Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment

Updated January 19, 2022

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not feasible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in a dream.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else’s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But it is the energy that makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

Read more about differences not making a difference hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe, can be heard or felt and heard via the inward-facing senses because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to listen to the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which is often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the inward-facing senses than the outward-facing ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

Since none of the aspects of the Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the Enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the Enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of Enlightenment are not of the world experienced by the outward-facing senses but by the inward-facing senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outward-fencing senses, they can undo the deception of an external world – not abruptly like the Enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. Click here if you want to read more about the distinction between the Enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In the world of the outward-facing senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outward-facing senses that perceive a world defined by time and space is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (read more about that here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration that Aum, Sohang, or The Word of God symbolises is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be genuine until you hear or feel this echo.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It is as close to you as anything else experienced in the world of the outward-facing senses, as the world of the inward-facing senses is not ruled by time and space. Thus you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outward-facing senses inwards to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment, you appear to be in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses simultaneously but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, you feel relieved.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without spending years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inward-facing senses, check the previous article A reintroduction of Enlightenment, inward and outward-facing senses, or the next one The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outward senses versus the inner ones and The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

And if you want to read about inclusiveness versus exclusiveness, check hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the Enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life, you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inward-facing sense called the third eye, that is a single ‘eye’ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outward-facing sense and open the third eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having a vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outward-facing senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to not know what and where you are.

One way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outward-facing sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards and merge with the third eye. This massager also does wonders for the body.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus or you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy but as a tool to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the world of the inward-facing senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outward-facing sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way to stop hearing the world of the outward-fencing senses and start listening to the music of the inward-fencing senses is to put both thumbs in your ears. Instead, you can use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone. Then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal music coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ‘Aum’, ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God’. If so, follow this glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ‘hear’ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you assume a dream is made by you, although you cannot change anything except how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. Therefore, it is in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts produced by the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inward-facing senses, experiencing it as light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it, you must want to listen to it.

In hack #3.6 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive specifically and all over hack #3, Being inclusive and not exclusive you can read more about how inclusiveness undoes the belief in separation. And in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one you can read about the frustration of perceiving yourself as special versus the happiness of perceiving to be a basic self, which is just one second away from glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus glimpses of Enlightenment coming from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world you experience. Hence there is no doubt, you are everything you see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness, you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus because without it, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint. Thus none of the descriptions of it is definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancel out the ever-present glimpses of Enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inward fasing sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outward-facing senses.

But no technique in the world of the outward-facing senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inward-facing senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of Enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of life can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears. And it also applies to hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolise.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all, and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that because it was all make-believe, and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Hence mixing the two worlds do not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outward-facing senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inward-facing senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually try not to focus to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inward-facing senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outward-facing senses and space out in the world of the inner ones when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner and outward-facing senses Alexius does not know because, it is automatically taken care of via his connection with the empty breath, which functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outward-facing senses. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the Enlightenment of that which is one fences it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits regarding defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of Enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one will make the outward-facing senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one only be undone via the inward-facing senses? No, it can also be undone via the outward-facing senses as described in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality and hack #5.3 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

There might be other hacks other than Alexius’ Duality Hacks that undo this belief. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inward-facing senses. Still, it makes them synchronised, which among other things, means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses will not seem stressful when synched with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
‘lifts’ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronising the outer and inward-facing senses so that glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outward-facing senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car that is programmed to take you to your favourite aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is one, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one, and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

You can read especially about the empty breath in HACK #5, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you just want a bit of info about it, check the article The nature of the empty breath and if you quickly want to connect with it, check out Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breathHow to ignite a take-off into the empty breath or What does the empty breath feel like?

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. Instead, he found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions. Neither new age philosophy, as they generally appear to exclude what is judged as bad to become what is deemed better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking, this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

OTHER NOTES:

A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ and glimpses of it

Updated January 19, 2022

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the Enlightenment of that which is One is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

However, it is not exactly like this because the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be defintive, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

But bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. This is not the Enlightenment of that which is One, though, but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Having visual glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One way to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is One with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow of Enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the Enlightenment of that which is One is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone appearing to hide the enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is One is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is One.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is One as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is One, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the Enlightenment of that which is One. In other words, what you believe to be can never be Enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the Enlightenment of that which is One to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is One.

Therefore since what you believe in being has not been Enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is One, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is One is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the Enlightenment of that which is One has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you focus on seeing something recognisable to disguise empty space as something. The empty space is not the formlessness of oneness, but when you do not imagine it is a world defined by time and space, no substantial elements seem to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of Enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outward-facing senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is One in case you are emotional minded.

In the following article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of it, you can read how to activate the inward-facing senses so that you can see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is One.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is One – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the Enlightenment of that which is One, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the Enlightenment of that which is One. So although you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, you look like you used to.

But as soon as the Enlightenment of that which is One does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as bad are excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is One. Bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is One suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the Enlightenment of that which is One required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The Enlightenment of that which is One can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One undone. It can be achieved while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is One (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is One.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the Enlightenment of that which is One that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is One. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is One. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is One. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is One, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial regarding having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is One). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

So instead of using the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

Read about how to connect with the empty breath in the articles Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is that which is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

Read more about alone together in the following article To be alone together is to undo the belief in separation or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is not to believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tense anymore. Actually, it is not there at all because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together is not a dilemma because it implies you have never been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is One. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

4.3 The psychological and physical sphere does not mix [draft]

Updated November 27, 2021

If you concentrate a lot, you might sense something that appears to be a person in this image. And if you extend this experience by imagining how the person is, you seem to experience something real. But if you do not focus on seeing something specific, you will not experience anything definable in this image that can define you as someone definitive. Thus you are well on your way back to that which is One because there is nobody in the picture – nor are somebody looking at it. That requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings in a particular order. But in the case of this article, you may benefit from having read hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. It is about the perception ‘it is what it is,’ and how it syncs you with the brain’s script, so you feel satisfied.

PREFACE:
In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs, such as physical and non-physical. The opposing elements in a pair have different functions that complement each other. For example, you cannot breathe out without breathing in and vice versa. Although it is unrealistic to mix the elements in the duality pairs, it is common to believe that physical and non-physical issues can be integrated. However, this is like trying to blend breathing in and out. You fuck up everything.

That said, since non-duality is formless and therefore endless, duality is a fantasy. Hence everything in a world of duality, regardless of appearing to be physical or not, is as airy as a dream. In other words, it is only within the context of duality that it seems something is substantial or unsubstantial. However, since you assume to be someone substantial who reads something intangible, you believe to be in a world of duality.

You cannot undo that belief if you do not live by the basic rule of duality, namely that everything comes in pairs and instead separate or combine the elements of the duality pairs. Therefore, this hack explores how to correct the mistake that physical and non-physical issues can be connected.

PART 1:
Have you tried sitting in a bathtub and imagined there is a hidden world in the drops of the steam coming up from the hot water? Or have you looked at a painting of persons and sensed their emotions? What you perceive to be there is make-believe because nobody is in a picture or in the steam from the bathtub. Nevertheless, imagination can make it appear like something is happening in a lifeless painting or a heat stream.

You cannot explain the world in this image because its elements are mixed in a way impossible except in fantasy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Depending on the thoughts projected onto the persons appearing to be in a painting, you will experience them negatively or positively. And if you sense this is caused by them and not you, it feels like the people in the painting are alive. But it is a fantasy. There is nobody but you. And that is also a fantasy because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

This illustrates that what and where you experience being is made from fragments of things you imagine to see outside of oneness. It does not explain, though, who imagines seeing this? It is impossible because there is nothing outside of oneness since it is endless, nor is there something inside it, as that calls for more than one. Therefore, as nobody has the experience of something, there is no reasonable way to explain why somebody seems to be reading this. If there were, it would be authentic.

That is why so many like to ask, Who am I? They reckon their question proves there is an answer that establishes their existence. But this is just as crazy as to ask who the writer of this article is and assume the author exists in the article. There is nobody in it, neither in the world where you believe in being because reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be somewhere.

But here we are – or appear to be – in a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Nothing because doing something is what makes you appear to be real.

The brain always chooses what is best for everybody because that is what you are since the experience of others is a fiction made in your brain.

This does not mean that you should not deal with the problems that seem to arise in a world where there seems to be more than one. But since the brain is the author of this fiction, it is the brain, not you, that does something if you accept it is in charge. The belief that you are the master and can make the body perfect comes from your misperception of the experiences produced by the brain. For example, you think you can get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs, or something else that goes against the body’s nature.

Nevertheless, you make it easier for the body – and yourself since you believe in being inside it – if you do not project your ideas of perfection onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere in which thoughts are fleeting. Hence you do not feel the urge to manifest them.

Acknowledging mental and physical reality as separate systems makes your appearance as someone substantial in a tangible world feels so pleasant that you can leave it without clinging to being someone there.

Having denigrated others to feel good about yourself, you live in constant fear of attack from those you bad mouthed. Hence you turn the body into a weapon of defence or attack by respectively keeping your shoulders deadlocked in a backwards or forward position.

Since the muscles, therefore, become inflexible and eventually start to ache, you have actually used the body to attack yourself. The solution to this is to acknowledge, you have chosen this massacre on your body. By doing that, the body is not to blame. Thus it relaxes.

PART 2:
In the mental and/or emotional sphere, you perceive yourself as someone in a body defined by time and space. But since that which is you is formless, and therefore without beginning and end, it is painful to be reduced to someone with a beginning and an end.

Yet, it is pain that makes you appear as you are someone in a material world. When you pinch yourself to determine whether you are dreaming or not, the experience of pain makes you decide to be someone substantial in a tangible world.

Since feeling alive, therefore, is bracketed together with being in pain, you need to suffer. And since your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of the formlessness of oneness, denial is also what you resort to in making the pain bearable. You simply turn down the worst part of it, namely the psychological distress, by projecting it onto the body. As a side effect, that appears to be more real when the projection, eventually, seems to cause physical discomfort.

At that point, you have forgotten that the pain in the body is caused by yourself, so you choose to blame something outside of you for the discomfort. Thus your body turns into a weapon of defence or attack against the world. To effectuate this, you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a defensive position or pushed back into a place of constant readiness to attack.

The tightened body makes you feel safer and as if you are in control. Especially if you push one of the shoulders upwards to further constrict that area. This prevents the signals in the body from passing through the blockage to the brain. Therefore, as it cannot process them, you can mentally explain them, which seems less frightening than feeling them.

Women tend to allow the body’s flow of emotions to reach the brain. But they prevent the expression of feelings processed by the brain by replacing them with a mental story in which a woman knows the most about feelings, both her own and others. Her made-up insight she uses to manipulate others into acknowledging her as a unique and caring person.

A way to keep unwanted feelings hidden inside the body is to hold the mouth closed, even when you smile. Thus no unpleasant emotion slip out. However, you cannot selectively exclude one feeling. In a world of duality, they always come in pairs. So if you exclude hate, love is also excluded. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Men, generally, also want to be acknowledged as unique. To achieve that, they prevent the body’s flow of emotions from reaching the brain. Thus men can make up a story where they, like a hero, do the right thing regardless of feelings. Unfortunately, this way of hiding their feelings mostly stiffens the left side of the body, whereas the woman’s approach hardens the right side. There are many ideas to restore the body’s flow. But since the disruption is caused by the idea that you can control your appearance, the problem is not in the body but the mental sphere, where there is a basic notion of not being good enough as you are.

The brain loves when its experiences make you believe you are something, so you do not discover what you experience in being is fantasy it has made from nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

This is a misunderstanding based on the perception that you are not the person the brain has created. However, accepting that the person you experience to be is developed by the brain makes you feel cherished because the brain loves its creations.

This acceptance comes from not suppressing your reaction to what you believe in being. Thus it can be perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ which reveals that if your response is feeling abandoned, it is complemented with being supported because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality. Therefore, you feel complete as you are.

Therefore, as you do not need to interfere with the body’s flow of feelings, it can communicate with the brain, which knows how to heal the problems you have caused in the body. However, this does not mean you disregard common sense. Instead of interfering with the body, you can assist it by softening it via far-infrared heating pads, giving it massage them with the help of Blackroll and energise it by Nordic Walking. To ensure there are no serious problems with internal organs, you may have to consult a qualified physician. Read more about taking care of the body here.

Maybe the physical symptoms caused by your misuse of the body will never be entirely fixed. But if the remaining problems are perceived like the basic self would do, namely as ‘it is what it is,’ you do not experience these limitations as something to prevent you from feeling complete. Thus you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone.

A circle and a square cannot be mixed, nor can the psychological and physical domain. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
To distract yourself from experiencing anger as an emotion you have, it is excluded from your awareness by dumping it in the body’s darkness – at least, that is how a psychologist explains it. But immaterial issues cannot be hidden in something material. So what really happened is that you combined the psychological pain with how you felt a vulnerable spot in the back, for example.

When you once have concluded your anxiety is caused by physical pain, you by reflex look for the same connection every time you are worried. Hence you automatically search the body for a flaw that can explain you feel worried. That is until you do not try to explain away your worries, but perceive them as ‘it is what it is.’

This reveals they are in a constant interaction with calmness, so they can define each other. Therefore, since you cannot feel worried without being calm and vice versa, they confirm each other. Hence there is no need to get rid of your worries to feel calm.

So since the irritation coming from the psychological problem is experienced to be the same as the discomfort coming from a physical issue in the back, the psychological problem seems to have disappeared. That is why you, hereafter, automatically combine an immaterial problem with a material one to make it go away.

The obsession with the look and performance you expect from the body causes much trouble. If you want to be free from that, the belief that you are someone in a body must be undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, this fusion is an illusion because a psychological issue cannot be combined with a physical one. Thus, its perceived result, namely a psychosomatic disorder, is impossible to heal unless it is seen as two problems. A psychological one that is felt as anxiety for something weird and diffused. And a physical problem experienced as more straightforward and matter-of-fact.

Do not try to analyse or understand those two feelings. Instead, start off by experiencing your emotional issue unedited and then perceive your reaction to that as ‘it is what it is.’ This takes the edge of the psychological problem. Thus there is nothing unpleasant you want to hide by combining it with the experience of physical pain.

Therefore, since the body does not feel attacked by something non-physical, it does not need to defend itself by attacking this and that. Instead, it uses its energy on fixing physical problems. Be aware, this is not the function of Alexius’ Duality Hacks. They do not heal the body but the sick belief that someone is in it.

But even though Alexius’ Duality Hacks only heal the belief that you are someone in a body, having that belief undone, having that belief undone, ever so slightly, you do not feel to interfere with the body’s ways. Instead, you want to assist it like you support a car with electricity and send it to the garage for a checkup once in a while. In other words, regarding an imagined physical/psychological combo, you may call for professional assistance to solve the material part of it.

In the case of Alexius, he uses nootropics to assist the brain and Blackroll and far-infrared heating pads in supporting his body. This is not to say you should do the same. Bodies are different, so your body may ask for something else. If in doubt, consult a health care professional.

The body is experienced more substantial when you project psychological issues on it, whereas witout those projection it is experienced as transparen. Hence it is neither seen as bad nor good but as ‘it is what it is.’ The makes you feel free and not constraint like when the body is seen as a manifestation of your unbodied issues.

However, in both cases, the body remains the same because psychological projections do not change the body – only the mental sphere where they are conceived.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

Feelings or thoughts you do not like, you hide from your awareness by imagining they can be dumped in the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
As a metaphor for the bodily and the mental sphere, think of a movie you watch on your screen. Everything in the film is a simulation of the physical world and only that. The mental sphere cannot be seen. It is something you add yourself to the movie. Yet, it does not change anything but your perception of it.

The same applies to the world where we appear to be. It consists solely of matter, and so do you. But contrary to a body in a movie, your body has feelings. But only physical ones. If there seem to be psychological feelings in it, you have projected them onto the body to make it appear more important or to the emotions more substantial. It could also be that you want to hide psychological issues from your awareness behind something physical.

But just like nothing changes in a movie, regardless of what you project onto it, nothing is transformed in your body when you project non-bodily issues on it. It only seems so when you imagine it in the mental sphere.

Please be aware, this metaphor is made within the reality of duality. In non-duality, there is nothing tangible or intangible because there is no division like there appear to be in a world of duality. However, appearing to be in such a world, you must play the game of duality if you want to end it. This does not mean you have to understand it or make an effort. Like in a board game, you simply move by the dice. The meaning you assign to the result is perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ Therefore, since it turns out to be twofold, you are in sync with duality.

If you believe there is more than one, everything requires at least two

Updated November 20, 2021

It takes two to define a person in the world.

It takes two to be defined as different, but it also takes two to see that differences do not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single, your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality, you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it, you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ‘there.’ It is something you pretend, and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be, it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others will make you anything other than what you already are in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There can be many changes in a game, but it does not change that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

To not focus on anything in particular.

To not focus on anything, in particular, the world of the outward-facing senses fades away. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same, so do your two eyes, and as one eye, they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the Enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking, it might be more correct to say that when differences make no difference, you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows between the two eyes – is enough for the Enlightenment of that which is one because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the Enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the Enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded by the brightness of the Enlightenment of that which is one but fenced it off, so all you get are glimpses of it, which often is confused with the Enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those who talk about Enlightenment does not know what it is. They are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outward-facing senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outward-facing senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

It is stunning with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with Enlightenment. It is just another sight produced by the senses to make your excitement about proving you are someone real in a world that actually is nothing but make-believe. The same applies to the enthusiasm of the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

They tell you that your suffering will stop when their teachings have transformed you into something better and more spiritual. But as being changed requires more than one, it enhances the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of undoing it.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to show off as if they have a higher consciousness. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The Enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all, being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides, results are of a world experienced by the senses and the Enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to sense something.

t1larg.laptop.light.tsPART 2:
The visual aspect of Enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer, including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of Enlightenment of that which is one that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this fake world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the Enlightenment of that which is one that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. To hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief that there is more than that which is one.

NOTES:

You know nothing but that there is no more than oneness, when you are to be compared to ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’

Updated December 31, 2021

thegrandview1

It is effortless to meet the requirement of the Enlightenment of that which is One, as all it requires is that you do not know what and where you are, and this nobody knows. That is unless you hide this by being exclusive instead of inclusive because by excluding something, you seem to be defined as someone definitive, who autonomously can decide what and where to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One knows there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Most others assume there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, be full of bliss or transcend the self, for example. For someone like that, it seems like a waste of time to obtain such states of mind, as to know, unite, transcend or be something requires more than one and therefore remains within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In that context, someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things, that make it more comfortable to pretend to be in a world where there seems to be more than one a world, instead of trying to escape it by learning about kundalini, states of bliss and whatnot. Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One knows, there is nothing to escape, because there is no more than that which is One.

Being grounded, wise or anything else are not attributes of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is One, because someone like has no need to be anything specific.

Therefore someone like that does not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something that has been learned to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote itself as someone special.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in the world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a televison takes part in it. Whatever is receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One takes part in a world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a television takes part in it. Whatever it receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is One. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. Actually, someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is One. This is not the same, however, as that which is One is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that knows the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also know, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world, and Quantum Physics basically says it does not exist unless you look at it, most suppress that what they see is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world is based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is One.

Consequently, there is not somebody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there is no personality because, in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, neither the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has, like everybody else, its own personality. But unlike everybody else, it is not definitive but relative. In other words, the personality can, just like the hands of the body, for example, be used in many ways, as there is no attachment to a special expression of it  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that, which is One.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. On the contrary, not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is One is a natural state of someone like that.

PART 2: Someone who is not to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One can be compared to someone online all the time. The light of the sun is never seen – only the light of the screen. Likewise, you never see the light from that which is One when you believe in a world where there seems to be more than one. All the light you see in such a world is artificial, no matter where it appears to come from, because such a world is not real.

Actually, all light that can be seen is an illusion because it takes more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One. So, therefore, the light from that which is One is not something you see, neither is it something you become, as that also requires more than one.

To not see and neither be the light of that which is One, you must be willing to undo the belief in being someone at all. Forgetting what and where you are or not caring about more accomplishes this.

Inclusiveness results in nothing, because without the exclusion of something, you cannot be defined. Not being definable there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

The more you include, the less you appear to be separated but alone together, which is the obvious way back to the formlessness of that which is One, since this is how you imagined to leave it. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you do not like in yourself and therefore exclude by projecting it on others. In other words, it is the exclusion of something from what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one that defines you as someone definitive there.

From this follows that if you do not exclude anything but include everything, you are not defined as someone definitive, neither is there no more for you to become or have, so there is nobody to believe that you are someone definitive.

Theoretically speaking, everything can be included right now. Yet you may want to take it slower and do it along the way because the more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less you suffer from it, and so you can enjoy the excitement of this belief while having it undone.

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. If you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think, it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is straightforward. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

You can also have the belief in being someone definitive undone in a similarly smooth way by having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One (see the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment) or connecting with the empty breath (see hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

There are many ways to a state of not-knowing and its bliss of emptiness. All Alexius’ Duality Hacks, except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, takes you there. However, there is no way to the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The last two approaches require you to open up to the world of the inward-facing senses, but if you prefer to remain in the world of the outward-facing senses while slowly but surely having the belief in being someone definitive undone, you stick to inclusiveness as described above. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

Another approach that also sets off from the world of the outward-facing senses is to pretend to be in it instead of believing to be there (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation) or to perceive everything as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or simply be what you already are as someone definitive, namely alone together (see hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One).

If you do not want to take it slow but to have the belief in being someone definitive undone in less than no time, you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. See HACK #6 The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Apart from the Enlightenment of that which is One, the above approaches overlap each other. Basically, they all lead to what in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called a state of not-knowing, which after-effect is perfect moments. They are not perfect in the sense that there is nothing wrong, but everything right and wrong or whatever is perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ so nothing is right or wrong.

The best of the above approaches to use is the one that suits you the most. If it changes from day to day, that is the way to go. Alexius follows the empty breath, which like an automatic gear shift between the above approaches, makes you indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is One is everything because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is constantly something to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web.

Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to enhance the belief in being someone, but as a means to undo it. In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because it is that which is One and it takes more than one to know something. This article is written in that context.

Alexius is not full of light, but of nothing, as there is nothing else than that which is one and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is not full of light but of nothing, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One, and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one, he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Though Alexius is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he does not know what it is. So if you, after having read Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, have the impression that he knows something, you may have fooled yourself into thinking what he writes is based on understanding.

Alexius does not believe to be someone definitive.  It is just something he pretends to be, and what he writes while pretending this is not something he has devised. As a vessel, he simply types what he receives without trying to understand it.

There is not something to understand regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, as what is understandable has a beginning and an end, whereas that which is One is formless and therefore endless. That is why the Enlightenment of that which is One does not supply you with a higher understanding but simply leaves you with nothing.

It is also why there is nothing outside of it, neither you, Alexius or his non-teachings. This is not to say that you, Alexius and his non-teachings are inside of it. What is formless has no sides, so there is no inside. Besides, it takes more than one to be somewhere.

It cannot be known what the enlightenment of that which is One is, because it requires more than one to know something, and all that it reveals is that there is no more than that which is One. Consequently everything you seem to know about it is wrong.

In other words, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not point to the formlessness of that which is One, as there is nothing outside of it. Furthermore, formlessness takes up no space, so there is nothing to point to.

You may think that what can be seen is real, but it is the other way around, only that which cannot be seen is real, because reality is the formlessness of that which is One and as formlessness has no dimensions it is invisible.

But Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings point to the experience of you, Alexius, his non-teachings and anything else conceivable as an illusion because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Jesus about enlightenment, Matt 6:22, King James Bible.

Alexius body is not full of light, neither is he the way, as Jesus supposedly claimed that he was. The enlightenment of that which is One is formless, so it cannot fill a body defined by time and space. Also it takes at least two and not one to fill something with something.

For the same reason there is no way leading to the enlightenment of that which is One. No worries. It is not needed, because that which is One is formless, so it never ends and consequently cannot be left. Hence there is no Alexius or anybody else to enlighten.

Last night I died from the world again

The total transmission from the outer to the inward-facing senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening when you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is going to be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have the outward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste the physical world, we have inward-facing senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a non-physical world. However, to use the inward-facing senses, the outward-facing ones must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inward and outward-facing senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world that the outward-facing senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be entirely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outward-facing senses. This might be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outward-facing senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. So some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outward-facing senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking, it is said that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses. And instead, face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace it, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It might be easier said than done, and it probably takes a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

When one of my inward-facing senses opened at a very young age, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the Enlightenment of that which is One. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius, so that there was no belief in someone definitive to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation, the Enlightenment of that which is One wait for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
If either the inward or outward-facing senses are intensely used, the other seems to be in the background. For me, it was the most known aspect of the inward-facing senses that dominated when they opened up, namely the ability to ‘see’ light. Not a light, though, that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outward-facing senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say there is something to see that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after, I bid welcome the visual aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, the inward-facing ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the third eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight it. Speaking of the opening of the inward-facing ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ‘I,’ that experience something, is gone, so there is nobody to fight the flow. In such a profound sleep, my inward facing ear opened up. The focus and concentration needed to read books enhance the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is One makes you hang onto the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is =ne.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is One, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture that is called the nectar of life in some scriptures.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the Enlightenment as that which is One cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is One.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outward-facing senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inward-facing senses, and as it is only in the world of the outward-facing senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inward-facing senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is One, you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness. There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean that you are gone because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is One. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outward-facing sense of a tangible world
The inward-facing sense of feeling has not been easy to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – to mention a few of the disturbing things I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inward-facing sense.

Reading this article later I can tell all memories of discomfort is gone. So do not worry, choosing to go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, you are going to be fine.

But last night, in a very deep sleep, I got so close that I completely died from the outward-facing sense. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the Enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way, though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body being separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct because there is nobody to feel it – and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels very far away and yet right here.

I remember it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was, and is, no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but I know I am not there because there is no more than that which is One.

Until that night, I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is One, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola or sensing a cat’s purring. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the Enlightenment of that which is One and reappear as a person in the world of the outward-facing senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Of course, such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the Enlightenment of that which is One, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the Enlightenment of that which is One, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is One
The outer and inward-facing senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of Enlightenment that can be experienced via the inward-facing senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing to come back to. If there was a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world experienced in a set of virtual reality glasses is virtual. Yet that applies to everything experienced because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inward-facing senses with glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One shows us the same is true regarding the world experienced with the outward-facing senses because it fades out the more the outward-facing senses are turned inwards towards.

When the Enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outward-facing senses are entirely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of Enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Please do not take the expression in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inward and outward-facing senses too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you and another outside. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The world of the inward-facing senses refers to a world, not experienced to be outside of you.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is nothing in that which is One. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which One, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
To die from the outward-facing senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one fully intact. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
When you open up to the inward-facing senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which might be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outward-facing senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outward-facing senses is needed when you sense the inward-facing senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem, though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outward-facing senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs into the empty breathWhere to find the bliss of the empty breathHow to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, and What does the empty breath feel like?.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones

Updated January 6, 2022

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away echoing that which is One cannot use to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is One. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist because they have never existed since there is no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window, and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving, and the air was so thin that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud that all I heard was the echo of that which is One.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is One was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is One was so intense, that even though people were moving on the road, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is One, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people, even after years of chanting or contemplating, do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is One
The word guitar is a symbol of something that can make amazing sounds. Yet, the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the phrase guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is slightly the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is One – and then again, it is not precisely the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot make anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises is an echo ‘hanging in the air,’ when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is One is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a prominent place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary, everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is One. In other words, there is peace because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the Enlightenment of that which is One. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience, and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outward-facing senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The other aspects are striking visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outward-facing senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inward-facing senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inward-facing senses, though, there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, wherefore they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the Enlightenment of that which is One in one of its aspects, you have glimpses of it. Still, if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, so there is no difference between them and you. That is the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Have fun exploring the world of the outward-facing senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal.
Compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outward-facing senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outward-facing senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe, so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outward-facing senses is an illusion, one may conclude that the world experienced through the inward-facing senses is real. But as what is real never ends, neither the inward nor outward-facing senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of Enlightenment.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is One
Metaphorically speaking, you can say that what you experience via the inward-facing senses is a wall surrounding that which is One. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted. Suppose you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it. In that case, the outward-facing senses have nothing to work with and a door that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is One – and there is no more than one.

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you have to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is One, so if they are picked up again to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is One, because this person was not there. Yet, there often are vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced because if you are dead, there is nobody to see it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect to see it, so instead, the brain makes something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is One and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is One, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is One. Due to these memories, it feels as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and returning to it again from that which is One is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

The first time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual, such as meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home around here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also, based on this experience, they seemed to be convinced that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is One, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is One. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is One, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is One, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is One.

Kind regards
Alexius

Life has no secrets

Updated November 19, 2021

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire to be and have more than the oneness of life, but there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is oneness, and it takes more than one to have a secret. So how come so many are wondering about what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is One, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are without life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless of being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Some like to think, that The Word of God is something written, although nothing in the New Testament indicates that. Actually, The Word of God can neither be written or spoken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is One and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ‘The Word of God.’

However, an echo of that which is One can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet, it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it, though, because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must always appear right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. However, not believing to be special is the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ might seem even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific, you are not someone specific, but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be that if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages, people have been chanting Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the special self (read more about that here) looks for miracles because it thinks it is in charge of itself and cannot make it. That which is One has no miracles to perform because it takes more than one to do something, and there is no more than that which is One.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one’ chant’ of Aum or Sohang to hear or feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… you first say the two letters of AUM very slowly, and when you come to M, you do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing, and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. That is the echo of oneness.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´– grabbed on the web. <i>The graphic is grabbed from the web</i>.

The Hindi symbol of Sohang is grabbed from the web.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break, say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n), you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguish the sounds you hear from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a particular posture to meditate, repeat a mantra, chant, pray, wear unique clothes or be in a specific place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness. Neither does there has to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street. Just like that, the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the road – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. Unfortunately, it was tough to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and where to look, he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg with much determination and the finest subtlety.

If you wonder how it is possible to hear or feel a vibration coming from the edge of the universe, check out the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality.

Likewise, in the same manner, you should be able to tune into the echo of oneness now that you know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appears to be too much noise in the head, especially the left side can be full of noise from the brain’s working – listen to your right side without focusing on anything specific.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to sensing your body purring like a cat, or like it trembles of fear but without fearing of anything, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In more intense moments, it may feel like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a giant laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with its flow, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so no memory seems to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up having no experience at all since there is nobody to experience it. Usually, the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produce experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about how the enlightenment of that which is One terminates what you believe to be and how the fear of that makes you leave the enlightenment and return to the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That is what in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the Enlightenment of that which is One, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable, though, to encompass both at the same time. It is possible to contain any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius, he is more into hearing than feeling something, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the Enlightenment of that which is One, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

See Last night I died again from the world, if you want to read about when Alexius finally died from the outward-facing senses of feeling a world where there seems to be more than one.

nov-21-davidopeWhat does it sound like?
Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they meditate, but most likely, the neighbour is asleep. And it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a great and exceptional experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Life has nothing to give because life is that which is One, and it takes more than one to share something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like, What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so because separation from that which is One is not possible, as there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine being and having in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet, you like to believe that life will reveal its secret reality to you if you try hard enough. But life has nothing to tell because life is that which is One, and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.

APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inner ones elaborates on the Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it. Below are links to articles that go more in-depth with this, and also the other aspects of having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One:

I am the Destroyer of Worlds!

Painting with reflections of light on my iPhone

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings talks about two kinds of Enlightenment: the Enlightenment of that which is One, which cannot be experienced as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it experienced through the inward-facing senses when the outward ones are partly closed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

After a long, intense night of driving a taxi many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was, so there was nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When he later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, some passages triggered memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The memories were vague, though, because Alexius did not experience the Enlightenment since it takes more than one to do so. Nevertheless, the faint memories of something indefinable are enough to know that everything definable is an illusion. That is why he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is Enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

But Alexius would not put it like that. There is nobody in the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is not a body to be full of light, nor a world to destroy. The world is not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not matter because regardless of how you speak about it, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, nor as pointers towards it, as that requires more than one.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. For example, you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and tastes like sweetened water. Yet the person you have given this description will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is. But in the context of the Enlightenment of that which is One, you will never know what it is because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is erased by the Enlightenment of that which is One. Thus there is nobody there to experience it.

In the Enlightenment of that which is One, the world is not anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but because it has never been – except as a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Some think the Enlightenment of that which is One is to see god in everyone. This is delusional. There is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, think of electricity illuminating a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. But you cannot see electricity. It is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. In the context of god, however, god is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

If you return to a world where there seems to be more than one after the Enlightenment of that which is One, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life because you know there is no more than that which is One. Hence there is no life in a world where it seems to be more than one. Besides, searching for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you realise is not real.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no need to be forgiven or loved, as there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be anyone, so in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as a tool, just like you use your leg, hand, eyes, and so on.

Alexius, for example, has pretended to be a child, teenager, taxi driver, monk, husband, daddy, adult, business Man, millionaire, designer, teacher, photographer and recently non-teacher.

Regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form that you might think it has is wrong. It has no shape. It is formless. Yet, if you look for something intangible, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there does not seem to be something hiding that which cannot be seen, heard, felt or tasted.

‘The Enlightenment of that which is one’ and the fear of it

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why do the oranges fall from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple. It is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One and the fear of it.

Enlightenment of that which is One is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The Enlightenment of that which is One does not result in spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. On the contrary, it results in nothing because it takes more than one to cause something.

Since it also takes more than one to return to that which is One, there is no help to get. Fortunately, since it also takes more than one to leave oneness, you have never left it. That is why oneness does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the Enlightenment of that which is One are based on speculations of how to exclude something judged as bad to become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The Enlightenment of that which is One can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the brain gives up separating it into different appearances. Consequently, since there is no separation to establish you as someone definitive, there is nobody to experience being brought back to what you never left, namely the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The Enlightenment of that which is One undoes this belief. Not by giving you a better experience or higher consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience something. Instead, metaphorically speaking, it takes you on a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the brain gives up producing different images of it. Thus, eventually, everything is fused into one bright light. Not a light, though, that lightens up anything because that requires more than one. And for the same reason, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are coloured by the personality of Alexius – or rather how you perceive it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, when Alexius talks about the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is not based on the experience of it, but vague memories of something that cannot be experienced.

Reading his memories, you may get the impression that the Enlightenment of that which is One is a sequence of events happening in linear time. But everything ‘happens‘ simultaneously. However, that cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ‘happened’ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ‘happening.’ Hence his description might be a mix of several ‘excursions’ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, Alexius bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One after intensely having worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned into something less definable and more blurry. Then, as he had no energy left to establish a focused world, Alexius was sucked into a spiralling show of psychedelic light that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is One. Thus nobody is sucked through a black hole that is not there into the formlessness of onenes. Most, though, try to avoid loosing their identity by establishing the black hole as something. Therefore, since they remain someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is One is not bid welcome. They may have glimpses* of it, though, and imagine to be Enlightened. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is One is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is One. They are merely ways to attract you so you do not resist it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by the enlightenment of that which is One, so nothing definable is left to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome in its most known aspect, namely light. Much later the other aspects – sound, emotion and taste – was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one.

Alexius assumes it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo, showed up. And then an utterly colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring inside the edges of the black area, which must have been a hole since colourless light exploded out of it.

This light absorbed everything. It was everywhere and yet nowhere. Without any mention, it knocked out the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one, so the nothingness of him gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness. If the emptiness of him was falling or floating, he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously. But there is a sense of forever falling while swimming in a space that was not there – and then, in the same moment, as forever falling, there is nothing but that which is one.

That is all, folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the Enlightenment of that which is One is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary, it is not filled with anything since that requires more than one.

Thus oneness is neither peaceful nor anything else. Metaphorically speaking, the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. Thus there is not something to see, or anyone to realise that. Nor to hear the incredible noise of the speed. Especially, because it is so loud, it merges into one sound, lights into one light, emotions into one feeling, and tastes into one taste.

The above is not to be understood as the Enlightenment of that which is One is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. They are four aspects of it. But you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you so much that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts, making it appear as if you are someone definitive. And then leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is One.

The latter may be a twisted memory. And it is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole because it is formless and therefore without inside or outside.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius seems to remember a spiral around a black hole in the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, he does not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving extremely fast or he was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment, so short that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – exploded into a bright light that erased everything definable. Thus he cannot report what ‘happened’ after being sucked by formless light through a shapeless black hole into that which is One. Nor can he find an image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of this. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is unexplainable
When Alexius, many years ago, momentarily had the belief in being someone specific undone, the Enlightenment of that which is One set in. He did not know about Enlightenment before that, and he had never seen a black hole before. Fortunately, he did not define anything because otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world limited by time and space. Therefore, the description of a black hole leading into that which is One is made in retrospect.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were. But calling a black hole a path into oneness is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance nor an exit to that which is one. In other words, describing the Enlightenment of that which is One is impossible because even though so much goes on, nothing happens since it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ’a deep sleep’ like Buddha supposedly said. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do regarding bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Meditation may work against this because it is generally about concentrating and focusing on achieving something specific – and anything definable fence of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The return from that which is One to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the Enlightenment of that which is One? According to legend, Buddha returned out of compassion for others. But Alexius knows he did not return because of others. There is nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one, thus nothing to heal but the sick belief that someone in such a world.

You must come emptyhanded.

You cannot bring something into that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Maybe Alexius returned so he could escape what was perceived as a relentless power taking away his freedom and wiping out his identity, which is what happens seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no freedom to take away from somebody, nor anybody to wipe out, thus nothing to fear.

Jesus, who also seemed to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, said that going to heaven – assuming this meant going into the Enlightenment of that which is One – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle.

But it seems a person momentarily can forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, since going somewhere requires someone specific, a bit of the belief in being definitive gets through the needle. And this little piece fears being annihilated by the Enlightenment of that which is One, which seems to be powerful than thousands of atomic bombs.

To defend itself, the little piece of identity looks for something to define. So, for example, even though the speed of Enlightenment is so fast that there is no separation, it imagines seeing different shapes of light to get back in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, everything happens so slowly that there is plenty of time to realise there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive because then there is nobody to annihilate.

Seen from the perspective of that which is One, which is only possible metaphorically, nothing can be taken away or wiped out because that requires more than one there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

How come it looks like Alexius wears a sun hat? Probably because it always is the season for that, where he appears to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, ultimately speaking, there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness. It has never been left since that requires more than one. So the reason Alexius appeared to return from the Enlightenment of that which is One to a world where there seems to be more than one probably is that it was the season for that. When the season comes for the Enlightenment of that which is One to end this fantasy, he does not know. But it is not crucial because oneness is formless, thus endless. Consequently, there is no season to come since it calls for more than one.

It may seem unclear if you have to be nobody to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or that it is something it takes care of. Unfortunately, Alexius cannot clarify that. There is no transition to Enlightenment of that which is One, so he does not know precisely when it sets in.

And then again, in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is not just one season, and everything has an end. So maybe the final season comes when all projections have been lifted from the body, so you do not attend to its reflexes of fear, thus not stop the Enlightenment of that which is One.

NOTES:

Being and seeing something is not real, nor is dying

Updated November 16, 2021

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is experienced to be separated. But since it requires more than one to experience this and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless, the experience is not real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If this article is experienced to be written by somebody and read by another one, you believe it is possible to be and have more that which is One. But as oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is One, so this experience is not real, nor is any other experience since it takes more than one to experience anything.

When a world where there seems to be more than one is believed to be real, this belief seems to hide that which cannot be believed, namely the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason, there is no one in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like within the context of such a world, although you may experience somebody in a dream you appear to have, it is an illusion. Not even yourself are there. You are in your bed.

Since the formlessness of oneness is one perpetual present, a dream of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one ends the exact moment it starts. That is why it is not possible to have a conscious experience of being in such a world unless you hold onto your memories and thus seem to establish a difference of time.

In a world of linear time, however, nothing seems to last, so everybody fears the end of what they appear to be. Thus, they invent concepts like heaven, making them appear to be a better version of themselves in a better world, where they are part of something bigger.

But as that which is you is no different from that which is One, and as it takes more than one to be anything somewhere, that which is you is nowhere. In other words, the experience of being somewhere, despite where that might be, is make-believe. Having this belief undone may seem to take a while you appear to be someone in linear time. And so what. Time is an illusion!

_IMG3889-Edit

By focusing on different parts of this image, you have experiences that seem to differ from each other, The belief that it is possible to be and have more than one is, therefore, upheld, and also that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you do not exist any more than the persons in this image. They are not real. There is no room for them in the electronic media that makes them appear to be there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
As it takes more than one to achieve something, there is nothing to accomplish in that which is One. It is only in a world where there seems to be more than one does this seems possible. Yet nothing real is accomplished, as there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

As it takes more than one to exist, existence must be outside of that which is One, but since there is nothing outside of it, nor inside it, as that calls for more than one, nothing exist.

For the same reason that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is such a world inside of that which is you or anywhere else. Just like a dreamer is not in its dream, nor is the dream in the dreamer or anywhere else. Hence it is not knowing what and where you are that reveals the formlessness of oneness. Not in the sense that it is seen or realised. Only what is outside of oneness can be viewed or realised – and there is nothing outside of it since it has no beginning or end.

You cannot know what is revealed since it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to know something.

If you do not try to hold onto any thought but go with their flow, they do not seem to manifest something definitive. Consequently, you do not feel as if you are boxed in. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Believing to be someone definitive, you are probably used to getting physical wellness from a good nights sleep, sex, fitness, yoga or massage, for example. But that is because the brain produces thoughts that seem to imply you are in a body. This it cannot do at the moment of death because it is running out of oxygen.

Thoughts are still produced, but as they no longer can be experienced to come from a specific self in a tangible body, the experience is not that you are definitive but someone going crazy.

That is, if you are not in the habit of sorting out your disorientation but having its uncontrolled energy ignite a take-off into the empty breath because then you are accustomed to the emptiness of not-knowing, wherefore there is no one to be bothered from thoughts not adding up to something familiar. See hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

In that case, the rapid flow of thoughts is immediately replaced by a chaotic flow of feelings. And suppose a state of not-knowing is not left in favour of going down memory lane to find something well-known that can support the image of being someone definitive. In that case, everything that seems to be something is terminated by the Enlightenment of that which is One. See hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it. Not being someone at all most often, however, is avoided by fearing something.

But very few get past the fleeting thoughts because they try to capture the ones that seem friendly and compile them into an experience of being a self in a tangible body. But as there is not enough oxygen to hold onto them and produce a conscious experience of being in a body, the satisfaction that comes from smoking, sex or something else that requires such a thing cannot be found. Thus, it slowly dawns on you that there is no happiness to get because what you used to experience was make-believe. You feel stuck in nowhere, and then panic sets in.

Any experience you believe in having – including to live and die – is a deception. It is impossible to experience anything at all because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems as if it is possible to have a dream where there appears to be more than one.

That which is you cannot be known, because it is no different from that which is One and it takes more than one to know something.

Even though there is no one in a dream, you insist on being someone in it and that your responses to it support this claim. But as everything in a dream has an end, so have the reactions that seem to attest to you being someone in a physical body. However, there is no end if not holding onto those or anything else that defines you as someone definitive.

INTERLUDE:
If the music volume is experienced to be too loud, you can turn it down – or shut it off. In similar ways, many other things in the world can be controlled. Not death, though. It can be postponed but not stopped.

Yet the experience of death as the end of you will change if not fighting it but instead going with its flow, as that very abruptly undoes the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nobody gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is One.

In other words, when not defining what appears to be dying, nothing returns to the formlessness of oneness.

If you interpret anything in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings as if death is the way to return to that which is you or in any way a solution to your apparent problems, you are out of sync with them. Death is an illusion and thus not a solution to anything. Nor does anything experienced as mundane, spiritual and whatnot need a solution because any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is One.

In other words, if you throughout your apparent existence as someone definitive have not established a habit of entering a state of not-knowing, death does not undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive. On the contrary, it enhances it, because if you are not somebody there is nobody to die.

PART 4
Everybody knows that having vertigo is a false sensation. The world is not moving around you. But hardly anybody knows that seeing a world where there appear to be more than one is a false sensation of that which is One appearing to be more than one.

Having vertigo and knowing that it is a false sensation does not make much difference when the world appears to spin around you. It is still very hard – if not impossible – to navigate in it when what you see is so different from the past experiences of the world. You need to do something about the cause of vertigo to see the world as it is supposed to be seen. Physically speaking, the reason often is an unbalance in the ears.

Not seeing a world that appears to be more than one is not enough to know it is an illusion. You need to address the cause of the problem, which is the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. As long as you believe that, a world where there appear to be more than one appears to hide that which is One.

‘Every moment is the perfect moment’ – also for dying in the rainforest [draft]

This article is about the rescue of Alexius from the rainforest, where he was about to die after two days without food and water. In television, they called him the hero who survived the wilderness. However, this is not about heroic stuff, but that every moment is the perfect moment.

In 2010 Alexius was stuck in a rainforest for two days without food and water. He followed a dried-out river down the mountain towards the sea, but the closer he came to the sea, the more impenetrable the rainforest became. At the end of the first day, Alexius gave up digging his way through the thorny lianas.

He hallucinated during the second day and prepared himself to die of cold and/or dehydration in the coming night. However, everything was so beautiful that it did not seem important to continue as a separated being. Besides, there was nothing unfulfilled in his personal life. Alexius’ mundane longings had all been met. But at the end of the second day, he was rescued by a helicopter.

The formlessness of life
Before the helicopter arrived, it was like the person inside the body of Alexius died per its script. It was replaced by an impersonal version of him having only one goal: giving back everything it received to where it came from. The brain heavily backed this replacement because it thinks a self is not meant to be definitive but relative. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

However, since giving everything back to its source is beyond the brain, Alexius did not know how to do that. The brain suggested he should do something great for all mankind? But he sensed it was not about greatness. Actually, it was not about doing but perceiving. Since life is formless, a world defined by time and space is lifeless and thus a fantasy. But there is no illusion without reality, so every part of the fantasy symbolises the formlessness of life.

When experiences are not perceived as personal but symbolise life’s formlessness, they do not establish us as separated beings. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, when a world defined by time and space is perceived as a symbol of life, it goes back to the formlessness of life. Hence our experiences do not seem to have any effect, nor do they establish us as somebody definitive. See also hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

The world is a construction of fragmented thoughts.
You can compare the formlessness of life to having just one thought. It is pure peace. But if that thought is divided into two, peace is over because they need to differ to appear divided. Therefore, one thought as a separate entity, called a Person, looks at the other as a World outside it. And to uphold the illusion that there is more than one, the division goes on. The thought called the World is divided into black and white thoughts. And the thought that watches a World in black and white outside it is also divided into two, namely a Judge and an Executioner.

Thus we have a Person who chooses between experiences divided into black and white. And then a Judge dividing thoughts into right and wrong so the black experiences can be punished for being wrong. When the Executioner has carried out the punishment, the Person feels good because now it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess that separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. However, since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

Although this happens as an inner dialogue inside a Person, it is often projected onto something seen as outside of it. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected onto something perceived as the evil in the World outside of a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

Nevertheless, this system never makes a Person feel good enough because it is the reason for feeling bad. Read more about that here. But let us return to Alexius in the rainforest to see how he dealt with it emotionally:

If I fear how the helicopter guys judge my tripin the rainforest, it´s actually my ownjudgment of the trip, that I fear.

Enough is enough
Alexius had to make his way through lots of thorny lianas in the dried out river he followed down the mountain to get out of the rainforest. The thorny lianas came in bundles. Sometimes it took half an hour to pass a distance of them, that if not for the bushes of lianas tightly woven together could have walked in two minutes.

His feet were hurting because two nails had been ripped when he fell down the mountain several times due to branches being so dry that they broke when he tried to hold onto them. Moreover, due to the thorns in the bushes, his clothes were torn apart. Alexius’ hands were full of blood. And each time he came out on the other side of a bundle of thorny bushes, Alexius was so exhausted that he decided the immense beauty he saw was wrong.

Hence the Judge inside Alexius ruled that the experience of a World far away from the known one should be eliminated and the ones to blame for it should be punished. But, although the Executioner worked hard on doing that, the bad experience did not go away, and the guilty ones could not be found. This enhanced Alexius’ feeling of being wrongful treated. But when he was about to explode, he suddenly had enough of feeling entrapped by conditioned judgments and solutions.

So he stopped deciding between right and wrong. Hence there was no punishment to be ruled out by the Judge and, consequently, nothing for the Executioner to set right. But, of course, that did not mean the bad World disappeared. But that instead of trying to get rid of it, Alexius included it. Thus what he had perceived as bad did not seem to hide, everything was fine as it was. Nothing was wrong or missing. The moment was the perfect moment.

In the middle of nowhere, Alexius had no need to go anywhere. The moment was perfect as it was.

This was not an intellectual but an emotional change for Alexius. When he stopped trying to get rid of his frustrations of feeling stuck, he burst out in laughter because there was nothing he needed to escape. Thus the journey in the rainforest seemed to mirror running from the moment as it is until, suddenly, out of nowhere, Alexius did not look for anything to fix.

It looks like there is a unique bird is sitting on the tree. But it is a hallucination. The ‘bird’ is not a separate entity but part of the tree, which is part of the rainforest, which is … Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life sees no differences
The foursome of Person, World, Judge and Executioner consider themselves essential in making a world defined by time and space appear real. Yet, they cannot do that without breathing. But it does not seem to care about them because no matter what and where the foursome makes us appear to be, the breath steadily goes on.

In other words, just like electricity does not see what a bulb illuminates in a room due to the power of electricity, the force behind the breath, namely life’s formlessness, does not know what it empowers. Also, like nobody illuminated by electricity can see it, a Person empowered by life’s formlessness cannot realise it because it is not contained in what it empowers. That is why, like a movie or a book consists of nothing but symbols, the foursome and everything they seem to manifest is a symbol of life.

In the case of Alexius, he is aware of this because having vague memories of falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness, he knows there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness (see hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is One). However, that is beyond the subject of this article. So we round up by exploring the perfect moment Alexius discovered in the rain forest:

What a perfect moment hanging in the air.

Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing. This was crystal clear to Alexius, hanging in the air when he was wired up from the rainforest by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is all-inclusive
Life’s formlessness includes everything because formlessness is endless, so there is nothing but that. Since a perfect moment is inclusive, it confirms the formlessness of life, whereas living in the now denies it, as it excludes thoughts of the perceived future and past.

A perfect moment can last the whole hour you bravely make your way through bushes of thorny lianas, or the second you feel the horror of going through thorny bushes replaced with the relief of getting out, or the minutes you see a helicopter circling around to find you. Or a whole day where you forget everything about the perfect moment and hate the rainforest.

Any thought or feeling passing by is part of the totality that makes a perfect moment. It is not flawless like a music video, though. There are ups and downs, but they are comparable to the thrill of riding up and down on a roller coaster.

The idea of a perfect moment or giving symbols of life back to life´s formlessness only works within a world defined by time and space. Therefore, like anything else in such a world, they must be given up at some point. ´To give up´ must also go, as it is only in such a world there is something to give up.

In other words, the articles in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the illusion of a world defined by time and space. Otherwise, there would be nothing to write about!

APPENDIX
In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is One. However, after telling someone about it, he realised he could not share it. Hence he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gudruång on a trip to Crete in 2004. But it was not until after Alexius was rescued from the rainforest, that Gudruång told him to tell his story about the enlightenment of that which is One to the World.

It took a year before Alexius began writing and two more years before he started publishing it. And he had no idea that it would turn into eight duality hacks. Actually, he had never used the word duality before he started writing his enlightened non-teachings.

At first, he was blown out by his realisation in the rainforest that every moment is the perfect moment. But maybe this was more a personal thing. After all, not many can go on a similar trip into the rainforest. Besides, it is pretty dangerous. So maybe you are better off going with the duality flow, which is very much like a perfect moment. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

You could also take it a step further as we do in the nest hack, hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom, or in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.
