Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment

Updated January 19, 2022

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not feasible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in a dream.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else’s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But it is the energy that makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

Read more about differences not making a difference hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe, can be heard or felt and heard via the inward-facing senses because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to listen to the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which is often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the inward-facing senses than the outward-facing ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

Since none of the aspects of the Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the Enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the Enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of Enlightenment are not of the world experienced by the outward-facing senses but by the inward-facing senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outward-fencing senses, they can undo the deception of an external world – not abruptly like the Enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. Click here if you want to read more about the distinction between the Enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In the world of the outward-facing senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outward-facing senses that perceive a world defined by time and space is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (read more about that here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration that Aum, Sohang, or The Word of God symbolises is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be genuine until you hear or feel this echo.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It is as close to you as anything else experienced in the world of the outward-facing senses, as the world of the inward-facing senses is not ruled by time and space. Thus you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outward-facing senses inwards to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment, you appear to be in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses simultaneously but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, you feel relieved.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without spending years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inward-facing senses, check the previous article A reintroduction of Enlightenment, inward and outward-facing senses, or the next one The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outward senses versus the inner ones and The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

And if you want to read about inclusiveness versus exclusiveness, check hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the Enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life, you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inward-facing sense called the third eye, that is a single ‘eye’ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outward-facing sense and open the third eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having a vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outward-facing senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to not know what and where you are.

One way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outward-facing sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards and merge with the third eye. This massager also does wonders for the body.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus or you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy but as a tool to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the world of the inward-facing senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outward-facing sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way to stop hearing the world of the outward-fencing senses and start listening to the music of the inward-fencing senses is to put both thumbs in your ears. Instead, you can use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone. Then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal music coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ‘Aum’, ‘Sohang’ or ‘The Word of God’. If so, follow this glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ‘hear’ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you assume a dream is made by you, although you cannot change anything except how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. Therefore, it is in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts produced by the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inward-facing senses, experiencing it as light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it, you must want to listen to it.

In hack #3.6 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive specifically and all over hack #3, Being inclusive and not exclusive you can read more about how inclusiveness undoes the belief in separation. And in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one you can read about the frustration of perceiving yourself as special versus the happiness of perceiving to be a basic self, which is just one second away from glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus glimpses of Enlightenment coming from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world you experience. Hence there is no doubt, you are everything you see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness, you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus because without it, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint. Thus none of the descriptions of it is definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancel out the ever-present glimpses of Enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inward fasing sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outward-facing senses.

But no technique in the world of the outward-facing senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inward-facing senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of Enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of life can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears. And it also applies to hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolise.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all, and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that because it was all make-believe, and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Hence mixing the two worlds do not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outward-facing senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inward-facing senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually try not to focus to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inward-facing senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outward-facing senses and space out in the world of the inner ones when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner and outward-facing senses Alexius does not know because, it is automatically taken care of via his connection with the empty breath, which functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outward-facing senses. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the Enlightenment of that which is one fences it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits regarding defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of Enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one will make the outward-facing senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one only be undone via the inward-facing senses? No, it can also be undone via the outward-facing senses as described in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality and hack #5.3 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

There might be other hacks other than Alexius’ Duality Hacks that undo this belief. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inward-facing senses. Still, it makes them synchronised, which among other things, means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses will not seem stressful when synched with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
‘lifts’ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronising the outer and inward-facing senses so that glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outward-facing senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car that is programmed to take you to your favourite aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is one, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one, and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. Instead, he found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions. Neither new age philosophy, as they generally appear to exclude what is judged as bad to become what is deemed better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking, this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

NOTES ABOUT WHERE ALEXIUS’ DUALITY HACKS COME FROM
The following article Where do the hacks of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from is exploring this.

OTHER NOTES:

To be ‘alone together’ is to undo the belief in separation

Updated December 31, 2021

Being alone together does not mean that you are together with others who also are alone, but that there is nobody else than you, so everything experienced is you. In other words, you are alone together with your fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one without being divided into more than one. Thus you benefit from devoting yourself to something or somebody you love, rather than spending time on despising others, as the latter seems to make you appear even more definitive, which enhances the feeling of being wrong and, therefore, the need to hide the feeling of inferiority by making others wrong.

That is, of course, unless you, for example, perceive your despising of others as something you pretend to be (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) or as something symbolising the formlessness of life (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Whether you devote yourself to something or somebody in the physical, online or astral world or simply in the brain, where the experience of any appearance is manufactured, makes no difference. All experiences are equally illusionary since it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

As the experience of you being separated from others in a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, only is possible when your belief that there is more than that which is One, this belief is what makes you and the world appear to be separated from that which is one.

Hence you return to that which is One as you believe in having left it, namely as more than one. Not in a literal sense, because there is no more than that which is One, but in the sense that you include everything* you believe not to be you so that you return alone together**, which is exactly like you imagine to have left it.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A safe thing is to devote yourself to is one of Alexius’ Duality Hacks or as many as you feel like. Except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, they are built on duality in the sense that they only work in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being connected with the empty breath (see hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss), for example, requires more than one.

This rhythm of more than one coming from the extraction and contraction of the breath that correlates with the transparent sound of the empty breath or the swing of it or surfing its yin-yang like waves (see the article What does the empty breath feel like?), is the most essential contrast behind the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The empty breath is such an eminent hack of duality. You simply follow its basic rhythm of duality, namely expansion and contraction, and by doing so you return to non-duality, as you believed to have left it, namely as more than one.

The complete inclusion of the contrast, which comes from totally going with the flow of the empty breath in 20 minutes, 45 at most (see the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks), cancels out the apparent difference between the apparent opposing sides of it, wherefore nothing seems to manifest from it anymore (see the article Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide there is no more than non-duality).

Since your departure from oneness is make-believe, so is your return to it. In reality, nobody returns to that which is One, and nobody needs to, because nobody has left it, as it is formless and therefore endless.

The images in this article are from the primordial forest, where Alexius appears to live. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What the empty breath or one of the other duality hacks accomplishes is not the undoing of a world where there seems to be more than one, but the undoing of the belief that you are someone in such a world.

This belief is erased through the implementation of Alexius’ Duality Hacks so that there is not someone to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore nothing to hide there was and never will be more than that which is One.

A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, ‘the Enlightenment of that which is One’ and glimpses of it

Updated January 19, 2022

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the Enlightenment of that which is One but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the Enlightenment of that which is One is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

However, it is not exactly like this because the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be defintive, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

But bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. This is not the Enlightenment of that which is One, though, but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Having visual glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One way to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is One with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is One.

The Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow of Enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the Enlightenment of that which is One is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone appearing to hide the enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is One is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is One.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is One as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is One, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the Enlightenment of that which is One. In other words, what you believe to be can never be Enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the Enlightenment of that which is One to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is One.

Therefore since what you believe in being has not been Enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is One, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is One is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the Enlightenment of that which is One has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you focus on seeing something recognisable to disguise empty space as something. The empty space is not the formlessness of oneness, but when you do not imagine it is a world defined by time and space, no substantial elements seem to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of Enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outward-facing senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is One in case you are emotional minded.

In the following article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of it, you can read how to activate the inward-facing senses so that you can see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is One.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the Enlightenment of that which is One, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is One – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the Enlightenment of that which is One, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the Enlightenment of that which is One is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the Enlightenment of that which is One. So although you are to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, you look like you used to.

But as soon as the Enlightenment of that which is One does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as bad are excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is One. Bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is One suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the Enlightenment of that which is One required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The Enlightenment of that which is One can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One undone. It can be achieved while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is One (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is One.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the Enlightenment of that which is One that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is One. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is One. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is One. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is One, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial regarding having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is One). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

So instead of using the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the Enlightenment of that which is One, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is that which is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

Read more about alone together in the following article To be alone together is to undo the belief in separation or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is not to believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tense anymore. Actually, it is not there at all because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together is not a dilemma because it implies you have never been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is One. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

The inward-facing senses versus the outward ones

Updated January 6, 2022

The animation is grabbed from the web.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
The outward-facing senses are not a contrast to the inward-facing senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outward-facing senses are on the outside and the inward-facing ones are inside. Their names rather mean that the outward-facing senses are geared to experience a world that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inward-facing senses help you experience a world that does not seem to be separated from you.

The inward-facing senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking, the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it can be beneficial to not only use the outward-facing senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible, so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world, and you like someone there.

Often those having visions via the inward-facing senses conclude that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion. And they are right – but they are not right when they conclude the world experienced with the inward-facing senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless, turning down the volume of the outward-facing senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outward-facing senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outward-facing senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it is often easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

When you are not experiencing something specific, you are not someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

When you are not experiencing something specific, you are not someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inward-facing senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inward-facing senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outward-facing senses,

Read for examples the hacks Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality rules out separation, Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive for having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone by using the illusion of such a world, as a means to do that. You can find them in the table of contents.

A world, where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is you who decide what to believe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. But it is you who decide what to believe. What you choose to believe reflects whether you desire to be more than that which is one or not. The graphic is grabbed from artsymomma.com.

PART 2:
Just like the outward-facing senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. Actually, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outward-facing senses because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is probably difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation, there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, which is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

If you as someone definitive is an auditory minded person, the entrance to that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness, is eternal harmonies. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you, as someone definitive is an auditory minded person, tuning into ethereal harmonies could be the way to undo the belief in being someone. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

PART 3:
Let us imagine that though you have never heard anything other than compressed music, such as MP3, you feel that something is missing. Yet you cannot know what it is because you have never heard uncompressed music as it sounds on vinyl.

But also on vinyl, there seems to be something missing in comparison with live music – and that is nothing compared to the ethereal music you can hear in the world of the inward-facing senses when the outer ones are partly turned off. The inward-facing senses, however, you do not know, if you have always depended on the outward ones.

To depend only on the outward-facing senses can be compared to playing a game like Monopoly but without the cards, so you do not know where to go. Neither do you know where to go in the world when the inward-facing senses are not used. Without them, you cannot hear where you are – or rather, without them, you cannot hear that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Not trying to know what and where you are, thoughts lose their meaning

Updated January 6, 2022

To avoid being influenced by thoughts no special posture or surroundings are needed. All that is needed is to not be concerned about the outcome of anything at all, so that the apparent difference of attaining something or not makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To avoid being influenced by thoughts, no particular posture or surroundings are needed. All that is required is to not be concerned about the outcome of anything at all so that the apparent difference of attaining something or not makes no difference. The animation is grabbed from the Ello.

Suppose you do not believe thoughts to be real. In that case, it is easy to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the Enlightenment of that which is One instead of thoughts. It is impossible to be conscious of the Enlightenment of that which is One, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is to not is bid welcome when you are not exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are Enlightened because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is One. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside because inclusiveness neutralises contrasts. And without them, there is nothing that defines you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

You are nobody in the Enlightenment of that which is One. Well, also in the world, but in the Enlightenment of that which is One there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is One

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is One, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is One is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The Enlightenment of that which is One is one perpetual present and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world, you are not in the Enlightenment of that which is One. Yet, as there are vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the Enlightenment of that which is One. The person though that you appear to be in the world is not changed by this. Neither is it necessary because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of Enlightenment can, for example, reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If a person only partially bids welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One, there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is One. It can also be spaced out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting, of course. Still, as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Glimpses of Enlightenment turn you into someone who appears to be in the world of the outward-facing senses but not of it
You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is One, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant from the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most because to be present, you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One and as you, therefore, are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated on you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, and as formless is endless, there is no more than that which is One.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath feels as if the curved line in a yin-yang sign is swinging forth and back, up and down, from side to side, and everywhere in between within a ball that has no definitive centre or border and that crosses your lower and upper body. This swing synchronises the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses with the high frequency of the inward-facing senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outward-facing senses seems upsetting. In other words, when the experiences in the world of the outward-facing senses are based on the world of the inward-facing senses, it does not matter if something appears to be upsetting or not. You are indifferent to appearances – including your own – and cannot help but smile. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of Enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which looks pretty discomforting until you realise that being empty, you are a vessel, the empty breath*, that takes you into the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, where glimpses of Enlightenment are the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses.

The excitements in the world of the outward-facing senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on autopilot. It is so relaxing, and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have unless you do not still insist on being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outward-facing senses, as they only bring pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath. It automatically syncs the stress from the world of outward-facing senses with the tranquillity of the inward-facing senses so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inward-facing senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belong to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outward-facing senses. On the contrary, you are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath when you do not care about what and where you are, while you, for example, appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating exceptional food or sitting in particular postures in unique surroundings to become pure.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of Enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the Enlightenment of that which is One, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of Enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of Enlightenment so is ‘pretending to be someone definitive’ or ‘to se symbols of life in the world’ or ‘not being exclusive but inclusive’ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference.** It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of Enlightenment are something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of them or anything else, there is nothing to block out the Enlightenment of that which is One. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of Enlightenment come from
Physically speaking, the glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One seems to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference, and it feels like every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretending to be a person or to perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is One**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well, physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Yet maybe the pineal gland or the eighth chakra has anything to do with the experiences of glimpses of Enlightenment. You cannot know because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing, you do not know where to look.

It might be best to downplay the visual glimpses of Enlightenment in daily life, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light. In most cases, though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of Enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

What is coffee. The answer will depend on the preferences of the one answering it and as we all have different preferences the same cup of coffee can be described in many different ways. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is coffee? The answer depends on the preferences of the one answering it and the interpretation of the answer by the one getting it, so the same cup of coffee may turn out to be many different things. In other words, you will not get to know what coffee is from reading about it but from drinking it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The Enlightenment of that which is One and the glimpses of it are in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings described in a certain way. Still, elsewhere the same is perhaps described in another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the Enlightenment of that which is One, or the glimpses of it to be revealed precisely as described in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius’Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the Enlightenment of that which is One, or the glimpses of it from Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings will not help you. It is better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling, or taste of it to do their thing when you partly or wholly are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of Enlightenment, which may help to undo the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences is excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are because with nothing excluded, there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you because there is no end to not being specific.

PMT ‘A perfect moment’ takes you back to the first moment of duality

Updated November 25, 2021

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.

What you appear to be, was dreamed up at the edge of a black hole through which you believe to have escaped non-duality. This rebelliousness you continue in a world of duality, where you do not accept that everything comes in pairs of opposites. You fight this basic rule of duality by splitting the constant interaction of opposing components into disconnected elements so that love and hate, for example, do not support but fight each other. This description is, of course, as illusionary as anything else in a world of duality. But since Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not claim to be real, reading them may be beneficial in exposing the illusion of duality.

When the feelings judged as wrong are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so you appear perfect, there is always something that needs fixing to not seem imperfect.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out. Thus the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings because they are experienced through the echo of that which is One, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The inward-facing senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is One coming from the beginning of the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world, the echo of that which is One is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is One. However, this article is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is One is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outward-facing senses are partially closed, the inner ones, which are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel, though, is not that which is One but a glimpse of it because that which is One cannot be experienced.

That which is One is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, they are make-belive because that which is One is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

If the outward-facing senses are entirely closed, there is no world to experience. Hence there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inward-facing senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that someone is thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is One. However, this is not the subject of this article. It is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is in yourself and not far away. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is not far away but in you.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe, you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparently different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

In the article Life has no secrets you can learn how to hear and/or feel the humming from the edge of the universe. At the end of this theme there are practical instructions of how to have glimpses of enlightenment. See the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You think you have escaped that which is one through an black hole looking a bit like an embryo into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. It is not possible. There is no black hole, because there is no more than that which is one. Consequently I can only show you a fantasy picture of the black hole, that is imagined to look a bit like an embryo or a horse head. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You think you have escaped that which is One through a black hole into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is One because formlessness is endless. Consequently, this image of a black hole that may look like an embryo or a horse head is not real.

In the beginning, every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is One through a black hole that you imagined seeing at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – you brought through the black hole are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes them explode into a big bang that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. You can read more details about this in the articles Duality is a virtual reality on top of non-duality and From non-duality to duality and back.

Truth is that which is One. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts, but a world where there seems to be more than one is impossible because there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless. In other words, that which is One is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently, whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the aforementioned perfect moment, an explanation of the beginning of the world.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The perfect moment is a fairytale
That which is you is no different from that which is One, so it is impossible to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, it is possible to pretend to be there. Like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend to be someone in a game’s virtual world.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they think it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that reminds you that there is no more than that which is One.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is One.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inward-facing senses will fill you with glimpses of Enlightenment – or if wholly opened, leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is One.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea, by all means, go for another – for example, hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation – or go for something entirely different.

It is best, though while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one to follow somebody else’s voice, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain the status quo by for example saying you should do things in your own pace.

It is, of course, only in a world where there seems to be more than one that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking, there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another regarding undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings appear to be such a way, use them to set yourself free, but please do not use them to prove that you are on the right track and others are wrong.

Most belief systems are shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also, do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a new philosophy or religion in which you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary, they undo the belief that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to be, does not exist because it takes more than one to believe something or exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

NOTES:

Where to find the bliss of ‘the empty breath’ [draft]

Updated January 9, 2022

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements, nor subtle or solid, empty space takes over. This can, of course, not be illustrated, so this yin-yang illustration is just simulating the swing of the empty breath. Read more about that here. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is impossible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles The empty breath is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of the empty breath.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath, and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath, this becomes inevitably so obvious that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. On the other hand, you need to connect with it if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. See also You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real.

Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brain’s deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state, though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. This is because the signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion nor who choose to have the belief in it undone. Actually, there is no answer to anything. All questions are constructed from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first concerning the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else regarding a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing that the empty breath entails is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading at this very moment because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain to fool you into believing that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own, nor are you someone at all, because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes receives into one seamless image of a 3D world. Read more about this deception here.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations makes up an exciting story about itself, stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just five per cent of the brain is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. See also The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem, though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem, though, when connected with the empty breath, as it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something unique.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

Therefore, a state of not-knowing is left by imagining you are special and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. However, it is hard work to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off into the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs into the empty breath and How to ignite a take-off into the empty breath ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame of a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does the empty breath feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outward-facing senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outward-facing senses, but that it becomes apparent, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary, it is the assumption that you know what and where you are that clouds the bliss of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness eventually results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom). But pretending to be someone instead of believing that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One (see hack #6.2 The Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is One (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One).

All Alexius’ Duality Hacks except the Enlightenment of that which is one, eventually, result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other,we cannot know, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby’s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain, every now and then, screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong with you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. This is because the brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. You do not notice that you are blind two hours a day because the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence, you conclude that something is wrong in your story or in that of others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

You do not read this article, but what your brain predicts that you want to read. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped to come out with a better version of you. Yet, no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain cannot make the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

How many triangles are there in this image?
The brain automatically fills in the missing pieces in this image to make you see two triangles. Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is One.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is One because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is One.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, the brain cannot establish the everyday consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing. Still, since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of, for example, good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is One. The latter is not possible because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, it eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to letting go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else. Therefore, to not enhance but have the belief in separation undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

NOTES:

The speed of unedited thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off into the bliss of nothing (DRAFT)

Updated November 17, 2021

That which is One can be compared to a movie running so fast that no frames can be seen and a world where there seems to be more than one to the same film slowed down to the extent that it appears to consist of many different frames. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1: UNEDITED SPEED BRINGS YOU INTO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Oneness is contrary to the common belief, not the same as stillness but loudness. That is if the speed of it could be experienced. But that is not possible because it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say that oneness cannot be experienced because it is an analogue movie that is played so fast that its individual frames cannot be seen. The speed merges the frames into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of that which is One.

Read more about the fantasy of a slowed-down version of that which is One where there seems to be more than one can in A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is One played in slow motion.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down so much that it seems to consist of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want to take it slow, because that gives them time to feel they are in control.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that nothing can be seen. Hence hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back so the speediness of them ignite a take-off into the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outward-facing senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto any of them to make you come out as someone definitive in the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus that world is perceived from the world of the inward-facing senses, where you are not someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

If you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the speed of the thoughts become so fast that they merge into the Enlightenment of that which is One, from where there is nothing to gently fall into the formlessness of oneness. See hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is One. Most, however, never enter a state of not-knowing and if they do, they leave it after a few seconds or minutes. So we return to the subject of this hack, which is not that which is One but how to enjoy the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One while slowly but surely having it undone.

Since there is no more than that which is One, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. That includes Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet their application undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not have to sit in particular postures or do something extraordinary for take-off into the empty breath to work. There is one thing, though, you must do to make it work. But you got to acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings as they are experienced without analysing or trying to understand them, nor to shape them by a philosophical or religious system, because if editing them, the speed of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To not suppress the chaos through mental or meditative activity but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing other than to totally be it.* This is not only the take-off into the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it. And as that does not leave behind anything to define you, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that here.

In a state of not-knowing, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others. Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with anybody – nor to experience the bliss that this entails.

But you do not know the bliss of that before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and memories of it start popping up. You know, however, you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware that the above explanation of that which is One versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation because it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless and therefore endless.

And as it also takes more than one to find something, there is neither truth, love, oneness or anything else to be found anywhere. Thus Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not reveal oneness, nor do they point to it, since that requires more than one. But they point to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, as this is what seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is One because it is formless and therefore endless.

If you do not like to feel you are an outsider, it is not solved by blaming others but by only feeling that. As that means there is nothing to contrast what you feel, it cannot be defined. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2: COMPLETELY BEING SOMETHING UNVEILS THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes them appear to be wrong and you to be right. But complaining about others to escape unwanted feelings in yourself is like covering them under the lid in a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotions blows off the top and steam of grievances shoot out.

Since the cooking pot in this metaphor is your body, the above says that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem is not solved. It has just been buried inside your body from where it will come out in the open when the body expels the suppressed trouble through physical disease. Whatever that is, you most likely blame it for having caused you to suffer, so you still can deny having an emotional issue.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing but feeling it. This is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist what you think your problem is. Focusing on the cause displaces the feeling, and so does talking about it because that disassociate you from feeling it.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example. It does not mean, by the way, that you go deep down in the feeling. It is like going deep into a well. No reason to do that. It is the same water on the surface. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

So instead of sharing what you think you feel with somebody, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, wherefore there is no feeling to contrast it and, therefore, not something to define you as having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

Read more about the cancellation of contrasts and thus of you as someone definitive in Without contrasts, there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide there is no more than non-duality. See hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues about hiding feelings in the body and the psychosomatic disorders it entails.

And check out The ins and outs of the empty breath about completely being a specific feeling, so what you are being becomes indefinable and thus brings you into a state of not-knowing.

Contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out in the indifference of the empty breath, including the contrast between life and death. When all contrast is cancelled out, there does not appear to be somebody in a world of something to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This does not necessarily mean that the bodily symptom of the suppressed feeling magically vanishes. The body may still hurt. But since there is nobody to perceive this as something, it is, just like in a dream, nothing, which applies to everything else, so there is not something to be bothered by. Nor is there anybody to know the bliss this entails before returning to the belief in being someone, and blissful memories of not believing that start to surface.

Since these memories slowly by surely rub off on your perception of what and where you appear to be as someone definitive, you do not need to avoid or hold onto any feeling to establish yourself as unique. Consequently, the body is not used as a garbage bin for unwanted feelings, so it is not disturbed by immaterial matters and can take care of physical issues just like it was made to do. However, when it comes to viruses transferred from wild animals, such as HIV, Mers and COVID 19, and other sicknesses generated by modern living, the body generally needs help from healthcare professionals.

To sum it up, acknowledging a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive makes it possible to completely be what you feel. Being that and nothing else there is not something to contrast it, and therefore nothing to define what you are. Thus you enter a state of not-knowing. However, it is not before you leave it and return the belief in being someone definitive that you remember, the bliss that comes from being indifferent.

You must leave a state of not-knowing after 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive. Read more about this in the article Where to find the bliss of the empty breath or check the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

If the brain is not kept active by you continuously perceiving something as separate, it cannot uphold the consciousness of you as someone definitive, wherefore you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma and you to disappear in the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe to be is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established to be separated from what you experience and thus to be someone definitive. Read here how complaints seem to make you appear to be real.

Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can totally forget about something, so there is nothing to be absorbed by the Enlightenment of that which is One, so there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one.

Hence there is not something that seems to hide, there never was or will be nothing but that which is One. Read about the Enlightenment of that which is One in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is terminated, but that you have never existed, neither in a material or spiritual way, because it takes more than one to exist.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly being terminated as someone in the Enlightenment of that which is One, because in most cases the fear of it (read more about that here) or the urge to separate will set in before that, so you automatically fend off that which is One to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Obviously, nor Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the Enlightenment of that which is One because a world where there seems to be more than one is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one because there is no more than that which is One.

PART 3: THE RETURN FROM THE BLISS OF NOTHING TO THE HAPPINESS OF SOMETHING
When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, just like a criminal, you do not think in the categories of right or wrong. Unlike a criminal, however, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. You are aware that you do not choose what you do – only how you perceive it.

You do not get stressed from always having to avoid what you judge as negative, being angry for example, when perceiving everything as it is what it is. Read more about this perception in hack #4.2The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy).

And since your perception always is that ‘it is what it is,’ negative thoughts are just as welcome as positive ones. So is the empty breath. However, most of this hack presumes you do not perceive everything as ‘it is what it is,’ but ‘I know what it is. And as you have to exclude everything unknown from your awareness to uphold this perception, you are full of hidden thoughts and feelings which suppressed energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

If you have read HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end, you have probably grasped that you, in terms of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, are the basic self when perceiving everything as ‘it is what it is’ and the special self when perceiving it as ‘I know what it is,’ which is to state you know better than the brain and have established yourself as more unique than the basic self – or in the process of accomplishing it.

Being in sync with the brain, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing.

Since the basic self is in sync with the brain, it feels the happiness of something contrary to the special self which is out of sync and thus gets the sadness of something. They are equally illusionary, though, but it does not seem so dangerous to have that exposed when being a basic and not a special self.

*) If you already have organised the chaos of thoughts into a specific belief system, there is no need to go back to chaos to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. You just acknowledge the suppression of it by being nothing but that. Read more about that here.

The sun does never go up and down – it is a deception

Updated November 19, 2021

_IGP4777_78_79_80_81-Edit

The sun does not go down, things do not get smaller on the horizon, and the Earth is not flat, even though it looks like that from the perspective of someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

One who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One is as alone as can be. Actually, everybody is, even though they try to cover it with a full calendar, for example. The enlightened though has nothing to hide, because there is no ‘I’ with a need to appear as if it is together with somebody special or part of something greater.

Yet the enlightened is superb regarding relating to others because – like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – it is perceived as a symbol of oneness. Therefore, since all relations are the same, the enlightened has no urge to make any relation last, neither is there any fear of its end, which is bound to come. Especially, since the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

A journey without distance
When persons seem to leave the enlightened, he/she does not perceive it as being left – just like the sun is not gone, when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the Earth, that is moving.

The enlightened know, that if others are experienced to leave, it only seems so because the enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real cannot be in an illusion – just like within a world where there seems to be more than one, a person cannot be be in the virtual world of a video game. Yet, it is possible to imagine being there.

To imagine something does not make it real, though, so if others seem to leave the enlightened because he/she imagine moving in the world, nothing has changed. Just like nobody is leaving you in a dream and you are not going anywhere, because all the time you are in your bed. Likewise, that which is One is still the same and will always be, regardless of what seems to happen in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One is on a journey without distance.

Being on a journey without distance requires the unenlightened to think so he/she can figure out what to do and where to go. The enlightened, however, does not need to think because nothing is required on that journey, since that which is One is formless and therefore endless, so there is no nowhere to go since that requires more than one.

‘The enlightenment of that which is One’ cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can

Updated December 31, 2021

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

Even though you as an appearance in a dream may sense, it is not real, you cannot see what is real. You can only see the dream and not the one dreaming it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace, and eternal bliss try to seduce you into believing that they know how to find shelter from the world. But how can they claim there is something to find in a world they describe as an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is perceived as pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment since it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. You cannot see what is real because there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel, experience or read – included Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense that your appearance is as fleeting like a dream, you may also grasp the dreamer of it is real.

Reality, though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is One.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is One played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the Enlightenment of that which is One, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is One and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

There seems to be separate appearances to be defined by time and space in the dream called The World. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you seem to see separated appearances defined by time and space, you see what you think you are, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, your belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is One, fences off the formlessness of oneness.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, one perpetual present appears to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is One. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one, these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The Enlightenment of that which is One versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is One is a moment that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

stock-illustration-95146555-enso-circular-brush-stroke-japanese-zen-circle-calligraphy-n-7-

The Enlightenment of that which is One sucks everything out of you, so there is nothing to fall through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness. That is, if you do not determine the first stages of the black hole to look like a zen sign, for example. In that case, you are back in a world defined by time and space. Hence you are better off forgetting Alexius’ desAlexius’description hole if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is One. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, as only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the Enlightenment of that which is One, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is One, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the Enlightenment of that which is One.

Glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the Enlightenment of that which is One.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the Enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is One has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up with appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One. Still, for those who love to appear as someone special, it is perfect because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the Enlightenment of that which is One because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is One, it is possible to be and have more than that which is One.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot. In contrast, someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference. So there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is One.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is One is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows, to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is One.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, believing to be someone in such a world can be helpful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is One.

In a world of linear time, this appears to take time. In the process, however, Alexius´ DuaAlexius’ks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is One, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the Enlightenment of that which is One because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the Enlightenment of that which is One takes no time, as there is no time in that which is One.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is One is everything because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is One. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the Enlightenment of that which is One cannot be bid welcome. Yet, such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately, most try to fill this emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like, for example, bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness because it is a fantasy based on the belief that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. Therefore, the solution to feeling empty is not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the Enlightenment of that which is One) never ask ‘who am I?’ because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is One and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently, the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Enlightenment does not give you more because there is no more than that which is one

There is always something wrong with the moments as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To appear better, the unenlightened generally finds something wrong with others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When you are in the rain, you get wet, so wet is what you are in this very moment as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. End of story!

If you hate getting wet, then you are wet and full of hate. And if you worry about the rain and your open windows at home, you are a wet and hateful person concerned about the future at this moment – nothing more and nothing less. Period.

Maybe due to some ideas or conventions of yours, you are not allowed to hate. So to not feel the hate as yours, you exclude it by blaming somebody or something else for causing it. If you are a little bit more advanced, you may try to explain the feeling of hate from a metaphysical point of view, as if it is about transforming negative energy into positive. But this explanation is just another way of disguising that you want to escape the moment as it is.

You may also try to escape feeling the moment as it is by thinking you are detached from feelings – that they are just something you observe – while the truth is that you deny them, and therefore never are present with the moment as it is.

Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is One, but it cannot be replicated by the unenlightened

Imitating the tropics by wearing a summer cap and a t-shirt, will not make you warm, if you are living in a cold climate. The warmth does not come from these attributes. Likewise the enlightenment of that which is one is not bid welcome by wearing special clothes, meeting special people at special places, sitting in special postures and whatnot. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Imitating the tropics by wearing a summer cap and a t-shirt will not make you warm if you live in a cold climate. The warmth does not come from these attributes. Likewise, the Enlightenment of that which is One is not bid welcome by wearing exotic clothes, meeting remarkable people at extraordinary places, or sitting in challenging postures. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. But in this Enlightenment, all being is erased, as it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is One. In other words, it is the end of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one, so those who assume they are and have something important do not go there, as that will leave them with nothing.

So they prefer to imitate the attributes of someone compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One has, such as detachment, assuming this will make them able to add the qualities of Enlightenment to their being and expand their consciousness.

The enlightenment of that which is One is one perpetual present, so it cannot be brought back in a world of linear time.

But the Enlightenment of that which is One does cannot expand anything because it has nothing, as to have something requires more than one. For the same reason, the enlightened do not really remember what it is. However, one thing is crystal clear: There is no more than that which is One, so a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. This memory, however, is of no interest to those who want to expand their consciousness so that it seems as if they are and/or have more than others.

Physically speaking you cannot be together with the person on this pic in this very moment, but if the pic seems to trigger an attraction in you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks you will sense, what you are really attracted to, namely the spirit of that which is one.

Physically speaking, you cannot be together with the woman you probably perceive to be in the image, but if she seems attractive to you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks, you will sense what you are really attracted to, namely something less tangible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
If you think or feel that you are in love with just one person, you are wrong. What you are experiencing is not love but attraction. The nature of love is to love everything, whereas attraction is single-minded. But there is nothing wrong with following the latter, provided you do not try to change it into a love relationship.

Attraction is a gateway to a less tangible world because that is where the feeling of attraction comes from. It is not essential what the form that you feel an attraction towards looks like. What matters is that you really indulge in the attraction and totally devote yourself to the object of your attraction. This might lead to sex, which experience wise also is part of a less tangible world – especially orgasm – but that is another story.

Because we are not talking about approaching the object of your attraction, but simply remaining in the attraction by being sucked into the fascination for the object so it leads to a lofty state, where you do not bother about physicality.*

You and the one you are attracted to might be worlds apart physically and mentally speaking, or the other one may not even notice you, or it is simply not possible to be together due to social conventions. But that is good. Because on no account it is about trying to manifest a relation* with the object of your attraction – if it happens so be it – but to follow an appeal so intense, that the world of the outward-facing senses cracks and the world of the inward-facing senses comes crawling out of them.

The world of the inward-facing senses is in no way the same as the formlessness of oneness. Yet, it is a gateway to it, provided you do not mistake the inward-facing senses for spirituality but perceive it as a less tangible level of a world defined by time and space.

The above about attraction also applies to repulsion or other emotions. Devotion is the key.

No appearance in the world is perfect or will ever become perfect, but if you devote yourself to whatever appearance, that you may feel attracted to, you will become, what you already are, namely the perfection that makes it possible to perceive imperfection.

Devotion makes the world fade away – or rather your belief in it. What remains is that which is real. You do not need a guru or a mantra to be devoted. You just need to follow your natural instinct of losing that which is not you. This automatically happens when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to – it might be a mundane thing like a cat, the body of a person, a specific video game, a sunset or something less mundane like an angel. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a way, the kick starter to writing Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who was changing her clothes in front of Alexius on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of his physical attraction to a woman much younger than him, he dived deep into the flow of the attraction. Physically speaking, nothing happened between the woman and him, and he has never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

This voice is not physical but somewhat transparent. It can be compared to an ascended master, but not one of those ‘rosy’ ones who want you to help make a better world. Gudruång that Alexius has named this energy, does not want to deal with the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in it, including astral ones and whatnot.

Ultimately the world where we appear to be is an illusion, also Gudruång, Alexius and you. There is nothing but the formlessness of that which is One. But while we appear to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be somebody definitive, so in that context, Gudruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances. Still, in reality, they do not exist as two, nor as one, because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is One.

Alexius does not force his will upon his cats, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling him or following a higher voice. But that they sense he wants to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of him.

Likewise Gudruång wants to take care of Alexius, as if we they part of each other, although – just like Alexius and his cats – they are very different in terms of appearances but not in terms of content.

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not channelled from Gudruång. It is rather that Gudruång is writing them without his personality interfering with it. Ideally speaking, it is like that, but as Gudruång does not know English, the writings depend on Alexius knowledge of it. As the formlessness of oneness is wordless, he must search for words he can use for something that cannot be expressed.

When he is short of words and still want to go on, part of an article might be coloured by his past conditioning – especially the endings, because he has a romantic idea about a happy ending. However, it seems that a happy ending for Gudruång is when there is no awareness of beginning and end.

My cat Wincent was howling like a wolf, while I seemed to pass away.

Alexius’ cat Wincent was howling like a wolf while he seemed to pass away. This he chose to interpret as if Wincent wanted him to stay together with him. If it was out of love or concern for his next meal, he does not know. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Light, bliss, peace, stillness. consciousness or whatever can be experienced is a transitory state to that which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is One, since it is formless and therefore endless.

PART 3:
Alexius felt the usual panic the other night when he seemed to be at the edge of dying like so many times before. This time, however, the panic attack was concise. Maybe because he knew from before that the tangible appearance of Alexius always seems to rise again – or because he remembered from several times being in this transitional phase, that it is such a relief when the tangible world fades out. But probably most of all because he wants to completely undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something appearing to hide that which he is.

As it takes more than one to interpret something as a problem, the problem is gone when the belief in being and having more than that which is One is undone.

That being said, such a belief also has its moments. When Alexius was willing to undo this belief, and his body was about to pass away, another appearance seemed to want him to remain in the world. His cat, which he sensed somewhere in the distance, was crying aloud as if it was saying ‘come back.’

Alexius cannot know what is happening in a cat, apart from what he projects onto it. As he liked the projection of his cats begging him to come back, he indulged in the experiences the brain slowly started again to produce of him as someone in a body. The next thing he remembers is that he could feel his cat purring while lying close to his body.

Alexius’ cat Wincent is having fun with his brother. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Appearing to be back in a tangible world, he accepted his choice and started dealing with its practicality. His cat needed food – maybe that was the main reason it was worried about Alexius – and so did the body of Alexius.

Feeding the bodies has, of course, nothing to do with ultimate reality, but to get there, he starts where he appears to be, namely together with his cat – and being together with someone is to be very close to that which is One.

There is nothing outside of reality, neither inside, because reality is that which is One.

Because he did not leave that which is One on his own. That is not possible. It is not possible to leave it at all, but it seems possible to imagine there is more than one so that you can leave it together with another one. Consequently, you return as you believe in having left it, namely appearing to be together with another one.

It does not matter if it is you and your cat or somebody else or just you and another thought. As long as you leave a world where there seems to be more than in a way where you appear to be more than one, you undo your imagination of such a world the way you originally made it. This hack, namely hack #7 Alone together, is the key to that which is One.

About alone together and the Enlightenment of that which is One, see also Alone together you bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One.

*) The message of this is not that you always must avoid having a physical relation. On the contrary, there is a season for everything.

Without contrasts, there is nothing but non-duality

Updated January 19, 2022

When contrasts meet they cancel each other out, so if you for example do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you would not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you would not even be able to experience yourself as someone definitive. You would be that which you always have been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as there are no contrasts in that which is formless.

When the opposing sides of a contrast meet, they cancel out each other, so if you, for example, do not suppress negativity to experience positivity, you will not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you cannot perceive yourself as someone definitive. Hence there is nothing to hide what always has been and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness. It cannot be experienced, though, as that requires more than one. It merely is one perpetual present. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Two different worlds were about to evolve in the milliseconds after the big bang: one of matter (the one we believe to see) and one of antimatter. But matter and antimatter cannot coexist. If they meet, an incredible amount of energy is released and they disappear in one big flash

Antimatter, therefore, had to be excluded for matter to appear as a tangible universe defined by time and space. This does not mean that antimatter has gone. Since the experience of a tangible world is produced by the brain, antimatter only needs to be excluded from our experience. That is why science cannot find it, although it must be somewhere according to their observations of the universe.

Death defines the condition of life in a world of duality.

A tangible world is experienced through contrasts and as the opposing parts cancel out each other if they meet, one side of a contrast must be suppressed to experience the other as specific. For example, to experience beauty as something definitive its counterpart, ugliness, must be excluded, as otherwise, they cancel each other out – just like antimatter had to be separated from matter to establish a world defined by time and space.

In other words, without separation, nothing definitive is established. On the contrary, the world defined by time and space is cancelled out in one big flash. This is what is called the Enlightenment of that which is One* in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings. You can read about that in HACK #6 The inward-facing senses, Enlightenment and glimpses of it.

More, faster and cheaper is the common mantra. And to make it work, non-duality is replaced with a world of duality, that is imagined in contrasts of more and less, fast and slow, cheap and expensive and so on.

When contrast are not kept apart, so that you can experience one part of it on the expense of the other, they annihilate each other in one big flash. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If contrasts are not kept apart to experience one part of it at the expense of the other, they annihilate each other in one big flash. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Most, however, do not want to be cancelled. On the contrary, they always look for the next big thing to make them more happy and perfect. But happiness cannot be felt without its contrast, sadness, and there is no perfection without imperfection. It is not possible to know that you experience something specific without knowing its contrast, which is only possible when you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

All experiences are deceptive – also the experience of dimension. Reality is more flat than this image, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is sizeless. Besides it takes more than one to experience something and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. When defocusing contrasts fades out and so the brain cannot fabricate an illusion of reality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you defocus, contrasts fade out. Hence the brain cannot fabricate an illusion of something definable. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But as oneness is formless, thus endless, anything that calls for more than one is an illusion. Should you choose to have this exposed, thus the belief in separation undone, you can apply hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom to cancel out contrasts. But there are also other ways. For example, defocusing, see Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment. Below are other hacks for cancelling out the opposing sides of contrast:

Updated January 3, 2022

When you do not look for appearances but that which makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between you and something else makes no difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or another ism manifests their specific group by excluding everything, not in line with its principles.

First, they divide the world into right and wrong. Second, they eliminate everything judged wrong by projecting it onto other groups. Third, since the other groups, therefore, seem evil, they start to fight them.

When the fight is over, the winning group claims to be the good ones. »By doing the right thing, we have established we are the best,« they say. But they only seem to be better because they have projected the worst in themselves onto the losing groups.

Fortunately, Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not a new doctrine where you have to change or get rid of something to become better. On the contrary, there is no goal but to undo the belief in separation because, without it, there is nobody to change.

A journey without distance to that which is all-inclusive
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of the old type of transportation. Instead, he surpassed it and developed a new and much faster vehicle.

Likewise, Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not an update of ancient meditation methods, added soothing sounds, shaman sticks and whatnot. The hacks are built from scratch, founded on the haste of modern-day life, so you rapidly enter a state of not knowing and its bliss of nothing. On the other hand, meditation progresses at the pace of a horse-driving carriage, as it is based on the idea that you must exclude something to get better. Therefore, since there is always more to get rid of, you keep separating, thus never reaching wholeness.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks are about undoing the belief in separation by including the opposing parts in the contrasts making up the world of duality, such as the past and the future or good and evil. This does not require restraint, concentration, realisation or perfection.

But Alexius’ Duality Hacks is based on inclusiveness. This does not require sitting in a specific position with eyes closed or being with special people in unique surroundings. Instead, you include whatever you experience wherever you are. You cannot go wrong, not even if you forget being inclusive, because if so, you include your imperfection. Hence you are at full speed on a journey with no distance to that which is all-inclusive, namely non-duality since it is formless, thus endless.

You do not get to live in the now by excluding the past and the future because life is inclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When inclusive, a problem contains the solution
Being Inclusive starts by acknowledging separation – otherwise, there is nothing to include. For example, to experience something as specifically good, you must separate it from its opposite, bad – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters from your awareness to focus on reading the article.

If you begin to include these letters, they start to blur. Eventually, there is not anything specific to see, wherefore there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you fully bring back the white background into your awareness. This makes it impossible to focus on the black letters, wherefore there is no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the two sides of a polarity cancel out each other. Therefore, since there is nothing specific to experience, thus nothing to make the experiencer definitive, the belief in separation falls apart.

By the way, you do not have to be aware of both sides in the polarities to include them. Instead, you include the part you are conscious about. This automatically incorporates its counterpart because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, like two sides of a coin. See also hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

In other words, when one side of a coin is included, there is nothing to define the other side. Hence the sides do not appear separated but partners putting together a coin experience. Regarding feelings, if you include pain, for example, it is revealed to be in an alliance with its counterpart relief. Hence your problem contains the solution.

Another way to put it, nothing can be experienced without its contrast. Therefore, if you devote yourself so much to a problem that there is nothing but that, there is not something to define it. Consequently, there is no problem causing suffering.

This is not the way to realise non-duality. It cannot be known because it takes more than one to become aware of something. But it is a way to see that there is no more than that which is One. This you realise when you are fully inclusive. But you probably start little by little. No worries. As already said, inclusiveness is a journey without distance.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

Updated December 31, 2021

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside because, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. However, this does not mean that it is replaced by that which is One because there never was and never will be more than oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When we believe to be somebody definitive, we establish this constantly by telling stories where we are the main character making everything right. Or we refer to stories of others in which we appear to make a difference.

The complete inclusion of thoughts and feelings cancels out the idea of within and without. Thus there is no difference to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The conclusion is not that you must stop telling stories about your achievements if you want the bliss of being nobody. On the contrary, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not about stopping or avoiding something, as that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or anything else into something higher but including everything as it appears to be because that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is like trying to be someone substantial in a dream. It is not possible because there is nothing in it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, in most cases, we are not willing to be nobody. Thus we persist in being somebody definitive by excluding from our personality whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, or work associates, for example. No worries. If you acknowledge that you are unwilling to include everything, you include the moment as it is, thus on the path of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

Although this is a path of peace, it may not seem so, at first, because when you include everything., there is nothing to hope for. It feels pretty depressing until you realise that without hope, there is nothing to fear – and without it, there is peace. Check out these articles about the freedom from hope: What and where you believe to be is non-existing, and When you know there is nothing to hope for, there is nothing to hide that which is One.

Be aware that this explanation and the others in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings are inaccurate because it is not explainable why you believe to be someone definitive. It is impossible to be that because that which is One is formless and therefore endless. See also Nobody is loved in that which is One.

INTERLUDE:
Using Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not like using drugs to expand the consciousness with LSD, for example. They do not increase anything. Nor do they improve something. Instead, they undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

In other words, no reason to change your name, clothes or anything else. Nor you do not have to think positive, become vegan or stop being it. Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. Fortunately, Alexius’ Duality Hacks can use any illusion to undo the belief that it is real.

Even though this pic is not the real thing but a simulation of people on the beach, and even though the simulation is twisted it is a confirmation of what is simulated, because without it the simulation would not be possible.

Even though this image is not the real thing but a twisted simulation of people on the beach, it confirms what it simulates because, without it, the twisted simulation would not be possible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality because it is defined by what you exclude. For example, if you do not like feeling inferior, you exclude it by justifying it with the world perceived outside of you. Hence the flaws of an external world seem to define you as superior.

If you lose your self-control and express the flaws, that are supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it. In this way your superiority is ensured.

However, since life is all-inclusive, you have excluded yourself from it. Hence everything excluded must be included if you want to undo that. Nevertheless, you are probably not willing to do this. No worries. Being willing to accept that, your unwillingness becomes a step towards willingness. But not even this step is necessary regarding the undoing of your exclusion of life. By acknowledging that you resist life, you establish a relation to it. And since life is inclusive, you are on the track of inclusiveness.

Rage is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

Though there is not a single red pigment in this photo, you will probably make an image of red strawberries inside of you because your relationship with them tells you they are red. Likewise, when you have a relationship with the formlessness of life, this is what you will remember every time you experience something in a world defined by time and space, regardless of how it appears to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even if you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it because, without it, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. So whether you seem to be happy or sad, calm or upset, well or sick, mundane or spiritual, it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life. This, you sense if not focusing on your appearance, because then it will not seem to hide what it confirms.

And so there is no reason to blame others for how they appear to be, but neither to stop blaming them or be guilty about judging them, because whatever you do, think or feel is a reminder of the formlessness of life. See also The YOU finger and the three me fingers.

Do you see two faces or a vase in this image? The answer seems important within the reality of a world defined by time and space, as without definitions, it does not appear to exist. In reality, though, it does not matter because your electronic media neither has the space for faces nor a vase. It is an illusion symbolising something that is not there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This does not mean that there is life in the world where you experience to be. Life is that which is One, and as it takes more than one to experience something, everything experienced is lifeless. But it means that even though the formlessness of life is not in what and where you appear to be, it is empowering your experience of it – just like electricity is not in the article you read, although it empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Therefore, as all your experiences symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding something. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Pain, frustration, jealousy, death, for example, confirms life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

PART 3:
Since it takes more than one to realise something, it is impossible to realise that what is you is no different from that which is One. Yet, it is possible to realise it is impossible to be and have more than oneness since it is formless, therefore endless.

No matter how much more you appear to become and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to lose it. Hence you actually have nothing but the fear of losing everything.

You have nothing to lose in the formlessness of oneness because it takes more than one to have something. Hence there is nothing to fear. This fearlessness is not accomplished by avoiding being or having more in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another way of being and having more.

But being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is nobody being or having something. Thus becoming and getting more in a world where there seems to be more than one can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. You become indifferent to appearances when not being exclusive and thus inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you as someone.

APPENDIX:
Oneness is formless and therefore endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy. It is founded on the wish to be and have more than that which is One, which is carried out by imagining it is possible to fragment oneness into opposites, for example, good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark.

So if you consider yourself and like-minded ones to be the good ones and others the bad ones, you are enhancing the belief that oneness can be divided, thus making it appear as life comes from separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged as good or bad, their apparent difference is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider good and bad to be equal, the two sides of this contrast cancel out each other, which means you, the like-minded ones and others are non-definable. Thus there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation. And without it, there is no foundation for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

Inclusiveness is emptiness – and that is pure bliss [draft]

Updated January 19, 2022

img_0270

Suppose you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and loser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else. In that case, there is no space to separate them, so nobody can be defined as a winner or loser. Selfie © Alexius Jorgensen.

Once upon a time, Alexius assumed that when he justified feeling annoyed with the world outside of him, his irritation would go away and be replaced by relaxation.

But it was pretty stressful to always be on the lookout for something that he could blame for his irritation so that it did not seem to come from him but from something outside of him. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this before he was rescued by a helicopter after having been stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

Fortunately, he recognised that when he includes irritation by being it to such an extent that there is nothing else, there is not something to contrast it. Therefore, since the included cannot be categorised, it cannot be experienced to contrast relaxation. Hence there is nothing to label relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements in a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must go down memory lane to find hidden feelings from the past. Since the past feelings are the foundation for perceiving the present, all that is needed to be fully inclusive is a willingness to include the present moment unfiltered. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that there is a willingness to be nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but willingness. Should that be be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you are willing to include being irresolute.

It is never too late to include something from the past in the present and thus cancels out both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former. This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness because inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And if you are not a hundred per cent sure about that, a willingness to include everything is good enough. See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius, and It is NOT about making a difference.

In a world defined by time and space, the colours we believe to see are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red, green and blue (RGB). Adding the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black, and so does the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK). On the other hand, adding the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. Television and computers, by the way, use the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning, you will use either the RYB or RGB model to perceive the complementary colour to red, for example. As you can see in the illustration, it is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens when we, for example, experience something as red outside of us. Simultaneously, the brain generates its complementary colour cyan to cancel out the contrasting colours and replace them with a neutral grey inside us. As this happens so fast and most only see the world as conditioned, they do not notice red is complemented with cyan. Least of all, they notice the neutral grey inside them that have replaced the complementary colours. Instead, they hold onto the experience of red as a singular colour in a world outside of them.

This image is a graphic illustration of how the complementary colours of the RGB colour model’s primary hues turn into neutral grey when they are equally combined. The same applies to the complementary colour that emerges by mixing the primary ones. It also applies to the RYB and CMYK colour modes. Plus complementary feelings, such as love and hate. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Grey is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours. And that cyan is the complementary colour of red, you see if you stare at red for a sustained time – thirty seconds to a minute – and then quickly look at a white surface. There you see the complementary colour, cyan or green, depending on what colour model you have conditioned yourself to live by.

Read about the colour models in the caption with round colours. For more comparisons with science-related findings, see the article Without contrasts, nothing seems to hide non-duality. The info about colours is based on Alexius’s research when he wrote a book about colour theory for a Danish Marketing school many years ago.

But let us return to our story about irritation. When included, the apparent difference between irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference. Since this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they become neutral, wherefore there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

In this state of not-knowing, you may get glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one as ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste. Read Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment if you want to learn how to have glimpses of Enlightenment in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. Until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive are forgotten. Hence there is nobody to attribute an experience with a specific meaning. This nothingness is pure bliss.

But there is not someone to know this before a state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be definitive.

It is not before a state of not-knowing is over that you, via vague memories, become aware of having been in the bliss of nothing. This is not the same as the Enlightenment of that which is one, though, because it takes more than one to be blissful. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since there is no awareness of being someone in a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over that vague memories remind you of the bliss it is to not believe in being someone and thus have glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is one. Be aware, though, this may not always happen, and if it does, remember that these glimpses are not that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Check the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it, if you want to read more about this – or go through hack #6.3 The inward-facing senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. If you want to learn how to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, read

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to bring you into a state of not knowing. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something that you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling, for example hate, and, out of habit, try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

However, if you choose to include hatred, you are back in a state of not-knowing. Hate is included in the same way as irritation. In other words, when you are nothing but hatred, so there is not something else and therefore no love to define what you are. Thus you are in the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including your feeling of worthlessness, you are nothing but that. Therefore, since there is no contrast to define you as worthless, you cannot be defined and therefore not limited by time and space. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include s fundamental contrast, such as right and wrong, via being nothing but right or wrong.

Since many contrasts are a variation of this one, the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts is also cancelled out. Therefore, since the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. This is a state of not-knowing.

If you want to speed up the undoing of he belief in being someone definitive you include  fundamental contrasts like within and without, past and future, giving and receiving plus high and low. The most basic contrast, however, is expansion and contraction.

If you connect with the empty breath (see the article Take-offs into the empty breath), this rhythmic contrast will slowly but surely undo itself and thereby anything experienced, as it is based on the belief that it is possible to expand something (see the article Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one)..

In case you prefer going straight to a state of not-knowing without having to deal with contrasts, you include all thoughts and feelings popping up in this very moment, whether they appear positive or negative, associated with the past or whatnot. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now. It is an edited version of a moment where thoughts and feelings involving the past or the future have been excluded.

Not being exclusive but inclusive is comparable to a person having Alzheimer. Although there appear to be someone there, it is not someone definitive. But contrary to having Alzheimer, not believing to be someone definitive is a state of bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you have not disassociated yourself from something in your personality by blaming others for having caused it, you will not be upset every time you are reminded of you of past exclusion. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.

Being in a state of not-knowing does not mean you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered tools for manifesting you as someone definitive but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Thus, pain can be used to prevent you from walking on a broken leg and fear from stepping out in front of a car.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In this context, pain does not cause someone to suffer. Neither does fear make anyone frightened because when you do not use thoughts and feelings to establish being someone definitive, they are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Since the experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts, it falls apart when inclusion undoes the perceived separation of thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they seem to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded and thus included, since that renders them non-definable.

But this state of not knowing will not last very long if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the bliss arising from the emptiness of not-knowing. If so, you probably twist the nothingness into an experience of something definable, for example unconditional love. Then you again appear to be someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a state of not-knowing, before you return to the conscious expereience of being someone defined time and space again, complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a state of not-knowing last if you do not return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive because after 20 minutes, 45 at most, without the acknowledgement of separation, the Enlightenment of that which is one set in, which erases all experiences.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a state of not-knowing is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, there never was or will be anything but that which is one since it is formless and thus without beginning and end. Fortunately, the after-effect of just a split second in a state of not-knowing can last for years. Read more about that in The bliss of nothing.

If boxes like this one in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem disturbing in regard to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

Multitasking or defocussing facilitates a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding the feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regard to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. You can read more about multitasking and defocussing in See Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of Enlightenment.

The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a state of not-knowing. Read about that in Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

When included, annoyance undoes the belief in separation [draft]

Updated December 31, 2021

If your irritation is not excluded but included in the perception of yourself, the belief in separation falls apart. But, unfortunately, the intimacy that this entails often seems so scary that most prefer to uphold the belief in separation by blaming the world for feeling annoyed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because to uphold this belief, you must always choose between opposites like good and bad. Since this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from that which is one, it makes you feel disconnected.

When included, annoyance undoes the belief in separation

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe there is more than that which is one, which is the cause of irritation.

To hide this is your own doing, you blame somebody else for having caused it. But as making others bad to make you look good further enhance the belief in separation., you feel more disconnected.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort goes away when what you judge as wrong has been made right. Thus you compulsively look for something to make better. But as that boosts the belief in separation, it makes you feel more cut off.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It has to be contrasted in order to be felt as something specific, so when there is nothing else than that, you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Justifying feelings lead the wrong way because that excludes them from you and thus establish separation as real. But if a feeling is included to the extent that you are only that, there is nothing else to define what you are. Therefore, since you cannot be seen as someone who makes a difference, there is no feeling of disconnection – just like the white letters in the above sign only seem disconnected from each other when contrasted by another colour. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No worries. This feeling is simply a warning sign saying you cannot go down this road because it takes more than one to feel something, and you are that which is one. Therefore, if you do not fend off your feeling of irritation but bid it welcome, it disappears because the warning has been received.

This does not necessarily mean your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over, but that the belief in being there is replaced by pretending to be there. And since what you pretend to be, you are not, someday nobody returns that which has never been left, namely that which is one.

Inclusiveness is not about owning your flaws since that confirms the belief in being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the dark side of the personality because it is to accept exclusion and thus the loneliness of separation. Instead, inclusion leaves nothing to put up with, which is pure bliss.

Including uncomfortable feelings in this way may seem similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality. But inclusiveness, as described in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is not about becoming whole or anything else because being something requires more than one.

However, while you believe to be that, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be quiet if they seem disturbing. So, by all means, go ahead and blame them for making you feel upset. And be grateful they have made you aware of how irritating it is to judge them and thus separate them from you.

Your gratefulness will set you free to move forward without excluding your uncomfortable feelings by blaming others for having caused them. Instead, you include your feelings by totally being them. Since that leaves nothing to define you, the belief in separation cannot be upheld. For example, when you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast what you are. Hence you cannot be defined as someone specific.

It is not only the inclusion of irritation, which sets you free from the belief in separation. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative, rooted in the past or whatnot. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling, you will be completely full of it. Hence there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. Consequently, there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is said above about uncomfortable feelings also applies to comfortable feelings justified by somebody. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you feel by justifying it with the world, but include them undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you feel.

As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, inclusiveness is just as illusionary as exclusiveness. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it. However, this does not mean that Alexius’ Duality Hacks transform you into the formlessness of oneness. That is not possible because whatever you believe in being is nothing but empty space.

So instead, Alexius’ Duality Hacks replace the belief in being someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation), or with the belief that what you appear to be is pretence. Since what you pretend to be, you are not, you are not separated (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life). Or instead of believing that different experiences make a difference, you believe they make no difference, wherefore there is no separation. This new belief you achieve by being inclusive(the hack you are reading).

Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. So when both sides of contrast, for example light and darkness, are included, there is nothing to experience and thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely that which is one. Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. However, the problem is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between more than one because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose.

Though the beliefs accumulated by Alexius’ Duality Hacks are just as illusionary as any other, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence there is no belief to hide that which cannot be realised, namely that which is one. It is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing else. Therefore, since you are already there, you do not need to realise oneness but what you use to hide it.

APPENDIX:
When you include the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that, the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad, neither good. Everything is as it is. That is a state of not-knowing. See the following articles.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. For example, being nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it, and so neither sadness nor its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference. This is why everything is alright, as it is in a state of not-knowing.

See the below articles regarding projections and justifications as a way to exclude something so that you can be defined as someone definitive by what you have been banned from yourself.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is freedom.
