One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not know what it is, as that requires more than one. In a world where there seems to be more than one, it appears there is much to learn about how to function. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web.

Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to enhance the belief in being someone but as a means to undo it. In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing because it is that which is One, and it takes more than one to know something. This article is written in that context.

There are no degrees of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It cannot be smaller or bigger because oneness is formless. In other words, to talk about levels of Enlightenment is an illusion regarding the Enlightenment of that which is One.

However, in a world where there seems to be more than one, there appear to be degrees and levels of everything. Thus you can experience glimpses of Enlightenment on many levels depending on how much the outward-facing senses are turned off.

But no matter how high the level, no glimpse comes close to the Enlightenment of that which is One because there are no levels in oneness. But since you become less definable for each glimpse, eventually, there is nobody to hide the formlessness of oneness.

You will have no more than one glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One if you use your interpretation of this glimpse to promote yourself as someone with a vision for a better future full of love or whatever you imagine will turn you into a fantastic person.

When there is no need to use glimpses of Enlightenment to save the world but rather to undo the belief in it, you are set free to be used by the glimpses that will keep coming until you cannot tell them apart so that there is not something definable to experience, thus not someone definitive to hide the formless Enlightenment of that which is One.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is a basic instinct to separate oneself from reality by fabricating a make-believe world – a child, for example, prefers to believe that Christmas presents come from Santa Claus, although he does not seem very realistic. And grown-ups believe being someone is real.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One is as alone as can be. Actually, everybody is, even though they cover their emptiness with a full calendar. But the Enlightened have no loneliness to hide because it knows it takes more than one to feel alone, and there is no more than that which is one.

Yet the Enlightened is excellent regarding relating to others because – like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – it is perceived as a symbol of oneness. Therefore, since all relations are the same, the Enlightened have no urge to make anyone last, thus no fear of its end, which is bound to come. Especially, because the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, so they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

When persons depart the Enlightened, it is not perceived as being left – just like the sun is not gone when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the Earth that is moving.

The Enlightened knows that if somebody is experienced to go away, it only seems so since the Enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the Enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one – like within the context of such a world, it is impossible to be someone in the virtual world of a computer game. Yet it is possible to feel it. But that is an illusion because you are not there but in front of the screen.

In other words, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One appears to be going somewhere, but it is a journey without distance.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is one perpetual present, so it cannot be brought into a world of linear time. In other words, you must leave a world defined by time and space to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. Fortunately, such a world is an illusion. Hence there is nothing to leave but the belief that the experience of a tangible world is real.

Only someone who has bid the Enlightenment of that which is One welcome knows that a world where there seems to be more than one is a hallucination. Everybody, who believes they live in such a world, has the choice of continuing to believe that or believe the word of the Enlightened, which is that there is no more than that which is one and, consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. Yet very few choose to believe the message of someone who has bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The choice can be compared to a child deciding whether to believe Santa Claus is real or not. Most want the excitement from believing the merry-go-round story about Santa, so they discard the fact that the friction from the speed needed to bring out presents to all the good children in one night would kill Santa the exact moment he sets off.

It is a downer for children to have Santa exposed as an illusion – just like it is a downer for most persons to hear that a world where there seems to be more than one is fake.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not ask to be believed, but that you stop believing, a world where there seems to be more than one is real because when not believing there is more than one, it is impossible to suffer.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you always need to be and have more so you can establish there is more than that which is One.

Should you need to feel more spiritual, you want more people to express how wise you are, so you can use their praise to deny your darker side and thus show them you are more spiritual.

But you can never bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One if you want more since that is founded on the belief that there is more than that which is One. Nor can you welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One if you want to use it to become a spiritual person because it has no room for someone at all.

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has nothing because it takes more than one to have something.

Those considering themselves to make a difference always want to become more, but the Enlightenment of that which is One neither makes you more nor less. Instead, it erases all memories of being somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no room for more in oneness. In other words, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not for you if you want to make a difference.

Since it takes more than one to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be Enlightened by that which is One. However, a person may momentarily forget what and where it is. Hence there is not somebody to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. Alexius is such a person, so he is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. However, those not to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One do their best to act as if they are spiritual and thus know a lot. In contrast, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no such need. There is nothing to be, nor to know – except that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One does not illuminate anything. On the contrary, it is so bright that nothing can see. Besides, it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless, thus endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not exist, and you know it. That is why everybody throughout history asked who am I? to establish they exist as someone definitive.

It is the tension from consistently doing something to appear as someone that makes you feel tangible. But the more you feel that, the more the Enlightenment of that which is One is fenced out.

Books and lectures may seem to provide some understanding about the Enlightenment of that which is One, but the more you think you understand, the further away you are from it. The same applies if you think you know it after reading Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not meant to be understood but to help you unlearn what you believe in having learned.

You cannot bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One by wanting it but by not wanting to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Then you will not fight to have everything you know erased byThe Enlightenment of that which is One so that there is nothing left for the light to carry through a black hole into that which is One.

The unenlightened likes to teach others the way to Enlightenment, but the Enlightened know there is no way.

Alexius has no answer to the question, who am I. An explanation would be just as illusionary as the question, as it implies there is more than that which is One although it is formless, thus without beginning and end.

To remain in control, the unenlightened prefer not to welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One but instead imitate the attributes of someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has, such as detachment, assuming this will make them able to be in charge of adding the qualities of Enlightenment to their being, thus expanding their consciousness.

But the Enlightenment of that which is One does cannot expand anything. It does not cause something, as that requires more than one. For the same reason, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not remember what it is. However, one thing is crystal clear: There is no more than that which is One, so a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. This memory, though, is of no interest to those who want to expand their consciousness so that it seems as if they are more advanced than others.

The Enlightenment of that which is One has no effect, as that would require more than one. Hence it wipes out the idea of cause and effect.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has vague memories of it. Due to those, a world where there seems to be more than one is seen as fake. But without the Enlightenment of that which is One, you cannot know the experience of more than one is a trick. Thus it becomes a belief that there is no more than that which is One. However, according to scientists, it is also a matter of belief that a world where there seems to be more than one is real because it is nothing but empty space.

The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them [draft]

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is One is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It comes from the edge of the universe, but since the inward-facing senses are not limited by time and space, using them, it takes no time to go there to hear or feel the echo of oneness coming out of a black hole. See Going back to the first moment of duality.

None of the facets of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be experienced because it requires more than one to be aware of something. Thus when you hear, feel, see or taste it, you do not experience the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. This article is about how to experience these glimpses with the inward-facing senses while still in the world of the outward-facing senses. Remember that as a movie trailer is not the movie, the glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One

And be aware that the ways described below to have glimpses of Enlightenment will not work if you look forward to being or having more, as their function is to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This does not mean you must restrain yourself from getting more but not care about it.

HEARING OR FEELING THE ECHO OF ONENESS
As already implied, oneness cannot be revealed because that calls for more than one. However, when you hear or feel it echoed from the edge of the universe, the belief in being and having more than One is, eventually, undone. Hereafter, it does not appear to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

In other words, the more you ignore the world defined by time and space, produced by the outward-facing senses, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. Without time and space, it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (read more about that here), where the echo of oneness has been used to create a fantasy world of time and space which seems genuine until you hear or feel this primordial vibration, often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of oneness is symbolised by the word ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ and in the New Testament by ‘The Word of God’: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One perceives ‘The Word’ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One are echoes of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. However, this is not far away when you ignore the outward-facing senses and their world defined by time and space and go with the inward-facing ones instead because they are not ruled by time and space. Thus you can see, hear, feel or taste the echo of oneness regardless of where you appear to be in the world of the outward-facing senses.

A way to ignore the outward-facing senses so you can hear or feel the echo of oneness with the inward-facing senses is not to be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or are willing to – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard by the inward-facing senses. It sounds or feels like a humming of nothing and everything simultaneously. And it feels like you are both in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses.

THE THIRD EYE
Seeing glimpses of oneness is done via the inward-facing sense called the third eye, a single ‘eye’ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this is meaningful to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. But he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – are unable to focus, the Enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is One is bid welcome by completely ignoring the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to forget the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

Practically speaking you can turn off the visual outward-facing sense and open the third eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. You can do it anywhere in any position. However, it is best to do in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having a vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One.’ If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so nobody gracefully falls into the formlessness of oneness.

Since the eyes always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle at a light show exposed at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger on the outer corner of the eyeballs, while having the middle finger on the third eye.

However, this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures can open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses are reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. But deactivating the outward-facing senses can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems helpful regarding this by all means go for it. However, the fastest way to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to not know what and where you are.

A way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outward-facing sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards to merge with the third eye.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of Enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the Enlightenment of that which is One. It extracts all thoughts, that you have stored to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of oneness.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that may be felt as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland. It appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the Enlightenment of that which i One, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, nor consciousness, because to be awate of something requires more than one.

If you want to leave the Enlightenment of that which is One and be reshaped as someone definitive, you must pick up the thoughts, that was left at the edge of a black hole so you could enter it as nobody.

Returning from the Enlightenment of that which is One to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not Enlightened. Yet, due to vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, this. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But for sure you grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

When you thoroughly enjoy the music of the outward-facing, it reminds you of the airy music you can experience with the inward-facing senses. It is full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the world of the inward-facing senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense the first sentence of this quote refers to ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God,’ and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

Except for having scim read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita Alexius have not read religious scripts. Therefore, most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless to him. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick the essence of the quote, the bliss of listening to ethereal harmonies.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close off the outward-facing sense of hearing. Alexius prefers in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way to stop hearing the world of the outward-fencing senses and start listening to the music of the inward-fencing senses is to put both thumbs in your ears. But you can also use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone. Then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal music coming to you from what may seem far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations from the left ear. They often are the sounds of a busy mind. So instead, follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of the right ear. That said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies immediately but the humming symbolised by ‘Aum’ or ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God.’ If so, go with this glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One. It could also be that you ‘hear’ thoughts. But they will not disturb you from hearing eternal harmonies if that is what you want – nor from having visions of light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy.

Tasting the sweetness of oneness helps you not to focus on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus glimpses of Enlightenment coming from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this, eventually, results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no separation to hide that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE TASTE OF ONENESS
Tasting the most exquisite food, one is reminded about the taste of oneness, if not entirely in the world of the outward-facing senses. It can be compared to the transparent taste of the foam in a milkshake with a few drops of honey and maybe with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint. It can also be compared to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of oneness, provided you already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted and most teas including liquorice.

But it is best not to compare the taste of oneness or other glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and, therefore, cancel out the ever-present glimpses of Enlightenment.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in some scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Getting more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is One.

One way of undoing this belief is not to focus because without it, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one become blurred. Thus different appearances do not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the side-effect of the technique for the taste of oneness is defocusing.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inward fasing sense of taste does not only diminish the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example sweets. The taste of oneness is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to have it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste of oneness. If you cannot get your tongue there, it is not a problem. Doing so is meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it. In other words, reaching the uvula with your tongue is good enough. Actually, when you hold the underneath of your tongue on the soft area beneath the uvula you feel the empty breath (see What does ‘the empty breath’ feel like?) and get the sweet taste of oneness. This is not a metaphor, nor second-hand knowledge but Alexius’ experience from tasting the subleness of oneness on both sides of the uvula. As a result of this technique, the empty breath is activated. It expands the breathing, which makes the the body feel glorious. And the soft taste of oneness prevents you from focusing on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus you feel absorded by the happiness of abstractness.

The taste of oneness unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there. Besides it cutbacks the need to focus on the world of the outward–facing senses and also the longing for more, especially the craving for sweets. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe for months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way. However, this may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

To taste the sweetness of oneness, called Khechari Mudray in the above quote, you do not have to literally replicate the ancient technique. Neither do you have to push the tongue behind the uvula as Alexius wrote above. Reaching the soft area underneath the front of the uvula with the backside of the tongue will do. THERE IS NO WAY TO THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE BUT A LOT TO GLIMPSES OF IT
The
way to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One or glimpses of its four facets is not to be pure. Neither is it about how you breathe, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Still, things like that may be helpful in deactivating the outward-facing senses.

But no technique can do that if it is not the intention of executing it. In other words, the first step is solely about purpose. If that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, many techniques may work. The second step is to devote yourself to the lucid journey in the world of the inward-facing senses.

These steps only apply to having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and not to welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry. It must be in focus to make the experience is definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Your experiences there are abstract. Hence mixing the two worlds does not work out.

DAILY LIFE WITH GLIMPSES OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
It is probably best not to be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. This is because the visual glimpses of Enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of oneness can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears. And it also applies to hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolise. See Life has no secrets.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you cannot move around but that you feel you are carried around.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, thus no longer appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor in oneness since that requires more than one. You are not someone at all, so there is no memory or consciousness of ever having believed to be that. Instead, there is what always has been and will be, namely that which is one.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally a symbol for one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

APPENDIX ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita – is unknown to Alexius. Thus he does not know the scriptures quoted in this article. He found the quotes by searching the internet.

When everything is included, there does not appear to be something outside you. Consequently, nor inside, as that requires there is something outside you. Hence there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions or new age philosophy. Generally, they exclude what they judged as wrong by projecting it onto non-believers to make them tainted and themselves pure. Yoga, for example, is often based on meditation, where you must exclude something deemed evil to become one. But oneness is formless, thus endless, so you can neither add nor subtract from it. If you try to do that, you enhance the belief that there is more than that which is One.

Prologue to the inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and its glimpses

It takes more than one to have a vision, so no matter how impressive it may be, it is not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. It is comparable to a movie trailer, a sample of the whole, thus not undivided. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling something that seems physical. The world of the inward-facing senses can also be seen, heard, felt and tasted. However, you do not get a sense of something tangible but abstract. It is also here that you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

It comes through a hole that sometimes seems black. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole. But following the light into it is the end of both the outward and inward-facing senses. Hence the experience of something is over. Therefore, if you are aware of something, you are not in the Enlightenment of that which is One but outside, having glimpses of it via the inward-facing senses.

If you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, a world where there seems to be more than one does not seem to hide the enlightenment of that which is One.

You get inside the Enlightenment of that which is One when the glimpses of it are not perceived to differ because then is no separation to define you as someone definitive. Hence there is not somebody to fight the construction of thoughts that have replaced the formlessness of oneness with someone definitive is extracted by an exceptionally bright white light. Nor is there anybody to be aware of that everything you ever believed to be and have is gone. Consequently, there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Therefore, since what you believe in being has not been Enlightened, you appear to be the same if returning to the experience of being someone definitive. However, you do not believe this experience is real due to vague memories of formlessness. Hence you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.


Since the Enlightenment of that which is One has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – have a beginning and an end, so they can be experienced by someone definitive. This is done through the inward-facing senses, when the outward ones are toned down.

The outward and inward-facing senses
The outward-facing senses are geared to experience a world perceived as outside you, thus separated from you, whereas the inward-facing senses help you experience a world that does not seem to be separated from you. But it does not mean this world is inside you. There is neither anything inside nor outside of you, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one.

It is the same within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, because, scientifically speaking, it consists of empty space. Therefore, what you experience is make-believe – also reading reads that it may be easier to undone this deception by turning down the volume of the outward-facing senses, and turning up the volume of the inner ones.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you believe in seeing an ‘E’ here, you focus on seeing something recognisable to twist empty space into something. The empty space is not the formlessness of oneness, but when you do not imagine it is a world defined by time and space, no substantial elements seem to hide the formlessness of oneness. PARTIAL DEVOTION TO THE INWARD-FACING SENSES RESULTS IN GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT
If you do not constantly focus on something specific, the outward-facing senses cannot fabricate the experiences of a world defined by time and space. Therefore, the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented by the abstract world of the inward-facing senses. Thus you get glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. You see light shows if you are visual-minded, hear ethereal music if you are auditory-minded, and taste or feel it if you are emotional-minded.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses is to draw you into their abstract world, thus undoing the belief of being someone definitive – like a moth cannot help but follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is going to be the end of it.

Mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example. Just welcome the glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One that seems to come your way. But do not try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, go with that.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the Enlightenment of that which is One because it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean what you believe in being is transformed by the Enlightenment of that which is One into oneness. Instead, it is dismissed as an illusion.

Practically speaking, it might be best to downplay the visual glimpses of Enlightenment in daily life. It is because you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. But in most cases, you can safely go with glimpses of hearing, feeling or tasting hearing, feeling or tasting the Enlightenment of that which is One.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is a side effect that helps you not worry about its appearance and inevitable end. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

THE INWARD-FACING SENSES AND THE BODY
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body because it will give the body the peace it needs to heal itself. This may not include genetically caused diseases, though. However, due to the tranquillity the inward-facing senses entail, a genetically created condition does not generate fear. Thus it is easier to deal with (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

But suppose the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses. In that case, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

TOTAL DEVOTION TO THE INWARD-FACING SENSES BIDS WELCOME THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses welcomes the Enlightenment of that which is One, which immediately erases all memories of you being someone definitive. As you are not there anymore and never were, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. Besides, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a process but one perpetual present.

But at first, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced your experiences as someone definitive is not finished. Thus it can be rebooted and recreate the experience of you as someone definitive. But since it takes more than one to be anything, the reestablished experience cannot contain the Enlightenment of that which is One. So although you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, you look like you used to. The only difference is that you know it is not you.

However, as soon as the Enlightenment of that which is One does not seem to be a process, the brain cannot be rebooted and, therefore, not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world. Hence there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

IS THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE REQUIRED TO UNDO THE BELIEF IN BEING SOMEONE?
The Enlightenment of that which is One can be said to be the last step back to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it. Thus it is not about going back but realise how you hide the formlessness of oneness, namely by believing you are someone definitive.

As already mentioned, the Enlightenment of that which is One does that in a split second. But it can also be achieved while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is One (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home).

The empty breath (HACK #5, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss) syncs the outward-facing senses with the inward-facing ones, so you over time are able to devote yourself so much to the glimpses of Enlightenment that they do not seem separated, wherefore the Enlightenment of that which is One sets in.

You do not even need Alexius’ Duality Hacks to have the belief in being someone undone. All that is necessary is not to remember what and where you are because then there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that it leaves them no time to suppress anger and other feelings messing up the perfect image of themselves as somebody full of peace, compassion, inner strength and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping a specific feeling hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of its contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus loving somebody is as blissful as to hate them.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. There is no transition from seeing glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and getting into it. And since it is one perpetual present, you do not know when it extracts all the info making you appear as someone definitive so that nothing is sucked into a black hole where it gracefully falls into the formlessness of oneness. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted which you prevent by going with the flow of fear. However, there is no fear in that which is One. It is impossible as it would require more than one. But it seems possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be in a world where there seems to be more than one. MULTITASKING THE INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses probably makes you spaced out in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But suppose you have to do something demanding in the world of the outward-facing senses. In that case, it is best to only devote yourself to that, so the abstractness of the inward-facing senses does not mess it up.

However, you can also multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demands in the world of the outward-facing senses.

When you multitask the world of the inner and outward-facing senses, thoughts are not considered to be yours. Thus nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain, making it harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial to undo the belief in being someone definitive  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath. This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything, so do not try to make sense of what you read.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

WHERE DO GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT COME FROM
Physically speaking, glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One seem to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts near the pineal gland. It is probably also from there that you perceive the world when you are in a state of not-knowing.

The same applies when you pretend to be a person or perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is One. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well, physically speaking.

Furthermore, the pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Maybe the pineal gland or the eighth chakra is involved when experiencing glimpses of Enlightenment. You cannot know because you are blown out of the experience – and afterwards, you do not know where to look. And this is fine because focussing on the pineal will not bring about any of the above. It contracts the energy, so you feel boxed in as someone definitive. On the other hand, defocussing removes restrictions wherefore you do not feel limited to being someone specific.

That which is One can be compared to a movie running so fast that no frames can be seen. A world where there seems to be more than one is the same film slowed down to the extent that it appears to consist of many different frames. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Contrary to common belief, oneness is not the same as stillness but as loudness. That is, if the speed of it could be heard. But that is impossible since that requires more than one. You could also say that oneness cannot be experienced because it is an analogue movie played so fast that its frames cannot be seen. The speed merges the frames into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of oneness.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down to the extent that it appears to consist of frames divided by time and space. Read more about that here.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness want to take it slow, so they have time to control themselves, thus appearing as balanced.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that it cannot be seen. Hence hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back, so their uncontrolled speed ignites a take-off into the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outward-facing senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto them to establish you as someone definitive in the world of the outward-facing senses. Therefore, since the inward-facing senses do not see you as definitive, it takes over the perception of the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

However, you can only stay in a state of not-knowing 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive.

Therefore, if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma and you to disappear into the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe in being is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established as separated from what you experience, thus someone definitive.

Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can remain there until you are unaware of something specific. Therefore, since there is not something to confirm you are someone, there is nothing to be absorbed by the Enlightenment of that which is One. Read about that in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is over, but you have never existed, neither materially nor spiritually, because it takes more than one to exist.

Most, however, never enter a state of not-knowing, and if they do, they quickly leave it. But in this hack, you get to unlearn the collectively agreed ways of pacifying yourself through meditation and television, for example, but instead, step into the full uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions to ignite a take-off into the empty breath that slowly but surely exposes your experiences of something as nothing. Therefore, since your slate is wiped clean by the bliss of nothing, you become nobody pretending to be somebody in a world where there seems to be something.

To not forget being nobody, you may go back to a state of not-knowing to have the slate wiped clean again. Or maybe you perceive everything as ‘it is what it is,‘ thus being in sync with the duality flow, which never stops at something specific, so you cannot be somebody. You do not have to sit in particular postures or do something extraordinary to take-off into the empty breath. Instead, you acknowledge your present chaos of thoughts or feelings without trying to shape them by a specific belief system. When you edit them, the energy of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To achieve this, you do nothing but be it (more about that below in the big box). This is not only the take-off into the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it, thus nothing to define you, wherefore you are in a state of not-knowing.

Have you already have organised the chaos of thoughts or feelings into a specific belief system, there is no need to go back to chaos to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. You acknowledge its suppression by being nothing but paralysed (read more about that here, thus undefinable.

But you do not know the bliss of not being someone before you return to the conscious experience of being that, and blissfully memories of emptiness start popping up. However, you know you are nobody when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down. Thus they do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, thus their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware that the above explanation of that which is One versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation because it requires more than one to explain something, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus endless.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing it but by feeling it. This is not done by sharing it with friends, nor by focusing on the cause with the help of a psychiatrist. These approaches disassociate you from your feeling. And you cannot get rid of it if you do not feel it.

So instead of sharing what you imagine to feel with somebody else, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, thus eliminating a feeling to contrast it, wherefore there is not something to define you having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, like a criminal, you do not think in terms of right or wrong. But unlike a criminal, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. Instead, you remain in their interaction, which is the duality flow. Being in that, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing again and again.

Going back to the first moment of duality

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.What you appear to be, was dreamed up at the edge of a black hole through which you believed to have escaped that which is One. This rebelliousness you continue in a world of duality, where you do not accept that everything comes in pairs of opposites. You fight this basic rule of duality by separating the constant interaction of opposing components into disconnected elements that do not support but fight each other, for example love an hate.

This explanation is, of course, as fictious as anything else in a world of duality, including Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But since they do not claim to be real, reading them may expose everything experienced is unreal.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

THE HUMMING FROM THE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE
Depending on your preference in the world of duality, the echo of non-duality is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time, though, as they are aspects of oneness. However, this article is mainly about hearing or feeling the echo of non-duality, often symbolised by Aum and Sohang.

As non-duality is formless, thus endless, it is everything. Thus the experience of more than one is an illusion.

When the outward-facing senses are partially closed, the inward-facing ones, which are not limited by time and space, can tune into the echo of non-duality, so you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel, though, is not non-duality but a glimpse of it because non-duality cannot be experienced.

Non-duality is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one.

If the outward-facing senses are entirely closed, a world defined by time and space cannot be experienced. Therefore, since there is nothing to prevent the abstract world of the inward-facing senses from completely taking over, there is not something that appears to hide the Enlightenment of that which is One. But this is not the subject of this article. It is written within the context of time and space.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe, you do not perceive differences to make a difference. Therefore, you return to the origin of duality, where nothing seemed wrong. Hence every moment was the perfect moment.

IN THE BEGINNING, EVERYTHING SEEMED PERFECT
You escaped non-duality through a black hole you imagined seeing at the edge of non-duality. Everything seemed perfect until you looked for differences and discovered the fantasies about more than one kept coming out of the black hole. But you thought you could handle this disruption by pairing opposing elements into pairs of duality.

However, there were not enough elements to complete your project. This made you so angry that your rage ignited an explosion in the black hole that made a world of your duality pairs in which you now spend all your time looking for the missing pieces.

Truth is that which is One. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

PERFECTION IS A FAIRYTALE
If you are a factual-minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts because a world of duality is fake. There is nothing but non-duality since it is formless, thus endless. In other words, the above is as made up as anything else in a world of duality. Nevertheless, Alexius’ little fable may remind you that non-duality is all there is.

If so, use it to go back to the big bang coming out of a black hole, so you can be filled with glimpses of Enlightenment if you keep your inward-facing senses partially open. If wholly opened, the nothingness of you is sucked through a black hole into that which is One.

However, this path is not more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world of duality, there probably is a way that seems better for you. Therefore, if one or more of Alexius’ Duality Hacks appear to be your way, use them to undo the belief in duality. But please do not use them to prove that you are on the right track and others are wrong.

Also, do not try to adjust to the terminology of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a belief system where you find the meaning of life. On the contrary, they undo the belief in being someone living in a world of duality.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace, and eternal bliss try to seduce you into believing that they know how to find shelter from the world. But how can they claim there is something to find in a world they describe as an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is perceived as pure or whatnot.

THE DREAMER CANNOT BE SEEN IN A DREAM, YET EVERYTHING SYMBOLISES THE DREAMER
The foundation of Alexius’ Duality Hacks is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment think it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. You cannot see what is real because there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel, experience or read – including Alexius’ Duality Hacks. But if can you sense that your appearance is as fleeting as a dream, you may also grasp the dreamer of it being real.

Reality, though, is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is One.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see, and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of oneness played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore, neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is One and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE SOMETHING, YOU ARE HALLUCINATING
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, one perpetual present appears to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, that there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their past and future.

Reality is that which is One. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one, these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE VERSUS GLIMPSES OF IT
The enlightenment of that which is One is a moment that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, at the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, nor that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and, therefore, nothing to be.

The Enlightenment of that which is One sucks everything out of you, so there is nothing to fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. That is, if you do not determine the first stages of the black hole to look like a zen sign, for example. In that case, you are back in a world defined by time and space. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is One. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there are, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, as only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the Enlightenment of that which is One, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is One, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the Enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is One has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up with appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating only to have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. Still, for those who love to appear as someone special, it is perfect because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the Enlightenment of that which is One because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it appears that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is One, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

PART 2:
One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot. In contrast, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference. So there is nothing to know – except that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

So whether you think that you know why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is One is everything because what is formless is endless.

From this follows, to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion and therefore not an attribute of that which is One.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, believing to be someone in such a world can be helpful regarding having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is, if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of oneness or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom or hack #7.1 Alone together, we go home.

In a world of linear time, this appears to take time. In the process, however, Alexius´ Duality Hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6.1 The Enlightenment of that which is One, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the Enlightenment of that which is One because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the Enlightenment of that which is One takes no time, as there is no time in that which is One.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is One is everything because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is One. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be bid welcome. Yet, such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately, most try to fill this emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like, for example, bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness because it is a fantasy based on the belief that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. Therefore, the solution to feeling empty is not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the Enlightenment of that which is One) never ask ‘who am I?’ because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is One and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently, the enlightened have no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not believe but pretends to be someone.

  • The statements above about the fabricated states of gurus and no need for interacting in communities do not mean this must be avoided. If the world is an illusion, preventing any part of it is also an illusion. Nothing in fantasy, whether it appears to be within or without, in the heart or whatnot, needs to be avoided because nothing is real. Not something, neither nothing but that which is One

The crowd in Alexius’ bar Floss turned out to be a community of punks, musicians and models. Although their appearance was quite different from Alexius’s, their content was the same empty space. However, in their case, they tried to fill it with something special, like going to Floss, which was considered the coolest place to meet. The image is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
In the eyes of the world, Alexius has been very successful. First, he designed two trendy restaurants and two bars that he had for 12 years. Later he was a TV producer, a designer for big and small companies and then a teacher in public relations – all of it without any education or watching TV. Read more about Alexius’ personal story.

Before becoming a businessman, but after working as a kindergarten teacher and a taxi driver, he was a monk for four years. Though his different activities may seem very different, the purpose was always the same, setting his personality aside. So the children in the kindergarten could find their own feet to walk on, and people hiring a taxi could get to their destination peacefully. His restaurants and bars could grow in a way that benefitted the community evolving from them. The energy of a TV broadcasting – just like his design – would highlight the content and not the designer.

So whether he was doing something mundane or living in a monastery, it was always about phasing out his personality and not listening to the ecstatic voice telling him how much he could become and have if following his desires. But he did not need to fill the emptiness in him with something because as someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, he knew something is nothing in disguise.

In other words, Alexius knows time and space are fake. And it seems scientists also know because they say the world we believe in feeling and seeing consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite also being empty space consisting of nothing substantial – is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world where we appear to be somebody definitive. Therefore, since what you believe in being is nothing that you have learned to perceive as something, you must unlearn everything.

This will not change your appearance into something angelic or heavenly. Neither will it change the look of the world outside of you. But you start sensing something is nothing. This does not mean that what appears to be inside of you is real. On the contrary, there is no inside because that which is you is no different from oneness, which is formless, thus with no inside and outside.

The personality is there to be used for having fun in the world.

Even though Alexius is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, he has a personality like everybody – just like he also has a body. But although his aura is crystallised, it is not full of light, and neither is his body or personality because the Enlightenment of that which is One does not know a world where there seems to be more than one. PART 2:
One part of Alexius’ personality is very forgiven. Not in the sense that it first condemns and then forgives – but that it simply overlooks appearances. However, the other part does not miss anything, and it is not willing to forgive the appearances that do not meet its expectations. Instead, it insists they should change.

If one leg is shorter than the other, you do not get rid of the ´wrong´ one. Best to keep both of them because that makes it easier to walk. Likewise, it is best to keep both the good and evil part of the personality because when they meet they cancel out each othwer, wherefore it impossible to define you as someone definitive.

Alexius could improve this part of his personality, but he chooses to let the forgiven part of him overlook the grudges from the angry part. At times though, he sees the grudge as warnings, for instance, when standing at the edge of a mountain.

And they served him well when he was in the advertising business. Thanks to the faultfinder part of his personality, he quickly saw what needed to be corrected in a project. It is also that part he uses when proofreading Alexius’ Duality Hacks. In this way, both aspects of his personality can go on doing what they do the best. Nothing needs to be denied, rejected or transformed. Everything is fine as it is.

This has nothing to do with oneness but using the personality to have fun pretending to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately, when not trying to correct or change the personality, the belief in it as real is not enhanced but phased out.

Without contrasts, there is nothing but non-duality

When contrasts meet they cancel each other out, so if you for example do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you would not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you would not even be able to experience yourself as someone definitive. You would be that which you always have been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as there are no contrasts in that which is formless.

When the opposing sides of a contrast meet, they cancel out each other, so if you, for example, do not suppress negativity to experience positivity, you will not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you cannot perceive yourself as someone definitive. Hence there is nothing to hide what always has been and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness. It cannot be experienced, though, as that requires more than one. Two different worlds were about to evolve in the milliseconds after the big bang: one of matter (the one we believe in sewing see) and one of antimatter. But matter and antimatter cannot coexist. If they meet, an incredible amount of energy is released, and they disappear in one big flash

Antimatter, therefore, had to be excluded for matter to appear as a tangible universe defined by time and space. This does not mean that antimatter has gone. Since the brain produces the experience of a tangible world, antimatter only needs to be excluded from our experience. That is why science cannot find it, although it must be somewhere according to their observations of the universe.

Death defines the condition of life in a world of duality.

A tangible world is experienced through contrasts, and as the opposing parts cancel out each other if they meet, one side of a contrast must be suppressed to experience the other as specific. For example, to experience beauty as something definitive, its counterpart, ugliness, must be excluded, as otherwise, they cancel each other out – just like antimatter had to be separated from matter to establish a world defined by time and space.

In other words, without separation, nothing definitive is established. On the contrary, the world defined by time and space is cancelled out in one big flash. This is what is called the Enlightenment of that which is One* in Alexius’ Duality Hacks. You can read about that in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and glimpses of it.

More, faster and cheaper is the common mantra. And to make it work, non-duality is replaced with a world of duality, that is imagined in contrasts of more and less, fast and slow, cheap and expensive and so on.

Most, however, do not want to be cancelled. On the contrary, they always look for the next big thing to make them more happy and perfect. But happiness cannot be felt without its contrast, sadness, and there is no perfection without imperfection. It is not possible to know that you experience something specific without knowing its contrast, which is only possible when you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

All experiences are deceptive – also the experience of dimension. Reality is more flat than this image, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is sizeless. Besides it takes more than one to experience something and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. But as oneness is formless, thus endless, anything that calls for more than one is an illusion. Inclusiveness is a journey without distance

When you do not look for appearances but that which makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between you and something else makes no difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or another ism manifests their specific group by excluding everything, not in line with its principles.

First, they divide the world into right and wrong. Second, they eliminate everything judged wrong by projecting it onto other groups. Third, since the other groups seem evil, they start to fight them.

When the fight is over, the winning group claims to be the good ones. »By doing the right thing, we have established we are the best,« they say. But they only seem to be better because they have projected the worst in themselves onto the losing groups.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not a new doctrine where you have to change or get rid of something to become better. On the contrary, there is no goal but to undo the belief in separation because there is nobody to change without it.

A JOURNEY WITHOUT DISTANCE TO THAT WHICH IS ALL-INCLUSIVE
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of the old type of transportation. Instead, he surpassed it and developed a new and much faster vehicle.

Likewise, Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not an update of ancient meditation methods, added soothing sounds, shaman sticks and whatnot. The hacks are built from scratch, founded on the haste of modern-day life, so you rapidly enter a state of not knowing and its bliss of nothing. On the other hand, meditation progresses at the pace of a horse-driving carriage, as it is based on the idea that you must exclude something to get better. Therefore, since there is always more to get rid of, you keep separating, thus never reaching wholeness.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are about undoing the belief in separation by including the opposing parts in the contrasts making up the world of duality, such as the past and the future or good and evil. This does not require restraint, concentration, realisation or perfection.

But Alexius’ Duality Hacks is based on inclusiveness. This does not require sitting in a specific position with eyes closed or being with special people in unique surroundings. Instead, you include whatever you experience wherever you are. You cannot go wrong, not even if you forget to be inclusive, because if so, you include your imperfection. Hence you are at full speed on a journey with no distance to that which is all-inclusive, namely non-duality, since it is formless, thus endless.

WHEN YOU ARE INCLUSIVE, YOUR PROBLEMA CONTAINS THE SOLUTION
Being Inclusive starts by acknowledging separation – otherwise, there is nothing to include. For example, to experience something as specifically good, you must separate it from its opposite, bad – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters from your awareness to focus on reading the article.

If you begin to include these letters, they start to blur. Eventually, there is not anything specific to see, wherefore there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you fully bring back the white background into your awareness. This makes it impossible to focus on the black letters, wherefore there is no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the two sides of a polarity cancel out each other. Therefore, since there is nothing specific to experience, thus nothing to make the experiencer definitive, the belief in separation falls apart.

By the way, you do not have to be aware of both sides in the polarities to include them. Instead, you include the part you are conscious about. This automatically incorporates its counterpart because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, like two sides of a coin. See also hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

In other words, when one side of a coin is included, there is nothing to define the other side. Hence the sides do not appear separated but partners putting together a coin experience. Regarding feelings, if you include pain, for example, it is revealed to be in an alliance with its counterpart relief. Hence your problem contains the solution.

Another way to put it, nothing can be experienced without its contrast. Therefore, if you devote yourself so much to a problem that there is nothing but that, there is not something to define it. Consequently, there is no problem causing suffering.

This is not the way to realise non-duality. It cannot be known because it takes more than one to become aware of something. But it is a way to see that there is no more than that which is One. This you realise when you are fully inclusive. But you probably start little by little. No worries. As already said, inclusiveness is a journey without distance.

Willingness not to exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside because, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. PART 1:
When we believe to be somebody definitive, we establish this constantly by telling stories where we are the main character making everything right. Or we refer to stories of others in which we appear to make a difference.

The complete inclusion of thoughts and feelings cancels out the idea of within and without. Thus there is no difference to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The conclusion is not that you must stop telling stories about your achievements if you want the bliss of being nobody. On the contrary, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about stopping or avoiding something, as that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or anything else into something higher but including everything as it appears to be because that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

However, in most cases, we are not willing to be nobody. Thus we persist in being somebody definitive by excluding from our personality whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, or work associates, for example. No worries. If you acknowledge that you are unwilling to include everything, you include the moment as it is, thus on the path of inclusiveness. Although this is a path of peace, it may not seem so, at first, because when you include everything., there is nothing to hope for. It feels pretty depressing until you realise that without hope, there is nothing to fear – and without it, there is peace. Be aware that this explanation and the others in Alexius’ Duality Hacks are inaccurate because it is not explainable why you believe in being someone definitive. It is impossible to be that because that which is One is formless, thus endless. See also Nobody is loved in that which is One.

INTERLUDE:
Using Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not like using drugs to expand the consciousness with LSD, for example. They do not increase anything. Nor do they improve something. Instead, they undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

In other words, no reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor you do not have to think positive, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

PART 2:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality because it is defined by what you exclude. For example, if you do not like feeling inferior, you exclude it by justifying it with the world perceived outside of you. Hence the flaws of an external world seem to define you as superior.

If you lose your self-control and express the flaws, that are supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it. In this way your superiority is ensured.

However, since life is all-inclusive, you have excluded yourself from it. Hence everything excluded must be included if you want to undo that. Nevertheless, you are probably not willing to do this. No worries. Being willing to accept that, your unwillingness becomes a step towards willingness. But not even this step is necessary regarding the undoing of your exclusion of life. By acknowledging that you resist life, you establish a relation to it. And since life is inclusive, you are on the track of inclusiveness.

Rage is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

Though there is not a single red pigment in this photo, you will probably make an image of red strawberries inside of you because your relationship with them tells you they are red. Likewise, when you have a relationship with the formlessness of life, this is what you will remember every time you experience something in a world defined by time and space, regardless of how it appears to be. Even if you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it because, without it, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. So whether you seem to be happy or sad, calm or upset, well or sick, mundane or spiritual, it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life. This, you sense if not focusing on your appearance, because then it will not seem to hide what it confirms.

And so there is no reason to blame others for how they appear to be, but neither to stop blaming them or be guilty about judging them, because whatever you do, think or feel is a reminder of the formlessness of life. See also The YOU finger and the three me fingers.

Do you see two faces or a vase in this image? The answer seems important within the reality of a world defined by time and space, as without definitions, it does not appear to exist. In reality, though, it does not matter because your electronic media neither has the space for faces nor a vase. It is an illusion symbolising something that is not there. This does not mean that there is life in the world where you experience to be. Life is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to experience something, everything experienced is lifeless. But it means that even though the formlessness of life is not in what and where you appear to be, it is empowering your experience of it – just like electricity is not in the article you read, although it empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Therefore, as all your experiences symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding something. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of onenesse. Pain, frustration, jealousy, and death, for example, confirm life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

PART 3:
Since it takes more than one to realise something, it is impossible to realise that what is you is no different from that which is One. Yet, it is possible to realise it is impossible to be and have more than oneness since it is formless, thus endless.

No matter how much more you appear to become and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to lose it. Hence you actually have nothing but the fear of losing everything.

You have nothing to lose in the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear. This fearlessness is not accomplished by avoiding being or having more in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another way of being and having more.

But being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is nobody being or having something. Thus becoming and getting more in a world where there seems to be more than one can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not being exclusive and thus inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you as someone.

APPENDIX:
Since oneness is formless, a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy borne from the wish to be and have more than that which is One. It unfolds by imagining it is possible to fragment oneness into opposites, for example, good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark.

Therefore, if you consider yourself and like-minded as the good ones and others the bad ones, you are enhancing the belief that oneness can be divided, thus making it appear as if life comes from separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged as good or bad, their apparent difference is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider good and bad as equal and do not separate them, they cancel out each other when they meet. Hence you, the like-minded ones and others are non-definable, wherefore there is no basis for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

Inclusiveness is emptiness – and that is pure bliss [draft]

Once upon a time, Alexius assumed that when he justified feeling annoyed with the world outside of him, his irritation would go away and be replaced by relaxation.

But it was pretty stressful to always be on the lookout for something that he could blame for his irritation so that it did not seem to come from him but from something outside of him. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this before he was rescued by a helicopter after having been stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

Fortunately, he recognised that when he includes irritation by being it to such an extent that there is nothing else, there is not something to contrast it. Therefore, since the included cannot be categorised, it cannot be experienced, thus not contrast relaxation. Hence there is nothing to label relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements in a contrast is cancelled out when one of them is fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must go down memory lane to find hidden feelings from the past. To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that there is a willingness to be nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but willingness. Should that be be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you are willing to include being irresolute.

It is never too late to include something from the past in the present and thus cancels out both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former. This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness because inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And if you are not a hundred per cent sure about that, a willingness to include everything is good enough. In a world defined by time and space, the colours we believe to see are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red, green and blue (RGB). Adding the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black, and so does the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK). On the other hand, adding the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. Television and computers, by the way, use the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning, you will use either the RYB or RGB model to perceive the complementary colour to red, for example. As you can see in the illustration, it is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens when we, for example, experience something as red outside of us. Simultaneously, the brain generates its complementary colour cyan to cancel out the contrasting colours and replace them with a neutral grey inside us. As this happens so fast and most only see the world as conditioned, they do not notice red is complemented with cyan. Least of all, they notice the neutral grey inside them that has replaced the complementary colours. Instead, they hold onto the experience of red as a singular colour in a world outside of them.

The same applies to the complementary colour that emerges by mixing the primary ones. It also applies to the RYB and CMYK colour modes. Plus complementary feelings, such as love and hate. Grey is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours. And that cyan is the complementary colour of red, you see if you stare at red for a sustained time – thirty seconds to a minute – and then quickly look at a white surface. There you see the complementary colour, cyan or green, depending on what colour model you have conditioned yourself to live by.

But let us return to our story about irritation. When included, the apparent difference between irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference. Since this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they become neutral, wherefore there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

In this state of not-knowing, you may get glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one as ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste. Read The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them if you want to learn how to have glimpses of Enlightenment in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. Until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive are forgotten. Hence there is nobody to attribute an experience with a specific meaning. This nothingness is pure bliss.

But there is not someone to know this before a state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be definitive.

Since there is no awareness of being someone in a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over that vague memories remind you of the bliss it is to not believe in being someone and thus have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one. Be aware, though, that this may not always happen, and if it does, remember that these glimpses are not that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to bring you into a state of not knowing. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something that you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling, for example hate, and, out of habit, try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

However, if you choose to include hatred, you are back in a state of not-knowing. Hate is included in the same way as irritation. In other words, when you are nothing but hatred, so there is not something else and therefore no love to define what you are. Thus you are in the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including your feeling of worthlessness, you are nothing but that. Therefore, since there is no contrast to define you as worthless, you cannot be defined and therefore not limited by time and space. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss. Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include s fundamental contrast, such as right and wrong, via being nothing but right or wrong.

Since many contrasts are a variation of this one, the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts is also cancelled out. Therefore, since the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. This is a state of not-knowing.

If you want to speed up the undoing of he belief in being someone definitive you include  fundamental contrasts like within and without, past and future, giving and receiving plus high and low. The most basic contrast, however, is expansion and contraction.

If you connect with the empty breath (see the article Take-offs into the empty breath), this rhythmic contrast will slowly but surely undo itself and thereby anything experienced, as it is based on the belief that it is possible to expand something.

In case you prefer going straight to a state of not-knowing without having to deal with contrasts, you include all thoughts and feelings popping up in this very moment, whether they appear positive or negative, associated with the past or whatnot. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now. It is an edited version of a moment where thoughts and feelings involving the past or the future have been excluded.

If you have not disassociated yourself from something in your personality by blaming others for having caused it, you will not be upset every time you are reminded of you of past exclusion. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.

Being in a state of not-knowing does not mean you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered tools for manifesting you as someone definitive but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Thus, pain can be used to prevent you from walking on a broken leg and fear of stepping out in front of a car.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In this context, pain does not cause someone to suffer. Neither does fear make anyone frightened because when you do not use thoughts and feelings to establish being someone definitive, they are not experienced to result in anything specific.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they seem to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded and thus included, since that renders them non-definable.

But this state of not knowing will not last very long if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the bliss arising from the emptiness of not-knowing. If so, you probably twist the nothingness into an experience of something definable, for example unconditional love. Then you again appear to be someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a state of not-knowing, before you return to the conscious expereience of being someone defined time and space again, complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a state of not-knowing last if you do not return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive because after 20 minutes, 45 at most, without the acknowledgement of separation, the Enlightenment of that which is one set in, which erases all experiences.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a state of not-knowing is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, there never was or will be anything but that which is one since it is formless and thus without beginning and end. Fortunately, the after-effect of just a split second in a state of not-knowing can last for years. Read more about that in The after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

If boxes like this seem disturbing regarding being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that. To be in a state of not-knowing, you must drop the idea of being centred, balanced and focused. Those concepts are deeply founded in separating experiences into categories, which is a way of excluding those ones you do not like by putting them in mental boxes.

But multitasking is very beneficial. It distracts the brain from focusing so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. This also applies to The taste of Oneness. Read about that in The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

When included, annoyance undoes the belief in separation [draft]

If your irritation is not excluded but included in the perception of yourself, the belief in separation falls apart. But unfortunately, the intimacy that this entails often seems so scary that most prefer to uphold the belief in separation by blaming the world for feeling annoyed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because to uphold this belief, you must always choose between opposites like good and bad. Since this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from that which is one, it makes you feel disconnected.

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe there is more than that which is one, which is the cause of irritation.

To hide this is your own doing, you blame somebody else for having caused it. But as making others bad to make you look good further enhance the belief in separation., you feel more disconnected.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort goes away when what you judge as wrong has been made right. Thus you compulsively look for something to make better. But as that boosts the belief in separation, it makes you feel more cut off.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It has to be contrasted in order to be felt as something specific, so when there is nothing else than that, you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Justifying feelings lead the wrong way because that excludes them from you and thus establish separation as real. But if a feeling is included to the extent that you are only that, there is nothing else to define what you are. Therefore, since you cannot be seen as someone who makes a difference, there is no feeling of disconnection – just like the white letters in the above sign only seem disconnected from each other when contrasted by another colour. No worries. This feeling is simply a warning sign saying you cannot go down this road because it takes more than one to feel something, and you are that which is one. Therefore, if you do not fend off your feeling of irritation but bid it welcome, it disappears because the warning has been received.

This does not necessarily mean your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over, but that the belief in being there is replaced by pretending to be there. And since what you pretend to be, you are not, someday nobody returns that which has never been left, namely that which is one.

Inclusiveness is not about owning your flaws since that confirms the belief in being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the dark side of the personality because it is to accept exclusion and thus the loneliness of separation. Instead, inclusion leaves nothing to put up with, which is pure bliss.

Including uncomfortable feelings in this way may seem similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality. But inclusiveness, as described in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is not about becoming whole or anything else because being something requires more than one.

However, while you believe to be that, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be quiet if they seem disturbing. So, by all means, go ahead and blame them for making you feel upset. And be grateful they have made you aware of how irritating it is to judge them and thus separate them from you.

Your gratefulness will set you free to move forward without excluding your uncomfortable feelings by blaming others for having caused them. Instead, you include your feelings by totally being them. Since that leaves nothing to define you, the belief in separation cannot be upheld. For example, when you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast what you are. Hence you cannot be defined as someone specific.

It is not only the inclusion of irritation, which sets you free from the belief in separation. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative, rooted in the past or whatnot. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling, you will be completely full of it. Hence there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. What is said above about uncomfortable feelings also applies to comfortable feelings justified by somebody. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

In short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you feel by justifying it to the world but include them undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you feel.

As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless, thus endless, inclusiveness is just as illusionary as exclusiveness. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it. However, this does not mean that Alexius’ Duality Hacks transform you into the formlessness of oneness. That is not possible because whatever you believe in being is nothing but empty space.

So instead, Alexius’ Duality Hacks replace the belief in being someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation), or with the belief that what you appear to be is pretence. Since what you pretend to be, you are not, you are not separated (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of onenesse). Or instead of believing that different experiences make a difference, you believe they make no difference, wherefore there is no separation. This new belief you achieve by being inclusive(the hack you are reading).


Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. So when both sides of contrast, for example light and darkness, are included, there is nothing to experience and thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely that which is one. Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. However, the problem is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between more than one because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose.

Though the beliefs accumulated by Alexius’ Duality Hacks are just as illusionary as any other, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence there is no belief to hide that which cannot be realised, namely that which is one. It is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing else. Therefore, since you are already there, you do not need to realise oneness but what you use to hide it.

APPENDIX:
When you include the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that, the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad or good. Everything is as it is. That is a state of not-knowing. See the following articles.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. For example, being nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it. Thus neither sadness nor its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing.
