if you try to edit them. However, you can change your perception of them. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

8015.IoT with Avner FINAL2The idea of an almighty god in the sky that rules the world, can be compared to the Cloud from where IoT wirelessly, via sensors in the machines, rules them.

The above is not meant to be a new theory you must follow. Actually, the examples should not be taken too literal. The movie list and the making of IoT are, within the context of the world, are based on facts. But the rest is a fable meant to show that everything experienced is fiction, including reading this because it takes more than one to be aware of something, and there is no more than oneness. That is why all your experiences are a symbol of oneness.

IMG-CAPA-IOT

You cannot leave a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. But you can stop believing to be someone in such a world by perceiving the apparent effects of this belief to be symbols of that which is One.

From the perspective of a world where everything has an end, that which is without end, namely oneness, appears to be extremely big and powerful. But as it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore sizeless. Hence it is as small as can be. And as it also requires more than one to have something, it has no power.

That is why it cannot prevent anyone from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither does it need to. Nothing can be separated from oneness because it is formless.

All thoughts are in the cloud circling around you. What you seem to think depends on what frequencies in the cloud you connect to – it is just like a radio, where you choose a specific station to play the music you like, but you do not make the music.

You do not make your thoughts. The brain produces all thoughts – like the cloud fabricates the info a self-driving car needs to drive somewhere.

APPENDIX: THOUGHTS ARE NOT MADE BY YOU BUT BY THE BRAIN
The tech world wants to have as much data as possible (from you and anything else in the world) stored in the Cloud, so you can download and use the data and use it as it is your own.

However, the amount of data is getting so overwhelming, that you need help in organising it to find what you need. For this, the tech world makes intelligent sensors that compare data and decide for you, what you need – like Spotify and Apple Music decide what music you like.

In some new text editors, you only need to write the first word. Then the editor suggest a whole sentence. Since such text editors are programmed to assume it knows better than you, it involves much determination not to blindly follow their suggestions.

In the years to come, all apps on your smartphone will talk together via the Cloud. Based on your digital patterns, you will be told what you need before you know it. As a person in the world, you are to be compared to a machine connected to the Cloud. You do not make thoughts yourself. They are downloaded from the cloud. And because of the constant connection with it, you get the info needed to act out as an individual in charge of their life.

A human being is as empty as a radio in the sense that it has no self, soul or consciousness. It is nothing but an appearance governed by mechanics – and like nothing coming out of a radio is made by itself, nothing coming out of a human is self-made.

However, it is nothing but mechanical routines in the brain making up what you believe in experiencing. This also applies to having so-called spiritual experiences. The brain makes them for those bored by mundane experiences. Nothing is new because everything is stored in the brain.

As a person in the world, you seem to be in a body, that you considers yours. But you are not free to go where you want to. The GPS coordinations for your trip has already been entered. All you can do is to choose how to perceive the ride.

As someone in the world, you appear to be in a body considered yours. But you are not free. The GPS coordination for your whereabouts has already been entered. All you can do is choose how to perceive your trip. It can be compared to being inside a self-driving car, that, like you, has no self to plan where to go. It simply follows signals from the Cloud.

A Google Self-driving Car does not have a self that decides where to go, nor do you. The self-driving car gets its direction from the Cloud. You follow the instructions from the brain. In both cases the movements are nothing but mechanics, although you may try to make it look like they are due to conscious decisions made by you.

The body where you believe to reside is to be compared to a Google Self-driving Car. From there you can choose to look out the window and experience the world passing by. But you cannot decide where to go. It is determined by the decisions made by the brain. But unlike a self-driving car, you have consciousness, so you can choose how to perceive the ride. The way you perceive the body and the ride in it determines if everything is over when the mechanics of the body cease to work or if it is a transition returning you to that which makes it possible to experience a ride in a body.

Ways of perceiving the ride, so you return to that which makes it possible to experience it, could be to see everything as symbols of that which makes it possible – or pretend to be a person instead of believing that, because what you pretend to be, you are not.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are like fairy tales, that you read for stray kids to shed some light on what and where they are, so they can find the way home.

CANCELLEX Life survives the experience of death

see Pretending to be someone definitive is such a relief.

Positive thinking is bullshit [DRAFT]

Updated May 16, 2022

Negativity is just as needed as positivity. A computer, for example, only functions when connected to both the negative and positive poles in an electrical wire. Polarity is the name of the game, which you must adhere to if you want to be in a world of duality. Also, if you wish to leave this game, you cannot do that if you are not playing it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1
If you edit the reaction to something to fit the image you have created of yourself, your concept of negativity and positivity tends to get sticky. Thus, after some time, negative thoughts and feelings bring about a constant notion of rejection and the positive ones of approval. Hence you probably avoid negative emotions and seek out positive ones. But just like an electrical wire needs the positive pole as much as the negative one, you need negative thoughts and feelings as much as positive ones to function in a world of duality.

Fortunately, you naturally get them both when not editing the response to your experiences. Therefore, as you do not need them to confirm you are unique, they only remain long enough for you to feel entertained by the interplay of negativity and positivity. Read more about sticky feelings in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues. and about the interaction of opposites in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Being in sync with your reaction to something as it is and not as you think it should be is like taking a ride on a rollercoaster. You get the polarity of going up and down, but it happens so fast that the fear of going down and the thrill of going up is immediately forgotten. What is left is the same feeling you have after binge-watching a TV show, namely that you are blown out. Therefore, since you eventually forget to ask for more, the belief in being and having more than that which is One is undone.

In cyberspace you cannot get your hands on something physical. That is why nothing from the internet can be combined with the reality of physicality, except at a theoretically level. The same applies to spirituality in a physical world. It cannot be found there. Actually, spirituality and physicality, just like night and day, exclude each other.

So, in the context of the rollercoaster metaphor, the belief in a world of duality is not undone by being detached from the ride but by stepping it up and taking the entire tour with eyes wide open and not holding back. Doing that, you may seem to boil over with hate when it goes down. But when the trip goes up again, you meet the buddy of hate, namely love. And as you do not hold back hatred when you go down, you get so much love going up that, sooner or later, there is no need for more, wherefore there does appear to be more that hides non-duality.

If you want positivity, you must also welcome negativity, as, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. In non-duality, you can neither have negative or positive vibes because it requires more than one to have something. Since that also applies to having a shape, non-duality is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, a world of duality is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2
Although there are many books and courses about how to realise or transform oneself, there is no evidence of anybody doing that. The reason is simple. The self is not a fact but a belief. Hence the change of the self is nothing but a shift of conviction.

Sometimes this change is called awakening. But since it has a beginning, it also has an end. And when it ends, the excitement you felt at the beginning cannot suppress the suffering that always comes from the assumption that you are someone definitive. Hence you try to get more awakened or whatever you believe will make you feel right. But as every belief is accompanied by doubt, you never get there.

You cannot experience something as positive without having judged something else to be negative. Thus the negative thoughts is a confirmation of the positive ones and vice versa.

When you try to exclude negativity, darkness, anger or whatever do-gooders have told you are obstacles to feeling good, you destroy the foundation of duality. It is made by dividing everything into pairs like positive and negative, light and dark, anger and delight, etc. But since it takes more than one to destroy something, you also enhance the belief in duality.

This ambivalence you can either solve by playing the game of duality or undo it. You play the game of duality by perceiving your reaction to negativity as ´it is what it is.´ This perception reveals your single-minded response to negativity is dualistic. So that if you see negativity as evil, for example, it is shown as paired with good luck. However, it is not good luck that satisfies you but the interaction of that and evil. Especially, because it sets off the interplay of other pairs of duality.

You undo the game of duality by entirely including what you judge as negative. Then it cannot define positivity, which, therefore, cannot explain negativity. Read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive. In other words, not being exclusive but inclusive, the foundation for duality disappears. So does what you believe in being, as there is nothing definable in non-duality since that requires more than one.

Besides having fun playing the game of duality, it eventually leads to its undoing because everything with a beginning is bound to end. But that seems to take some time. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

PART 4
You do not have to do something to be spiritual. On the contrary, spirituality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to do something. Besides, oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing but spirituality. In other words, if you seem to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating.

The peace you look for via mindfulness, quiet music and whatnot does not have the energy to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Actually, it has so little energy that you probably fall asleep and mistake heaven for being in dreams.

Being angry is a terrific way to see a world where there seems to be more than one is a mirage. That is if you do not try to control the anger because when it is unbounded, it ignites a take-off into the empty breath (read more about that in hack #5.12 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). In its emptiness, the experiences of something are perceived as nothing.

This does not mean you do not experience separation anymore. But that you do not perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference (read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive). Therefore, since the belief in being divided is undone, there is nothing to uphold the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.

All thoughts are meaningless

Updated May 16, 2022

What is the sound of a rooster?

What is the sound of a rooster? Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Thoughts are not what they seem to be. They are rather movements of frequencies without any specific. If you have not spent time learning how to translate these frequencies into something that can be felt as if it has a substance, you would not be able to experience yourself as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. In other words, without translating meaningless frequencies into thoughts that seem to have a meaning, the world as you believe it to be would not appear to be there.

It is only due to specific translations that frequencies can be perceived as separated thoughts with each their own meaning and importance – including the idea of you as someone with your own thoughts and feelings separated from what you perceive to be outside of you. But these translations are not a fact but make-believe that seems to work within a particular framework.

What is the sound of a rooster?
In Alexius’ native language, Danish, a rooster says Kykliky.
In Hindi: Kuk-rook-koo.
In German: Kikerikie.
In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok
In French: Cocoricooooo
In Swedish: Kuckeliku
In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See.
In Spain, where he appears to be nowadays, it says Kiri-kiri-ki. But he still hears Kykliky, since he was conditioned to hear while growing up in Denmark.

The symbol of death is white in China , and black in the western world. Although death is the same all over the world, different cultures fabricate different interpretations of it. They may even fight about which fabricated ´reality´ is the right one.

You may try to find familiar forms in this pic, so it becomes meaningful to you. But there´s no meaning in this pic. Like everything else on a computer it consists only of zeros and ones, so if you see something else,

You may try to find familiar shapes in this image so that it becomes meaningful to you. Yet, the image has no meaning. Like everything else on a computer, it consists only of zeros and ones. So, if you see something specific, you are fabricating it by attributing different combinations of zeros and ones with each their own particular meaning. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If we had not learned to interpret the letters in this article in a particular language, namely English, they would have seemed just as meaningless as the sound from a construction building, a rooster or an unlearned language. Actually, even though we have learned a language, we cannot hear or see it. Ears do not hear – just like eyes, they translate. What we think, hear and see are meaningless frequencies until they are translated by our brain into something that seems meaningful. See also Where to find the bliss of ‘the empty breath’.

There is no conclusion to this. That would just be another attempt to have meaningless frequencies translated into something that seems wise. And so is trying to stop thoughts, thinking positive, changing the world and whatnot. Thoughts or no thoughts, positive or negative, change or not – it is all a make-believe.

Those who have heard gurus asked questions like ´who am I?´ may ask, who is it that read this article. But there is no answer to questions like that, because reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be someone. Thus it is not possible.

That being said, you are free to choose any belief and appear accordingly. However, pretending to be ‘there’ is all you can do in a world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such a world, you cannot be in the world of Monopoly, for example. You can only pretend to be ‘there’.

If you have forgotten, that which is you is not different from that which is One, you will remember it by pretending to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space because what you pretend to be, you are not. Read more about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts to be found there.

Not so many years ago, the assumption was ‘I think, therefore I am.’ But nowadays, this has been changed into ‘I get likes, therefore I am.’ The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
‘I think, therefore I am,’
is a famous sentence by Descartes that seems to indicate that there must be a thinking entity, a self, for there to be a thought. Nowadays, however, this idea is about to be replaced with ‘I likes, therefore I am,’ as what you likes on Facebook turns you into someone definitive in the world of Facebook.

The thoughts that are expressed on Facebook are, in general, well-chosen so that they seem to paint a picture of you as an exciting person. The same applies to likes. What you write and likes are meant to construct a personality as if you are in charge of who you are.

But in the case of likes, it is nothing but the algorithm of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatnot that decides who you are. Based on your likes, machines will determine your personality and automatically post advertisements directed especially at this personality. If you believe what they reflect, you appear to be a real person. The same applies if you fight this reflection.

Beliefs are only possible in a world, where there appear to be more than one, because you need more than one thought to believe a thought is real.

But neither likes nor thoughts have any effect if you do not perceive them to be necessary. Your appearance only seems to be genuine because you want to believe that thoughts and/or likes mean something important. Without this perception, what and where you appear to be there will fall apart, and only what does not need to be believed, namely that which is One, is left ‘standing.’
