Unrestrained chaos ignites a take-off into ‘the empty breath’ [draft]

Updated August 19, 2022

Not interfering with the speed of thoughts and feelings, they step up and ignite a take-off into the empty breath that syncs the worlds of the outward and inward-facing senses. Therefore, since everything that seems to be something specific in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses is absorbed by the abstractness of the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, nothing is not felt as something definitive. Like most people, you probably organise thoughts and feelings into an image of yourself as one of the good ones. But when you are asleep, thoughts and feelings do not support your fabricated image. In dreams, you are both good and bad.

If it seems frightening to be as bad as good, you probably try to solve that when you wake up by perceiving the aggressive elements in the dream caused by others and the nice ones by you. But suppose you have had enough from being a victim of the specific system you have set up to appear solely good. In that case, when you wake up, you do not try to reestablish yourself as only good by projecting the ugly parts of the dream onto others but step into the unregulated chaos of thoughts and feelings, thus igniting a take-off into the empty breath.

Thus, in one second, the material world experienced by the outward-facing senses is synced with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses in which everything moves so fast and unorganised that the chaos in the material world does not seem disturbing but comforting.

Another way to put it: If you want to see the material world of the outward-facing senses through the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, you include the thoughts and feelings you excluded to perceive yourself as solely good. Fortunately, this is easy. You simply blame somebody else for your present anxiety (read more about that here).

By doing that, the thoughts and feelings you have suppressed to feel good about yourself are seen in somebody outside of you. Thus you know what to include, which is done by not analysing but completely being it. Since that leaves nothing to contrast it, there is not something to define you, wherefore a take-off into the empty breath is ignited, and the material world experienced with the outward-facing senses is synced with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses.

When the fear of the unknown is fully acknowledged by totally being it, what seemed as something that had the power to frighten you, is unveiled as nothing. Thus you are neither in hell nor heaven but the bliss of nothing.

When you avoid a feeling, it appears as something, whereas acknowledging it reveals that it is nothing. Thus you discover the absence of something is blissful. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Be aware that totally acknowledging some of your suppressed thoughts and feelings can be felt like a trip to hell because it releases every unpleasant thought and feeling you ever buried. Read more about that here. Until they are all fully acknowledged, one by one or in a bundle united by their common denominator fear, you may feel like they give rise to one panic attack after another. You may feel so threatened that you wish to die. But you are not alone. Alexius has been there, and since he made it, so can you. See Alexius’ childhood.

Those who like to talk about others emotions are not feeling because if something is totally felt, it is unveiled as nothing, wherefore there is nothing to talk about.

Acknowledging the darkness is a process over time, where each emotion is exposed as bare, thus nothing to fear. This is done by fully being a feeling, hate for example. There is not something to define hate when being that and nothing else. Thus you are free.

Be aware that although hate has been exposed as nothing, it may return looking like something. But since you know it is only appearance, you relate to hate like something in a game. In other words, hate feels entertaining. And since you soon discover this applies to any feeling previously suppressed, you welcome them all. Being entertained by feeling nothing as something is all the meaning there is in the world of the senses. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

Trouble always follows in the footsteps of somebody, whereas nothing but bliss comes in the wake of nobody.

Looking for more meaning than that, you have to suppress the thoughts and feelings which do not support the political or spiritual concept you perceive as meaningful. But since that makes you feel incomplete, you correct that by suppressing more incorrect thoughts and feelings. And on it goes until you realise you are the reason you do not feel fulfilled. If not suppressing thoughts and feelings, their natural energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath that wipes the slate clean, wherefore you feel fulfilled by sensing everything as it is, namely nothing.

Picasso learned to paint by replicating traditional art, which he did until he was so good at it that he was not restrained by the techniques but could go with the flow of the brush. However, there is nobody you can replicate regarding the empty breath because its flow is nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

NOT KNOWING ANYTHING IGNITES A TAKE-OFF INTO THE EMPTY BREATH
We usually learn something by replicating someone. This is how we learned to talk and walk. Connecting with the empty breath, however, is not about learning but unlearning, so the purpose of this and the other articles in hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing and hack #5.2 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone is not to learn something but to unlearn everything you believe to know.

Therefore, Alexius experiences the empty breath, as described in the article What does the empty breath feel like? are not meant to be learned, so you know how to feel it, but give you an idea of what it is like to be an empty vessel for the empty breath. Being that yourself, your story may differ from Alexius’ – like the same cup of tea can be experienced in many ways.

Nothing lasts, because it takes more than one to last and there is no more than that which is One since it is formless, thus without beginning and end. If you try to understand this, you miss it, because it also takes more than one to understand something.

The reason Alexius quickly become an empty vessel for the empty breath is that there is no ‘I’ with a need to know what and where it is. On the other hand, most work very hard to convince everyone that they are somebody special.

Should they stop doing that, there is nothing to obstruct the empty breath from being activated as an automatic gear change between the inward and outward-facing senses so that glimpses of Enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses become the basis for how you perceive the world of the outward-facing senses, namely a fantasy experienced and made by nobody from out of nothing.

In the case of proofreading Alexius’ Duality Hacks, the empty breath changes gears, so Alexius is mainly in the world of the outward-facing senses, thus better geared to formulate Alexius’ Duality Hacks in the collectively agreed way we communicate in English. To write them, though, he must be nobody. Therefore, the empty breath changes gears, so he is mainly in the world of the inward-facing senses, from where he picks up wordless harmonies that are transferred as words onto his computer. Read more about that here.

Hence they may pass onto you as wordless harmonies from your electronic media, wherefore the more you read Alexius’ Duality Hacks, the more you connect with the empty breath.

Read Alexius’ Duality Hacks until you feel so empty, that a take-off into the empty breath automatically is ignited – or you are so tired of reading, that you forget to control yourself and uncontrolled energy spontaneously ignites a take-off into the empty breath.

Since any construction of thoughts can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, and since a world where there seems to be more than one is a construction of thoughts, there is nothing in it which cannot be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ALEXIUS AND THE BLISS OF NOTHING
When you do not care about your appearance in the world of the outward-facing senses, anything in the experience of it can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. If you, for example, are wholly dedicated to someone or something, although unattainable (read more about that here), a take-off into the empty breath is ignited.

In the case of Alexius, since there is no language established between humans and cats for sharing love, trying to do that often ignites a take-off into the empty breath. This is, of course, only when he is the basic self. Trying to be a special self, his cats are not enough. Nothing is. Fortunately, when not holding back the frustration of never getting enough, a take-off into the empty breath is ignited, thus the bliss of nothing. Read about the two selves in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

One day, he probably remains in the bliss of nothing until there is nobody to return to conscious experiences of being someone. This takes 20 minutes, 45 at most, because if there is nobody to confirm the brain’s experiences as something, they remain nothing. Therefore, since the brain is empty, it falls into a coma.

Therefore, Alexius is not in the world of the outward or inward-facing senses, nor anywhere else. Not because he is dead but because he never existed, as that takes more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless, thus endless.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not give you something, nor do they take anything from that which is you because it is oneness, which is formless, thus endless, so there is nothing to give or take.

What you believe in being and seeing is nothing but empty space. Thus not being and seeing something specific is a blissful revelation of emptiness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EVERYTHING WE ARE AWARE OF IS FAKE
We like to believe the experiences created by the brain are real and not fantasy because they seem to confirm we are somebody instead of nobody. In other words, the desire to be somebody disguises that we are nothing rendered into something by the brain.

Since it has taken the brain one second to fabricate the experience of someone reading this now, and the experience is made from nothing, there was not something one second ago. And since that is where the empty breath resides, you connect with it by not perceiving your present experience as something, thus going back one second in time to the nothingness the brain still has twisted into an experience of something.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what is perceived elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. See Where to find the bliss of the empty breath.

Should you wonder who sets this in motion or is wondering about it, the answer is nobody because there is nobody in empty space. Like there is nobody in a dream and not somebody making it. Nor is the dream inside the one appearing to experience it because it consists of nothing. Read more about that here.

To make long short, what and where you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, that, just like a mirage, is experienced to be something until you take a closer look and see it is make-believe. This look you get with the empty breath because it sees what it is itself, namely nothing.

That is why it is best not to see the location and feel of the empty breath, described in the following article, What does the empty breath feel like, as definitive. The empty breath is not definable by time and space, and thus not something specific located in a particular location one can feel precisely (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath in the following article What does the empty breath feel like?).

Also, be aware that the description of the empty breath in the following article is written by one who is to be compared to the Enlightenment of that which is One. So just like the concepts of the world in a game are acknowledged but not believed to be real, the experience of a tangible world in empty space is acknowledged but not perceived to be substantial because there is nothing else than the formlessness of oneness. Consequently, it is best to perceive the explanations in the following article of where the empty breath is as metaphors for nowhere.

The graphic, which is grabbed from the web, has been manipulated by Alexius.

APPENDIX
In the following article, you can read more about the circles in this image, which graphically illustrates a few of the non-definitive rings you are surfing in the empty breath when connected with it.

However, they are not outside of you as in this image, which rather reflects the idea the special self has of the empty breath, namely that it is something it can control and thus exploit. Read more about the special self here.

No matter what you believe in being, you do not exist because that which is One is formless, thus endless, and it takes more than one to exist somewhere. This applies to the empty breath as well but since it does not believe to be anywhere or have any intention of taking you somewhere, it is your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

This does not mean that it helps you realise oneness. That is impossible since it takes more than to discover something. But when every single memory of a world where there seems to be more than one is gone, which it is after 20 minutes, 45 at most, in a state of not-knowing (read more about that here), there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is One.
