- Control is the fear of not being good enough
- Happiness cannot be found. It comes effortlessly when in sync with duality
- To be in sync with the natural flow of thoughts
- Happiness comes from not interfering with thoughts and emotions, whereas sadness comes from trying to do that
- Perception is everything when it comes to feeling happy
- When everything is perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ you are relieved
