Suppose you stand by your reaction to this article. In that case, the definitive meaning you have assigned to your response can be perceived as ‘it is what it is,’ so you see your opinion is not singular but twofold, thus not feeling alone but together.

The first time in the duality flow, you may feel like you are having vertigo. When you constantly move between opposites, you have no definitive reaction to determine what to do. But you never had. It was something you made up to feel in control. Not doing that, the twofoldness of the duality flow feels natural.

Getting to the duality flow is difficult if you consider yourself spiritual because then you hang onto singularity. Besides, you probably hide feelings so you can appear detached. Therefore, since you cannot perceive them as ‘it is what it is,’ they remain specific feelings in the dark, and you in a numbed state of detachment.

The constant interaction of opposites in the duality flow makes it equally entertaining to be somebody as nobody.

In most cases, therapy replaces one specific attitude with another, thus working against the duality flow.

If you perceive your reaction to everything as ‘it is what it is,’ there is no need to fence off seeing yourself as a monster by accusing others of evil because this perception uncovers the beast is in a relationship with an angel. Their interaction, like all other opposites, reveals the duality flow. In that, you feel complete, thus no need to denigrate others to feel better.

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings logically concludes that since it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless, thus endless, wherefore there is no more than that which is One. However, since it takes more than one to read this, you believe it is possible to be and have more than one.
No worries, continuing as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you honour you have chosen to believe it is possible to be and have more than one. Hence you are in a position to undo it. Suppose you do that by bidding welcome the Enlightenment of that which is One. In that case, the undoing does not occur gradually but immediately (see Duality Hack #10 The Enlightenment of that which is One).
But since the temporal length of an event is an illusion, you may take your time and begin following the duality flow so you can enjoy appearing to be and have more than one until this experience, like anything else that has a beginning and end, finishes without any effort of yours.

Unconsciously you are always in the duality flow because no matter where you look, your eyes do not settle before they have found the highest contrast. Just look at the images in this article to see that your eyes do not seek balance but the topmost contrast.

When you know any singular opinion or feeling is illogical in a world of duality, it is not essential to label the opposing elements in the duality pairs you encounter. So when you judge something as dangerous and see it is complemented with harmless, you do not dwell upon those opposing perspectives but the interaction between them – just like it is neither up nor down, but the interaction between those opposites that gives the thrill of playing yoyo.

If the psychological feelings projected onto the body are not unveiled before dying, dying feels horrifying because the body cannot conceal your suppressed feelings anymore, thus, it is as if they attack you. The same applies to entering the Enlightenment of that which is One.

When you are in the duality flow, light feelings complement dark ones. Read more about that here. Thus there is light in the darkness and vice versa. If you have not realised that, you will fear falling through a black hole into that which is One.

Alexius is mostly into connecting with the empty breath and having glimpses of the Enlightenment of that which is One because he likes the time out of duality that this entails. But in between, he enjoys the duality flow, thus having a good time in duality while undoing it.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
When you are fed up with living in the totalitarian environment your singular opinions have created, you say, »I prefer the duality flow.« Then you see, it is already in the interaction of breathing in and out. That does not mean you must remember the breath to be aligned with the duality flow because breathing happens by itself when you do not interfere. In other words, the duality flow occurs automatically if you do not restrict yourself by hanging onto singular points of view.

Going with the breath is a basic way to be in the duality flow. But you neither attend to breathing in the manner described regarding Aum and Sohang (see here) nor the empty breath (see here). Instead, via an unmanipulated breath, which does not have to be perfect, you feel the rhythmic flow of expansion and extraction regardless of the body’s state, thus in the constant interaction of opposites. If you go with the interaction of consciously experiencing something and a state of not-knowing (see here), you go back and forth between duality and having a break from it while all the time in the duality flow. In other words, you are at super speed on the way without distance to non-duality.

There is nothing to forgive when you are in the duality flow because feeling wrong constantly interacts with feeling right – and regret with delight. They interact to define each other, so feeling wrong is very strong, but you know it contains feeling right and vice versa. Consequently, you are not set on the elements in a duality pair but on their interplay. Like when you breathe, it is neither a matter of feeling extracted nor contracted but how gorgeous the interplay of these opposites makes you feel.
In other words, nothing disappears in the duality flow. Feeling wrong goes on. However, it is not alone anymore but coupled with feeling right, constantly interacting so you feel free from the confinement of single-minded reactions.

In the duality flow, the assassin within you works with the victim inside you. Violence is together with kindness. And the more trouble, the more harmony there is. Therefore, if you do not feel harmonious, you suppress trouble and, thus, harmony because they are allies. However, not fending off trouble, you can perceive it as ‘it is what it is,’ thus feeling it opens up, so its buddy harmony can emerge, revealing it has trouble inside.
And so it goes until another interaction of opposites takes over, or you, by reflex, reject a feeling considered wrong. In that case, you soon feel troubled again. But this time, you welcome it because you know it contains delight.

You enter the duality flow by perceiving your emotions as twofold. However, most are pretty removed from their feelings, except those they blame others for making, and therefore, do not consider their own. Nevertheless, everyone seems to be in touch with their grievances. So if you have judged someone as stupid, you can perceive your condemnation as ‘it is what it is.’ Therefore, since you realise your condemnation is complemented with approval and they interact to define each other, you enter the twofoldness of the duality flow. Hence there is no need to be free from anything. On the contrary, you feel to everything.

Before the duality flow, you probably had a special mood you recalled via music, for example, when you wanted a sense of happiness. However, in the duality flow, happiness does not come from something specific but from being in the constant interaction of opposites. Hence you do not need something, in particular, to feel happy. Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings recommend you look at your singular feelings in the psychological zone by perceiving them as ‘it is what it is,’ thus seeing they are twofold. But since Alexius was born and grew up in the Western world, his writing is coloured by that culture. So if you come from a culture with less emphasis on feelings and psychological matters, your way to feeling relieved by the duality flow may not be by facing your feelings but by joining the interaction of form and space.
For example, if you feel stuck by a form, perceived as mental or physical, you do not try to escape but feel the imprisonment so you can perceive the form as ‘it is what it is,’ thus feeling free because that reveals form constantly interacts with space. This also applies to forms that do not seem troublesome but lovingly.
Western people can use this approach when their emotions seem hidden but somehow substantial. Perceiving the form as ‘it is what it is’ reveals it is complemented with space. Joining their interplay, you feel free in the duality flow.
Of course, this does not solve financial problems, for example, but it will make handling them easier. It will also make it easier for the brain to use the biological system to heal the body.

When an emotion seems hidden but feels substantial, perceiving form as ‘it is what it is’ reveals it is complemented with space. And joining their interplay, you feel free in the duality flow.

Duality is not undone by being detached from it but by taking the entire tour with eyes wide open, not holding back. That is like taking a ride on a rollercoaster. You may seem to explode with fear when it goes down. But when you go up, you meet its buddy, confidence. And as you do not hold back fear when you go down, you get so much confidence going up that, sooner or later, there is no need for more, wherefore there does appear to be more to than that which is One.

Non-duality is oneness which is formless, thus endless, so there is no more than that which is One. Nevertheless, you may believe in a distorted version of non-duality, where there seems to be more than one. If you want to undo that belief, go with the duality flow. When you enter a roller coaster, you cannot leave before the ride ends. Likewise, you cannot escape duality once you enter it. So why not enjoy going with the duality flow, thus having a sublime trip to non-duality.

Since dualism is a fantasy, a world of duality is not physical but mental. That is why being someone in a material world is a mental experience. In the duality flow, this is obvious because it is not specific but abstract. That is why going with the duality flow, you end in non-duality.
∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞
In the duality flow, you do not feel something specific. That is why it goes to non-duality. In other words, when not looking for something, you are in the duality flow on the way to non-duality. Of course, that does not mean you see everything becoming one. But that, eventually, you do not experience anything. Actually, you never did because it takes more than one to be aware of something.

The brain generates ongoing internal communication with conflicting opinions to uphold its fantasy of duality. But that is very disturbing if you want to be singular. Therefore, some try to silence the inner dialogue via meditation. Others keep themselves so busy that they seem to be above it or talk so much that the internal conversation is drowned out.
However, they fool themselves. It takes two to meditate, be busy or talk to others, so do not establish themselves as singular but dual. But when they hide that from their awareness, they do not get the togetherness of twofoldness but the loneliness of singularity. Fortunately, going with the duality flow, there is always two in play. Therefore, since you are in the constant interaction of opposites, the brain does not need to generate ongoing internal communication with conflicting opinions to make you appear as someone in a world of duality. Hence your headspace is at peace.

In this hack, we have looked at a common way to eliminate emotions judged wrong by dumping them in the body. But emotions deemed suitable are also dropped in the body. In this case, the body is not used to hide them but make them appear more substantial and lasting. Read more about that in You must play the game of duality to hack it.
However, as endlessly repeated in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, non-duality is formless, thus endless, so duality is just a fantasy the brain spins to entertain you with experiences of twofoldness. Since non-duality is timeless, it takes no time to live out this fantasy.
