CANCELLEX ‘A state of not-knowing’ and the after-effect [ROUGH DRAFT]

Updated May 23, 2022

There is nowhere to go in a state of not-knowing because there is no sense of time and space. This you do not know before you return to the conscious experience of being someone in a world defined by time and space. That is, if you remember, being nobody, thus free to go everywhere and nowhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A STATE OF NOT KNOWING:
Since the brain has used one second to twist a perceived gap between oneness and nothing into your present experience of something (read more about that here), it only takes one second to get back to the nothingness of a state of not-knowing.

In this state, the experiences of a world where everything seems separated is still going on. But since what you believed in being cannot be recalled, there is nobody to perceive the apparently different experiences to make a difference. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing, which is nowhere because the brain has not rendered it into something.

No reason to blame yourself for leaving a state of not-knowing. It is not possible to remain there, because the brain falls into a coma if not engaged in continous conversation about something.  Besides, you return to the conscious experience of being someone with a clean slate so you automatically serve the brain, which is adventurous.

This state of not-knowing lasts from a split second to 20 minutes, 45 at most, whereafter you either bid welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One (see hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is One) or return to the consciousness of being someone in a world where everything seems separated.

In the latter, you return as the basic self, which serves the brain and thus everybody because the brain has no personal preferences. Consequently, you feel good. And to enhance this feeling, the brain keeps injecting you with shots of happiness. This after-effect of a state of not-knowing can last from a few seconds to several years. See more about that at the end of this article. And see how you can prolong the after-effect by applying hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Being a servant, however, feels humiliating to the special self. It wants to be in control, so it tries to exclude anything unknown by quickly making a perception where everything that does not fit into its concepts of living in the now, for example, is excluded. But since exclusion is founded on separation, which is the root of all problems, excluding something does not make you present but distant. That is, of course, until you choose not to make a perception where everything that does not fit into your belief system is excluded. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

In the absence of something, you are nothing which is very blissful. But if you want to hold onto something, thinking about being nothing, probably feels depressing.

You can apply one or more Alexius’ duality hacks wherever you are with your eyes open or closed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

HOW TO ENTER A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING:
Being inclusive, which you automatically are when not exclusive, is an incredible hack to apply when you feel confused. If not excluding and thus including fuzzy thoughts, sharpness and fuzziness meet. And since any contrast cancels out itself when its opposing sides are not kept apart, you are neither defined as fuzzy nor sharp. The more you stay in a perfect moment like this, the less you are somebody. Read more about that in HACK #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive. Therefore, eventually, you are nobody, so you enter a state of not knowing.

A more direct way to this state is connecting with the empty breath – especially if you feel speedy and restless (see hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). However, when feeling tired, pretending to be that is perhaps the better choice of a hack because what you pretend to be is not you (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

If you tend to justify everything unpleasant with somebody or something, perceiving everything as symbols of oneness is most likely the hack to go for. Alone together could also be a good hack in this case. Read more about these hacks in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, and hack #7 ‘Alone together’ is the key to that which is One. However, except for hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, those mentioned above are more geared towards enjoying duality than having a break from it.

Please be aware that the purpose of Alexius’ Duality Hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. So if the body is sick, consider consulting a healthcare professional.

That being said, the more this sick belief is healed, the more the body is set free from your dominance. Hence the biological system is not blocked from repairing the body. Nevertheless, sometimes it may be helpful to kickstart this with nootropics for boosting the brain, Blackroll for self-massage, and far-infrared heating pads for bodily relaxation. Read more about setting the body free from your domination of it in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

Read more about a state of not-knowing in the below hacks:

NOT BEING EXCLUSIVE BUT INCLUSIVE, THERE IS NO GOOD AND EVIL:
Whenever you think you know something, you have eaten from the tree of knowledge to turn you and those you consider like-minded into the good ones and others as bad. However, the result of this knowledge is not surety. You always feel something is missing when you have projected what you judge as wrong in yourself onto others to feel good at their expense.

In the context of the belief in being someone in a world of separation, the solution to this is to bring back the projection of what you experience in being so good, and evil can meet where they were separated, namely in yourself. Hence they cancel out each other (read more about that here), so there is nothing to define you. And consequently, nothing to distract you from happily following the commands of the brain and, therefore, being in sync with the present as it creates it. Read more about that here.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you stick to one aspect of it at a time. So if you are feeling it, you do not try to see it as well. Yet, if the visions of it start to take over, you go with that. Suppose you do not try to divide your vision into different shapes. In that case, you will not see patterns and colours in the visual glimpses of enlightenment but one bright light. It sucks out everything you believe to be so that there is nothing to gracefully fall through a black hole into that which is One. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT IN A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING:
In a state of not-knowing, you may have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is One. But they are not the enlightenment of that which is One – just like a movie trailer only is a glimpse of the movie. It is impossible to see the enlightenment of that which is One, as it requires more than one. Yet, it is possible to see glimpses of it. Their intensity is proportional to how much you prioritise the inward-facing senses. The more you see, hear, feel or taste glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One, the less you see, hear, feel or taste the world of the external senses. Read more about that here.

In the case of Alexius, the visual glimpses of enlightenment are often so bright that he wonders if he has forgotten to turn off the electric light when he closes his eyes to go to sleep. In the morning, he wakes up to the sounds of ethereal harmonies. Read more about that here. This is not to be understood that the glimpses of enlightenment blend in with the physical world. They are experienced with the inward-facing senses and the physical world with the external ones. Read more about that here.

In other words, the visual glimpses of enlightenment do not lighten up the room. On the contrary, it makes it impossible for Alexius’ to see where he is physically speaking. And the ethereal harmonies do not mix with the sounds of the birds from the trees outside Alexius’ bedroom but drown them out, even though the ethereal harmonies are the most subtle polyphony of bell-like sounds. That is why you better block out glimpses of enlightenment when driving a car or something else that calls for the external senses.

Since we are used to perceiving experiences as if they come from a world outside of us, we probably perceive glimpses of enlightenment to come from inside. But this is not so. They come from the world of the inward-facing senses, and it is in the gap between oneness that the brain perceives as something. However, it has not rendered the world of the inward-facing senses into something. Consequently, it is nowhere.

So when Alexius’ Duality Hacks say that glimpses of enlightenment come from the inward-facing senses and the experience of the world outside of us comes from the outward-facing ones, it is not because the senses actually are divided into inside and outside, but that is how we tend to perceive it. See The empty breath syncs the inward and outward-facing senses.

Anyway, if you forget to perceive the splashes of light in different shapes and colours or the ethereal harmonies to differ from each other, the glimpses of light or sound fuse into one light or sound in which you graciously keep falling through empty space until it has emptied you out and there is not something to reunite with that which is One. The same applies to feeling or tasting glimpses of enlightenment. This occurs by itself if you remain in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most.

It is not normal, though, to stay that long in a state of not-knowing, nor to forget to perceive the glimpses of enlightenment differently. Instead, you, relatively quickly, leave a state of not-knowing to be in the after-effect of it.

Oneness has no effect, nor is it caused by something, as that requires more than one. And since being sad, happy or blissful calls for more than one and oneness is formless, thus endless, whatever you belive in being is an illusion. However, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, ends all beliefs in being something.

The after-effect of a state of not-knowing is a certainty that the thoughts needed for being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one automatically are produced by the brain. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE AFTER-EFFECT OF A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING:
You need to return from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being somebody after 20 minutes, 45 at most. If not, there is nobody to repeatedly confirm that the experiences fabricated by the brain from nothing into something are real. Thus there is not something to disguise that the makings of the brain are fake. And then they fall apart.

So if you do not want the experience of being someone to be terminated, you return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone relatively quickly. Since the slate has been wiped clean in a state of not-knowing, you automatically come back as the basic self. This is a bit like a chicken whose reflexes go on even though its head has been cut off. But in your case, it is not the head that is cut off but the silly idea that you are independent. Thus you do not have to figure out where to go. The brain will let you know.

Returning from a state of not-knowing as the basic self, the relationships you used to perceive as special most likely fall apart (read more about that here).

As long as the after-effect of a state of not-knowing lasts, which can be from a few seconds to several years, you rely on the brain to produce experiences of being someone in a tangible world – as you depend on it to make the experiences of you as someone in a dream you have.

Going along with the experiences as they are, and not as you think they should be, feels like you are sleepwalking. You just cannot speed up to get something definitive. That is unless you break the magic by repeating specific thoughts and feelings, which is very stressful. But fortunately, the stress can be used for a new take-off into the empty breath and the bliss of nothing, from where you again return renewed to a conscious experience of being someone.

You will probably go back and forth between this consciousness and a state of not-knowing many times before you forget to return and instead bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is One.

APPENDIX:
Be aware that there is absolutely no will to perceive anything in particular in a state of not-knowing. And the transition from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone is not noticed because there was not somebody to be aware of being nobody in a state of not-knowing. Nor do you not know that the bliss of nothing has wiped the slate clean, so new perceptions automatically are generated in sync with the brain’s script. See hack #4.2 The brain’s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

But suppose the happiness this entails feels too basic compared with the vague memories of bliss that eventually pop up from nowhere. In that case, you may try to twist the automatically generated perceptions of the brain into something that seems to extend the memories of bliss. Hence, you appear to have something more exciting to tell the world than being a servant of the brain. And since the world wants to be fooled, they do not see that this is a show to hide you feel inferior.

To make long short, if not altering the brain’s game automatically generated perception of your reactions to the experiences it fabricate, it injects you with shots of happiness as a reward for playing its game of duality. And if not messing with the memories of bliss, you know that duality is not real, so playing the brain’s game, there is nothing to lose.

Should you forget that and, therefore, start perceiving duality as real, the frustration this causes can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, so you again have the slate wiped clean and return to the consciousness of being someone with the perception in sync with the brains fantasy of you as someone in a world of duality.

This does not necessarily mean the slate remains clean. Your conditioned way of reacting may be so deeply rooted that you return to a familiar way of responding to something. But, no worries, a quick visit to a state of not-knowing, and you start over with a clean slate in the brain’s fantasy of duality.

Sooner or later, you feel so entertained by this fantasy that you forget to remember being someone. Thus there does not appear to be anybody hiding non-duality.

THE INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES, THE EMPTY BREATH AND A STATE OF NOT KNOWING:

THE INWARD-FACING SENSES, THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE AND GLIMPSES OF IT:

THE PERCEPTION IT IS WHAT IT IS’:

NOTE: This article is an appendix to the previous one, Sadness comes from being special, happiness from being basic, and bliss from not being, and they are both parts of hack #5.2 The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

To keep the brain going, thus what you believe in being, you must repeatedly talk with someone seen as separated from you. It makes no difference to the brain if the conversation seems internal or external because both ways confirm its world of separation to be real. But if not doing that for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,* the brain falls into a coma, wherefore it cannot process more experiences of you as someone.

THE AFTER-EFFECT OF THE BLISS OF NOTHING
When you return from a state of not-knowing to the belief in being someone definitive and have forgotten the bliss of not believing that, the empty breath remembers it for you – also if you only remember the empty breath once in a while. And just like it syncs being nobody with being somebody in a state of not-knowing, so you can move around in nothing as if it is something, it also does that in the after-effect of it. The ratio is different, though.

In a state of not-knowing, there is so little consciousness of being somebody that there is nobody to perceive the apparently different experiences to make a difference. This is in the bliss of nothing. In the after-effect, the empty breath syncs the bliss of nothing with the conscious experience of something, so emptiness is forgotten when you need to be aware of something like driving a car. In other words, in a state of not-knowing, you are, first of all, nobody, and in the after-effect, you are mostly somebody.

When someone is hurt in a movie, that you are watching, you may also feel hurt. That is why the movie seems real. But since the film is not perceived to be real, feeling hurt seems entertaining. This is how it is to be connected with the empty breath. Though the world appears to be real, you perceive it as unreal. Hence its apparent ups and downs are equally enjoyable.

But since your slate is wiped clean in a state of not-knowing, there are no misperceptions of being special in the after-effect of it. Thus you are the basic. It perceives every experience as it is what it is. Hence, no matter in which ratio nothing and something is synced by the empty breath, each experience makes it equally entertaining to appear as if you are someone definitive. This after-effect lasts from a few seconds to several years if you do not hold onto specific thoughts and feelings. An excellent way to prevent this is to apply hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

This is often done with new-age concepts of being in balance, the now and whatnot. That is until you are so frustrated from trying to make these concepts work, and you do not attempt to fix the disappointment but have the unedited energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath, so you again have your slate wiped clean in a state of not-knowing and return to the consciousness of being someone as the basic self. Read more about the basic and special self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

You are in a state of not-knowing when you do not know what and where you and your beloved ones are. Yet it is your devotion to what you and they appear to be, that exposes the nothingness of this appearance.

To see that your hidden grievances are nothing disguised as something is as simple as recognising the nothingness of this haze. You do not need to analyse or understand it but go into it with your eyes wide open. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

WHERE IS THE BLISS OF NOTHING?
Although what we believe in being is seems to come across somewhere, it is nowhere because it is an experience created by the brain from out of nothing. The brain is as immaterial as the experiences it fabricates. Still, it uses them to make itself appear as a material thing in a physical being, who seems to have the experiences of a tangible world that the brain fabricates and, therefore, believes to be a substantial being in a world made of solid elements.

In the context of this illusion, where nothing seems to be something, a state of not-knowing is a version of nothing that has not been processed by the brain into an experience of something. Read more about that here. In a world that is experienced to be something, a state of not-knowing may in an abstract way appear to originate from the back of the head, when all the grievances that have been stored there are acknowledged as old friends, and, therefore, do not appear to create pressure in your head but sheer bliss. Yet, the whole brain will never be in a transparent bliss of nothing.

The way to become friends with old complaints is not to get rid of them or understand them, nor to forgive those you resent for having caused them, but to acknowledge what the grievances make you feel by being that and nothing else, so there is not something to contrast what you feel, wherefore neither you nor what you feel is definable. Hence you are in the bliss of not knowing what and where you appear to be.

Read more about how to approach grievances in the below articles:

You could also choose to approach grievances as described in these articles:

Read more about where the bliss of nothing is in Where to find the bliss of the empty breath. And

It brings you into a state of not-knowing from where you return to the consciousness of being someone definitive with a body that has been set free from suppressed feelings (read more about that in From the bliss of not-knowing to the happiness of serving).

Since that feels like starting from zero, you carefully stretch the body. Of course, this is not done in a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. But since it looks like Tai Chi or Qigong and the special self always seek out appearances it can mimic to occur spiritual, it assumes it can magically enter a state of not-knowing by imitating these slow movements in a focused mode. A state of not-knowing, however, does not arise from focusing but defocusing. See The four aspects of Enlightenment and how to sample them.

*) Since it takes more than one to be in a state, this does not apply to the Enlightenment of that which is One because it cannot take in something that calls for more than one.

Entering a state of not-knowing* is like falling down into the body. Not in the sense that you become more physical or it is integrated with higher frequencies. You do not become more of anything, nor do you incorporate something, because falling down in the body, you grasp it is nothing and that the experience of it as something substantial in a tangible world is a fantasy. However, this is not sensed while in a state of not-knowing,* because there is nobody to be aware of this, nor how blissful it is to not be conscious of something specific.

Hence everything said in Alexius’ Duality Hacks about a state of not-knowing* is based on the memories that pop up after Alexius returns to the consciousness of being someone definitive. Though a state of not-knowing* is impersonal, the memories of it are not, so his memories can be different from yours. Just like two persons drinking the same tea may describe it differently, although the tea is the same.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The changeover to a state of not-knowing, which can last from a split second to several days, may seem unpleasant. This is because the brain tries to distract you from leaving its definable world by producing very tangible and disturbing experiences, as if ants crawl on your body, for instance, so that you feel attacked and thus being someone definitive. See also If included irritation undoes the belief in duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The apparent transition from something to nothing may feel like being in a cage that cannot be escaped. Not because there is a cage. But because what you believed to be is not disguised as something anymore, you cannot escape the feeling of claustrophobia, nor any other emotion, by hiding it in something. Fortunately, by accepting that, all feelings are exposed as nothing. Therefore, eventually, there does not appear to be something to hide that which cannot be felt because it is formless, namely oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Returning from a state of not-knowing* to the conscious experience of being a basic self, you probably feel so entertained that you forget the bliss of not being aware of something. When you finally remember, you may feel guilty haven forgotten it. No worries. Feeling guilty is also entertaining. Besides, not trying to get rid of the feeling, its uncontrolled energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath* that takes you back to the nothingness the experience of guilt is produced from.

Since it took the brain one second to create the experience of guilt from out of nothing, the empty breath* takes you back one second in linear time. Thus you are in the gap, the brain perceives to be between nothing and oneness and, therefore, in the bliss of not perceiving the experiences of the brain as something, including yourself, until you again return to the conscious experience of being a basic self. However, this time, you may remember what and where you appear to be is nothing and that this includes feeling guilty or something else.

But probably not for long. You will most likely go back and forth between a state of not-knowing* and the consciousness of being someone many times before you get to this point. And the latter may have contained much unrest or days where you hardly could keep awake. No worries. Time is nothing.

The basic self is not that far from not remembering to be somebody. Thus it easily connects with the empty breath that brings it into a state of not-knowing,* where the apparent different experience of you and others is not perceived to make a difference. Since this means you cannot be defined as separated from others, there is nobody to confirm the brain’s rendering of a world where everything appears to be separated by time and space.

If this goes on for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the brain falls into a coma because if there is not more than one having a conversation inside or outside, it is out of work. It is not very often, though, that someone falls into a state of not-knowing,* least of all that they remain there for more than 20 minutes. Everybody wants to be somebody, so they make sure to have an ongoing conversation with somebody perceived to be different from themselves. See also No change is needed to come back to that which is One.

Should they come close to forgetting this, for example by reading Alexius Enlightened Non-Teachings, the brain threatens them with total annihilation. This makes them come to heel and do their best to maintain a conversation with someone experienced to be different from themselves, so, just like in a dream, it seems that there is more than you, although there is nobody at all.

Alexius’ Duality Hacks do not detach you from feelings. They may seem more distant when you are in a state of not-knowing, but when you return to the consciousness of being someone definitive, they are very close. But since they are no longer perceived as something but nothing, you enjoy the intimacy of nothing in whatever shape it seems to take. Therefore, since you are indifferent to their supposed difference, the belief in separation vanishes.

Should you forget that feelings are not something but nothing and focus on their apparent tangibility, the worries that this seems to cause can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. This brings you back into a state of not-knowing, where there is nobody to judge the apparent differences in the world of duality to make a difference, so you return to the consciousness of being someone definitive in such a world, based on the sense that nothing there makes a difference. Hence everything seems equally entertaining.

You can learn how to ignite a take-off into the empty breath and thus be in the bliss of nothing in hack #5.1 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you in the past have blocked out feelings of humiliation, rejection and inferiority, for example, by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt when connecting with the empty breath because the flow of it reveals everything hidden. Read more about suppressed feelings in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

But if you do not try to exclude the sadness from the past and instead include it by totally being it, there is nothing left to define you as sad. And therefore, no sadness to define happiness. In other words, the complete inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides of the contrast. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air of bliss.

The full inclusion of a feeling is not to be confused with embracing it, going into it, for example. Those ideas come from the belief that you are someone definitive who experiences something specific, which can change or transform you into something better. Hence the belief in being someone definitive is enhanced, and so are the contrasts making up duality.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive because it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being, wherefore you cannot be defined as someone definitive, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

Being it, by the way, does not mean you go deep into the feeling – just like you do not need to go deep into a well to get water. What you do on the surface is the same. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

When you hike, you need to take a break after a while. And so do you from the conscious experience of being someone by being in a state of not-knowing. Just like you start afresh after a break from hiking, you start renewed – or rather re-established  – after a state of not-knowing because it wipes the slate clean. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Though the empty breath has no need to be remembered by you, doing so is beneficial for your well-being as someone definitive and the undoing of believing to be that.

It is not easy to explain about the transparent flow of bliss, that the empty breath entails, because it comes from the absence of the conscious experience of us as somebody.

But you cannot remember it for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time, if you want to continue the experience of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here. Thus a great way of almost always remembering it is to quickly change between the conscious experience of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing, which the empty breath entails and in which the slate is wiped clean and you, therefore, return to the conscious experience of being someone as the basic self. Read more about the basic self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

This can be done by following the rhythm of the breath so that when it expands the body, you are in the conscious experience of being someone definitive and in a state of not-knowing when it contracts the body. Click here for a more detailed explanation of how to quickly go back and forth between the conscious experience of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing.

Returning to that which is one is not a matter of going anywhere. Oneness is formless and therefore endless, so it is impossible to leave it. But nevertheless, it seems possible to believe that it is. Fortunately, the empty breath undoes this belief so gently that we can enjoy it while having it undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is not a matter of letting go or surrender since doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive. And so does trying to figure out if it would be better to follow the rhythm of the breath the other way around. As long as you are not in charge but follow the flow, it makes no difference which way you experience it.

What you believe in being is gently falling apart, when rapidly going back and forth between the consciousness of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing, because in a state of not-knowing all definitions are errased.

Since you, therefore, do not perceive yourself to be special when returning to the conscious experience of being someone, there is no need for something specific to define you, so it is easy returning to a state of not-knowing. Read more about the perception of yourself as special or not in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

When in the flow of going back and forth between knowing and not-knowing, the belief in being someone undone is one day undone. You do not wonder when because you enjoy being in the flow.

Besides, time is an illusion, and every experience is bound to end, as in a state of not-knowing the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference, so one by one, they are cancelled out.

The empty breath cancels out the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean that they are not perceived, but that they are not judged to make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When every so often connected with the empty breath, nothing remains a problem, because the differences, that appear to have caused it, are cancelled out the very moment you return to the empty breath, so they cannot be used to make a perception of you as someone making a difference.

That is, if you do not prevent the empty breath from cancelling out the differences and insist on some of them makes a difference, for example if you are in a friendship or a romantic relationship. Fortunately, the frustration that seems to arise from claiming to know what is right can be used to ignite a take-off into ‘the empty breath’.

In short, the rapid on and off connection with the empty breath will sooner or later end all experiences because it cancels out differences. Without them, there is nothing definite to encounter. And thus, not something to hide there is nothing but that which is one as it is formless and therefore endless.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one, does there appear to be levels, so if you are experiencing to be advancing through levels, the belief that there is more than that which is not being undone but enhanced.

This does not mean oneness is revealed. It is not possible because that requires more than one. But what appears to hide it can be exposed as nothing. That is what Alexius’ Duality Hacks is about, namely revealing that what you perceive to experience as something is nothing, including what you believe to be. Since realising this requires more than one, it is only possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, and since it is a world of linear time, this is a process in time.

The willingness to realise this is often initiated by admitting that you are not willing to recognise that what you believe to be is nothing because by acknowledging this, you agree that what you appear to be is make-believe and, therefore, not that which is you.

About willingness, see The empty breath and the bliss of not believing to be someone and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.
