It is nothing but robots trying to fool you into believing you are not a robot

Updated April 26, 2022

Nobody knows if you are a dog or even exist on the internet. The graphic is a Peter Steiner cartoon, initially published in The New Yorker.

You can compare a world where there seems to be more than one to an online world with nothing but robots. It might sound potentially interesting to communicate with them. Unfortunately, the robots try to persuade you into believing their world is real and they are alive. However, there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless, so if you believe the robots, you want to be and have more than that which is One.

The moment you do not want that, there is no need to believe the apparent differences in the robots’ world make a difference. Thus they cannot define you as someone, wherefore there is nobody to hide, there is no more than that which is One.

This is not to suggest that you should stop the desire for more. On the contrary, it would imply it is possible to be and have more than that which is not one. But if you do not try to do something in particular, you neither avoid nor go for more. That is what Alexius’ Duality Hacks bring about.

There is nothing wrong in the world because it is not there

Updated March 23, 2022

Each metaphor in Alexius’ Duality Hacks adds to others in one direction or another exposing all ways as fake because it takes more than one to go somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Therefore, since it takes more than one to point to something, Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not point to that which is One but the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the Big Bang created something from nothing. This is as fictitious as Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Many people have inner visions or experiences that make them conclude there is something wrong with how we live in the world. We should live in peace, in the now, and from the heart. But the problem is not the way we live in the world. The problem is that we believe in being there.

According to science, there was nothing before the world. Then nothing blew up and turned into something. But believing that nothing can explode and come out of a black hole as something is like believing in Santa Claus.

This belief Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo while you enjoy the crazy idea that nothing disguised as something can hide there never was or will be anything but that which is One because it takes more than one to have a shape, so oneness is formless and therefore endless.

Since it takes more than one to exist, and there is nothing but oneness, existence is unreal

Updated May 15, 2022

Talking about the egoic mind and transforming the ego is just another sophisticated way of establishing the belief in being someone definitive, thus fending off the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A common way to prove you exist is to pinch the arm and conclude you are alive because it hurts. However, this experience of physical pain is constructed by the brain, and if you are unreal, so is the brain. Consequently, the experience proves nothing but that you want to believe you are real. However, reality is not something that can be acknowledged. It is that which is One, and since it takes more than one to have a shape, it is formless and therefore endless. Hence there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The absence of something is that which is One

Updated May 30, 2022

Everything in Alexius’ Duality Hacks is fictitious. There is no similarity to reality because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to read Alexius’ Duality Hacks. However, since they do not claim to be real, you are revealed as nobody the more you read them. Hence somebody does not seem to hide that there never was or will be no more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The AI that proofreads Alexius’ Duality Hacks can only see what it has in its source code. And since there is nothing but numbers, it cannot realise who it is. The same applies to humans, except their source code is a construction of thoughts. As that only seems to manifest them as real when it is witnessed, the construction falls apart if what you read now, for example, is not confirmed to be something specific that is read by someone definitive.

This is the function of Alexius’ Duality Hacks. They do not take you anywhere nor to mystical states of mind. Instead, they undo the experience that the different things you see make a difference. Since no meaning, therefore, can be deduced from the words you look at now, there is no experience of someone reading something specific. This is nothing but bliss.

Hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing. For example, it brings you into this state of not knowing. The world is experienced as usual, but there is nobody to establish the apparently different experiences to make a difference.

If you apply hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One, your source code is promptly undone. Consequently, you never existed. Nor did anything else because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

The belief in being someone is bananas

Updated November 12, 2021

The brain creates the experiences you have in a dream, so it seems you are somewhere else than in your bed. The same applies to the experiences you have when you assume to be awake, except you are not in a bed somewhere but nowhere, as everything experienced is created by the brain from out of nothing to make it look like there is more than that which is One. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is One. So if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you trust the brain when it claims your experience of this is assembled from frequencies picked up by the sensory system, although your experience solely is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No matter where you experience being in a dream, it is an illusion created inside you because you are in your bed. The same applies to where you experience being when you believe to be awake. In this case, however, it is not a dream happening inside you while you sleep in a heavenly bed.

There is no heaven, nor somebody having a dream or anything else because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. Alexius’ Duality Hacks, therefore, is as fake as anything else that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when there appears to be someone who believes, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo that belief.

In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

Somebody cannot bid welcome ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One,’ but nobody can

Updated March 23, 2022

When every experience is perceived as a symbol of that which is One, none of them has the power to fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One because symbols are powerless. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Fear and other emotions may seem to be a hindrance for the Enlightenment of that which is One. It is not the emotions, though, that fend it off but that you believe they are yours. That which is you does not feel anything because it takes more than one to do so, and it is no different from that which is One. For the same reason, that which is you does not think, nor is it conscious of anything.

This does not mean you should try to stop this. First of all, that which is you cannot control anything as that calls for more than one. Secondly, while you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is impossible to stop being aware of feelings and thoughts since that is what makes you appear to be there.

It is, of course, possible to deny the awareness of thoughts and feelings by meditating, for example. But whether you establish yourself to be someone who has something or nothing, you are definable and thus in denial of that which is you, as oneness is formless.

Pretending to be someone, on the other hand, what you have is not yours because what you pretend to be you are not. Thus nobody has thoughts and feelings or is conscious of anything. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Consequently, nobody bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

This is not the only way to become a nobody. As everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, there is no fear without trust, so if you are so full of fear that there is nothing else, it cannot be defined by trust. Therefore, since you are full of nothing, you are not somebody but nobody. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

You could also stick to being the basic self by perceiving any kind of experience, whether it appears mundane or spiritual, as ‘it is what it is.’ See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. Since that means emotions do not stick to you, they do not fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One. Nor will they prevent you from having a marvellous time in a world where there seems to be more than one until the Enlightenment of that which is One erases everything that requires more than one.

You do not need to refrain from sex or anything else to make these or any other duality hack work. However, if you are willing to have the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, Alexius’ Duality Hacks apply themselves the more you read Alexius’ Duality Hacks.

The willingness comes by itself when you admit you are not willing to have this belief undone because acknowledging that confirms what and where you appear to be is make-believe.

APPENDIX:
Since the application of the above duality hacks requires more than one, they are as illusionary as anything else in a world in a world of duality, including the writer and reader of this. However, the purpose of them is not to make us seem like we are somebody but that we, just like anything else that calls for more than one, are nothing because non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is One.

Read about the Enlightenment of that which is One in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and glimpses of it.

CANCELLEX You know nothing but that there is no more than One, when you are to be compared to ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ [draft]

Updated June 19, 2022

thegrandview1

It is effortless to meet the requirement of the Enlightenment of that which is One, as all it requires is that you do not know what and where you are, and this nobody knows. Unless you hide this by being exclusive instead of inclusive because by excluding something, you seem to be defined as someone definitive, who autonomously can decide what and where to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One knows there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Most others assume there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, or transcend the self into something higher. The Enlightened see it as a waste of time to obtain such states of mind because it requires more than one, so you remain within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the context of such a world, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things that make it more comfortable to appear as someone, instead of learning about kundalini and otherworldly states to avoid participating in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Being grounded, wise or anything else definable are not attributes of one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is One, because someone like that does not need to be anything specific.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One takes part in a world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that television takes part in it. Whatever it receives is broadcast as received.

Therefore someone like that does not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something that has been learned to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote themselves as somebody special.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in the world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a televison takes part in it. Whatever is receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One takes part in a world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a television takes part in it. Whatever it receives it broadcast as received. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is One. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. Actually, someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is One. This is not the same, however, as that which is One is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that know the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also knows, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world, and Quantum Physics says it does not exist unless you look at it, most suppress that what they see is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world are based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is One.

Consequently, there is not somebody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there is no personality because, in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, nor the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has, like everybody else, its personality. But unlike everybody else, it is not definitive but relative. In other words, the character can, just like the hands of the body, for example, be used in many ways, as there is no attachment to a special expression of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that, which is One.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. On the contrary, not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is One is a natural state of someone like that.

PART 2:
Someone who is not to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One can be compared to someone online all the time. The sun’s light is never seen – only the light of the screen. Likewise, you never see the light from that which is One when you believe in a world where there seems to be more than one. All the light you see in such a world is artificial, no matter where it appears to come from because such a world is not real.

Actually, all light that can be seen is an illusion because it takes more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One. So, therefore, the light from that which is One is not something you see, nor is it something you become, as that also requires more than one.

To not see and neither be the light of that which is One, you must be willing to undo the belief in being someone at all. Forgetting what and where you are or not caring about more accomplishes this.

Inclusiveness results in nothing, because without the exclusion of something, you cannot be defined. Not being definable there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

The more you include, the less you appear to be separated but alone together, which is the obvious way back to the formlessness of that which is One, since this is how you imagined to leave it. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you do not like in yourself and therefore exclude by projecting it on others. In other words, it is the exclusion of something from what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one that defines you as someone definitive there.

From this follows that if you do not exclude anything but include everything, you are not defined as someone definitive, nor is there no more for you to become or have, so there is nobody to believe that you are someone definitive.

Theoretically speaking, everything can be included right now. Yet you may want to take it slower and do it along the way because the more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less you suffer from it, and so you can enjoy the excitement of this belief while having it undone.

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. If you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think, it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is straightforward. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

You can also have the belief in being someone definitive undone in a similarly smooth way by having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One (see the article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them) or connecting with the empty breath (see hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

There are many ways to a state of not-knowing and its bliss of emptiness. All Alexius’ Duality Hacks, except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, takes you there. However, there is no way to the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The last two approaches require you to open up to the inward-facing senses, but if you prefer to remain in the world of the outward-facing senses while slowly but surely having the belief in being someone definitive undone, you stick to inclusiveness as described above. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

Another approach that also sets off from the world of the outward-facing senses is to pretend to be in it instead of believing to be there (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation) or to perceive everything as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or be what you already are as someone definitive, namely alone together (see hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home).

If you do not want to take it slow but to have the belief in being someone definitive undone in less than no time, you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Apart from the Enlightenment of that which is One, the above approaches overlap each other. They all lead to what in Alexius’ Duality Hacks is called a state of not-knowing, which after-effect is perfect moments. They are not perfect in the sense that there is nothing wrong, but that is perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ so nothing is specifically right or wrong.

The best of the above approaches to use is the one that suits you the most. If it changes from day to day, that is how to go. Alexius follows the empty breath, which like an automatic gear shift between the above approaches, makes you indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is One is everything because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is constantly something to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius’ Duality Hacks on the web.

Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to enhance the belief in being someone, but as a means to undo it. In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because it is that which is One and it takes more than one to know something. This article is written in that context.

Alexius is not full of light, but of nothing, as there is nothing else than that which is one and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is not full of light but of nothing, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One, and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one, he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Though Alexius is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he does not know what it is. So if you, after having read Alexius’ Duality Hacks, have the impression that he knows something, you may have fooled yourself into thinking what he writes is based on understanding.

Alexius does not believe in being someone definitive.  It is just something he pretends to be, and what he writes while pretending this is not something he has devised. As a vessel, he types what he receives without understanding it.

There is not something to understand regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, as what is understandable has a beginning and an end, whereas that which is One is formless and therefore endless. That is why the Enlightenment of that which is One does not supply you with a higher understanding but leaves you with nothing.

It is also why there is nothing outside of it, neither you, Alexius or his duality hacks. This is not to say that you, Alexius and his duality hacks are inside of it. What is formless has no sides, so there is no inside. Besides, it takes more than one to be somewhere.

It cannot be known what the enlightenment of that which is One is, because it requires more than one to know something, and all that it reveals is that there is no more than that which is One. Consequently everything you seem to know about it is wrong.

In other words, Alexius’ Duality Hacks does not point to the formlessness of that which is One, as there is nothing outside of it. Furthermore, formlessness takes up no space, so there is nothing to point to.

You may think that what can be seen is real, but it is the other way around, only that which cannot be seen is real, because reality is the formlessness of that which is One and as formlessness has no dimensions it is invisible.

But Alexius’ Duality Hacks point to the experience of you, Alexius, his duality hacks and anything else conceivable as an illusion because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Jesus about enlightenment, Matt 6:22, King James Bible.

Alexius body is not full of light, neither is he the way, as Jesus supposedly claimed that he was. The enlightenment of that which is One is formless, so it cannot fill a body defined by time and space. Also it takes at least two and not one to fill something with something.

For the same reason there is no way leading to the enlightenment of that which is One. No worries. It is not needed, because that which is One is formless, so it never ends and consequently cannot be left. Hence there is no Alexius or anybody else to enlighten.

The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses

Updated June 27, 2022

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing, and so the other duality hacks. Hence there is no way to know if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. No worries. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius especially experiences the world of the inward-facing senses and its glimpses of Enlightenment before falling asleep. In this case, it is by giving the world of the outward-facing senses his minimum attention. During the day, while doing something, the outward-facing senses get more attention.

Before going to sleep, it often starts as a perfect moment induced by inclusiveness. See hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment. From there, he is brought into a state of not-knowing where there are glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one. He is not aware, though, how a perfect moment and a state of not-knowing differ, nor does he know how long they last. They seem to be intertwined,

Yet, he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes because the brain falls into a coma if there is nobody to be aware of its thoughts of a world where there seems to be more than one (see the article Willingness not to exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

A state of not-knowing can be brought by a take-off into the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together (see Alexius’ Duality Hacks). But it is not to say, since if it is the same since it is a state of not-knowing.

But when he wakes up in the morning, he knows that the cure for believing in being someone definitive is a state of not-knowing. Whether triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that its bliss of nothing is achieved effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings. Therefore, when he returns to the consciousness of being someone, he knows that thoughts and feelings are only needed for the bliss of anything but for the belief in being someone.

When the empty breath is in charge of the switch between the inner and outward-facing senses, there is neither inside nor outside.

When not focussing on something specific, the world of the outward-facing senses becomes blurry. Hence the world of the inward-facing senses opens up. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A NIGHT WITH BLISSFUL MOMENTS OF NOT-KNOWING
Laying in the bed with a 3D Sleep Mask on and protection ear plugs* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid universes unfold at an extreme speed, or flowers in slow-mo until thoughts or feelings try to surface and sleep sets in. Going into a deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning, they turn into ethereal harmonies.

You can read about hearing the transparent sound of the empty breath in the article What does the empty breath feel like?

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems though, that I am to return in order to complete my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed travelling in worlds of lucid light. Nowadays, he prefers not to see anything and as nothing falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. See the article The ins and out of a black hole. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Actually, this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of Enlightenment were exciting journeys in the enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays, he does not care much for such visions, which mostly are exciting because they, to some extent, are recognisable. Instead, he is drawn to visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole. This is neither exciting nor relaxing. It just is.

The vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises** is another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One that can be experienced through the inward-facing senses. In the case of Alexius, it pops up now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty breath. The taste of the Enlightenment of that which is One also pops up – for example, when he writes about it.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality. Since it cannot take in one perpetual present, the Enlightenment of that which is One is described as a personal experience in time and space. On the other hand, glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. If you acknowledge this you do not need to read my non teachings, because this acknowledgement bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The eyes cannot see – they translate***, or rather it is the brain that translates the frequencies it claims to receive from the eyes. Therefore, since your brain has fabricated what you believe to be reading, you have no idea what is said in it. Acknowledging this is to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU READ BECAUSE IT IS FABRICATED BY THE BRAIN
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inward-facing senses when the world of the outward-facing senses gets less attention. But like you and he probably experience things in the world of the outward-facing senses differently, the same may apply to the world of the inward-facing senses. And regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One, his vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective (see hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One).

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius’ Duality Hacks of the Enlightenment of that which is One and its glimpses are not absolute. Besides, you have not read them, but your brain’s translation. Furthermore, you may have layered your interpretation of that on top of it.***

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and get him into the world of the outward-facing senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is unnecessary when there is no need to be someone.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the light from the world of the outward-facing senses, there will be lucid light coming from the world of the inward-facing senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

ANYTHING INTERPRETED AS SPECIFIC ENDS THE TOUR OF THE INWARD-FACING SENSES
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inward-facing senses because achieving something only works in a tangible world. But for the very same reason, you can do something to not experience the world of the outward-facing senses – for example, putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius’ Duality Hacks about the glimpses of enlightenmen. You may interpret them as something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inward-facing senses.

Suppose you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light, and you want more like that. In that case, you will not get i. Defining glimpses of Enlightenment in this way turns them into an experience of the outward-facing senses. Only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if interpreting the glimpses of the Enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outward-facing senses, there are no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outward-facing senses or are willing to do so, you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. No image can be shown of that because it cannot be experienced since that requires more than one. However, glimpses of Enlightenment can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before they fuse into the Enlightenment of that which is One could look like a horse head. A black hole sometimes looks like just before there is nothing but the most intense light. Nobody knows if it blasts out of the hole or into it because the light is so blinding that you cease to exist as someone definitive. That is why nothing is sucked into the black hole, that is not there anymore, just a gentle void transporting nobody into the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

TO TURN OFF THE OUTWARD-FACING SENSES PARTIALLY OR TOTALLY
The easiest way to switch between the outward and inward-facing senses is, of course, to let the empty breath take care of it – see Notes on the empty breath – but until you are willing to choose, not to choose but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion can be of help.

You turn off the outward-facing senses by not excluding unwanted thoughts and feelings but including them. Therefore, since there is no contrast to define a tangible world, you are in the abstractness of the inward-facing senses. If the inclusion is partial, you have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, and if it is completed, there is not someone to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outward-facing senses, when in the world of the inward-facing senses. And when moving in the world of the outward-facing senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to to the inward-facing senses, except the memory of their  bliss. That helps you to involve yourself in the world of the outward-facing senses without being of it.

There are no rules though, so there can be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outward-facing senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inward-facing senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inward-facing senses, the belief in being someone in a world defined by time and space is undone by the Enlightenment of that which is One. This does not mean you are transformed into that which is one. Instead, it means the awareness of being someone is gone because it takes more than one to be conscious of something. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding, there is no more than that which always was and will be, namely that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

APPENDIX
If you get the impression from reading Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings that the inward-facing senses are less deceptive than the outer ones, you have chosen to be deceived into believing that you can become better, higher or wiser by looking inside. If that is your purpose, they will cause you as much suffering as the outer ones.

But if your purpose is to become nobody, so that there is not somebody to hide the formlessness of that which is you, the inward-facing senses will speed up the undoing of the belief in being someone specific.

Notes on ‘The Enlightenment of that which is One’ and glimpses of it

Updated June 27, 2022

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

No matter how many beautiful glimpses you get of this mountain, it has nothing to do with reality. You will have to go there to see what it really looks like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The outward-facing senses create such expressive images that we choose to believe a world where everything is separated by time and space is real. However, when those senses are entirely turned off, there is no time and space. Hence nothing to hide that the abstractness of the inward-facing senses flows are absorbed by an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe sucked it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the Enlightenment of that which is One, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Also, an explosion may not be the best word to use because it is nothing but empty space carrying the nothingness of you into the formlessness of oneness. In other words, nothing happens. It is not necessary because you have never left oneness. It is impossible because it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Research from the University of California Santa Barbara has proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are built of layers, looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Although oneness is endless, it does not last forever. On the contrary, it lasts no time because it is one perpetual present. However, this never-ending story cannot be told in a world defined by time and space. You must leave that world to get it. Fortunately, when you do that, the only thing that ends is the belief in time and space.

However, reading this article, you still believe in a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added so that it seems there are different levels in a world defined by time and space. Within this context, it also appears as if there are levels of turning the outward-facing senses off and that the more the inward-facing senses take over, the more you have glimpses of Enlightenment.

Here is another glimpse of the mountain from the first photo, shot from another level. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, these glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One because there are no levels in that which is One. Nevertheless, the glimpses of Enlightenment slowly but surely undo the belief in differences, so someday you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, and since it is timeless so it takes no time to have the rest of the belief in separation undone.

If you, after having bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, reappear in a world defined by time and space, it will be as someone definitive without the formlessness of oneness. Yet you have vague memories of it, and that is enough to know there is no more than that which is One, wherefore all experiences are fake because it takes more than one to experience something.

To sum up: When partially turning off the outward-facing senses, the inward-facing senses is only partly triggered, so you have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing as someone in the world of the outward-facing senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer. But then again, it is not really so because both the trailer and the film are something you experience. And the Enlightenment of that which is One, bid welcome by completely turning off the inward-facing senses, is experienced as that requires more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The technique for tasting oneness (see the previous article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them), Alexius likes to do during the day. He does not do it for the taste of it, but for the indifference it induces.

Being indifferent, he is not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of Enlightenment, provided he is not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outward-facing senses. If he is involved in something which demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of Enlightenment.

In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if he is in it. It is more like sitting in a cinema, imagining being in the world on the screen.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This image of the same mountain, as in the other pictures in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses of it and that they are all coloured by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is One is not coloured by the one experiencing. It is impossible to do that since it would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the Enlightenment of that which is One. Yet, describing it via vague memories is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, it can be like momentarily dying from the world of the outward-facing senses. So if you are occupied by something there, it can be disconcerting.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Glimpses of Enlightenment, which many mistakes for the Enlightenment of that which is One, may leave you with the impression that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth, thus creating a better world. But neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual-minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world as they think it should be.

Instead of acknowledging this, most, who have had one or more glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One, start teaching how to make the world better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot.

For example, they may encourage not being conditioned so that you can be free in the present moment. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief that you are someone defined by time and space. However, it is not a fact, but a belief, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In a world defined by time and space, the mixing of things may work well for you. But not in the formlessness of oneness. Since blending something requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the Enlightenment of that which is one fences it off.

That said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits regarding defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of Enlightenment.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Here is yet another glimpse of the mountain in the other photos. This image is shot on the hill while driving down. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you perceive somebody to cheat or reject you or do something else judged as unfair, you choose to be mistaken. Hence you set yourself and others free from being defined by the world of the outward-facing senses. It is in your best interest to set everybody free, even though you think that they do not deserve it. Setting them free, the world of the outward-facing senses fades out and the door to the world of the inward-facing senses opens up. Thus you have glimpses of Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not find the Enlightenment of that which is One like you find like other things in a world defined by time and space. But when you do not try to find anything there is not something to hide, you are not someone definable but one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. In other words, no need to look for Enlightenment, but for what you use to hide it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is one is like being transported in a driverless car that is programmed to take you to your favourite aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is one, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one, and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Enlightenment and the glimpses of it are in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings described in a certain way. But elsewhere it may be described in another way – just like two persons often describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the Enlightenment of that which is One, or the glimpses of it, to be revealed precisely as described in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also, trying to extract a specific way to the Enlightenment of that which is One, or the glimpses of it from Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, will not help you. It is better to forget all words about it and thrust its light, sound, feeling, or taste to do its thing when you partly are willing not to be someone definitive.

Prologue to the inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and its glimpses

Updated June 27, 2022

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes more than one to have a vision, so no matter how impressive it may be, it is not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. It is comparable to a movie trailer, a sample of the whole, thus not undivided. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling something that seems physical. The world of the inward-facing senses can also be seen, heard, felt and tasted. However, you do not get a sense of something tangible but abstract. It is also here that you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

It comes through a hole that sometimes seems black. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole. But following the light into it is the end of both the outward and inward-facing senses. Hence the experience of something is over. Therefore, if you are aware of something, you are not in the Enlightenment of that which is One but outside, having glimpses of it via the inward-facing senses.

If you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, a world where there seems to be more than one does not seem to hide the enlightenment of that which is One.

You get inside the Enlightenment of that which is One when the glimpses of it are not perceived to differ because then is no separation to define you as someone definitive. Hence there is not somebody to fight the construction of thoughts that have replaced the formlessness of oneness with someone definitive is extracted by an exceptionally bright white light. Nor is there anybody to be aware of that everything you ever believed to be and have is gone. Consequently, there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Therefore, since what you believe in being has not been Enlightened, you appear to be the same if returning to the experience of being someone definitive. However, you do not believe this experience is real due to vague memories of formlessness. Hence you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Since the Enlightenment of that which is One has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – have a beginning and an end, so they can be experienced by someone definitive. This is done through the inward-facing senses, when the outward ones are toned down.

The outward and inward-facing senses
The outward-facing senses are geared to experience a world perceived as outside you, thus separated from you, whereas the inward-facing senses help you experience a world that does not seem to be separated from you. But it does not mean this world is inside you. There is neither anything inside nor outside of you, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one.

It is the same within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, because, scientifically speaking, it consists of empty space. Therefore, what you experience is make-believe – also reading reads that it may be easier to undone this deception by turning down the volume of the outward-facing senses, and turning up the volume of the inner ones.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you believe in seeing an ‘E’ here, you focus on seeing something recognisable to twist empty space into something. The empty space is not the formlessness of oneness, but when you do not imagine it is a world defined by time and space, no substantial elements seem to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PARTIAL DEVOTION TO THE INWARD-FACING SENSES RESULTS IN GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT
If you do not constantly focus on something specific, the outward-facing senses cannot fabricate the experiences of a world defined by time and space. Therefore, the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented by the abstract world of the inward-facing senses. Thus you get glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. You see light shows if you are visual-minded, hear ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and taste or feel it if you are emotional minded.

In the article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them, you can read how to see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is One.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses is to draw you into their abstract world, thus undoing the belief of being someone definitive – like a moth cannot help but follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is going to be the end of it.

Mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example. Just welcome the glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One that seems to come your way. But do not try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, go with that.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the Enlightenment of that which is One because it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean what you believe in being is transformed by the Enlightenment of that which is One into oneness. Instead, it is dismissed as an illusion.

Practically speaking, it might be best to downplay the visual glimpses of Enlightenment in daily life. It is because you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. But in most cases, you can safely go with glimpses of hearing, feeling or tasting hearing, feeling or tasting the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is a side effect that helps you not worry about its appearance and inevitable end. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE INWARD-FACING SENSES AND THE BODY
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body because it will give the body the peace it needs to heal itself. This may not include genetically caused diseases, though. However, due to the tranquillity, the inward-facing senses entail, a genetically created condition does not generate fear. Thus it is easier to deal with (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

But suppose the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses. In that case, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

TOTAL DEVOTION TO THE INWARD-FACING SENSES BIDS WELCOME THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses welcomes the Enlightenment of that which is One, which immediately erases all memories of you being someone definitive. As you are not there anymore and never were, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. Besides, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a process but one perpetual present.

But at first, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced your experiences as someone definitive is not finished. Thus it can be rebooted and recreate the experience of you as someone definitive. But since it takes more than one to be anything, the reestablished experience cannot contain the Enlightenment of that which is One. So although you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, you look like you used to. The only difference is that you know it is not you.

However, as soon as the Enlightenment of that which is One does not seem to be a process, the brain cannot be rebooted and, therefore, not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world. Hence there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

In the water but not of it. The image is grabbed from the web

IS THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE REQUIRED TO UNDO THE BELIEF IN BEING SOMEONE?
The Enlightenment of that which is One can be said to be the last step back to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it. Thus it is not about going back but realise how you hide the formlessness of oneness, namely by believing you are someone definitive.

As already mentioned, the Enlightenment of that which is One does that in a split second. But it can also be achieved while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is One (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home).

The empty breath (HACK #5, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss) syncs the outward-facing senses with the inward-facing ones, so you over time are able to devote yourself so much to the glimpses of Enlightenment that they do not seem separated, wherefore the Enlightenment of that which is One sets in.

You do not even need Alexius’ Duality Hacks to have the belief in being someone undone. All that is necessary is not to remember what and where you are because then there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that it leaves them no time to suppress anger and other feelings messing up the perfect image of themselves as somebody full of peace, compassion, inner strength and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping a specific feeling hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of its contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus loving somebody is as blissful as to hate them.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One before you give up seeing something specific. There is no transition from seeing glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and getting into it. And since it is one perpetual present, you do not know when it extracts all the info making you appear as someone definitive so that nothing is sucked into a black hole where it gracefully falls into the formlessness of oneness. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted which you prevent by going with the flow of fear. However, there is no fear in that which is One. It is impossible as it would require more than one. But it seems possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

MULTITASKING THE INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses probably makes you spaced out in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But suppose you have to do something demanding in the world of the outward-facing senses. In that case, it is best to only devote yourself to that, so the abstractness of the inward-facing senses does not mess it up.

However, you can also multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demands in the world of the outward-facing senses.

When you multitask the world of the inner and outward-facing senses, thoughts are not considered to be yours. Thus nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial regarding undoing the belief in being someone definitive  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath. See The empty breath syncs the inward and outward-facing senses.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything, so do not try to make sense of what you read.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of Enlightenment are something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of them or anything else, there is nothing to block out the Enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

WHERE DO GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT COME FROM
Physically speaking, glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One seem to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts near the pineal gland. It is probably also from there that you perceive the world when you are in a state of not-knowing.

The same applies when you pretend to be a person or perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is One. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well, physically speaking.

Furthermore, the pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Maybe the pineal gland or the eighth chakra is involved when experiencing glimpses of Enlightenment. You cannot know because you are blown out of the experience – and afterwards, you do not know where to look. And this is fine because focussing on the pineal will not bring about any of the above. It contracts the energy, so you feel boxed in as someone definitive. On the other hand, defocussing removes restrictions wherefore you do not feel limited to being someone specific.

The after-effect of ‘a state of not-knowing’ [under construction]

Updated June 29, 2022

The after-effect of a state of not-knowing is a certainty that the thoughts needed for being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one automatically are produced by the brain. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This article is a continuation of A state of not-knowing and how to get there.

THE AFTER-EFFECT OF A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING:
You need to return from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being somebody after 20 minutes, 45 at most. If not, there is nobody to repeatedly confirm that the experiences fabricated by the brain are something, wherefore they are exposed as nothing. Therefore, since there does not seem to be something keeping the brain together, it falls apart.

That is why you should return relatively quickly from a state of not-knowing to the awareness of being someone if you do not want to end that experience. Since the slate has been wiped clean in a state of not-knowing, you come back to the conscious experience of being someone without the desire to be independent. Hence you are free to follow the brain’s script. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

This feels like starting from zero, so you slowly stretch the body. But not in a systemised way with coordinated movement, breathing, and meditation. However, since it looks like Tai Chi or Qigong and most special seekers always hunt for something it can mimic to appear spiritual, they assume they will magically enter a higher state by imitating these slow movements in a focused mode. A state of not-knowing, though, does not arise from focusing but from defocusing.

Returning with the slate wiped clean from a state of not-knowing to the experience of being someone, the relationships you used to stand behind may seem dull, as you need to exploit others to appear special (read more about that here).

As long as the after-effect of a state of not-knowing lasts, which can be from a few seconds to several years, you rely on the brain to produce experiences of being someone in a tangible world – just like you depend on it to make the experiences of you as someone in a dream.

Going along with the experiences as the brain makes them, and not as you think they should be, feels like sleepwalking. It is effortless unless you break the magic of the after-effect and do things your way, which is very stressful. But fortunately, the stress can be used for a new take-off into the empty breath and the bliss of nothing, from where you again return renewed to the conscious experience of being someone.

You probably go back and forth between the consciousness of being someone and a state of not-knowing many times before you forget to return but welcome the enlightenment of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Each time you return from a state of not-knowing to the belief in being someone definitive and have forgotten the bliss of not believing in being that, the empty breath remembers it for you – also if you only remember the empty breath once in a while. And like it syncs being nobody with being somebody, so you can move around in nothing as if it is something in a state of not-knowing, it also does that in its after-effect. But of course, the ratio is different.

In a state of not-knowing, there is so little consciousness of being somebody that there is nobody to perceive the apparently different experiences to make a difference. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing. In the after-effect, the empty breath syncs the bliss of nothing with the conscious experience of something, so the nothingness is forgotten when you need to be aware of driving a car, for example. In other words, in a state of not-knowing, you are, first of all, nobody, and in the after-effect, you are somebody.

Be aware that there is no will to perceive anything in a particular way in a state of not-knowing. And the transition from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone is not noticed because there was not somebody to be aware of being nobody in a state of not-knowing. Nor do you not know that the bliss of nothing has wiped the slate clean, so your perceptions automatically are generated in sync with the brain’s script. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

But suppose the happiness this entails feels too basic compared with the vague memories of bliss that eventually pop up from nowhere. In that case, you may twist the brain’s automatically generated perceptions into something special that seems to extend the memories of bliss. Hence, you appear to be more exciting than a servant of the brain. And since the world wants to be fooled, they do not see that this is a show to hide you feel inferior.

Thoughts and feelings may seem distant in a state of not-knowing, but when you return to the consciousness of being someone definitive, they are very close. However, since they no longer are perceived as something but nothing, you enjoy the intimacy of nothing in whatever shape it appears to take. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To make long short, those making their own perception see the brain as their enemy. Thus they reject the happiness the brain infuses into its creations. And when they fail in making something better, they blame the brain. But those not altering the brain’s automatically generated perception of your reactions to its experiences are receptive to the shots of happiness coming from the brain. Hence they happily play the brain’s game of something, although they know from a state of not-knowing that the game is nothing.

Should you forget that and, therefore, start perceiving the experience of something as real, the frustration this causes can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, so you again have the slate wiped clean and return to the consciousness of being someone synced with the brains fantasy of you as someone substantial in a tangible world.

This does not necessarily mean the slate remains clean. Your conditioned way of reacting to something may be so deeply rooted that you return to a familiar pattern of responding. But, no worries, a quick visit to a state of not-knowing, and you start over again with a clean slate in the brain’s fantasy world of something.

Sooner or later, you feel so entertained by this fantasy that you forget to remember being someone. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

Where to find the bliss of ‘the empty breath’ [draft]

Updated June 24, 2022

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements, empty space takes over. This can, of course, not be illustrated, so this yin-yang illustration simulates the swing of the empty breath. Read more about that here. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is impossible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience of being somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states that the world we believe in feeling and seeing consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite also being empty space consisting of nothing substantial – is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world where we appear to be somebody definitive. Therefore, regardless what and where you experience in being, it is a mirage.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, the connection with the empty breath is established by going back one second from your present experience (see how in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath, and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ). One second ago your present experience was nothing. It had not been processed by the brain into something. Therefore, since there is not something to define you, when you go back one second, there is no difference between your nothingness and the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath, this becomes obvious. Hence you can go back as nobody in the world of something and have fun pretending to be somebody. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world that the brain spends a second fabricating from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a computer game because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing. And you have just a second to connect with the empty breath. Fortunately, it is plenty of time, provided you are willing not to attest to a world of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. But you believe in separation, so you need to connect with it if you want to be indifferent to the belief in being disconnected. See also, You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real.

Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

When you connect with the empty breath by going back one second from your present experience to the nothingness from where it was processed into something by the brain, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing. In this state, you do not pick up on the brain’s deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

However, this state cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive. When the experiences of something produced by the brain from signals perceived to come from empty space no longer are confirmed as real by the self, created from the same nothingness, the brain feels abandoned. Thus it falls into a coma.

But if you do not want to appear as a separated being anymore, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space as if you are someone definitive in a tangible world. Hence there is not something that appears to hide, there never was or will be anything but oneness since it is formless, thus endless.

So regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, a state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end pretty soon so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or tcompletely erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased by accidentally staying too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody comes to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach that point but long to be someone, fear of survival will set in. This is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back to the experience of being someone definitive, where they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories emerge.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? But since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, an illusion fabricated by the brain, an answer would make the fantasy real. The same applies to asking who has invented this illusion or who chose to undo the belief in being someone. If this could be answered, the illusion would be real. In other words, there is no answer to anything because everything experienced is constructed from nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

How not to be deceived by the brain’s experiences of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing cannot be answered. The question is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first concerning the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else – is that they believe to be defined by what they know and want to remain like that rather than nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing, entailed by the empty breath, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which further explores the above.

IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a millisecond to register the signals, it imagines receiving from the sensory system this very moment, what you consciously experience right now happened in the past because the brain has used one second more to process those signals into a conscious experience of something it expects you to perceive as real because if not, you are exposed as nothing.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken the brain one second to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read it because one second ago there did not appear to be something covering up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is nothing.

As this means you are never in the present but in the past, and as it is nothing, there is nobody there to perceive the apparently different experiences of something to make a difference. Therefore, since they do not establish a world where there seems to be more than one as real, it is exposed as nothing. Consequently, when going back one second in linear time from your present experience, there is not something that seems to separate you from the empty breath.

See how to connect with the empty breath in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath).

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self that, through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations, makes up an exciting story about itself, stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just five per cent of the brain is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. However, much more space is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world around us, thus seeming to confirm we are somebody in it. See also The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

It seems that if the brain cannot deceive us into seeing something where there is nothing, it falls into a coma after 20 minutes, 45 at the most. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe in being are stored in the brain, this belief is terminated.

Therefore, if you want to return to the belief in being someone, you cannot stay too long at a time in a state of not-knowing relatively. However, this is not a problem because most leave a state of not-knowing as soon as they enter it. Their urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted that it paves the way for the brain to break through a state of not-knowing with images of you as someone becoming and having more and more. Compared to being such an amazing person, being nobody in the transparent bliss of nothing seems uninteresting.

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. But this is not a problem when connected with the empty breath, as it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Therefore, a state of not-knowing is left by imagining you are and can do amazing things. However, it is hard work to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off into the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within an irregular circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does the empty breath feel like?). Once having been with the empty breath, it automatically syncs the inward and outward-facing senses, regardless you have left it. Thus the sense of tranquillity in the inward-facing ones helps you get through the sense of turbulence in the outward-facing ones (see The empty breath syncs the inward and outward-facing senses).

This does not mean it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outward-facing senses, but it becomes apparent that it makes no difference what you seem to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

The brain automatically fills in the missing pieces in this image to make you see two triangles. Thus you probably disagree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears, and the other one appears fragmented.

Since the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing that we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of oneness.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. This automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath, which takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered our present experience of something.

This does not mean that the empty breath is the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to be something. But, metaphorically speaking, it is the door to that which is One.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

When the brain, now and then, screens out what you see so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong with you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that now and then, throughout the day, you are blind. This is because the brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. You do not notice that you are blind for two hours a day because the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time they were recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world. Therefore, since it does not match how others see the same events, you conclude that something is wrong in your story or in others. Hence you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

The more you appear successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped to come out with a better version of you. Yet, no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that you are the author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not the author of a dream. Neither are you in it nor is the dream in you. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain cannot make the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, the brain cannot establish the everyday consciousness of you as someone definitive. However, this does not mean that your awareness as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus, nobody is aware of the bliss of not believing to be someone. That is why it is like air walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

WHEN DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. The latter continues to process what it claims to receive from the sensory system as if it is something instead of nothing. Still, since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

So, although a world where there seems to be more than one looks the same when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not perceived to make a difference. Therefore, since there is no knowledge of being someone definitive, there is nobody to be happy, sad or anything else. This does not mean that there are no thoughts and feelings but that nobody relates them to them as if they make a difference.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

The problems you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be but from the belief that you are there. Hence the solution to all problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the body, where you appear to reside, again and again, drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But since every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

In short, the connectedness with the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief in being someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals, in the sense that no thinking is needed. The result of being horny, though, is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive.

This is not to say that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, if you do not hold back, but are nothing but orgasmic.

Although the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it because it requires more than one to connect with something.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. This may feel like being stuck inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothing.

However, if not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but being that and nothing else, there is nothing to define you as something. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

The same applies to choosing something. Therefore, to not enhance but have the belief in separation undone, you do not select the empty breath or anything else. And since you are nothing without the choice of something, you are in the flow of the empty breath.

NOTES:

What does ‘the empty breath’ feel like?

Updated June 24, 2022

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since the empty breath is not definitive, you cannot experience it in a specific way. Yet, it can be felt in undefinable ways anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently the same, although it is always there.

You can feel the empty breath in many ways within its non-definable frame of a ball-like thingy,  which top passes through the head – or above it – and the bottom through the stomach or below it. It is not explicitly experienced inside or outside the body, so it is not an out-of-body experience. Besides, such an experience is based on the belief in being someone in a body, and the empty breath undoes this idea. Read more about that here. Hence it is a no-body experience. This does not mean that you do not take care of the body and the world around it when connected with the empty breath, but that you are indifferent to the outcome.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears disturbing. But trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying to do something is to delay do it. Thus you want to be disrupted.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else in a fixed position. Everything is constantly moving, so the experience changes from moment to moment. Maybe it is felt in the stomach or chest or outside the body. Should your experience differ from Alexius’ description, go with the flow as it comes to you.

FEELINGS ARE SUBJECTIVE
If you are future-minded, you might experience the empty breath coming from in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it might be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath because contrary to you, it does not need to be acknowledged in a particular way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, or outside the body, it carries out its purpose, which is to make you indifferent to your experiences.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to its indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, its experience may quickly change and differ from those described in this article. No worries. Connecting with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive but going with the flow. You only feel obliged to do ‘the right thing’ when you want to make a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

Alexius has manipulated this scientific illustration on the internet to give you an idea of the simultaneously circular movements inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath.

A BASIC INTRO TO THE NON-DEFINITIVE SHAPE OF THE THE EMPTY BREATH
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with oval circles moving inside it. But contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside it. They are countless and all have two waves shaped like a yin-yang sign inside them. You cannot see those waves in the simplified illustration to the right but in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that its edges are blurry but that neither size nor shape is constant. It may get bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels more pear than egg-shaped. It has no up and down, and the apparent centre of each of the circles inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating, so there are many non-fixed centres.

The innumerable amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath is located vertically and horizontally plus in between, with each of them having yin-yang-shaped waves inside them. But the circles are actually fused into one yin-yang-shaped movement rolling in all directions – a bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or the two last animations of this article.

However, since that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality into more than one, most probably do not feel the totality of the empty breath but one of the many circles inside it. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consist of many different movements in their size and shape, everything is fused into one single move. But since this can be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

Maybe it comes in a circle going vertically from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if it seems to go the opposite way, by all means, follow it.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. But the circle can also expand its diameter, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum further above the head. Since the latter circle metaphorically goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

These are just samples. You may experience the circle bigger or smaller, for example from the heart to a point above the head. Or perhaps you feel it somewhere else, for example from the left to the right side of you or anywhere between this and the location mentioned above. You could also feel it horizontally. But no matter where you perceive the empty breath, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived as substantial (read more about that here).

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang-like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one way to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to ways of feeling it, then a more detailed description of each of them.

Be aware that feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more because the empty breath has nothing to give but the sheer bliss of emptiness.

A BASIC INTRO TO WAYS OF FEELING THE EMPTY BREATH
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (see the section The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article The indifference of the empty breath wash out conditioning) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to float on clouds of bliss. In contrast, the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of the empty breath is more like being moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below section The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing the two yin-yang-like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

These categories are not meant to limit you to experience the empty breath like that, but to inspire you to go with its flow.

d76fd0833b28d1db146c08a2dd2057d91-2

Each of the non-definable circles inside the cloudy ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consists of two free-flowing yin-yang-like-looking waves (without holes). They govern the physical breath, so it is not about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath. It may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang-like waves, more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

SURFING THE EMPTY BREATH
In the illustration with the red circles pictured above to the right, you see a simplified simulation of the empty breath. You cannot see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does the illustration reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre, and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves that you can surf. The waves look like a yin-yang sign without the holes (see the above image). They are colourless, so the colours in this image and the others in the article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the breath expands the body, you surf the outside of the yellow wave vertically from the stomach and behind the body up into the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the stomach while the breath is contracting the body. That is, if you are sensing the waves in a circle going vertically from the back to the front of the body.

In the above intro to the empty breath, there is a more detailed explanation of how the circles containing the waves are arranged. As mentioned there, the circle can be smaller and bigger, and the direction does not matter. And besides surfing the two yin-yang-like waves in a vertical circle, you can surf the waves in a horizontal circle or anywhere in between.

No need to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you. Doing that, you forget the physical breath. Hence it can take care of itself without you trying to inflict it with ideas of wholeness, balance and whatnot.

Maybe the most ecstatic way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other, more or less aligned with the breath extracting and contracting the body. However, many other joyous ways may be revealed when you go with the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outward-facing senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is something he imagines based on pictures.

As already said, you can surf the waves of the empty breath in both directions. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness, so you become less interested in returning to the conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to pass through the head but on top of it and below the abdomen.

That sets the body free, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to integrate the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend the material world with the immaterial world of a dream or vice versa. It does not work. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

Since it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one it is possible to feel something. Thus the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

SURFING THE EMPTY BREATH TO HEAL YOUR PROBLEMS
Alexius usually join the flow of the empty breath without thinking about direction and whatnot because, in his case, it primarily results in the sense of indifference. However, it is possible to be pickier. For example, if you worry about the past or feel pain in the back, you can get a massage by continuously surfing the whole wave behind you and leaving out the wave in front of you in a vertical circle.

Should you want to be grounded, you surf the full horizontal wave in the lower half of a vertical circle passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you. You could also choose the bottom wave in a vertical circle going from the left to the right side of you – or the wave in the lower half in one or more circles between the two others mentioned. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe in being is nothing, so is the empty breath. But unlike you, it has no need to conceal its nothingness by appearing as something specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you see you are a fantasy made from nothing.

Suppose you want to enhance being impulsive or deliberate. In that case, you respectively surf all the way around the wave to the right and the left inside a horizontal circle going around the head. In a circle that also is horizontal but around the chest, you can surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest to ease the restricted feeling in the chest caused by imagined emotions there. Surfing both waves but only on the side aligned with a horizontal circle around the head or stomach is excellent in the case of vertigo.

Should you have tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you surf the whole wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a horizontal circle in that area. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not behind and in front of you but on your sides. The size of the circle, thus the waves, adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Should this release sadness, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

Sometimes problems like spasms are the body’s way of shaking parts of it into a position that benefits the whole. In such case, spasms should not be healed, of course. But if that is not the case, you can use the empty breath to calm down the spasms.

It may call for surfing another combination of other waves, for example the whole wave in front of you in a horizontal circle going around the abdomen and a complete wave in front of you in a vertical circle from the head to the stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or whatever seems beneficial regarding getting through the problematic areas.

The empty breath is also beneficial for alleviating allergy symptoms or the symptoms of IBS and COPD, for example. However, it may not heal these or the aforementioned physical sicknesses because Alexius’ Duality Hacks aims not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. Read more about that here. But since that frees the body from your domination, it can often heal itself. That said, if you want that, it is best not to use the empty breath but instead be used by it and trust it gives you what is in your best interest.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is impossible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. However, this animation may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels like it comes from the blurred curved line between the two shapes of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign, the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but a non-definable ball, in which there are many similar circles with each their curved line. Depending on where one of these circles is experienced to be located, the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this. Although the swing of it is magnificent, its experience often is that it is very laid-back in expanding and contracting the body.

THE SWING OF THE EMPTY BREATH
What is said above about surfing the empty breath generally also applies to feeling the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body. There the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two yin-yang-like waves is sensed as a swing that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line feels less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breath. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Surfing the empty breath is done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, whereas the swing of it is the movement of the curved line between the two yin-yang-like waves in any of the circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front concerning the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

The circles with the swing of the empty breath are more egg-shaped (see the illustration). But you will not notice that because it is only the swing of the curved line inside inside ‘the egg’ that you feel, probably in a way that does not seem logical. Breathing in, you may solely experience the swing of the empty breath in the bottom of ‘the egg’ and breathing out, in the top of it – or the other way around, or only in the bottom, or the top. You can also experience the whole curved line going back and forth or up and down simultaneously.

Like the other ways of feeling the empty breath, it presupposes you acknowledge you are not in control. Using the technique for the taste of life, you automatically lose control because, whether you taste it or not, the method is beneficial for defocusing. And without focus, you are out of control. Read about the taste of life and focus versus defocus in The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all the egg-shaped circles simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as if everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly becomes a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm with much force that expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle. It probably seems slower than you are used to – unlike the operator of the empty breath, which is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball. Even though the particles of this force are moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos because that prevents you from focussing on anything specific. Hence you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

THE OPERATOR OF THE EMPTY BREATH
Besides feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing yin-yang-like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy is not rhythmic but irregular at the root of the empty breath. Yet, it is the force behind the constant rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits and where you are not defined as someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be that a take-off into the empty breath will take you to this aspect of it – and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outward-facing senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath, but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed inside and outside the body. It is often easier to feel its subtle but erratic energy outside of the body, where the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness but go with its fleetness, you feel like a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you probably are transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you often land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you, out of habit, try to focus on the empty breath to hear its transparent sound (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

Hearing/feeling the sound of the inner breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing to separate you from where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hearing or feeling the sound of the empty breath, you seem transparent as if there is not something separating you from other appearances in the world of the outward-facing senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE TRANSPARENT SOUND OF THE EMPTY BREATH
Just like the rhythm of bass is heard and felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ‘so’ when it expands the body and ‘ham’ when it contracts it.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ‘so-ham’ comes from the nose but at other times, it is sensed from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside nor outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with the body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass because it cancels out the feeling of being in a body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is because you do not perceive bodily experience as specific when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here). Thus there is no inside and outside and nothing to define a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it becomes evident that it is unreal. But like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you know it is fictional, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same even though you sense it is an illusion. However, your relationship with it changes. Being someone in such a world is all pretence – like it is, within that reality, when you pretend to be in the world of a game. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

ello-optimized-08ff975b

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body does not function anymore.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in its operator, so there is not something specific to stop the Enlightenment of that which is One from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you naturally float into glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. The visual-minded will experience this as visions of light, and the auditory-minded as ethereal harmonies. However, if you are more emotional-minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang, and The Word of God symbolise or taste its sweetness. The glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One are revealed as the Enlightenment of that which is One if not interpreted to differ from each other. See the article The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

The connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing. Therefore, since there is no notion of separation, the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin-yang animation (please ignore the holes in the waves and imagine it is completely full of waves) may give you an idea about the simultaneous movement of the yin-yang-like waves inside it.

THE CONNECTEDNESS WITH THE EMPTY BREATH IS A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like because it is a state of not-knowing. So Alexius had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone to compile distant memories of how the empty breath feels. Hence, his writing about it may seem patchy and confusing. If so, do not try to correct your disorientation but use it to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you experience it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, as only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, your memory of it is personal. Therefore, you may have different memories from those of Alexius.

If still confused, you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off into the empty breath is preferable because he can help neither you nor himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus, you better read about it until you can hardly stay awake. Then go to bed, forget what you read, close your eyes, and most likely, you feel the empty breath one way or another. Indeed, the feeling will rapidly change. That is, if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, you miss the empty breath.

However, your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed to connect with the empty breath. And you can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run or talk. But you cannot bring about the empty breath by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. Instead, it is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say that techniques cannot be helpful with toning down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in a tangible world does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. But unfortunately, most forget that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music, it triggers.

The look of these sound waves reminds me in some ways of how it feels to be connected with the inner breath.

The look of these sound waves reminds Alexius of how the connectedness with the empty breath often feels and how that makes him indifferent to the apparent differences in the world experienced outside him.

NOTE ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind when they made these images – but probably not. Except for the three last ones, the animations are grabbed from Electromagnetic Plasma Energy Light.

Epilogue to HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it will end by itself [draft]

Updated June 28, 2022

Though new agers believe that a world where there seems to be more than one is unholy, they worship unique people and places in it as if they are holy. This is like believing parts of a computer game are real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Alexius’ Duality Hacks come to him as ethereal harmonies. And it is not before he hums along with it that
words about hacking the belief in duality rapidly and unorganised float into his computer.

That which is One has only one word and as it takes more than one to say or hear something, it cannot be said, thus neither heard.

When Alexius asks the source of the ethereal harmonies, which he calls Gu∂ruång, if a specific hack is finished, there is no answer. This could be because it takes more than one to reply, and there is no more than that which is One, so any statement is fake. At least, this is why the words making up Alexius’ Duality Hacks are meaningless. However, if you get that, they have fulfilled their purpose: to expose there is nothing in a world of duality.

But when the natural flow of words stops, and Alexius goes on writing using phrases from his default vocabulary, the duality hacks may seem to uncover something real. This can be compared to when Alexius speaks Spanish, which is not his native language. Whenever he is out of Spanish words, he tries English ones, hoping they are similar. They often are, but at times they are off. Another problem is that the ethereal harmonies make Alexius so spaced out that he forgets to put words together in alignment with them.

Maybe that is why he at present spends time adjusting Alexius’ Duality Hacks, so all the words reflect the nothingness a world of something is made from. Most likely, though, there is no other reason for the fine-tuning other than this is what he is directed to do at the moment.

Alexius every now and then forgets to remember to exist as someone. Thus nothing bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, since he returns from it as something he is not the Enlightenment of that which is One but one who is to be compared to it.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius has not realised oneness, neither has anybody else because it takes more than one to accomplish something. For the same reason, although he has bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* he is not enlightened.

Nevertheless, he has vague memories of forgetting what and where he seems to be, so nothing prevents a light brighter than anything to undo the experience of ever having existed as someone. Hence nobody sees the light is absorbed by a black hole with no beginning and end, and, therefore, no definitive shape to hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. Here you can read about the ins and out of a black hole.

Consequentlyy, he is neither in the formlessness of oneness or anywhere else. Yet he appears to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one who is compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.*

Others are trying to put words together about duality and non-duality. But since most of them have not bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One,* they imagine non-duality can be realised in a world of duality. However, this is a denial of non-duality because it is formless, thus endless, wherefore there is no duality.

When the special self sees similarities between new age teachings and Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it is wishful thinking. New Age philosophy is based on the idea that what you believe in being can be improved. In contrast, the foundation for Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that whatever you believe to be is an illusion. Thus there is nothing to transform. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This also applies if their guidance is based on glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One* because glimpses, just like movie trailers, are flashes of the whole but nothing like it. See The Enlightenment of that which is One and glimpses of it.

But they seem to believe that a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One* and their interpretation of it combined with secondhand knowledge from ancient scriptures will put non-duality into effect in a world of duality. However, since it takes more than one to manifest something, what they get is not that which is One but that which is not one. Furthermore, since it also takes more than one to understand something and their teaching is based on realisation, they enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One instead of undoing it.

Since it takes more than one to be conscious of something, everything you experience is exposed as make-believe. This includes the idea that the brain or something else is making the experiences and that someone is aware of them. Nevertheless, you have fun appearing to be in a world of duality. It is like playing a game.

Fortunately, the application of Alexius’ Duality Hacks does not require any understanding or effort. On the contrary, they apply themselves while reading about them if you do not try to understand them. In other words, the less you know, the more the belief in duality is undone.

Years ago, Alexius and his sons had much fun playing different board games. By following the flow of the games, they naturally came to an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
By following the present stream of thoughts to the very end, what and where you appeared to be according to the stream is over. This may be a big change, maybe the end of the body, but mostly it is a small modification. But Alexius was remodelled when he followed the stream of thoughts down the mountain deep into an ancient forest where he was stuck without food and water for two days. After being wired up by a helicopter and spending more than a month in hospitals, he was not into hiking anymore but writing duality hacks (read more about that here).

Finishing the writing of HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end, which is a new add-on to his duality hacks, seems to be the end of the stream supporting writing new ones. Instead, a stream backing his basic trait as a storeroom manager appears to have taken over, so the creativity of writing is replaced with the seemingly more tedious process of refining what he already has written. However, none of that changes, he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that, which is One because that is not an appearance.

Nor does it change that the duality hacks are not his or anybody else’s. Their content can be compared to water running from a tap, which in this metaphor is his buddy Gu∂ruång. Alexius is the empty glass that picks it up and shapes it into what you read. This was originally called Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, then also The Duality Hacks and recently only Alexius’ Duality Hacks.

But no matter the shape and the name, the flow remains unchanged. It cannot be altered, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One. For the same reason, it is a metaphor that Alexius is a medium for the flow shaped into Alexius’ Duality Hacks that somebody else read. Nevertheless, as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, there seems to be more than one involved in undoing this belief.

Devotion makes the world fade away – or rather your belief in it. What remains is that which is real. You do not need a guru or a mantra to be devoted. You just need to follow your natural instinct of losing that which is not you. This automatically happens when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to – it might be a mundane thing like a cat, the body of a person, a specific computer game, a sunset or something less mundane like an angel. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
In a way, the kick starter to writing Alexius’ Duality Hacks was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who was changing her clothes in front of Alexius on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of his physical attraction to a woman much younger than him, he dived deep into the flow of the attraction. Physically speaking, nothing happened between the woman and him, and he has never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind Alexius’ Duality Hacks.

This voice is not physical but somewhat transparent. It can be compared to an ascended master, but not one of those ‘rosy’ ones who want you to help make a better world. Gu∂ruång that Alexius has named this energy, does not want to deal with the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in it, including astral ones and whatnot.

Ultimately the world where we appear to be is an illusion, also Gu∂ruång, Alexius and you. There is nothing but the formlessness of that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. But while we appear to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be somebody definitive, so in that context, Gu∂ruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances. Still, in reality, they do not exist as two, nor as one, because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is One.

Somehow, this image, which Alexius saw on the internet, reminds him of Gu∂ruång, the ‘voice’ behind Alexius’ Duality Hacks. However, Gu∂ruång does not look like something because he resides in nothing. That is why the contact is so subtle that it seems like nothing, and Alexius, therefore, goes ‘alone together’ with Gu∂ruång on the way without time and space to that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius does not force his will upon his cats, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling him or following a higher voice. But that they sense he wants to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of him.

Likewise Gu∂ruång wants to take care of Alexius, as if they part of each other, although – just like Alexius and his cats – they are very different in terms of appearances but not in content.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not channelled from Gu∂ruång. It is rather that Gu∂ruång is writing them without his personality interfering with it. Ideally speaking, it is like that, but as Gu∂ruång does not know English, the writings depend on Alexius’ knowledge of it. As the formlessness of oneness is wordless, he must search for words he can use for something that cannot be expressed.

When he is short of words and still wants to go on, part of an article might be coloured by his past conditioning – especially the endings, because he has a romantic idea about a happy ending. However, it seems that a happy ending for Gu∂ruång is when there is no awareness of the beginning and end.

More about Alexius’ non-physical buddy, Gu∂ruång in Notes on Alexius, Gu∂ruång and a world where there seems to be more than one.

Even though waves have different lengths of life and may look like they differ, they all consist of water. Therefore, as they all contain the same, none of them has something that can make them more special than the others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
On the set out of writing HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it will end, Alexius used other people as role models for the special self. Chatting with others about something, they shamelessly declared their egoistic intentions. Thus thought he got all he needed to write about the special self.

If not perceiving the apparent difference between you and others to make a difference, you recognise, like in a dream, you are alone together. See hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home.

However, without experiencing feeling self-import, the writings about it seemed speculative. Thus he had to pretend to be an egoistic Alexius to base HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it will end on experiences. So when he says you cannot escape the hell of self-discipline required to uphold a perception of being special if you are afraid of losing something. And this you are, as long as you believe to be and have something special

From experience, Alexius can also say that the special self avoids being part of the whole. Instead, it concentrates on those elements, which it can manipulate into admiring it for being unique. Those the special self cannot control, it claims are dominating. This is all done in an attempt to escape its self-hatred. When not succeeding, the special self considers letting go of something because that confirms it is in control of itself.

In other words, restoring the basic self and being in the duality flow does not come from letting go of something. Nor does it come from avoiding anything or doing something in particular but from being willing to apply Alexius’ Duality Hacks. Since they reveal every reaction is dualistic, feeling lost, in love, or whatnot is twofold. Hence you always feel complete. Eventually, so much that you can have the belief in duality wholly undone.

In the process of having the belief in duality undone, the entertainment of this belief is beefed up by Alexius’ Duality Hacks. Eventually, you feel so entertained that you forget duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 5: The direct way to the duality flow
While pretending to be the special self to write about it from experience, Alexius found dark parts in the self he pretended to be that it had hidden from its awareness by pushing forward a light version of itself. Therefore, the description of the special self and psychosomatic disorders in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end is not only based on observations of others but also on the repressed darkness that he pretended to have revealed in the process of writing.

This is not meant to say that everything heavy or dark belongs to the special self. On the contrary, everybody contains darkness and light since everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. But unfortunately, the special self always tries to exclude the negative part of a pair, in this case, darkness, so it appears full of light, although it feels incomplete without the darkness. On the other hand, the basic self feels fulfilled and thus incredibly relaxed because it is inclusive. Actually, inclusiveness is a shortcut to the duality flow.

Most have an ongoing internal chat with themselves, where they compliment and denigrate themselves. Read more about that here. If you are not in the duality flow, the brain needs this to happen to uphold the illusion of dualism. Thus the conversation is automatic. But that is very disturbing if you believe you are in charge of your life. Therefore, some try to silence the inner dialogue with meditation, and others distance themselves from their inner talk. Some keep themselves so busy that they seem to be above it or talk so much that the internal conversation is drowned out. Whatever they do to avoid it, the result is feeling incomplete.

But if you do not avoid the dialogue and thus include it, you see it is twofold. For example, »should I do this or not?« is a typical discussion going on repeatedly. When you do not worry about the result but go back and forth between yes and no, you realise you are in the duality flow. In other words, when you do not care about something specific but the flow between that and its counterpart, you are in the duality flow.

The flow often goes back and forth between right and wrong. But that is not important. You do not need an intellectual understanding of the specifics in play. There is no meaning to be found in them. A world of duality is about polarity. Thus, following opposing specifics’ interaction in your internal conversation, you are in the duality flow.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Entering the duality flow like that, you surpass the experience of something specific, being perceived as ‘it is what it is’ to reveal its counterpart, thus that it is twofold, as described in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end. Instead, you enter the duality flow directly by neither picking up happiness nor sadness, for example, but their interplay.

Alexius could write a whole new hack about the direct way to the duality flow. Should he, or should he not? It is a perfect question to initiate the experience of the duality flow. You do not get a specific answer, though. Nevertheless, it makes you feel so good that you do not focus on specifics but defocus on their interaction. Hence you laughingly follow the duality flow. However, practically speaking, it seems that, per December 2021, Alexius does not write new duality hacks but upgrades those already published.

You can also use the energy of your unedited internal conversation to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, thus having a break from duality. See hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

APPENDIX ABOUT PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE:
In 1972 Alexius returned from the Enlightenment of that which is One as nobody. So he could only remain in a world where there seems to be more than one by pretending to be somebody. This also applies to the years before the Enlightenment because we are all nobody pretending to be somebody separated from others.

However, he was not aware of that before he bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Therefore, the article Alexius’ childhood is based on his memories of believing to be somebody instead of pretending it. But as you can read in the article, he already began to grasp everything is pretence. You can read more about pretending in HACK #1, Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

*) You can read about the Enlightenment of that which is One in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Notes on ‘the duality flow’ [draft]

Updated June 29, 2022

Comparing desiring for something with the drawback of getting it is a typical interplay of opposites in a world of duality. Going with this interaction, you feel complete, thus indifferent to the outcome. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When your attitude to something is single-minded, you get a specific peak experience. But this does not go on for long because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. Thus being at the top is soon replaced by being at the bottom. On the other hand, if your approach to something is dualistic, you do not head specifically for the top but the constant interplay of the highest and the lowest. Thus you are the duality flow, which may not be as exciting an experience as solely being at the top. However, it continues to amuse you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The duality flow does not depend on the specific elements in a duality pair but on the resilient energy between them – like the springy drive that makes a yoyo going up and down.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You either breathe in or out. One excludes the other. Yet, they pave the way for one another. That is the way of the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you feel you have nowhere to go and do not perceive it as a singular state of mind but a dualistic one containing nowhere and everywhere to go, you are in the duality flow. The same applies if you go with the interplay of irritation and relaxation. But the duality flow is not about the opposing elements in the duality pairs but their interaction. That is what makes you feel complete – just like it is the interplay of breathing in and out that makes you feel alive.

And like the opposing elements in the breath depend on each other, so do the components in other duality pairs. Thus you can only feel positive when contrasted with negativity. So if you are not in the constant interplay of positivity and negativity, what you believe in feeling when you claim to be positive is a concept conjured up by distancing yourself from negativity via meditation, for example. This is like separating yourself from either breathing in or out. You need them both to survive.

To make long short, the solution to everything in a world of duality is to keep the duality pairs intact so that the duality flow can vitalise you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That something is ugly is not a fact, but how you have decided to perceive it. This singular Interpretation prevents you from seeing it as it is. Everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality, so what you see is as beautiful as it is ugly. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not have to choose between good and evil in the duality flow. They compliment each other. Therefore, since one is not better than the other, there is nothing to judge, thus not something to establish fear as a specific feeling. Instead, you feel it is interacting trust.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being in the duality flow, you forget about what you used to be. It was based on single-minded concepts, and you are not someone specific in the duality flow but relative to the constant movement between opposites. See also The basic self is relative to the brain, thus without egoistic intentions.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Everything comes in pairs of opposing components that lean on each other in a world of duality. Thus splitting them into independent elements to hold onto just one of them is impossible. Yet, it is possible to imagine you can get rid of your negativity by projecting it onto others to appear solely positive yourself. However, since this mental stance is achieved by repressing part of yourself, you feel sluggish. On the other hand, following the duality flow brings about energy because the constant interaction of opposing elements is the natural state of duality.

If you are into being and having the best, the duality flow experience may be a continuous movement between the best and the worst. Should you want to be spiritual, the motion is most likely between that and materialism. The duality flow could also go between hope and hopelessness or between whatever you hold dear and what you fear.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since the perception ‘it is what it is’ reveals that every experience is twofold and you are in a world of duality, it brings about completeness. However, as everything comes in pairs, completeness is coupled with incompleteness. No worries, you are neither whole nor fragmented but in the constant motion between these opposites – just like when one end of a see-saw goes up, the other goes down.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When someone is hurt in a movie you watch, you may also feel pain and relief when the problem is fixed. But since the film is not perceived as real, it seems entertaining to participate in its ups and downs. This is how it is to be connected with the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you need to prepare for something automatically in the duality flow. Should things not proceed as you expect, you are not afraid of getting upset because you know everything comes in pairs. Therefore, since your concern is complemented with unconcern, the duality flow continues. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Having established ‘it is what it is’ as your default perception, you are always in the togetherness of the duality flow, thus feeling plentiful instead of needy when separating the duality pairs into separate components.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The satisfaction you get from being in the duality flow is not like what you get from something perceived as specific. This is because you are always afraid of losing that, whereas it is impossible to lose the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, there is no sense in searching for something specific. This is such a relief.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want the satisfaction of the duality flow, it is essential not to focus on anything specific. The same applies if you wish to undo the belief in duality. Therefore, since the perception ‘it is what it is’ cancels out anything specific, you kill two birds with one stone by applying it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the opposing elements in the duality pairs is essential. Instead, their interaction matters because it constitutes the duality flow. You will follow it when you are tired of feeling incomplete.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A long time ago, Alexius conditioned himself to hide his sorrow behind justified anger and disgust. That changed when he did not try to hide or rationalise his grief but perceived his reaction to it as ‘it is what it is,’ Then, he sensed that a little boy was floating on waves of sweet nectar inside his sorrow.

Therefore, since he saw sorrow was paired with mellowness, he did not try to fence off the grief anymore to feel good. Actually, sadness automatically triggers the happiness inside it. Hence being in the interaction of happiness and sadness became his basic experience of the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Going with the duality flow, hate does not make you frown but smile :) Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Importance is a single-minded notion that has been separated from its counterpart. Hence it brings about loneliness. But in the duality flow, importance interacts with unimportance. Thus you get togetherness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling good is not a matter of making the body relax but how you perceive your reaction to its condition. For example, if your response is irritation, you assume your body is its source. But you cannot improve anything in the body so as not to feel disturbed because the problem is in your perception. This does not mean you instantly feel relaxed if you perceive your reaction to the body’s condition as ‘it is what it is,’ but you see relaxation is coupled with unhappiness. Hence you feel relaxed if you stand by your irritation instead of blaming the body for it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Having followed the duality flow for some time, the specific state of mind you used to conjure up to feel at ease is forever out of reach. Now everything is seen as twofold. What this means, you do not know. Nor do you care because you feel complete by the constant interaction of opposites. Hence there is no need for a specific state of mind or perspective to escape feeling disturbed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the duality flow, you feel complete, so although you may seem as clumsy as ever, it does not make you feel wrong.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you succeed in letting go of your hatred, you also get rid of the ability to feel love because everything comes in pairs of opposing elements that define each other. Hate defines love and vice versa, so you cannot have one without the other.

Therefore, to quickly get back the love you have discarded by projecting your hate onto others, you perceive ‘their’ hate as ‘it is what it is.’ This reveals it is coupled with love. And since you can only see what you have, you feel the togetherness of love and hate inside you. Read here about quickly bringing back your repressed emotions by seeing them in others.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is relaxing and energising, not to control your appearance but go with the duality flow – as you go with the flow of the waves when swimming. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Your response to something is not singular but twofold when you are in the duality flow. Therefore, since nothing is considered distinctly right or wrong, nothing is seen as problematic. But since most people are identified with their problems, they hang onto them by maintaining their conditioned views of right and wrong, although it makes them feel imprisoned. However, they can have their problems and still feel free if they do not judge them as precisely right or wrong but instead go with the interaction of right and wrong. For example, if you appear to be clumsy and do not judge that to be right or wrong, you have your problem, but it is not problematic.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being intuitive, you do not try to interfere with the brain. Thus you are in the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

We usually do not think about how to digest the food we eat because it happens by itself. You do not even have to plan to prepare a meal when in the duality flow.* It may not occur, though, in the systematised way you were used to but in the spontaneous way of nature. It does not plant seeds in rows to get the most in return but enthusiastically throws them everywhere to see what happens. Nor does it build something totalitarian, such as Bauhaus or construct a meal in a categorical style like Nordic. To make long short, following the duality flow** is never definitive.

Therefore, although preparing dinner seems more unpredictable, you can count on having fun because your experience is in sync with the present moment. But if you repeat the same procedure another day, it will not feel like a comedy. Every day is a new surprise. That said, there may be a period of transition where you try to hold onto your old single-minded perceptions of how to cook. When it does not work, thus triggering old feelings of despair, you are about to cry.

The solution is not to stop the discomfort but to stand by it, so the definitive meaning you have decided it has can be perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ This reveals your opinion is not singular but twofold. And since you are in a world of duality, it makes you feel complete. Eventually, so much that you realise you are nothing but appearance. Hence there does not seem to be someone to hide that non-duality is all there is and always was.

That said, you neither have to plan your dinner yourself when not in the duality flow because the brain is always in charge. If the making of the dinner seemed to go according to your plan, it is because you, in retrospect, interpreted it, so it turned out as hoped for. Just like you shape a chaotic dream with words like patterns, displacement activity, unity, synchronicity and karma so it seems consistent with your point of view. However, editing your experiences is exhausting, and it makes you feel incomplete. But going with them as they are is effortless, you feel complete because you gry the interaction of opposites, thus the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The opposing elements in the duality pairs you encounter are equally valued in the duality flow. Thus it is probably the closest you get to being singular in a world of duality. This might be why the more you are in the duality flow, the more you forget to believe there is more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

At first, it may seem confusing to be in the duality flow. It is like having vertigo. But, fortunately, without the visions of the world spinning around you. Inside you, there is constant movement between opposites. Thus nothing definitive you can use to navigate your way in the world. No worries. There never was. It was just something you made up to feel in control. Now you know that was a lie. Hence you are free to go with the duality flow.

But getting to this point may be difficult for those who consider themselves spiritual. They often hide their feelings in an attempt to appear detached. But if you do not feel your emotions, they cannot be perceived as ‘it is what it is.’ Hence they remain as specific feelings in the dark, and you go on in the benumbed state that

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the constant interaction of opposites, making up the duality flow, it is equally entertaining to be somebody as nobody.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius’ Duality Hacks logically concludes that since it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless, thus endless. Consequently, there is no more than that which is One. But since it takes more than one to read this, you believe it is possible to be and have more than one.

No worries, continuing as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you honour your choice to believe it is possible to be and have more than one. Hence you are in a position to undo it. If you do that by bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is One, the undoing does not occur gradually but straight away without warning (see hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One).

But since the temporal length of an event is an illusion, you may take your time and begin following the duality flow so you can enjoy appearing to be and have more than one until this experience, like anything else that has a beginning, ends without any effort of yours.

*) This is not to say that you never need to think ahead to get something done. But thoughts for that come automatically when you are in the duality flow.

**) Actually, preparing something is not more unpredictable when following the duality flow. It only seems so because when not in the duality flow, you cut off everything from your awareness that does not confirm you are in control.

Notes on feelings [draft]

Updated June 28, 2022

Pinching yourself in the arm, the brain registers a physical feeling. Hence you conclude, you are alive. But since the brain creates the experience of the physical sensation, this conclusion does not prove you exist as someone substantial in a tangible world outside the brain – just like regardless of where you experience being in a dream, you are not there but in your bed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

»If you’re sitting in a safe and comfortable position, close your eyes and try to feel your heart beating in your chest. Can you, without moving your hands to take your pulse, feel each movement and count its rhythm? Or do you struggle to detect anything at all? This simple test is just one way to assess your ‘interoception’ – your brain’s perception of your body’s state, transmitted from receptors on all your internal organs … There’s a constant communication dialogue between the brain and the viscera (internal organs).«

The above test if the connection between the brain and the body works in you. It is from an article in the Guardian, Interoception: the hidden sense that shapes wellbeing. Like in Alexius’ Duality Hacks the article concludes that many people have cut off the link between the body and the brain. And since the latter controls the body, it is left without guidance.

According to Alexius’ Duality Hacks, this connection must be re-established so the body parts do not act independently of the brain but work as a group governed by it. But the article in the Guardian has another conclusion. It says you need to master the body, and in doing so, you are in touch with its signals and thus your feelings because they are in the body.

But believing you are the master is the root of the problem. To become a master, the natural connection between the body and the brain must be cut off to take over the governing of the body and impose your ideas of what you are and feel. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

This is ridiculous because what you believe in being and feeling is based on selected experiences produced by the brain. You are nothing but a product fabricated and conducted by the brain. Thus feelings do not come from the heart, like you may claim, or anywhere else than the brain. It governs the body and what you appear to be – also if that is perceived as spiritual.

For sure, you fall off the planet if you interfere with gravity. And you mess up the body when you disrupt or meddle with its ongoing communication with the brain. In short, in the game of duality, the brain is the game master. You cannot change that, but you can have plenty of fun following the game master. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, to feel good as someone in the game of the brain, you must step aside and let it do its thing. This does not mean you do not engage in the game but that you have no intention of changing it. Like when you play a computer game. You cannot change it. But since you are engaged in the plot, you feel entertained.

To spell it out, you are not a master but a servant. You serve the brain by perceiving your reaction to the experiences it produces as ‘it is what it is’ because that reveals your response is twofold. Therefore, since the world of the brain is dual, you are in sync with it, which feels natural.

However, if you do not want to play the game of duality, you are free to leave it. But you cannot do that unless you play it. And since participating involves feeling it dualistically, we go on in the below looking at feelings.

As usual, we do not begin anywhere specific or end with a conclusion. Alexius’ Duality Hacks has nothing to establish because they know they are as illusionary as anything else in a world of duality. Still, reading the below ragbag of clips may help you see this includes what you believe in being.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This article is not about Enlightenment or the reality of oneness, but the duality rules because you have opted for duality instead of non-duality. And to undo this decision entirely, you must live fully with the duality rules. Fortunately, this is easy when you do not suppress aggression, for example, but go with the interaction of that and peace as you go with breathing in and out.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot breathe out before you breathe in and vice versa. In other words, you cannot have one without the other. This is how duality works. Everything comes in pairs. Acknowledging that, you feel complete. But if you try to divide the pairs into separate elements, you feel incomplete.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To prevent being touched by the duality flow, you make sure everything in your environment is adjusted to the rules of Feng Shui or another totalitarian system. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is of no help to deny feelings and instead focus on their energies if you want to undo the belief in duality because it is based on feeling it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The main reason most suppress negative feelings is not the fear of others but of themselves. This is because they fear negative feelings are dangerous to express. It often starts in childhood. For example, when Alexius was a kid, his father beat him if he said or did something his father judged offensive. Thus Alexius was afraid to voice his negative emotions accidentally.

But just like the negative pole in electricity is as important as the positive one. You need negative feelings as much as positive ones in a world of duality. If you avoid the negative ones, you deteriorate, whereas you blossom if you approve of them. Read more about that in Alexius’ Childhood.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since that which is One is formless, thus endless, that which is you is the same. Therefore, appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. And so is any perception of oneness there. Yet, many try to replicate it by having one love, one home, one god and so on.

However, a world where there seem to be more than one needs contrasts to be experienced. Thus everything comes in pairs of opposing elements. You cannot change this. But you can suppress negativity, for example, to appear indivisibility positive. But since this singleness is constructed by excluding something, it is not based on oneness but on separation, wherefore it entails loneliness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You will be mistaken about yourself if you do not side with both up and down. Feeling down without getting the interaction of that and going up, you feel sad. Mainly going up and using it to deny feeling down, you feel insecure. But if you go with the interaction of up and down, you are not definitive but relative. Thus you are neither happy nor sad but happy/sad. However, only for a moment because another soon replaces that polarity, so you keep feeling vitalised by the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not breathe in and out to find a balance between expansion and contraction. Neither do you need to find a balance between body and brain. What you need is to let the brain do its thing so you, in a laid-back fashion, can enjoy being someone in its game of duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To feel something definitive is to separate. Hence you stop separating when you do not insist on feeling something specific. This is done by perceiving the meaning you assigned to your response to something as ‘it is what it is.’ This reveals that what you decided it meant is not set in stone because its counterpart complements it. So if you thought you were sad, it turns out you are also happy.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling wrong is your own decision because your emotions are shaped by how you perceive your reaction to something. But if you decide not to perceive your reaction as specific, the brain automatically takes over and perceives it as ‘it is what it is.’ And since the brain operates in pairs, your reaction is twofold. Therefore, as sadness is paired with happiness, you are in the interplay of happiness and sadness. This polarity, like any other, makes you feel complete.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No matter what you plan, visualise or realise, everything plays out as programmed by the brain. You have no say in that. However, it is your choice how to perceive it. So if you feel you suffer, you have chosen to perceive the brain’s play in a way that seems evil.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you hand your interpretation of something over to the brain, it will shape it so you feel entertained because that is the purpose of everything it sets in motion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not project psychological issues onto the body, they do not seem to be hidden from your awareness. Hence you can perceive your reaction to them as ‘it is what it is,’ revealing it is twofold. Therefore, since nothing specific seems to make you suffer, there is no pain to project onto the body. Instead, it stays in the psychological sphere. But not for long because it is an airy sphere, so everything there is fleeting.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you believe you suffer because of something, you are mistaken. Suffering comes from the way you have decided to interpret something. Therefore, if you suffer, you have chosen to assign specific experiences with a meaning that seems hurtful.

It is not solved by changing your interpretation but by not insisting that it is definitive. This you achieve when perceiving your conditioned explanation as ‘it is what it is’ because that reveals it is not on its own. Instead, it is coupled with its counterpart. And since everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, you feel at home when you realise your interpretation is twofold.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It´s very easy to choose not to store thoughts, so you are empty, if you don´t have a need to uphold a certain image of yourself.

If you are full of thoughts, you are busy assigning meaning to your experiences. However, none of your experiences means anything. Their only purpose is to entertain you. Being that, there is no need to look for thoughts to explain something. Hence you do not have a bad time. On the contrary, you feel amused. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

None of your psychological feelings is caused by something or somebody in the world that appears to be outside of you. Nothing but yourself has the power to make you suffer. So if you feel desperate, there is something going on in you which bothers you because it disturbs the image you have made of yourself. In other words, if you do not want to suffer, do not try to be somebody specific.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since what and where you experience being in the world of a dream is not there, the effect it seems to have on you is produced in yourself. The same applies to what you feel in the physical world. Your memories cause all feelings. Anger, for example, only appears to be caused by a world outside of you because you project this and other feelings onto it to construct a coherent and meaningful story, where your feelings seem to prove you are alive. But your story is just as absurd as your dreams.

There is nothing to learn from your experiences, whether they seem to be dreamy, mundane or spiritual. Their only purpose is to make you feel entertained, which they do when perceived as twofold.

The above does not mean that physical life is a dream because, within the context of physical life, someone has a dream, but nobody has a physical life. Oneness is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing physical, nor anybody making a story about it as that takes more than one, and there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Should noisy music from the neighbour seems to make you upset, it is not because of the music but the feelings going on in you at that moment. If your response to those feelings is perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ it turns out to be twofold. Hence you feel disturbed but also stimulated. This interchange of opposites is the duality flow. Read more about that in the following articles.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To feel is not to exist because it takes more than one to feel something, and life is that which is One. In other words, it is not possible to feel something unless one imagines being in a world where there seems to be more than one. Can you feel it? Of course, you can. You are reading this. That means you think it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, and you uphold this illusion as ‘real’ by feeling it.

You undo this mistake by acknowledging what you feel. Next, you perceive your reaction to it as ‘it is what it is.’ This reveals your response is not singular but twofold. Then, you do not focus on the two elements making up your reaction but go with their interaction, which is the duality flow. Remaining in that, you feel so complete that, eventually, the experience of more than one is dismissed as real.

CANCELLEX You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 3
