The basic self cannot be changed, but it can be perceived as special [draft]

THE BASIC AND SPECIAL SELF PLUS THE ROGUE CONSCIOUSNESS:
You are effortlessly synced with the basic self when not suppressing feelings by holding back the breath or altering its natural rhythm via yoga, for example. And since very few thoughts are required to maintain this synchronisation, they do not seem disturbing but encouraging.

That is, until the consciousness, the brain has installed in the basic self to be aware of itself, decides it knows better than its maker, and plots to change the basic self into a special one. However, shaping and maintaining a special self requires a more complicated construction of thoughts than the simple one accumulated by the brain to create and uphold the basic self.

Therefore, the rogue consciousness perceives one of the brain’s experiences so scary that fear makes you hold your breath long enough for thoughts to be imprisoned in the gap, from where they force their way out by multiplying themselves. Then, having escaped, they continue their frantic multiplication, which pleases the rogue consciousness because it needs lots of thoughts to make a special self come into being, appearing free from the brain.

But in a world of duality, all thoughts come in pairs of opposing elements to define each other, for example, right and wrong. Therefore, since you cannot have one without the other, you are never solely right or wrong but a bit of both. However, the rogue consciousness does not want the elements in the duality pairs to collaborate because it wants to set up a self that is solely good with no traces of evil.

To disconnect the opposing sides in the duality pairs into distinct elements, the rogue consciousness first imagines a judge determining which emotions are specifically good and evil. Then, an executioner punishes the bad ones by excluding them from the new self, so it looks uniquely good and has that feeling of being special.

When not interfering with the few thoughts, the brain keeps circulating for you to have a continuous experience of being a basic self, it feels entertaining being someone. But it feels frustrating if you make a perception of the basic self that twists it into a more special self. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But when good and evil are separated, they cannot define each other, as they do when collaborating as a duality pair. Thus you do not get a genuine but conceptualised experience of good and evil. Nevertheless, that suits the rogue consciousness fine because, with emotions cut off, the special self can mentally decide what good and evil feel like, thus being the master.

However, it is hard to constantly suppress genuine feelings to experience good and bad in a thought-up way – or twist experiences into a collectively agreed concept of having a good time. Besides, the suppressed emotions mess up the natural flow of the breath, thus the stream of thoughts used to keep the body healthy, wherefore the body seems inflicted with psychosomatic illnesses. So although the special self probably appears as good as planned, it does not genuinely feel good.

On the other hand, the basic self feels as good as bad because it does not break up the duality but goes with the interaction of their opposing elements. That does not mean that the basic self is perfect, but it feels complete in the duality flow regardless of appearance. Read about that in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you must always choose something to uphold the illusion of separation. Therefore, not choosing anything, the illusion falls apart. That might be easier to do if you stick to being the basic self because it houses so much happiness that, sooner or later, you forget to choose. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE WORLD IS A CONSTRUCTION OF FRAGMENTED THOUGHTS
You can compare the formlessness of oneness to having just one thought, which is pure peace. But the harmony is over when that thought is divided into two thoughts: one that looks like a Person, land another one that looks the World. To uphold the illusion of more than one, the division goes on.

The thought called the World is divided into black-and-white aspects. And the thought called a Person is divided into a Judge and an Executioner. Thus the World causes a Person to have black or white experiences. Then a Judge deduces which ones are right and wrong, and the Executioner punishes the World for the wrong ones.

When that is carried out, the Person feels good because it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess that separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. But since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

But since oneness is formless, it cannot be divided into more than one, except in fantasy. Thus the communication between the different elements of right and wrong is an internal dialogue in one Person. However, the Person projects parts of the fiction onto something perceived as outside of the Person. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected onto something perceived as evil in the World outside a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

That said, it is impossible to fantasise about something specific because oneness is formless. Besides, since that means oneness is endless, there is nothing but that which is One. Therefore, the above explanation is as fictitious as anything involving more than one. However, in the context of the belief that there is more than one, Alexius makes up stories that may help you realise they are as fake as everything else experienced because it takes more than one to be aware of something.

With that in mind, we go on with the brain’s fantasy of you as someone in a world of duality:

The special self keeps returning to Facebook or similar media, where messages and likes confirm its specialness. But, if not continually established as unique, it starts doubting itself. Hence it loses its sense of control, which it fears more than anything else. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

BEING IN SYNC WITH DUALITY OR NOT:
What you believe in being is a construction of thoughts compiled by the brain into pairs of contrasting elements, such as happiness and sadness, to define each other. When in sync with the ongoing interaction of opposites in a duality pair, you do not want to separate them because the interaction makes you feel complete.

But you are not in sync with duality if negative thoughts are judged as wrong, thus excluded from the perception of yourself to appear solely positive. Without the awareness of negativity in yourself, there is nothing to define your positivity. Hence, nothing turns you on.

Being out of sync with duality occurs when the consciousness that the brain has installed in the self goes rogue and makes a special perception of your present experience where the elements in the duality pairs do not collaborate to define each other. Instead, they are separated into individual aspects, so you can decide to only feel love for someone and hate for another, for example.

However, since love is not defined by hatred anymore, you do not genuinely feel love. Instead, you cling to a thought-up version of it. The same applies to hate. And since you believe your single-minded notions are real, you clash with the world because it consists of duality pairs.

Fortunately, you can correct that by going with the interaction of love and hate. You do this by perceiving your single-minded idea of either love or hate as ‘it is what it is’ because this reveals love is in hate and vice versa (read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. But instead of accepting that, you probably accuse the brain of ruining love. However, since you are a product of the brain (read more about that here), your disapproval is a condemnation of yourself.

When the brain wants you to run, it uses the biological system to signal the body. It starts running regardless you are a basic or special self. The basic self, as always, feels entertained by following the brain’s commands. But the special self loathes the brain and its simple ideas of entertainment and thinks it knows better, even though it does not know who it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

TEMPTED TO BE SPECIAL:
When the consciousness of the basic self goes rogue, it responds like a spell checker to the calm stream of thoughts coming from the brain. It automatically interprets it so the self, which initially was made and administered by the brain, seems self-made, thus independent of the brain.

But since the rogue consciousness interpretations of the stream of thoughts are single-minded, thus out of sync with duality, the stream runs wild with ideas for getting more.

At first, this turbulence seems scary to the basic self, but the rogue consciousness convinces it that it is for the best because now you have endless possibilities. Besides, it promises that by being special, you are independent of the brain, thus able to arrange everything your way. That often convinces the basic self to trust the rogue consciousness’ corrections. However, it does not tell that you must spend many years in school learning to label its modifications to be unique in predefined ways.

Both the basic and the special self is a construction of thoughts. But whereas the basic self is simple, the special self is a complicated construction made to sow discord by insisting on being better. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, appearing independent and special is complicated and exhausting, whereas being basic is uncomplicated and vitalising. Therefore, if you want to have a good time while appearing as someone in a world of duality, use one or more of Alexius’ Duality Hacks to enter a state of not-knowing. It wipes the slate clean of all misperceptions, thus restoring the basic self. Since it is relative to the brain, it is in sync with its experiences as they are and not as they could be if you were a special self following a specific philosophy. See, The basic self is relative to the brain, thus without an egoistic intention.

In other words, as the basic self, you have fun going with the duality flow, contrary to the special self, which is imprisoned by specific concepts like being positive. That said, once established as a special self, you probably keep going back and forth between being special and basic until you do not need to feel something specific but settle for the fullness of twofoldness.

Strangers in the night

The world is fabricated by bits and pieces.

The world is fabricated by bits and pieces, so some seem substantial. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In old scriptures, being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is often compared to being in a world of darkness. As someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, Alexius knows this is literally so. The world we believe to see is a construction of thoughts added together to make it look like there is something where there is nothing. The below story illustrates this:

INVENTING TO SEE A WORLD IN THE DARK
There ar
e no streetlights outside Alexius’ home, so when he wakes up in the middle of the night, the only thing ‘lighting’ up his home is the stars or the moon.

Still, it is easy for Alexius to find the way to the toilet without electrical light. He has learned where everything is and can use certain things as navigation points so that they seem to ‘light’ up the way. But it is all imagined and put together by trial and error. Actually, he stumbled quite a few times, learning to ‘see’ his way in the dark.

But he cannot ‘see’ anything other than how he has thought up. Maybe he can learn ‘seeing’ beyond that if he studies how to do it. But what he learns to ‘see’ will be another fabrication because the other rooms are also entirely in the dark.

The way from his bed to the toilet can be compared to everybody’s way in a world where there seems to be more than one. You seem to see something and then go from that to something interpreted as different. But you move in the dark. Whatever you think you see, you have learned to define like that (read more about that here). Without this knowledge, there is nothing to see. Neither is there anything hidden or something to be understood except that everything you believe in seeing is a construction of thoughts (read more about that here).

WHAT IS FABRICATED DOES NOT EXIST
When you do not care to find a way through the darkness, what you have learned to see disappears – also darkness because the Enlightenment of that which is One set in. It is not a light that can be compared to the sun or similar artificial sources that lights up something. There is nothing to light up because there is no more than that which is One, and it takes more than one to see something.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
You can compare welcoming the Enlightenment of that which is One to making a video call from your computer to that which is One. There is so much light on the computer screen that you cannot see it or anything else until the call is over, and the screen again simulates a world where there seems to be more than one. However, now you know it is a fake, so when you go on like before as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is something you pretend. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

’The Enlightenment of that which is one’

Updated January 29, 2023

Why do the flowers sometimes blossom on the street outside Alexius’ home? The answer is simple. It is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write about bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PREFACE
Most books or lectures about The Enlightenment of that which is One are based on speculations of how to exclude something judged as darkness to becoming full of light. But to exclude is to separate, thus enhancing the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the Enlightenment of that which is One.

ONE PERPETUAL PRESENT
The Enlightenment of that which is One
does not result in spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. On the contrary, it results in nothing because it takes more than one to cause something.

Since it also takes more than one to return to that which is One, it is impossible. However, since the same applies to breaking away, you have never left oneness. That is why it does not know that you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The Enlightenment of that which is One can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the brain gives up separating the trip into different appearances. Consequently, since there is no separation to establish you as someone definitive, there is nobody to experience being brought back to what was never left, namely the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The Enlightenment of that which is One undoes the belief in more than One. Metaphorically, it takes you on a ride in a fairground carousel, moving so fast that the brain gives up producing different images of the trip. Hence everything is fused into one bright light. However, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a light that lightens up something. That calls for more than one, and so does being someone.

Therefore, since this experience is wiped out by the Enlightenment of that which is One, there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. So when Alexius talks about the Enlightenment of that which is One, it is not based on experience but on vague memories of something that cannot be experienced.

Reading his memories, you may get the impression that the Enlightenment of that which is One is a sequence of events happening in linear time. But everything ‘happens ‘simultaneously. However, that cannot be described in a world of linear time, nor that it is still ‘happening.’ Hence his description might be a mix of several ‘excursions’ from linear time into one perpetual present.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is One. Thereafter the nothingness of you is sucked through a black gap into the formlessness of onenes. But most try to avoid loosing their identity by establishing the black gap as something known like a black hole. Thus they remain someone definitive and cannot be sucked through the gap that is too small for something to enter. Instead, they have glimpses the Enlightenment of that which is One on the way back to a world where there seems to be more than one. Unfortunately,  many mistakes those glimmses for being Enlightened. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is One is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is One. They are merely ways to hold you spellbound so you so you do not resist all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by the enlightenment of that which is One, whereafter nothing definable is sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius. The enlightenment of that which is One was bid welcome in its most known aspect, namely light. Much later the other aspects – sound, emotion and taste – was also bid welcome. But never mixed. It is impossible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is One, as that requires more than one.

Alexius assumes it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one.

TO WELCOME THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
When Alexius was 22 years old, he welcomed the Enlightenment of that which is One after intensely having worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving back and forth the streets continually looking for customers slowly turned into something less definable and more blurry. And when he came home early in the morning, Alexius had no energy to establish a focused image of himself in a world defined by time and space. Thus forgetting what and where he was, he was not aware of a transition to the spiralling show of psychedelic light that did not seem to come from anywhere and to suck him into nowhere.

Suddenly a black gap with no fixed location nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo, popped out of the psychedelic light show. And then an utterly colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to form as a ring with no defined boundary inside the black gap’s edges, which apparently was a hole because colourless light exploded out of it.

The light absorbed everything. It was everywhere and yet nowhere. Without any mention, it knocked out the concept of Alexius being someone, somewhere, so nothing gracefully kept falling through the void into the formlessness of oneness. Alexius cannot recall it precisely because the thought construction shaping him was left outside the black hole, which was not black inside, nor a hole but a never-ending void of emptiness with the nothingness of him forever falling while swimming in a space that was not there – and then, in the exact moment of forever falling, it never happened specifically because everything co-occurred. In one perpetual present, he did not enter oneness because he never existed as someone separated from that which is One.

There is no more to add than oneness is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary, it is neither big nor small because it is formless, thus sizeless. And it is not filled with anything since that requires more than one. One more thing: leaving thoughts at the edge of a black hole may be a twisted memory. And, of course, it is a metaphor to say oneness is on the other side of a black hole because it is formless, thus without inside or outside.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius seems to remember a spiral around a black hole in the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, he does not remember it exactly as in this image – maybe because everything was moving extremely fast or he was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment, so short that it was not conceivable, white light inside the edge of the black hole – much brighter than the colourful light around it – exploded into a bright light that erased everything definable. That is why he cannot report what ‘happened’ after being sucked by formless light through a shapeless black hole into that which is One. Nor can he find an image on the web that can illustrate his vague memories. Fortunately, you can go there yourself by not establishing yourself as someone definitive who is somewhere specific. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE IS INEXPLAINABLE
When Alexius welcomed the Enlightenment of that which is One, he was not aware of doing that. Actually, he had never heard about it or a black hole. Fortunately, he did not define anything because otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space. Thus the description of falling nowhere through a black gap into that which is One is made retrospectively.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were. However, calling a black hole a path into oneness is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance nor an exit to that which is one. In other words, describing the Enlightenment of that which is One is impossible because even though so much goes on, nothing definable happens because it is one perpetual present.

To welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, you do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in a ‘deep sleep’ as Buddha supposedly said. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One. However, concentrating and focusing on achieving something specific does not work because anything definable fends off the Enlightenment of that which is One.

NOTES:

When you forget what and where you appear to be, ‘the Enlightenment of that which One’ sets in

Updated January 29, 2023

_IGP9809-Edit-5

Praying, meditating, fasting, dressing in exotic clothes or being with special people in unique places does not welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because doing something implies that you are somebody. But if you forget what and where you are, there is nobody to fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it takes more than one to be aware of something, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced. Consequently, nobody can tell you what it is or teach you how to bid it welcome. But over time, you can learn not to welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, thus paving the way for the Enlightenment of that which is One. That is the function of Alexius’ Duality Hacks except for the Enlightenment of that which is One. It terminates the experience of more than one without delay.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not use the word Enlightened to describe someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or loftier from the Enlightenment mentioned in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is the Enlightenment of that which is One, and it requires more than one to become anything.

Since it also takes more than one to know something, it ends everything you are aware of. That takes a split second or maybe more. It cannot be known because, without consciousness, there is no time. Thus no experience of past and future to hide, there never was or will be anything but one perpetual present.

Most, however, return to the awareness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one before their consciousness is wholly gone. They avoid it by justifying their fear of destruction with that which is One. Thus they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Therefore, if you do not want to fend off the Enlightenment of that which is One, do not project your fear onto it but include the horror of termination as it is. However, not by embracing it, since that establishes you as someone definitive, but by completely being frightened and nothing else. Then there is not something to define you as someone. Thus nobody to prevent the Enlightenment of that which is One from extracting all your memories of being someone being, leaving them at the edge of a black hole that consumes the emptiness of you, so nothing gracefully falls into that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The return to that which is One does not involve transformation but the destruction of you, so if you are into realising your self, awakening, living in the now, coming from the heart, and whatnot, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not for you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you are visually minded, you seem to return to that which is One as bright light. But if you are more into listening, feeling or tasting, you seem to return as sound, touch or taste. That said, you do not actually return to that which is One because you never left it. It is impossible since doing so requires more than one. But in the context where you believe there is more than that which is One, you seem to return to that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness applies to that which is One but a world where there seems to be more than one. However, nothing there is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Hardly anybody welcomes the Enlightenment of that which is One. But they may like to have glimpses of it because, contrary to the Enlightenment of that which is One, they are experienced without having one’s consciousness erased. Thus you can make up a story to fool yourself into thinking they have awakened or transformed you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is not something to awaken from or return to, nor any awareness to achieve because there is no more than that which is One – and it takes more than one to do something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As already said, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced by somebody. That is why the description in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings comes from somebody having memories of being nobody, falling through a black hole until there was nothing to enter because that required more than one. In other words, although the Enlightenment of that which is One is impersonal, Alexius’ description of it is personal. Consequently, he cannot promise his description of the Enlightenment of that which is One is correct.

But he can guarantee that the descriptions can neither be replicated by you nor him. This is because first, it takes more than one to reproduce something, and second, there is nothing personal in the Enlightenment of that which is One. See also The ins and outs of a black hole.

Nevertheless, his descriptions of the Enlightenment of that which is One may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive. Part of that is to forget everything you have heard or read about Enlightenment – including what you believe to read here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No particular posture or surroundings are needed to avoid being affected by thoughts. All that is required is not to be concerned about the outcome. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A particular body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening or whatnot is not needed to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because it does not enter the body, aura, chakras or anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, it undoes all experiences, including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot. Hence there is nothing but that which cannot be experienced: the formlessness oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts that seem to have the power to hide that which is One when you perceive them as something specific.

Hence you may conclude it is best to stop thoughts. But they are not what hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. Instead, it is a belief that they establish you as someone.

Correcting that is not about doing something but about not doing what you do to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One, namely taking thoughts seriously. By not doing that, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained. Therefore, since they cannot establish you as somebody, the Enlightenment of that which is One set in. That said, if there is the slightest belief in being someone, you will not want to be sucked into a black hole and as nothing descend into that which is one. Chances are you immediately return to the world constructed of thoughts because you still cherish one or more of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody will know if you have bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Knowing it requires more than one, thus overlooking the Enlightenment of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of Enlightenment can, for example, reveal the birth of a universe. However, it will neither be experienced as if it is outside or inside but nowhere and everywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You do not stop thoughts to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Instead, you ignore the meaning attributed to them. That does not mean you become aware of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It is impossible to be conscious of the Enlightenment of that which is One since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

For the same reason, you are not in the Enlightenment of that which is One anymore if you return to a world where there seems to be more than one, nor have you been changed or transformed. Yet, there are vague memories of not being anything, so you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When someone only partially bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, one has glimpses of it. Maybe spaced-out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, and other exciting things. Still, it is something you are aware of, so it has nothing to do with the Enlightenment of that which is One. Neither if you hear, feel, nor taste it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One is an invitation to pass through a hole so narrow that only nothing can pass into a void with no time and space. The spot seems black until a light brighter than anything else extracts all thoughts collected to fabricate an identity of someone specific and leaves them at the edge of the black hole, so there is nothing definable to float into the formlessness of oneness gracefully. In other words, nothing is joining that which is One. The reason for this is that you have never left it. That is impossible because there is nothing outside of oneness since it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Falling through a black hole into that which is one can be compared to falling in love in the sense that nobody is falling. It is as if you are without weight or substance and forever float through an empty void with no beginning and end. And yet it ends, but when it does, it starts because oneness is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

The image is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that holds you together as someone specific is left at its edge, and the nothingness of you is sucked through the black hole by a highly intense light into that which is One. In other words, the last thing you see is a black hole. Then you are no more and never were because it takes more than one to be someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you believe in seeing something definable, it seems to hide the formlessness of oneness. Thus all you need to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One is to stop focusing on something specific.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One is neither light nor darkness or anything in between. Yet light is used to extract all the thoughts used to make up the experience of something, so there is nothing to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is One. However, there is no other side because there is no more than that which is One. Therefore, this explanation only makes sense as long as you believe in a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One and afterwards dismiss the vague memories as nothing because what is formless, thus not definable, cannot be shared as something. In other words, since the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be part of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is often dismissed as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not bring you back to oneness. It is impossible. That which is you is no different from that which is One, and since it is formless, thus endless, there is nothing outside of it. Consequently, you have never been left oneness – only in fantasy.

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not change this imagination but heals the sick belief that it is real. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly because even though the memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: there is no more than that which is One.

So if you look for something big and supernatural that will support you and help you to become more spiritual, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not for you. It does not have anything since it requires more than one to have something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you accept your life is not rational, you do not look for coherence. Thus it does not frighten you not to understand the Enlightenment of that which is One. Therefore, since you happily forget to make sense of it, no meaning hides that which is One.

Those gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or another ism manifests their specific group by excluding everything out of line with its principles.

First, they divide the world into right and wrong. Second, they eliminate everything judged wrong by projecting it onto other groups. Third, since the other groups are seen as evil, they start fighting them.

When the fight is over, the winning group claims to be the right one. »By doing the right thing, we have established we are the best,« they say. But they only seem to be better because they have projected the worst in themselves onto the losing groups.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not a new doctrine where you have to change or get rid of something to become better. It confirms separation, and Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo the belief that there is more than that which is One

A JOURNEY WITHOUT DISTANCE TO THAT WHICH IS ALL INCLUSIVE
When Henry Ford invented the automobile, he did not update but outperformed the old horse-driving carriage type of transportation.

Likewise, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not an update of ancient meditation methods, added soothing sounds, shaman sticks and whatnot. Alexius’ Duality Hacks are built from scratch, founded on the haste of modern-day life, so you rapidly enter a state of not-knowing, undisturbed by the belief in separation. In contrast, meditation does not progress at all because it is based on excluding something, thus enhancing separation and the suffering it entails. Besides, life is all-inclusive, so exclusion is a denial of it.

hack #3.1 Inclusiveness sets you free from duality does not require you to sit in a specific position with eyes closed or be with special people in unique surroundings. Instead, you include whatever you experience wherever you are. You cannot go wrong, not even if you forget to be inclusive, because then you include your imperfection. Hence you are at full speed on a journey with no distance to that which is all-inclusive, namely, non-duality since it is formless, thus endless.

When the contrast of noise and silence has been cancelled out by completely including one side of this polarity, the apparent difference in a world of duality between noise and silence is not perceived to make a difference. Thus you are in a state of not knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INCLUSIVENESS CANCELS OUT SEPARATION
Being Inclusive starts by acknowledging separation because otherwise, there is nothing to include. For example, you focus on these black letters to separate them from the white background so that you can read the article.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you fully bring back the white background into your awareness. That makes it impossible to focus on the black letters, wherefore there is no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the two sides of a contrast cancel out each other. Therefore, since there is nothing specific to experience, thus nothing to make the experiencer definitive, the belief in separation falls apart.

You do not have to be aware of both sides in a particular contrast to include them because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, like two sides of a coin. Therefore, if you include the side you know, the opposite side is automatically included. See also Inclusiveness is the bliss of nothing.

Another way to put it, nothing can be experienced without its contrast. Therefore, if you devote yourself so much to a problem that there is nothing but that, there is not something to define it. Consequently, there is no problem.

Inclusiveness is a bit like falling in love. Everybody looks lovely.

Although Alexius’ cat, Uma, is dead, their love affair continues because Alexius has included his experience of it. However, physically speaking, it is over because Uma has returned to the nothingness from where she seemed to arise. Therefore, since they are together in the bliss of nothing, Alexius and Uma walk a path without time and space into that which is One, accompanied by soundless meowing. Of course, Alexius and Uma are alone together, including everyone who appears as someone, because there is no separation in nothing. Read about that in hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INCLUSIVENESS IS LIFE FOREVER
Alexius had a cat, Uma, who died in his arms. Even though she was only eight months old, he felt they had been close together for years. So for a long time, he woke up crying. He tried to find relief in the memories of their time together, but when the images of Uma started to fade, he realised he was on the wrong track.

In Alexius’ memories, Uma seems definable, but she is not definable anymore. So instead of hanging onto the memories of specific images, he included them. Therefore, since they became boundless, the feeling of Uma was in everything. Hence there was no loss to mourn.

When he forgot that, his grieving only resulted in fleeting memories, making him feel broken. Hence he returned to the stable feeling of Uma in everything. He did that by not blocking the breath from going through the muscles involved in crying. Therefore, since the muscles softened instead of cramping up and making him cry,* they did not preserve his relation to Uma as something specific somewhere definitive.

However, when Uma is everywhere, she is also in Alexius’ memories. Thus he can enjoy the memories of his physical moments with Uma like he enjoys the ongoing non-physical experiences of her within him. That does not mean Alexius and Uma are at one. They never will be because oneness does not come about by adding more than one but by undoing the belief in more than one. Doing that, there is neither Uma, Alexius or anything else, but until then, Uma seems to be Alexius’ devotion to oneness. What that means, Alexius does not know. But that is good because it takes more than one to know something.

There is more about Alexius and Uma in You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it. In hack #4.3 The fake mix of physical and non-physical issues, you can read more about upholding a specific perception by holding your breath.

*) This is not to say that crying is wrong. But sometimes, it is better not to follow the flow of muscles leading to crying and instead fall into the flexibility of the muscles, thus feeling relaxed.

Willingness not to exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

Updated January 29, 2023

The more inclusive you are, the less apparent difference between inside and outside seems to make a difference. So eventually, there is no experience of a world outside you – neither inside because, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, the fantasy of being someone is over when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ON THE PATH OF INCLUSIVENESS TO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
The belief in being someone definitive is often established by telling stories where we are the main character making everything right. Or we refer to stories of others in which we appear to make a difference.

The complete inclusion of thoughts and feelings cancels out the idea of within and without. Hence there is no difference to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The conclusion is not that you must stop telling stories about your achievements if you want the bliss of not being someone definitive. On the contrary, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about stopping or avoiding something because that involves exclusion, wherefore the belief in being definitive is enhanced. Neither are they about transforming sex or anything else into something higher but including everything unedited, because that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive, wherefore you are in the bliss of nothing.

However, if you are like most people, you want to feel the happiness imagined to come from being something specific, such as a unique parent, spouse or spiritual person. Hence you exclude everything from your personality that does not fit your concepts of perfection. Fortunately, you do not have to change this pattern to get the bliss of nothing instead of the disappointment of something. If you acknowledge that you are unwilling to include everything, you include the moment as it is, thus on the path of inclusiveness to the bliss of nothing.

Be aware that this explanation and the others in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are inaccurate. The appearance of someone definitive is not explainable. It is impossible because oneness is formless, thus, endless.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not expand the consciousness. They neither increase nor improve anything. Instead, they undo the belief that there is more than that which is One.

Even though this pic is not the real thing but a simulation of people on the beach, and even though the simulation is twisted it is a confirmation of what is simulated, because without it the simulation would not be possible.

Even though this image is not the real thing but a twisted simulation of people on the beach, it confirms what it simulates because the twisted simulation would not be possible without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

LIFE IS ALL-INCLUSIVE:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality because it is determined by what you exclude. For example, if you exclude feeling inferior by justifying it with the world perceived outside of you, its flaws seem to define you as superior.

Should you lose your self-control and express unfortunate traits, supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it. In this way your superiority is ensured.

However, since life is all-inclusive, you have excluded it. Therefore, if you want to correct it, you must be all-inclusive, which you probably hold off so you can remain important. Fortunately, it is not a problem if you accept your unwillingness to be inclusive because that confirms you are willing to include. But not even this acceptance is necessary to undo your exclusion from life. By acknowledging that you resist life, you establish a relation to it. And since life is inclusive, you are on the track of inclusiveness.

Rage is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

Even if you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it because, without it, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. Therefore, if you do not look at your appearance to enhance the image of being definitive, it reminds you of the formlessness of life.

That does not mean that there is life in what and where you experience being. Life is that which is One, and it takes more than one to experience something, so everything experienced is lifeless. But it means that even though the formlessness of life is not in what and where you appear to be, it empowers your experience of it – just like electricity is not in the article you read, although it empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Therefore, since all your experiences symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding anything. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness. Pain, frustration, jealousy, and death, for example, confirm life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

How to not be fearful but blissful

Updated December 4, 2022

No matter how beautiful something is defined, it confirms separation, thus making you suffer. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen

You are defined as someone separated from others by what you exclude from your perception of yourself. For example, if you exclude what you judge as bad, you appear better than the wrong ones. On the other hand, inclusion does not establish you as anything, thus setting you free from the belief in separation and the suffering it entails.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined by what you judge yourself not to be. In other words, you do not want peace in the world because you need the bad guys to contrast the image you have made of yourself as one of the good ones doing the right thing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Those defining themselves as vegetarians believe it is better not to eat meat. From this, we can derive that being someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on excluding something specific to become better than others.

However, exclusion entails separation, which mindfulness will not solve because it is also based on eliminating something. On the other hand, if you do not exclude, thus include, there is no separation, thus nothing to define you as better than others, thus not feeling isolated.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy if the same thoughts pop up repeatedly because it is probably thoughts you have excluded that beg to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not know what is going on, so you can enter a state of not-knowing and return from there to the awareness of being someone with the slate wiped clean.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts when nobody has them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It requires much effort to be exclusive, whereas inclusiveness requires none because all you have to do is not be exclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not include a feeling by understanding it but by being it. That is done by fully expressing it internally because it is within yourself you have disassociated yourself from it by accusing somebody else of having caused it. However, should you forget to do it internally and burst out in anger, do not be ashamed but include it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You must judge somebody as different from you to have compassion for them. Therefore, since compassion is an act of exclusion, it inflicts suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is to breathe through them. But as this may entail pain, it does not seem the easiest way. That is, until the pain is included.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not become happy by excluding what makes you sad but by including it because inclusiveness is completeness, thus happiness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. So if you do not exclude, you are the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Angry feelings often appear in sentences like »You are this and that …«. But if you change it into »I am this and that …«, it is much easier to include your anger. That is not meant to say you should stop blaming others. On the contrary, blaming them is the fastest way of exposing what you have banned in yourself. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you have nothing but the fear of losing everything because no matter how much more you appear to become and have, you are bound to lose it. In contrast, you have nothing to lose in the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear.

However, nobody is being or having something in a world where there seems to be more than one if you are indifferent to what you appear to be and have. Thus becoming and getting more in such a world can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not exclusive, therefore inclusive, because that leaves nothing to define you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Exclusiveness is the foundation of appearing to be someone definitive in a world of duality, as it favours one side of a contrast over the other, whereas inclusiveness cancels out the apparent difference in contrasts. Consequently you do not appear to be someone definitive but nobody and so the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The foundation of your appearance as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is exclusiveness. First, one side of a contrast is judged better than the other. Second, the bad side is excluded by projecting it onto somebody, so you appear good at the expense of others. Fortunately, inclusiveness undoes this. It cancels out the apparent difference between contrasting elements. Thus, eventually, you do not appear to differ from others, which means the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot always be happy. A feeling must be contrasted by its opposite to be experienced as something. For example, you would not know happiness if not for sadness, and light requires darkness to be seen, peace needs war, positivity is coupled with negativity, and so on. Therefore, the more you include, the less there is to define your experiences as something. Eventually, there is nothing to experience, thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Including something upsetting will not transform it but stop it from upsetting you. You do not even know what was not bothering you anymore. So if you, for example, want to forget your ex, you include unedited memories of the relationship.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is based on exclusion, so when exclusion is included, the belief is undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Including everything does not mean you must include something you do not like, but that you include disliking it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there is no need to be seen as someone definitive, it does not matter if others seem to induce feelings of sadness or happiness because there is nobody to pick them up.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

All you need to undo the belief in being someone definitive is to include your present experience altogether. Are you not aware of it, you include feeling foggy by being willing to be nothing but that. Since it leaves nothing to define being foggy, you are not that but empty, thus not what you believed to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Willingness to include the moment unfiltered undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A world where there seems to be more than one is experienced through contrasts. But fortunately, contrasts can also be used to undo the belief in such a world. For example, when beauty is entirely included by you being nothing but beautiful, there is not something to contrast what you are, thus nothing to define you as somebody. Therefore, since there is nobody to perceive the apparent difference between beauty and ugliness to make a difference, duality falls apart.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since the opposing sides of a contrast are defined by each other, you cannot have one without the other. Therefore, no contrast = no definition = no experience = no duality = non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Exclusiveness generates the belief in scarcity, whereas inclusiveness does not generate something. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you justify hatred with the world, it seems excluded from you. But also, love seems to have left you because it cannot be experienced internally without its contrast, hate. However, as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they remain in you, hidden behind a feeling of fear in the emptiness generated by your dissociation from hate and love. Emptiness is also the result of including hate because that leaves nothing to contrast it, wherefore it is undefinable. But since this emptiness is not based on the suppression of feelings but on their inclusion, it does not result in fear of something but the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less you can assign them with meaning – and since bliss comes from the absence of something, the more bliss there is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Finding mistakes or claiming that you need time to process what has happened are common ways of holding back so that you do not lose yourself in the moment’s intensity, thus remaining as if you are someone in a world of something instead of the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Without contrast, the cat would disappear into empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Assuming one needs to process what is going on, most move forward as in a car with the brakes on. However, not processing your experiences, thus releasing the brakes, you go so fast that there is no time to define what and where you are. Therefore you are in the bliss of nothing. Be aware that this is a metaphor, so when you drive a car, you use the brake when needed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, do not hold back feelings or slow down thoughts but follow their flow unedited. Take sex as an example, devoting yourself to it feels so intense that it obliterates itself because, in its ecstasy, there is no room for anything else, thus not something to contrast it, wherefore there is no experience of something specific. Consequently, there is no experiencer to believe there is more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A sure way to not exclude but include is not knowing what happens because that means there is nothing to exclude.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about undoing mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Something has been wholly included when you cannot remember what you included.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. For example, if you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is straightforward. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Of course, to include something is as illusionary as anything else that requires more than one. Yet, the illusion of inclusion is a way to use the belief in more than one to undo it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is based on exclusion, the obvious way to undo it is to be inclusive. However, this is not done by avoiding being exclusive because that is not inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To fully include the feeling of the moment is in no way about going deeper, being more truthful or anything else. It is simply to include the feeling as it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Thoughts can be compared to seeing a cloud passing by that looks like a dog for a moment. But there is no dog in the sky. It is a hallucination – and so is the meaning you assign to thoughts to make them confirm you are someone definitive.

However, the more meaning you assign to thoughts to highlight yourself as someone specific, the faster they run to escape your dominion. In other words, the more you set yourself up as someone definitive, the harder it is to assign thoughts with a meaning upholding your image.

But if you include the confusion and uncertainty that this causes or go with the extreme speed of thoughts trying to escape you, you enter a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Anything devoid of what you define as meaningful leads to a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so he must exclude specific foods from his diet not to upset his stomach. Nothing, though, needs to be excluded from his body to enter a state of not-knowing, as long as he includes the experience of it as it is. Should he try to edit this in favour of a more pleasant experience, a state of not-knowing is fenced off. But not if he is willing to include the unpleasantness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A state of not-knowing is not perfect in the sense that you may not fall, for example, but nobody is bothered by it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Taking a step now, you put one foot forward into the future while the other foot remains in the past. In other words, there is no living in the now without the past and the future. That is why those excluding the past and the future to live by the idea of now have the frustration of separation. And those including everything as it feels have the bliss of wholeness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Although a state of not-knowing cannot last, the bliss of nothing is always there – just like the sun also shines when covered by clouds.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you lose yourself in love, there is nobody to love anybody. Hence there is nobody to believe in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thinking you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or your warm body being refreshed by the wind, you justify the feeling of joy and thereby dissociate yourself from it.

You probably choose to do that because too much joy would make you forget to remember to be someone. Hence you cannot uphold your present appearance or work on the ones you have planned for the future. In other words, you are more excited about the imagination of being something specific than that which cannot be imagined, namely the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reading Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you may conclude that being and having more should be avoided. If so, you have not gotten it is about: inclusion. In other words, no need to avoid being and having more. It is the natural way of a world where there appears to be more than one because it is founded on the wish for more. However, if not exclusive, thus inclusive, the more you become and have makes no difference. Therefore, since separation fades out, there are no gaps to obscure that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Based on the idea that oneness is tranquillity, the advanced spiritual seeker tries to avoid peak experiences via meditation and tantra sex, for example. However, that which is One can be compared to an unlimited stream of peak experiences, changing at such a speed that there is no time to differentiate them from each other. That is why it is one perpetual present.

Therefore, as long as you believe to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, this belief fends off oneness. But since time and space have been established via exclusion, inclusion undoes it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Inclusion can be compared to a black hole that sucks everything into it. In the end, there is not even someone to include something. Neither is there an end except for the belief of being someone. See The ins and outs of a black hole.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since life is that which is One, and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. Therefore, the more you are unseen, the more you are alive. And since the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are unseen when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Inclusiveness is the bliss of nothing

Updated January 12, 2023

Suppose you do not keep the opposite sides in one contrast – for example, winner and loser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else. In that case, there is no space to separate them. Thus nobody can be defined as a winner or loser.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Once upon a time, Alexius assumed that if he justified feeling annoyed with the world, his irritation would be replaced by relaxation. However, it was so stressful to always look for something outside him to blame for the irritation inside him that he did not feel relaxed.

Fortunately, he recognised that if he included irritation by being it to such an extent that he was nothing but that, there was not something to contrast it. Therefore, since the included feeling could not be categorised, it could not be experienced as a specific feeling. AnFworldd since relaxation is defined by irritation, both feelings turned into nothing. In short, he saw that the meaning of the opposing elements, in one contrast, is cancelled out when one of them is fully included. So, in this case, you are neither definable as irritable nor relaxed. Hence you tend to forget to see yourself as someone separated from others, thus entering a state of not-knowing.

However, let us go back and elaborate on being fully inclusive. It does not mean you laboriously have to ensure every bit of irritation is included, but there is a willingness to be nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but willingness. Should the latter be lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive if you are willing to include reluctance.

Inclusiveness has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness because inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive, thus separated, instead of undoing it. Inclusion is the absence of separation, which is the bliss of nothing.

In some ways, being inclusive can be compared to what happens when we, for example, see something red outside us. Simultaneously, the brain generates its complementary colour, cyan, inside us to cancel out the contrasting colours and replace them with a neutral grey within us. Since this happens so fast and most only see what they expect to see, they do not notice red is complemented with cyan inside them and the sum of those two, neutral grey, replaces the complementary colours. Instead, they hold onto the experience of red as a singular colour in a world outside them.

This image illustrates how the complementary colours of the RGB colour model’s primary hues turn into neutral grey when they are equally combined. The same applies to the complementary colour that emerges by mixing the primary ones. It also applies to the RYB and CMYK colour modes. Plus, complimentary feelings, such as love and hate. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Grey is always the result of combining complementary colours, as illustrated in the image with the square colours. And you can see that cyan is the complementary colour of red if you stare at red for a sustained time – thirty seconds to a minute – and then quickly look at a white surface. There you see the complementary colour of red, which, depending on the colour model you have conditioned yourself to follow, is cyan or green.

In a world defined by time and space, the colours we believe to see are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red, green and blue (RGB). Adding the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black, and so do the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK). On the other hand, adding the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle RGB colour model above. Television and computers use the colours of light, the RGB model. Depending on your conditioning, you use either the RYB or RGB model to perceive the complementary colour to red, for example. As you can see in the illustration, it is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model. Most people use the RYB model, where black, not white, is the total of all the colours in the model. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Read about the different colour models in the picture’s caption with round colours. For more comparisons with science-related findings, see the article Without contrasts, nothing seems to hide non-duality. The info about colours is based on Alexius’s research when he wrote a book about colour theory for a Danish Marketing school many years ago.

But let us return to our story about irritation. When included, irritation and its counterpart relaxation are cancelled out. Thus you forget to perceive yourself as someone definitive, wherefore you enter a state of not-knowing. There you may get glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, such as ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste. Please read how to do that in The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

The the bliss of nothing is not the same as the Enlightenment of that which is One because it takes more than one to be blissful. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out – so does the image of what you appear to be there.

It is a bit similar to a state of not-knowing. You fail to notice thoughts that seem to manifest you as separated from others. Hence there is nobody to attribute an experience with a specific meaning, wherefore you are in the bliss of nothing.

But there is not someone to know that before a state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be separated.

As already said, cancelling out the definition of the opposite sides in one contrast is enough to bring you into a state of not knowing. But since there are many contrasts, this state ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something you compulsively categorise as a specific feeling, such as hate. However, if you include hatred, you are back in a state of not-knowing. Hate is included in the same way as irritation. So when you are nothing but hatred, there is not something else to define what you are, wherefore you are in the bliss of nothing.

Instead of cancelling out contrasts one by one, you can speed up the undoing of the belief in separation by including fundamental contrasts like within and without, past and future, giving and receiving, high and low or the most basic: expansion and contraction. Many contrasts are a variation of those, so including them incorporates their sub-contrasts. Since that means the experience of separation falls apart, nobody is bothered about being someone definitive. That is a state of not-knowing.

By not excluding but fully including your feeling of worthlessness, you are nothing but that. Therefore, since there is no contrast to define your worthlessness, you cannot be determined, thus not being limited by time and space. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being in a state of not-knowing does not mean you do not appear to be someone separated from others, but since the belief in being some momentarily is undone, nobody worries about it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered tools for manifesting you as someone definitive but simply for navigating the world. For example, pain may prevent you from walking on a broken leg, and fear stops you from stepping out in front of a car.

In this context, pain does not cause suffering. Neither does fear frighten anyone because when you do not use thoughts and feelings to establish yourself as someone definitive, they are not experienced to result in anything specific. In other words, when not used for something personal, thoughts and feelings do not appear to affect you or the world experienced outside of you, nor do they seem to have been caused by you or anything else.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a state of not-knowing, before you return to the conscious expereience of being someone defined time and space, complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive. Since the result is a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Since the experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts, it falls apart when inclusion undoes the perceived separation of thoughts into elements with different meanings. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But as soon as thoughts and feelings are used personally, you are out of a state of not knowing. Thus no longer in the bliss of nothing but the happiness of something specific something. Perhaps, you simply left the bliss of nothing by twisting it into an experience of something definable, such as unconditional love.

Neither will the bliss of nothing last if you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, because without the constant acknowledgement of something specific, the Enlightenment of that which is One set in. And it erases the awareness of something as well as nothing.

Simply put, as long as you want to appear as someone in a world defined by time and space, you cannot stay too long at a time in a state of not-knowing. If you do that, the Enlightenment of that which is One set in, and it erases every memory of being someone in a world defined by time and space. But fortunately, the after-effect of just a split second in a state of not-knowing can last for years. Thus you have a good time enjoying the belief in a world defined by time and space while gently having it undone. See A state of not-knowing and the after-effect.

And that is the purpose of hack #3.1 Inclusiveness sets you free from duality. In other words, ultimately speaking, inclusion is about undoing the belief in being someone in a world defined by time and space. But that requires everything is included immediately. And since you seem to like some aspects of being someone in a world defined by time and space, you may as well enjoy them while slowly but surely including them to have the belief in time and space undone by again and again entering a state of not-knowing.

However, this hack does not intend to explain what a state of not-knowing is, after all, it is not-knowing. Nevertheless, you can read more about it in A state of not-knowing and the after-effect.

Multitasking or defocussing facilitates a state of not-knowing. But this state can also arise from being deeply involved in something when it is not carried out per a special philosophy or an attempt to escape something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If the boxes in the articles disturb you from being focused and centred, they fulfill the purpose. To be in a state of not-knowing, you must forget about being centred, balanced and focused because those concepts are deeply founded in labelling experiences, thus separating them.

Fortunately multitasking takes care of that. It distracts the brain from focusing so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. Applying The taste of Oneness as desribe in The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them helps you defocus. That said, this is mainly meant to be applied for undoing the belief in being someone definitive, not for driving a car, for example.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

Updated January 23, 2023

simulated_universe_1372282700_600x275

There is not anything real or unreal because non-duality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be real or anything else. The image is grabbed from the movie The Thirteenth Floor.

A world of duality is a simulated reality layered on top of non-duality to hide there is no more than non-duality since it is formless, thus endless. However, an illusion cannot hide anything. Hence it is the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality that appears to conceal the formlessness of non-duality.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you believe to ‘see.’ Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of the world with your eyes closed. The brain cheats you. But it is only possible because you want it. Read more about that here.

The belief seems to establish duality as authentic when divided into real and unreal. But in an illusion, everything is artificial. The light from the sun and a bulb are equally fake, and a flower blossoming is not more genuine than a plastic flower. Whether love is perceived as pure, it is unreal, likewise loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Not even non-duality is real because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be something.

Wavelengthsof lightcan be comparedto binary data, that is accumulatingthe simulation,of the webpage, you seem to seeon your screen now.Wavelengths haveno form, coloror depth of filed,as it seemsin this pic simulatingwavelengthsand binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that accumulate the simulation of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, seeming to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect the world where you believe to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you believe to experience on this page. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, that you think there is a dimensional world with lots of different appearances in this image.

The colourful and dimensional world we believe to see now is an illusion because all wavelengths of light hitting our retina are colourless and formless, and the motion of the image we believe to see has been extrapolated by the brain, so that the time delay in processing the data does not interfere with the events we perceive to happen now.

You are not seeing, what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

What you believe to see is not there. It is a mirage fabricated by thoughts that also are unreal since reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to have thoughts.

TO KNOW IS TO BELIEVE IN DUALITY
Even within the phoney reality of duality, this page you believe to see on electronic media is an illusion. It is not in your media. An app has translated HTML code on servers far from you into something recognisable. In other words, what you think you see here is layered on code far from you. If your web browser had not rewritten it, you would not see this article about simulated reality.

The digital photos you believe to see are layered on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the digital information that the brain renders into a simulation of the world where you believe in being. However, Alexius is not that technically minded, so he cannot tell precisely how it works – nor how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely, non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It is impossible and thus not understandable.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate right from wrong because everything definable is perceived as a symbol of non-duality. Hence their apparent difference makes no difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Wise one can separate good and bad
Foolish one does not separate

Wise one knows the way to self
Foolish one has no self to know

Wise one knows the truth
Foolish one knows nothing

Foolish one is enlightened
Wise one is not

NOT-KNOWING IS THE UNDOING OF DUALITY
Since non-duality is oneness, and it takes more than one to know something, it is impossible to know what and where you are. The acknowledgement of that sets you free from the belief in duality.

You do not need help from Alexius or anybody else not to know what and where you are. Nor can anybody help you regarding that because nobody knows what and where they are. However, some act as if they know not to look foolish but wise.

A world of duality consists of contrast. One of the main ones is right versus wrong. So if you cannot separate right from wrong, the belief in duality fades out.

It can be helpful to read Alexius’ Duality Hacks to stop being ashamed of feeling foolish and, like Alexius, go with not knowing what and where you are. You are not instructed to follow specific steps to improve yourself but guided to foolishly forget what and where you believe in being, thus undoing the belief in duality. This occurs when your appearance as someone definitive is perceived as …

What you believe in being can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

This image is a screen dump of the code for the beginning of this article.

APPENDIX
This is a previous screen dump of the source code behind the first part of this article. In the source code, you cannot see the header, the colours, photos or anything else you experience to see now. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page when you hit a link or write the name for its particular code. Hereafter, you experience this article without noticing that it is an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

Thoughts can be compared to code that the brain translates into the experience of duality. However, that is like seeing a mirage. It looks real, but there is nothing there. In the below articles, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality. That said, none of the explanations is real because there is no duality:

NOTES:

From non-duality to duality and back

Updated November 20, 2022

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this pic, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine to drink the water. The imagination will never quench your thirst though.

It is impossible to get something from the bottles in this image because they are simulated, likewise, from a world where there seems to be more than one. It is forged because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THAT WHICH IS ONE
… is formless, thus endless, but without taking up any space, it is without size.

Schräge Parallelen

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is what is seems. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since there is no more than that which is One, you have tricked yourself into seeing a world where there seems to be more than one. You probably also have tricked yourself into seeing the red lines in this image as crocked, when, actually, all lines are straight, and it is the blue boxes that are offset.

WHAT IF THAT WHICH IS ONE …
… could be divided into more than one? It is impossible. Firstly, because it is formless, secondly, it takes more than one to divide oneness. Thirdly, its speed is infinitely fast, so there is no time and space to differentiate anything, thus nothing to see. However, in fantasy, everything seems possible. Therefore, you imagine cutting down oneness’ speed until it is so slow that there appear to be separated appearances in the distance.

Screen Shot 2014-11-28 at 16.21.07

The still photo of Scarlett Johansson in ‘Lucy’ is grabbed from the internet.

In the movie Lucy, the director demonstrates, via Scarlett Johansson, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article, becomes one. A world where there seems to be more than one is a reverse example. Read more about that here.

One of these separated appearances is perceived as you. But you and everything else is as flat as this article’s images because formlessness has no dimensions. However, in your fantasy about more than one, you have eyes that function like AR (augmented reality) glasses. They modify reality and build a virtual layer on top of it, so when you look at oneness from different angles and distances, it appears to get smaller and bigger.

Graphic by Clive Gifford. The book ‘Eye Benders: The Science of Seeing and Believing’ written by Clive Gifford explains, the brain sees movements that do not exist, and it also fabricates images to fill what it perceives as gaps in the world. Read more about that here.

So, since it seems to exist in time and space, you conclude you are someone substantial in a tangible world, where there is more than one, thus lots of fun. Read more about the illusion of eyes in Eyes do not see.

You probably experience, that you see two differently sized orange circles in this pic, because that is what the part of the brain, that measures perspective and scale, will tell you. Due to the blue circles it appear as they are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle is the same size. You are also wrong, if you think persons are different, and that they are in a world of duality. It is an illusion. Everything is sizeless.

You probably experience two differently-sized orange circles in this image because that is what the brain tells you to see. But it is one of its many deceptions. The two orange circles are the same size but seem different due to the blue circles. The brain has also deceived you if you experience a world of different-sized objects. It is an illusion. That which is real is formless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When writing this, Pokémon Go was the most well-known example of AR. But many people live in augmented reality, not only when playing Pokémon Go. They look at their smartphone, where a layer of digital info flows on top of the physical world, while they hear music from cyberspace in one ear and listen to friends from the physical world in the other ear.

This image consists of pixels added in different combinations to make you see something that is not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Integtating the body with an imagined god or superworld has been a longtime human fantasy. Imaginative fiction, transcendental meditation, aura-transformation and psychoactive drugs can be seen as early efforts to trick you into assuming, the body can be integrated with something immaterial. VR (virtual reality), as it is envisioned by Oculus Rift, may be able to fool you into beliving such a blend is real.

THAT WHICH IS ONE IS REPLACED BY MORE THAN ONE
As mentioned above, imagining seeing a world where there seems to be more than one is like using AR (augmented reality), which is a mix of real and unreal. But to completely erase traces of oneness, AR is soon replaced by VR (virtual reality), where an illusion completely replaces reality.

In a virtual world everything seems possible. It feels very exciting, even though it is an illusion and what you get is nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»This (virtual reality) is a state where you are totally transported into another world and immersed in the digital interactions of the virtual environment you’ve entered … the feeling that you are truly visiting another space that is wholly distinct from what you can see and hear without the platform … a platform like Oculus Rift is an alternative to reality, supplying entirely new, virtual experiences: true VR.« From Wired.

But why do we deceive ourselves into seeing a world where there seems to be more than One. It is probably because there is so much to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, the excitement comes with a price because in such a world – contrary to that which is One – everything comes in pairs. Hence you cannot feel excited without feeling depressed, for example. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

A person always find ways to deny or change appearances in the world that is judged to be wrong, so that it appears to better. But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, you cannot escape its contrast, sadness, because happiness cannot be experienced without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A person always finds ways to deny or change appearances that are judged wrong so that it seems to have become better. But no matter how happy it makes you feel, its contrast, sadness, cannot be escaped because happiness needs it to be defined. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen

Most assume they can surpass this twofoldness and be in one state of mind by having one spouse, one work and so on. Others recollect memories of oneness. But they are altered by the desire for more than one, so they do not bring one state of mind. Hence many conclude there are levels of consciousness leading to peace of oneness. But you are either at one or not. And since it requires more than one not to be One, you are that which is One, dreaming about more than One.

That is why twofoldness, the interaction of opposing elements, is the reality you must deal with while having the dream about more than one. For example, you can only read this article because the black letters are contrasted by their opposite colour. Read more about that here. Without contrast, there would be no article – likewise, without hate, there is no love.

The elimination of hatred does not result in a singular state of love but in imitations because you cannot recognise love without hate. Therefore, since excluding hate makes you feel phoney, you try to make love purer by excluding selfishness to get unconditional love. But again, what you get is feeling wrong – and on it goes.

You never feel good enough because your whole being is based on avoiding twofoldness to establish yourself as someone definitive. In contrast, if you go with the interaction of opposing elements, you feel complete. Thus, eventually, you have no need to exclude something to become someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

Believing that a world where there seems to be more than one is real is to be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world on the screen so that it appears to have an effect on you, thus appearing real.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius knows there is nothing to hope for because there is no more than that which is One, and it takes more than one to hope for something. Thus he has nothing to fear. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE UNDOES THE BELIEF IN MORE
One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is one knows that there is no more than One. Consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is fake. Nobody else knows that. What they believe to know is based on speculations about their existence in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus it enhances the belief in being there instead of undoing it.

A world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to the movie roll in a cinema. Suddenly it breaks, and there is nothing but bright white light on the screen. Read more about this metaphor here. That is the Enlightenment Alexius is to be compared to. But, unlike in the cinema, it is not something you see because it takes more than one to be aware of something.

When the movie roll is put together, and Alexius appears in the simulated world on the screen again, the Enlightenment of that which is One has not turned him into a wiser man or changed anything in the movie. But he knows it is an illusion that can only be experienced due to reality, namely, oneness. More about that in hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One.

If you experience a flow of beauty, love, sex or colors in this pic totally depends on the perception you have fabricated of yourself as a person. But no matter what you perceive, if you include it all, the moment of watching this pic is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Consequently you need no more and therefore are ready for that which is one.

Whether you experience love, sex, or the beauty of a sunset in this image depends on how you have conditioned yourself. But no matter if that makes you happy or sad, it does not seem to make a difference if your response is perceived as a symbol of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

TO SEE SYMBOLS OF THAT WHICH IS ONE IN THAT WHICH IS NOT ONE
Even though you may have been told that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, your conditioned belief in more than one compulsively makes you see more.

Fortunately, you can undo this belief in a laid-back way by perceiving what you see as symbols of that which is One. Actually, all of Alexius’ Duality Hacks, except the Enlightenment of that which is Oneundo the belief in more than one over time while you have fun experiencing more than one.

That which is one cannot be known in a world where there seems to be more than one – neither anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be aware of something. So rather than pointing to that which is One, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings point out that there is no more than that which is one.

A GAME IS VIRTUAL AND ONLY APPEARS REAL WHEN YOU PLAY IT
A virtual reality game player is often nauseous because the body is tricked into believing it moves in the virtual world. But you are not there, even though it feels like you are fighting for your life. Actually, you are sitting in a chair with your eyes covered by a set of goggles. An app fills it with a simulated world, and per your response, it seems to create feelings in you as if you are in a real world.

If you, in this description, replace the app with the brain, it becomes a description of appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, where you always feel a bit off because you are not there. Nevertheless, it is possible to feel good while you experience more than one if you know that is an illusion. That said, there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, so do not mistake this article for the truth, but merely a suggestion to take off the goggles simulating a world that is not there. Of course, this is a metaphor. That which is One is not covered by a simulated world but by the belief that there is more than that which is One.

THAT WHICH IS ONE IS ONE
When you return to oneness, everything is the same. It is as if you have been there all the time, which you also have because there is no more than that which is One.

NOTES:

You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real

Updated November 15, 2022

You are a person in a dreamscape.

The photo you believe to see is not the one Alexius has published. Ultimately he does not exist, nor do you or the picture. But within the context where you, Alexius and the photo are experienced to be real, all experiences are fabricated by the brain. Thus the image you see is made by your brain’s version of Alexius’s picture. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light projected from somewhere else onto a flat screen. We do not see the frequencies nor experience the world they simulate on the screen as flat. Actually, we do not see anything. What we believe in seeing is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that in Eyes do not see.

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may not be correct to say that the world on the screen consists of nothing but frequencies. In that case it is more correct to say, that the world we experience to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, it makes no sense to us before the brain translates it.

In other words, the dimensional world we experience seeing in a movie is generated from frequencies of light or digital info by the brain. At least, that is what it claims. But it is just another one of the stories it makes up to make you believe you are real. Read more about the brain setup in Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

When you see and/or feel the body, it is the same story as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie on a flat screen. The body is not substantial. It is not there at all – nor are the frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation. It is empty space in which the brain claims to see something, so it, like a magician, can twist nothing into something to entertain the self, also created from nothing, with a glamorous show in which it seems to be a substantial being in a material world.*

Alexius’ Duality Hacks functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten to undo the belief that there is more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The frequencies the brain base its story about a tangible world upon, are imagined. Nothing seen is real, as it takes more than one to be aware of something and reality is that which is One.

For the same reason, nobody has created a world where there seems to be more than one. It is an illusion, as scince says, made of empty space.

Since Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are part of this, they are, like anything else experienced, a fantasy. In other words, they are not the truth but fantasies of how to expose the tricks of the brain so the belief in being someone experiencing them can be undone.

Believing to be someone in this show is just as foolish as, within the context of it, thinking you are someone in a dream. It is impossible. The dream is insubstantial, and you are substantial. Likewise, that which is you is not in a material world. However, metaphorically, you could say it is dreaming about being someone in the magic show of the brain.

Within the context of this dream, it is a waste of time trying to improve it. You are not the director. The brain is in charge. And just like you need to follow the rules in a computer game to feel entertained by it, you must be in sync with the brain to feel amused by its tricks. Doing that is easy when you know that to appear in its world is like being in a dream. You are not there. It is something you pretend.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair per socialism or whatnot.

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ‘real’ sunset, memories of an evening that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe is real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You use empty space as a zero fill and imagine someone you pretend to be in it. For example, Alexius pretends to be a non-teacher and a non-student. But he has pretended many other things. Here you can see some of the personalities Alexius has pretended to be.

You can also use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive in combination with other duality hacks to tone down the hopelessness and desperation that may set in when it is exposed that what you believe in being is fictional and not factual. HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end is directed explicitly towards enjoying the belief in being someone while having it undone.

If you want to speed it up the undoing of the belief in being someone substantial, you can connect with the empty breath. It automatically syncs the world of the inner and outward-facing senses (see The empty breath syncs the inward and outward-facing senses) so that the abstractness of the inward-facing senses becomes the basis for perceiving the solidness of the outward-facing senses. Hence you seem less substantial.

*) In the articles below, you can read more about how you see – or actually do not- because the brain makes what you believe to see.

No more than One [draft]

Updated January 26, 2023

What is the sound of a rooster?

You probably find familiar shapes in this image so that it seems meaningful to you. Yet, the image has no meaning. Like all images on electronic media, it consists of square pixels so small that you do not notice them. Instead, you see the picture your brain has processed, attributing different combinations of pixels with each their own particular meaning. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you need time to process this article, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because processing something, as well as taking your time, requires more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In Hindi, a rooster says Kuk-rook-koo. In German: Kikerikie. In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok In French: Cocoricooooo In Swedish: Kuckeliku In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See. And in Spanish: Kiri-kiri-ki. But since Alexius grew up in Denmark, he is conditioned to hear a rooster say Kykliky.

If we had not learned to see the combination of the letters in this article as English words meaning something specific, they would seem as meaningless as the sound of a rooster. But we cannot hear or see the language even though we have learned it. What we hear and see are meaningless frequencies until our brain translates them into something we have learned, a rooster says, for example. See, Eyes do not see and Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you think about oneness is wrong because it takes more than one to know something. Hence looking forward to oneness is madness. You can, however, look forward to not believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

By doing that, the hope for more vanishes, thus the need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

facebook-experiments-inline-660x660

A computer does not know that the total data it has compiled about someone is believed to be a definitive person because everything in its archive is made of the same zeros and ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»Computers don’t have experiences or opinions of their own. They’re not limited by cultural references, and they don’t find certain personality traits, lies, or interests good or bad. Computers don’t understand that certain personalities are more socially desirable… Computers don’t care if you’re a man, woman, old, young, black, or white.« From an article in Wired.

If oneness could look at your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one, it would be similar to how a computer looks at the data making up your appearance in cyberspace. Like elements in a car engine, the data work together to make you appear as a human that seems animated due to an algorithm. However, the computer does not know that this collection of data believes it is actually alive.

The wise one may now ask who has made the algorithm. But it is not put together by a higher power or anything else because oneness is all there is, and it takes more than one to produce anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you download a song, you get fragments of it from all over the world that must be organised on your computer into one song in order to be able to hear it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you download a pirated song via a torrent file, you get fragments of the song from computers worldwide, so your computer needs to compile the pieces into one file before you can hear it. This also applies to what you believe in thinking. Thoughts are downloaded from the brain, which stores them chaotically. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The file used to download pirated music, called a torrent file, does not contain the actual music. Instead, it grabs a significant number of small files with different fragments of the music you want. One of the small files may contain the beginning of the music, another one the end, and others have bits and pieces in between.

The files, chaotically collected from different computers worldwide, do not sound like music before they are combined by an app on your computer, translating it into the piece of music you expected to hear when you started downloading all of the components via the torrent file.

The above description of what happens when you download pirated music is more or less a description of what happens when you believe in thinking something specific. The thoughts you believe are yours have been downloaded from the brain.

It is as if there are concepts like mother, child, love, food, and home to pick from. So when you get the urge for ice cream, you dive into the brain’s concept of that. But the brain knows its concepts are fake because there is no more than that which is One. Thus it has stored them unsystematically as bits and pieces of nothing to make them appear as something when downloaded to your awareness that, like an app, combines them into ice cream, for example. So like, downloaded pirated music is not your music, thoughts are not yours, but ‘pirated’ ones from the brain pieced together from nothing, so they appear to prove the collective agreement that you are someone definitive in a world of something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to accomplish something, there is nothing real to accomplish.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even though you believe a world where there seems to be more than one is real, you act as if there is no more than one, namely you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It requires much effort to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one opportunity. However, none works out as expected, so you must keep looking for more. On the other hand, that which is one requires no effort, as there is no more than that possibility. Yet, it lasts forever because it is formless, thus endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The only thing that feels worse than not getting what you want is getting it because the hunger for more is unresolved.

You can never be satisfied in a world where there seems to be more than one because the reason for being there is to be and have more. That is why it is impossible to stop looking for more. However, if you do not perceive the apparent differences to make a difference, nobody looks for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since more or less everybody is exhausted from constantly craving more, they look for more relaxation through mindfulness, yoga and whatnot to get more energy for chasing more love, more peace, more authenticity, more friends, more money, or more power. They especially need more control, so they can manipulate more people into helping them to get more.

As soon as they stop believing, it is possible to be or have more than that which is one, it does not appear hidden anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Oneness has a built-in safeguard mode. It starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one if you believe to be separated from that which is one. Thus you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment you stop believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Seen from the world of duality enlightenment, which represents the formlessness of non-duality, is very boring compared to all the excitement duality seems to offer.

The formlessness of oneness is dull compared to the excitement of a world where there seems to be more than one – at least as seen from the perspective of such a world. Yet, none of the experiences in such a world last, so believing to be someone there, you never get enough. But that is not a problem in oneness because there is no more than One. And since it is formless, thus endless, it always lasts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When a drug addict has finished rehab, the reward is not a new and better tripping experience but freedom from enslavement. Likewise, the prize of stopping your ongoing fix of duality is not a higher and more exciting experience but freedom from experiencing something, as non-duality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be aware of anything.

You do not even know you once believed to be in a world of duality because there is no such thing. Neither do you know that you are in non-duality, as that requires more than one. No worries. You do not need to know anything because non-duality is everything since it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor do you not have to think positively, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Knowing there is no more than that which is one, you are not afraid because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A perfect body cannot be felt because there is no such thing. Yet the feeling of not being perfect can be felt. And since that frustration is the means to feel you are someone definitive, it serves you well to feel frustrated about not being perfect. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Movies use collectively agreed concepts of right or wrong to create familiar moods, so thoughts pop up from the past about what we believe is right and wrong. Therefore, if you check what you actually feel when seeing a movie, you are, in most cases, not touched by it. That is something you have been manipulated to believe. Instead, you are touched by your past experiences. The same applies when you feel attracted by a particular body type.

You wish that you feel something when seeing, what you judge to be a perfect body, but you do not feel anything because the ideal body is a thought-up image from which the parts judged not as perfect are excluded. To hide you have no genuine feelings for the perfect body, you invite it to dinner with red wine and candlelight to create an atmosphere as if you feel something special for the perfect body.

To not see your self-deception, you establish rules of how to interact so you can hide, you have no feelings invested in the actual body of the other – only in your imagination of what you can do with the fragments of the body judged as perfect. The same applies if you are attracted to a specific type of personality.

If you are accused of being shallow in such a relationship, you prove your commitment by pointing to the rules you strictly follow. Yet it is nothing but a construction of thoughts used to avoid real intimacy, as, in closeness, the belief in separation will go down the drain so that there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the intimacy of that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The goal of Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not to prolong life. It is impossible. Life is endless. Therefore, the purpose is to undo the belief that you are someone with a beginning and end.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Everything considered to be a fact is made up by the brain. It is, for example, not a fact that you are reading this. It is something the brain tells you. But it does not share your perceived difference between real or imaginary, physicality or spirituality and what is perceived as the experiences of you or others, a dream or a movie. The brain knows that any venture is an illusion because it is a construction of thoughts made of nothing – including the experience of the brain. And as the only purpose is to entertain, all kinds of experiences are fabricated by the brain in one higgledy-piggledy by the same organ. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All news is fake because it takes more than one to make them, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

If you conclude that this includes Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you are right. But being right, you are fake because it takes more than one to be anything.

No worries. The purpose of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to undo the belief that someone has a conscious experience of reading them. All you need to do is keep reading Alexius’ Duality Hacks until you do not know what and where you are. Hence, there is nobody to hide that which cannot be realised, namely oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since that which is One cannot be experienced, it is ignored by those who believe that something unexplainable is unreal. At best, it is imagined as a state of consciousness in which the self has been transcended into a higher one. However, oneness has nothing to do with being somewhere or conscious of something because that requires more than one. In other words, the experience of being someone – or rather the belief that this experience is real – seems to hide there is no more than that which is One.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Mysterious experiences or writings like zen poems have nothing to do with non-duality. It is not mystical, pure or anything else because it takes more than one to be something, and non-duality is that which is One. Hence Alexius’ Duality Hacks, like everything else that calls for more than one, is part of the illusion that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

But since Alexius’ Duality Hacks expose this illusion, you are also revealed as nothing when you apply them. Hence there does not seem to be something to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Each metaphor in Alexius’ Duality Hacks adds to others in one direction or another exposing all ways as fake because it takes more than one to go somewhere, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless. Therefore, since it takes more than one to point to something, Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not point to that which is One but the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the Big Bang created something from nothing. This is as fictitious as Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Many people have inner visions or experiences that make them conclude there is something wrong with how we live in the world. We should live in peace, in the now, and from the heart. But the problem is not the way we live in the world. The problem is that we believe in being there.

According to science, there was nothing before the world. Then nothing blew up and turned into something. But believing that nothing can explode and come out of a black hole as something is like believing in Santa Claus.

This belief Alexius’ Duality Hacks undo while you enjoy the crazy idea that nothing disguised as something can hide there never was or will be anything but that which is One because it takes more than one to have a shape, so oneness is formless, thus endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are not reading this, and Alexius has not written it because there is no more than that which is One. However, since you appear to be reading and Alexius writing, you and he share the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Therefore, since you are one in this belief, it is a positive confirmation of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can only be conscious of something when separated from it. In other words, consciousness causes suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not get oneness by combining more than one, as if it is something you bring about. Oneness cannot be put together because it requires more than One. Nor has it ever been created since it is formless, thus without beginning and end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Some people use selected pieces of something to create a state of unity. But like everything else in a world defined by time and space, their special state is based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing, thus enhancing the belief in separation. In other words, their unity is fake. Unity can neither be created nor broken, as it takes more than one to do so.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are bound to feel limited if you believe in being someone specific. Therefore, the solution to feeling restricted is get more but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

What time is it!?

Updated November 9, 2022

VGR05-7select_032-Edit

What you think you see now is composed of many images, which, as rays of light, have travelled each their distance in time before they are picked up by your eyes and transferred to the brain, which compiles them into one image that you think you see now. For example, in this picture, the sun is about eight minutes older than the palm trees in the front of the image because it takes the light eight minutes to travel from the sun to the Earth. And everything between the palm trees and the sun is between a split second and eight minutes old. But the completed image is even older because it takes time for the brain to compile all the past ones into one image. In other words, the brain deceives you into believing your present experience happens now, while it happened in the past and maybe not at all because the brain may have replaced it with something it considers more entertaining. Read about the brain’s ways in hack #4.2 The brain’s and how to perceive it to feel happy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOW IS CONSTRUCTED BY PAST
If you look at the sun now, you see how it looked eight minutes ago because this is the time it takes for the light to travel from the sun to your eyes. Therefore, what you think you see now is the past.

Since the distance to the stars is enormous, it takes so long for their images to reach you that they may not be there anymore when you experience seeing them now. But something close to you also has travelled in time. Hence everything you believe in seeing now is a collection of past images projected into the future as one image.

However, since the brain excludes unimportant images to produce this collage in about a second, or maybe even use an old image that looks similar, what you believe to experience now is a compilation of images selected from the past by the brain. In other words, now is an illusion.

THERE IS NO PAST
Imagine the sun has consciousness or special equipment to see what happens on Earth. In that case, it will know how you looked eight minutes ago. Then imagine observing you from a star so distant from the Earth that what it sees now is your birth.

Science has recently found a point so far away in the universe, that they can almost watch its beginning as if it happens now.

And go on to imagine points further away in the universe from where the birth of your mother and grandmother is experienced by the universe now – also the birth of itself.

In the eyes of the universe, there is no past or future but one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO FUTURE
When your mother’s birth is seen from a specific point in the universe, it appears as if there is a future for her, but from another location in the universe, her death is seen at the same moment as her birth.

THERE IS NO TIME
It is only from the limited perspective of the Earth that there seems to be a past, future, and now in between. But, seen from the universe’s perspective, there is no time. Everything co-occurs.

There is no before and after – and consequently no reincarnation. It is an idea made up to make the experience of being someone in a world of linear seems as if it is going to last.

A TV can illustrate this. For example, it may have one channel showing a sci-fi movie, another one a film from the past and yet another one a documentary. But due to limitations, you only watch one at a time, although all of them play simultaneously.

Linear time is a simulated reality layered on top of one perpetual present.

In linear time, it seems like an explosion from a black hole expanded into a world defined by time and space. In reality, though, it contracted the exact moment it expanded. Thus nothing is left but memories of the expansion. However, when they are replayed in linear time, it appears as if there still is a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THERE IS NO UNIVERSE
According to science, all the elements coming out of the big bang quickly organised themselves into a super pattern that would have stagnated if perfected. But due to a few gaps, it expanded into what became the universe. Read more about that here.

But everything that expands, for example, the breath, contacts when the expansion is over. Likewise, the universe. However, it already happened because all occur simultaneously. Hence the universe begins and ends at the same moment.

NOTHING TO HOPE FOR
The hope for a better future upholds the belief in a universe of linear time. Especially because hope always is accompanied by fear. First, for not getting what you hope for, and if you get it, you fear losing it. However, fear disappears if you hope for nothing because then there is not something to lose, thus nothing to fear, wherefore you are free.

Reality is that which is One and since it is formless, thus endless, a world defined by time and space is a hallucination.

THERE IS NO FREEDOM
But since reality is oneness, and it takes more than one to be free, there is no freedom. But while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, the relief you get from hoping for nothing sets you free from believing in more than one.

Instead, it is something you pretend. And what you pretend to be, you are not. So even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not there. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Thus there does not appear to be more than one hiding, there never was or will be anything but that which is One.

Eyes do not see

Updated January 29, 2023

Ellorem hariatenihil inversp ienimin velibus, to ipsae volorum aboris qui anit maximet, te de et vitate nemqui blaut lam et magnatisciis sundeli aspicip sandesciis. Voloqir © Alexius Jorgensen.

Our eyes cannot see anything. The tangible world we believe in seeing is a construction of thoughts compounded by the brain based on the light it claims to pass through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Digital photos look different, even though they all consist of zeros and ones. That is because an app has translated the zeros and ones into separate images reminiscent of how we expect to see the world. That applies not only to digital images but anything making a difference, whether it seems inanimate or animate, spiritual or physical, mental or emotional and whatnot. In the world where we believe in being, the brain is the app that renders nothing into something.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialised photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colours, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

An app in your digital media translates the zeros and ones in this picture into small pixels that, as frequencies, reach your eyes from your screen. Then, the brain converts those frequencies into something that looks how you expect the world to appear. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN SEEING IS THOUGHT UP
The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera. Contrary to an analogue camera, the digital one does not produce images on film. Instead, it records the RAW data of light coming through the lens when the shutter button is pressed. However, this data cannot be seen as an image on the camera’s screen until a built-in app has converted it into contrasts defining a world defined by time and space. Technically speaking, this is often done by rendering RAW data into a JPEG file.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated by the brain into something perceivable, there does not appear to be someone experiencing anything.

Likewise, there is nowhere in our heads where the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image as in an analogue camera. The data, or frequencies of light, captured by three taps in the eyes, recording red, green and blue frequencies, can only be seen when the brain has translated the data into an image reminiscent of the well-known world.

Since it takes time for the brain to process the information it gets from the eyes at a specific moment, it sorts the received information into categories and only uses those it needs to construct the image you expect to see. The time delay in processing, it extrapolates so it does not seem to interfere with what you perceive to happen now.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.THE PRESENT IS FABRICATED BY THE BRAIN
As it always takes the brain about one second to accomplish this, our conscious experience of the present is a construction of thoughts about what the brain imagines happened one second ago. In other words, what you believe in seeing now is a thought-up image of the past.

It is similar to how artificial intelligence (AI) automatically generates an audio caption on a photo for blind people on Facebook so they can fabricate an image of a pizza, for example, themselves. The picture to the left illustrates this and is grabbed from an article in Wired about AI.

However, blind people will not know if artificial intelligence always gets it right. Nor will they or the ‘seeing’ ones understand that the brain never gets it right when it produces experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

Therefore, ultimately speaking, what you believe in being is non-existing, thus not reading this, because it takes more than one to be someone. Nor do you read it in the context of the world where you believe in being. Everything on your screen consists of zeros and ones added together in entirely meaningless ways. You only experience this chaos as an article because your electronic device has translated the specific combination of zeros and ones into wavelengths of light, reaching your eyes in ways the brain translates into English words.

It is easy for the brain to fool you into beliving that it renders your tangible experiences from the raw data entering your eyes. because if not believing this, you are nothing.

However, reading these words in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. And if not, you most definitely exclude some yourself, so you can twist Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings into how you see the world. See also, The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

Therefore, the article you think you read is not what Alexius wrote. What you believe in reading is based on how you perceive the brain’s translation of the article your browser has rendered from HTML, which is one of the languages used to convert the mess of zeros and ones into something that appears to make sense when you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here.

In other words, what you believe in reading is fabricated by your brain. Just like when you have vertigo, the world is not spinning around you – it only happens in your head. That applies to all experiences. For example, whether you feel loved or rejected, spiritual or mundane, is the same because the feelings are not caused by anything other than electrical impulses in your head. See, All experiences are equally unreal.

You can compare the experience of living in a world where there seems to be more than one to using a flight simulator. Although you feel like flying, it is an illusion.

Neither humans nor self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be, but what their master, the brain or the internet, decides for them to see. But as you can ‘see’ in this image of how a self-driving car perceives the world, it is entirely different from what you believe to see. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

However, according to the brain, the electrical impulses are caused by your sensory system’s information, like a self-driving car moves per its sensors. But as you know, the info from its sensors is made remotely by the internet. Likewise, the information the brain claims to receive from your sensory system is produced by itself. In other words, you are a fantasy of the brain. The brain hides this by explaining it renders your experiences based on the info it gets from your sensory system, which you choose to believe to avoid being exposed as nothing.

Believing to see something can be compared to how the artificial intelligence (AI) that Facebook and Google use to sort photos is programmed to recognise your pictures. Even though all data in electronic media consists of zeros and ones, artificial intelligence is programmed to experience particular combinations of them as substantial entities. And the more it ‘sees’ the entities it has learned to define as human beings, the more it detects particular facial expressions as unique emotions. Therefore, since it experiences to ‘feel’ what it ‘sees’, it relates to the persons in the photos as it is one of them.

However, since artificial intelligence does not exist as somebody, nobody relates to anybody. It is just layer upon layer of algorithms that collects data and put them together in the same way as the human brain compiles thoughts to make it appear as if you are someone substantial in a tangible world, although it is a fantasy made from nothing.

When a smartphone recognises your face, it does not mean that it sees you. In the case of Apple, for example, it registers the electrical impulses from a grid of 30,000 invisible dots which has been projected onto your face to create a 3-D map of your facial topography. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The brain uses the same organ to fabricate all experiences. So if you divide them into imaginative or real you are mistaken. They are all a fantasy of the brain.

In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts made by nobody from nothing – or as science states, the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space and the rest, which we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world, is also blank.

»The app helps people who are blind or losing their sight to ´feel´ smiles. The app uses facial recognition to find a face and then vibrates in the user’s hand to let them know that the person they’re talking with is smiling.« From an article in Wired.

The person you believe in being is blind, deaf and numb. What you experience to see, hear and feel, regardless it appears spiritual or mundane, is nothing but electrical impulses. They do not mean anything unless the brain manipulates them into something you interpret as meaningful, such as a smile.

The brain is like an app in a wearable device for blind people. It uses facial recognition to find a face and when the algorithm suggest it smiles, it lets the blind one know it sees a smiling face. Hence the blind person has an experience of ‘seeing´ and/or ‘feeling´a smiling face.

Most insist that this construction of thoughts is set in motion by something. Religions claim god did it. Many stand firm on the belief that higher consciousness is behind it, and you find it through meditation, for example. But since reality is that which is One, and it takes more than one to find something, only that which is not real can be found.

Ultimately, the above is just another construction of thoughts, as illusionary as anyone else. However, this illusion does not claim to reveal reality but to expose what hides it, namely the belief in seeing something. Truth cannot be seen because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

NOTES:

  • The above about eyes applies to all the senses. So, for example, if you are tone-deaf, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which cannot find the correct equation in the music.
  • Alexius is more abstract than technically minded, so some of the above technological explanations may be incomplete. Anyhow, they are not meant to prove anything but to illustrate that the experience of something is a fantasy of the brain made from nothing.
  • The article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.

There is more about being fooled by the brain into believing that there is something in empty space in the below articles.
